The fear is overkill at this store with the whole mask thing not lifted high enoug.... Running around telling a child with a disability to lift his mask higher, I the mother was standing right there and got scared. Ask me, tell me or at the very least, My goodness for the live of our children, they deserve the compassion, respect & courtesy to be spoken to with kindness. Never stepping foot at this location again!
I always shop here and I always find lots of cool stuff. Theyve gone up on all there things, so I try to only get things that are the color of the week. The staff are 90% of the time pleasant, but Ive also witnessed some very rude behavior from a few cashiers(you know who you are). I will always shop here!
Just got back from donating today 10/26/20. The man accepting the donations is very rude. Makes you feel like he’s doing you a favor rather than the other way around. Location is very convenient so that’s why we came here but we won’t be donating here ever again. We’ll be going to Salvation Army or the La Sierra Church, both are gracious and happy to accept our donations. My recommendation is go elsewhere! Only reason for the 2stars is because of location.
Employees always seem miserable and are not the friendliest. Prices are meh since they are predetermined by corporate. So a $5 shirt from Walmart or a Dollar Tree item could be priced much higher here. Its an ok thrift store.

This place obviously doesn’t want to accept donations. The man working at the donation station (outside) was very rude and said they weren’t accepting donations. Really? Wow. Guess I’m Taking my good used donations to the Salvation Army where the staff is at least grateful.
I hate to leave a negative review but I called yesterday to see if the Goodwill was open for donation drop off the following day and the lady said “yes, stop by tomorrow, we are open at 10am for donations, but be early because the truck fills up quick.” So my wife and I loaded up our utility trailer and car with donations, headed down there, arrived just before 10am, and they say they are not accepting donations... Such a total waste of our time due to their mis-management and lack of organization. Ended up donating to the Salvation Army down on Magnolia. They were gracious, kind, well organized, and gladly accepted our donations.
I love shopping at Goodwill on Thursdays everything is only $1 that has the designated color tag. I got a lot of new clothes for my 7 year old daughter some of them still had the original retail tag! You must go early to get the best stuff it goes quickly. On other days of the week the designated color is half off. I have always found great bargains. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you like to save money and dont mind looking through lot of stuff well then...
Used to shop there regularly but the store management makes terrible decisions and treats the employees terribly. I hate going in now. Its even worse since Covid. Their door guards are awful and make the shoppers and employees feel like they are under tyrannical surveillance. Its gross.
My sister and I have been shopping on and off at this Goodwill for the last year and we absolutely love! The staff (for the most part is pretty awesome). Ive donated a couple of times as well and the guys in the back were always super cool!I also really like the new guy working up front now. Kind of a cutie ;)
Bought a few items here for my work. This store is noticably clean and organized and has a large array of merchandise.Made quite a nice savings by purchasing here. The things that I bought werent brand new but were in good condition and the price fit my budget.Am pleased and will recommend this shop. Also plan to return in the near future myself.
It has a lot, the clothes thankfully smell like they just been washed. It was hard to find price tags but I later realized they had signs for everything posted in between the racks. They even had nice sheets sets which was cool.
Need a jacket or some inexpensive dress shirts this is the place. I have visited this store about 8 times and found goid value items. In this economic situation there are lots of values at Goodwill. Spending time just looking is also fun and is a way to get out without spending funds.

Went there to fine a carrier for my laptop ! Found a nice one for $5.99. Didnt know they carried new sheet set so I bought 2 of them for my sister and I ..... 1 king size 1 queen size set very pretty and beautiful colors 15.00 each .......... Thank you Goodwill Store u have Truly gotten a lot better

Horrible place and horrible people, I wanted to donate many items in great conditions that I dont need, they told me on the phone it was ok to bring them, when I got there, they told me No, they wont accept any more donations. So why would you make me drive all the way, load my car with these items, spend my gasoline when im not working?? You should have told me that on the phone!! And this os my second time you guys do this to me, supervisors incompetent, train better your people
One of the closing employees banged on the changing room door five minutes after I was let in to tell me the dressing room was closed instead of letting me finish trying on clothes. She was very rude. Then when I went to check out, the cashier seemed so unenthusiastic and miserable. Such a downer and such horrible customer service. I felt like I was being rushed out of the store 30 minutes before it even closed.
The staff is great and helpful, the store is typical. I think the prices may be too high on some things, like $5.49 for a t-shirt. Shop items with the weekly color code saves you 50%.

