Today me and my husband was in the Goodwill of Santa Clarita (store 56)... Cashier, s women who identified herself as a manager refuse to make a 75% discount on Holiday goods, saing that this advertisement does not apply to HOLIDAY GOODS and I misunderstood the advertisement... I picture advertisement and see same one in the other stores... Christmas is gone and every stores have the same discount for Christmas toys, goods and everything what is belong to Holidays... This manager simply exceeded her authority by using power!!! Its DISGUSTING to come into the store and face such treatment!!! The management of this store needs to be put in the position of a MANAGER of a thinking and right person but not this underdeveloped upstart!!!!! She cant even read advertisement... Or is it all because Im WHITE????? WHY??? In any other stores this discount works and everyone is happy!!! I appeal to the REAL MANAGEMENT of Goodwill stores- PLEASE explain to this viciousmanager that is very UGLY to mock people and will not bring more customers into the business (store)... I hope other stores will have adequate workers. Thanks.

This Goodwill store has lots of good items. Some items are over priced and can be priced better. The reason I give this Goodwill 4 stars and not 5 is because it is a bit messy and hard to walk around in. They bring out too many carts with merchandise and racks of clothing without putting some away. Which then makes it hard to walk around. The dressing rooms of this Goodwill are really small and only have 2 or 3 right by the front of the store. It was also really hot in there today. I dont think they had the A.C. running. Now you combine a cluttered store with no A.C you can imagine it gets a little overwhelming and hot.

I found this in style sweater from Forever 21 new with tags here! Dont listen to fools who say you wont get anything cute thrift shopping. Every Saturday this Goodwill has deals on tags that are of a certain color. The register ran out of change for me and the manager took forever to get there. The manager and employee took cash from the donation box. Will they reimburse it?

No restrooms for the customers...way overpriced !Items are very used faded and have holes in majority of their items.even if clothing was free ,I wouldnt wear. Horrible experience. My grand daughter who is potty training needed to use the restroom and they wouldnt let her. She ended up peeing on their floor...open the restrooms, your a selfish store. All this free donations and you cant let your paying customers use the restrooms after an hour of shopping in your store. I wont be back because they dehumanizing you....

Yeah thrift stores are great for finding unusual things or stuff thats needed at a better price than new... But unfortunately the prices here dont reflect something they got for free second hand from someone else. I mean, $35 for a broken nightstand? $8 for a stained shirt that I saw brand new at Walmart for $5? Absurd.

First time in a GW store so I was nice in my review. And these stores hit a specific Target of people that they help allot. I really did expect to find more items for myself, period, at one of these stores and was disappointed. Ill check another 1 out though!!

Its ridiculous that all these goodwills are jacking prices up on hand me down, donated , items...the whole purpose of thrift store shopping is that you can find awesome deals on items...for pennies on the dollar...now at goodwill you cant find any deals and some of the stuff is just outright over priced...then on top of that what ever the color of the week is I can find very few items with that color tag...its becoming more like a gimmick to get you in the store...also any items that are in good condition are specially marked which means they really jack up the prices on those items...so basically theyve taken all the fun out of thrift store shopping and tried to exploit it...Im just wondering how long other thrifters are going to put up with it because Im done shopping there...its a waste of time and if I wanted to pay top dollar for items I would just buy them new...I also wonder what percentage of goodwills profits actually gets donated to good cause...10%?...15%? Who cares about the super friendly staff....if I had my hand in your wallet I would be super friendly too...its not rocket science.

Starting a new job on Monday, so I picked up a pair of pants and two business appropriate tops. All for less than $20.00
