What a massive rip off!!! This location is extremely money hungry and I suggest going elsewhere. I was purchasing a nightgown set (robe and gown) it was on the same hanger and had one price tag. When I went to check out they scanned it twice and claimed because the matching set came it two parts I had to be charged double! Why not put a price tag on both to begin with if that was the case? Their prices are also high, their tank tops are 9$ each!

The website only says it closes at 6pm so I can came here for donation and was told it was closed at 2. Don’t know why they didn’t put the time online. It is really inconvenient and they make donation hard.

I like to go to thrift shops a lot so this one was a change of scenery. It’s a small shop however it has a lot of nice pieces of clothes for women. The people were very welcoming. I bought a women’s skirt and a mens shirt the total was $17

The store itself is OK, but dropping things for donation can be an unpleasant experience. The staff has ranged from pleasant and helpful to downright surly, and queuing up to make a drop off can be an exercise in chaos management. The parking lot is small and poorly laid out, and the staff doesnt seem to care about the chaos with people trying to drop things off. After multiple poor experiences, Im looking for an alternative site to make donations. This particular Goodwill facility has lost all my good will.

Goodwill is turning out to be a purely for profit enterprise. They are trying to maximize income by screwing the customer and enriching the administration. The goods are shoddy and high priced sandy there best summations are saved for their web site. The expenses for administrative costs are approximately 35%, an outrageous sum for a noon profit. Dont donate to this organization!

DONATION IS AT A DIFFERENT LOCATION. This place never answers the phone. I had to drive there to find out they no longer accept donation at this location. To donate, you have to go the address below. Its right in front of Safeway. If you are looking at Safeways entrance, it will be on the far right side with a line of big boxes and orange cones.2255 Gellert Blvd, South San Francisco, CA 94080Open Daily: 9am - 5pm

Woodwill, is the best place to shop, there’s an employee with fake braided is mean! Today I shopped , she cash me out. I say hi, she didn’t response, I said: you don’t want to talk? She said: no, I don’t want to talk, I wanted to say many things, but at the end when she finish I said: God Bless you! She still ignored me!I really sorry for her, sooner or later is going to loose job. I leave in San Francisco! But I will continuing shopping is not for free! This place is south city!

I was donating items. There were two employees there. Neither of them brought me a cart or offered to help me unload the items. I had quite a few boxes & bags. The other Goodwill Stores that I have been to at least brought a cart so I could unload several things & not have to walk back & forth several times. After all, it is a donation. They could at least be helpful & friendly.

Most staff don’t take social distancing and masking requirements seriously at all: The cashier actually yelled at me for not crowding up to the register while the last group was still packing their purchase into bags. When I asked if he really wanted a to “jam up against” them he said yes. I asked “what about social distancing?” He didn’t reply, but he did at least pull his mask up over his nose. The customers are worse. All feel free to pull down their masks and yell into their cellphones. Nobody asks them to mask up much less to leave.
