I am rating the drop off area. Goodwill workers used to be so kind and helpful. Now they arent friendly, at least that this place, they dont help you unload and they dont even let you put stuff on the ground. You have to put it into the bins yourself. So sad that customer service is dying

I really enjoyed it here. The security guard was really good at his job and courteous. The mannequins has such great outfits that I bought the entire fit. Will definitely return soon!

Pretty crowded on Sunday but, overall always clean and plastic at cashier booth. New clothes with tags coming in all the time. Its my go-to when theres nothing else to do on a Sunday. Getting ready for Halloween there and some crazy masks are available.

I buy 10 itemes from them when i travel i found that there is 1 item missing its might fall dawn when the baging my staff called tgey say its not there they charge me but the item wasnt there and its 10$ item they ask me to keepreset but still i keep reset but to pay uber again to back get this item will coadt me more tgan 10 so i hope you be carefull to put and count the all items we buy in our bag not every one have time to comback for item u forget to put it in and u charge coustmer for also i hope you consider open the fitting room as no time for all ppl to back after week to exchange

Only thing that really bothers me is not the kids who roam the store as they please esp in back near pictures, mirrows, chairs + games, puzzles etc . BUT ITS THE ADULTS WHO ARE WITH THEM WHO JUST SIT ON CHAIRS JUST TOTALLY IGNORING THEM. ONE KID TRIED TO PRY A CASE OPEN USING STICK!NEXT TIME I SEE THEM IN THERE, IM LEAVING WITHOUT MY PURCHASES!!MANAGEMENT SHOULD STEP UP TO THE PLATE AND DO SOMETHING AS IT RUINS OTHERS ENJOYMENT THERE.... AND I GO THERE AT LEAST TWICE WEEKLY.

Horrible, horrible, customer service at this goodwill location. My family and I are constant shoppers in this specific location for many years and there have been many times where we have been treated extremely rude by the employees, but today’s experience was enough. I work in a fast paced customer service job and treating customers with no such dignity is completely out of my will. I’ll be starting off with with the manager Alicia, older lady with glasses and boots. My mom and aunt have described to me several instances where she has been extremely disrespectful and today was not the first time that I have witnessed it in person. About a month ago she seemed to be in a rush and said “right behind you”, pushing my mom out of the way. We questioned ourselves where her manners were? Her pride was too much for her to not say “excuse me”. We feel immensely uncomfortable shopping whenever she’s working because our presence seems to bother her and it shows in her demeanor. She looks at us as if we are going to steal items from the store. Isabella the cashier, a younger tall woman is utterly aggressive when scanning the items. The tone in her voice was very rude when she was speaking to my mother. She was arguing back and forth with us about an item she claimed they “mistakenly priced”. If an item has a certain price on it, it is common sense to sell it for that price considering the fact that they made the mistake and not the customers. After putting the item for showcase I am aware it is final price. As she called Alicia over, she was also arguing back and forth with my mother in front of other customers, naming and yelling at us “exploitative people”. The other manager, younger guy in his thirties, long hair is one of the only employees I genuinely feel comfortable shopping around. He always puts customers first and is such a sweetheart. Bless his life and I hope he gets a raise. On the other hand, Alicia and Isabella, I send you blessings my way, but the way you treat others is only a reflection of yourselves. They both need better training or a new job because we BUY things out of our own pockets, not steal them, and therefore there is no absolute reason to treat customers so poorly and with low grace. I feel sorry for their coworkers because they seem to bring such a negative vibe in their workplace. Awesome prices and steals, however if you want a pleasant experience, I do not recommend this store!!!

Clean store , staff helpful, prices a little to steep for used goods. Good location need more parking.