Im not a Goodwill regular however I needed to find an outfit for a themed party (70s, 80s, 90s) so I tried Goodwill in Moreno Valley. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the store, everything was sorted by color which was very eye catching and the customer service was great. The cashier even used my first name. It was slightly difficult in finding sizes but everything was hung up and very neat. The prices were higher than I was expecting however if thats what it takes to keep the store clean I will pay a $1 or $2 extra.
Was great I went to return $10 worth of items and by the time I left I left with $17. More in merchandise I bought bargains better than I thought.
My wife will not be going to your location due to the intoxicated (you can smell it from a mile away) loitering around your building. Being asked for money ( i.e more beer money) every time. You should power wash your sidewalk too to get rid of the pee stains.
We came three times in one day day the first two times lady said the truck was there and is still accepting donations at THAT TIME but both times when my mother had gotten there they were extremely rude and disrespectful to an elderly (my mother) the third time we went (in the same day) this man starts yelling I CANT TAKE ALL THAT watch pull up so you see yourself starts pointing pointing his hand out at us like as if we were in a fight honestly grow up you could’ve said oh I can take 2 bags only or something and for the first 2 times i do not care if the donation truck is leaving then don’t have your employees giving out false information in the first place and try having your manager making excuses and for the third time A REAL MAN wouldn’t be yelling at a old lady for trying do donate clothes 🤨😐
I love thrift stores especially during Halloween season. This store is well organized, a bit pricey for a thrift store. However, I still recommend it because its like treasure hunting, you may find a good deal.
Came in their dollar days today and food some good stuff. Staff is polite and friendly unlike other goodwills in the area. Staff keeps the store clean and takes pride in their work.
Prices are why too high for a thrift store. Poor people go to the thrift to buy stuff there too not just people who want to score a deal on something.😒😒
A nice places for a thrift stores go, they have weekly sales on selected items on Thursdays and the merchandise, though used, is well kept and resenting unused.
Well stocked and organized especially for a thrift store. I love getting great deals by only looking at items that are the tagged with the color of the week which means they are 1/2 off.
This goodwill is okay. Lots and lots of clothes. Not many household items. You are also given a covid 19 speech upon entering the store.
The cashiers are so rude they arent good answering questions from customers 🙄 and always have a bad attitude I just dont like it anymore

Been shopping here for about 10 years. Ive seen the prices go from very reasonable to disgustingly absurd over the last year or so. This used to be the place where you could find some amazing deals on name brand clothing or really interesting furniture and other misc items. Not so much anymore. While the clothing has gone up, the prices are at least set, so one pair of jeans will cost the same as any other. The shoes and other miscellaneous items have gotten out of hand. It seems like they have workers in the back researching and pricing their items at best case scenario Ebay prices. A $25 10x15 generic art print (with a torn back, scuffed frame), $49 90s tape deck, $49 for a decade old cheap home theater in a box speakers set of speakers. This place simply isnt for bargain hunters anymore, theyve caught on to the thrift craze and are really showing it with their prices.

It had a ton of Halloween things from costumes to spiders. Not a lot of children clothing but a lot of adult clothing. The staff was very nice and helpful.
Ive been coming here for years, and everybtime I go I find an awesome selection of clothing. It also doesnt hurt that they have incredible sales throughout the week.
Just stop in the Good Will for a brief moment and I was amazed at all the Halloween costumes and decorations that they had great if you want to spend little and have fun doing it.

They overprice a lot of the clothing. They wanted 15 dollars for a white button up. Its dusty and smells like old moth balls.

2021-12-29One star because their return/exchange policy changed and soon you WILL NOT be able to try on your clothes AND you will only receive store credit if they end up a poor fit.Without a cash back policy Id basically be making a $15 GAMBLE on a hand me down dress. My bank account aint that flexible, my dude. (Obviously, since Im at Goodwill.)They only get the extra star because their quality of items is pretty good (although you also pay extra custom pricing for said quality.)update: theyve taken most of their mirrors out so not only can you not try it on, you cant guesstimate either....Is this some ham handed method to raise the bottom line without price gouging?

2022-04-26The women cashiers are rude no class no respect towards customers then they have bathrooms they dont let for the public but they want you to spend their outrageous prices everything is almost the same price ridiculously high prices for some really trashy stuff and then they dont even know if it works so you have to go to the trouble trying to find out if it works or find a plug that somebody pulled out into it somewhere else cuz they dont have nothing organized or know where its at I wouldnt go there theres better places to go

2021-10-21A little higher priced than some stores but found the jeans we were looking for. I bought some coca cola glasses only because I did not have two of the glasses that had handles. The other two did not have handles. I dont think they should put two different types together and only sell them as a set. I now have an over supply of the ones without handles. They will be donated but not to Goodwill. They will go where they will be sold as singles. My granddaughter found two pair pants and a sweatshirt she liked. All clothes are sorted by type so easy to look for specific items

2021-05-30Tried to donate items here two times and was turned away because they were waiting for a truck to come pick up their full containers. Called ahead and was told they were finally accepting donations and when we arrived the person there was assisting someone else, so I placed my bags of clothes in front of me leaning on my legs while I waited for them to write a reciept for the person ahead of me. Immediately the person looked at me and barked “You can’t leave those there.” I told them I wasn’t going to, I had just set them down while they finished up with another customer. Very rude.It would have been easier for me to throw things away than donate them here, and the customer service while trying to do a good deed left a lot to be desired.

2020-11-22This is a very good shop. There is a huge selection. I found some classic Computer Architecture and Programming books, a really cool little portable TV I used to have in the early 90s.We donate there as much as possible. The employees are great and helpful. Please support Goodwill!
