I was preparing to visit this store, but after reading all of the reviews it reads like this place is an unhappy place to shop. Its a shame. Ive always appreciated the idea of goodwill as a concept and a store name. I have to say too that after reading the stores responses to many of these complaints, it reads like the store isnt really doing anything about other than giving lip service and not getting to the root cause. Maybe the store employees need therapy and counseling.

Such treasures I love going here, but since the pandemic its been years. Very funny nice lady helped me with my packages. I hope soon she will get to be manager.

This location is about a mile from my house, but I would rather drive across town to Salvation Army!!! They are CONSISTENTLY RUDE during donation drop off — variety of employees over the last 5 years! Not a one time experience, prompting me to finally leave a review to warn others. The 2 stars is strictly for the inside shopping experience. It’s very small but staff is pleasant and I’ve found a couple good deals.Bottom line: go elsewhere.

The cashier lady was very nice. Its a small store and its hard to do social distance because of this. I found a super cute table for my living room that I love for a fair price. Im going to come back but during the week as its too busy on Saturdays.

Come here often to donate and buy stuff when the price is right. Prices are getting higher and higher and not sure why. Ive seen many items just sit on the floor week to week obviously due to price of the items. Price it right and you’ll be able to move more inventory. Business 101. IMO, this location is poorly managed. Here’s another example and the reason for this review..Tonight I arrived at 445 to drop off another bunch of items and was told by the manager on-site they were closed. They close at 5. I understand peeps like to get home after a hard days work but come on goodwill manager, you should adhere to the business hours that you publicize. If you stop taking donations 15 mins prior to the true closing time, then state that on your site. Why Inconvenience the folks who are the bread and butter for your business. Takes the “good” out of goodwill. I think the manager may need a reminder on what Goodwill represents and their mission.

I am a teacher and have provided my teacher business card with ID. At the entrance the sign states Teacher it does not state school district teacher Id which is confusing and missleading, it also undermineds and categorizes the importance of our contribution to Goodwill Corp. mission is to provide for the community. I am very cross about the approach that I received, I will keep my money Goodwill can keep its donations, as well as other comments highly over priced, I too will be visiting other reasonably priced stores that honor all Teachers, I like supporting my community but I need to vent!

I can’t believe the amount of attitude the rude employees give you here. I consistently drop items off several times a year and it never fails. The parking lot is an absolute fiasco, and then the employees can’t stand to be bothered or assist in directing you. I will start donating anywhere else but here.

Store is located in a upper medium residential neighborhood in a small shopping center/strip mall. The store itself is very very small, which makes the store cramped. It has some nice home decor, book section is very small, just a couple of shelves. The store is occupied mainly by rows of clothing. The merchandise is overpriced, there are no public bathrooms and customers cannot use the employee bathroom. There was only one cashier on duty and the store was quite busy, customer service was lacking. Parking was nightmarish, because there are so many other stores in the same shopping center. You may find some nice treasures there, but it does not feel like a fun thrift shop where there are hidden gems. I would not come back.
