I felt very disrespected at the donation center. I came in with loads of boxes, so I expected to have at least some help, these were heavy boxes. When I came in, I ask this young man where should I place the box, he hardly looked at me and just pointed. I put the box on the floor where he pointed. When I was walking back to the car to get the rest of it, he call me to go back, made me pick up the box and told me you have to put it on the bin,using a very rude voice tone. Then I asked if I could have some help since I have several boxes in car, before I even finish my sentence he told NO right the way. I felt like I was doing something wrong, but could I? I wasnt rude with him, Im DONATING goods for the sore. If I have a few bags only, I understand to be manageable for me to do it. But the he handled and treated me for so wrong and NOT professional. Im not sure if Goodwill pay these ppl that work there or if pay too little. Either way, they should assure alt sure respect and well conduct. We are donating goods from them sale, and we should also so the work of sorting, carrying it, and on top of that, be disrespectful. Ill never donate there ever again, but in my opinion, this what they (staff) want. Theyre must overwhelm with the work and get mad as soon as you step into the door. I dont other reason for them to be mad at you. I have in the past, Ill donate to Savers, its a little bit more of a stretch but its worth, because weather you try not to, it kind spoils your day. At Savers, they pull up a bin at the back of your trunk, and help you talking the items. The regretful event happened on Aug 25th 2020, around 10:15am
Very clean store. Appropriately staffed, and there is a decent selection of goods. My only complaint would be that the store is too small, but thats something that cant be helped.

Worst service. The Christmas stuff is a mess and I was accuse by one of the employees of opening ziplocks bags that were already open. Terrible service.

Things are reasonably priced. As a reseller, Ive found great items to flip. As a non profit founder, great treasure to give. As a person who loves a great sale, found some goodies for my home. For my dance academy, found Mexican dolls, rebozo and charro outfit!!! Super deals!
I have worn out my welcome at the donation center. I dont sort out clothes, toys, etc. into separate boxes before I donate and I come often, so it has been suggested that I donate at a different Goodwill elsewhere, way across town! It is disappointing, this place is the closest to me. I have been wanting to clear out my storage and now Im finally making HUGE progress and now I have been discouraged (although I refuse to give up!) and suggested to drive clear across the city. Well I will try Savers and the Salvation Army and hope they treat me nice instead of gripping how hard I make their job by not sorting and coming often. Isnt that after all part of their job. Its the same hours and same pay. One other guy who works there is always nice and says its all the same to him (I asked him once), but since I never know if Im gonna get a nice guy or grumpy guy, I will just AVOID this place!☹😔😟
I caused a little accident by dropping these picture frames, but ONLY because it was sticking out of the shelf. I apologized still and explained the reason, but the clerk lady didnt seem so happy about it with her face expression and some awkward words.The young man that helped to clean, is always nice and helpful. Im a regular, but I dont think Ill be going in this location.Really? glass frames placed where theres traffic with people/carts? Im pretty sure that the staff didnt leave it like that, but people look and mess things around all time, leaving a mess behind that can cause accidents...That I took the blame for:(
One of the better Goodwills in the area. It occupies a south facing corner location. The large windows and daylight make it very shoppable. The convenient location on a busy road makes it easy to drop things off. Good selection, good shopping. Win-win.
Love this place its your neat and clean can walk thru aisles and just friendly staff huge fitting rooms to get tons of clothes on I love this place
I remember going here a few months back i needed a bike light and they had the light and tail light set for really cheap about 6 bucks.They guy at the register gets my vote of friendly service for making sure i got some batteries to power the lights.............slightly used stuff for cheap!!

This is prob the worst of the Goodwill in this area. Its so small and I didnt find anything. I hardly ever walk out of a thrift store empty handed. Its the closest to my house, but I rather drive the distance for better things to look through. (just my personal opinion)

Cashier removed one of our items because it didnt have a price on it. We mentioned it was the only thing we were really there for, we were ignored and the item was just moved to the side. They were coasters, like, make up a price, say $5. Boom, everyone wins. Needless to say, we wont be returning to that location.
I save money buying my tennis shoes here.Make sure you try any clothing on because they dont like to return... Good place to get toys for kids and save money
Very clean store. Ive been to many thrift stores and this Goodwill is my favorite. The merchandise is clean and priced fairly. Employees are nice and bathroom is clean. Definitely recomend this thriftstore.

Convenient location. Electronics selection is ok ( mostly DVD or microwave oven) but prices are too high. Not recommended for those interested in electronics.
4 pairs of jeans, 2 cool t-shirts, a stainless steel mixing bowl and two comic books for $45! Thank goodness for Goodwill!👌
Super nice compared to other Goodwills! I went to just look a music with a friend and went to the clothing section and found a $15 suit that fit perfectly! What a buy.
Theres a wide variety of clothes and knick knacks! They even have some phone accessories, headphoes, and other electronic stuff for a really great price.
Employees and customers are not and do not follow Pandemic guidelines to keep customers and employees safe.Avoid this location.

Love this goodwill as both a customer of the store and someone donating old items. They recently expanded the store as well, so lots of merchandise on hand.
They have a person outside who takes donated items and gives receipts. The staff is very nice. They have a large selection.

2021-12-07Im shopping in this store and I found a dress that I like but theres no price. The cashier then is telling me that they cant sell the dress because theres no price. But I insist because I like the dress. The cashier then went to the room and talked to someone and went back with the overpriced tag. $26. Wasting my time there and I also want the dress so I bought it. I hate people taking advantage. Im disappointed of the cashier and the management of this branch. I love shopping in goodwill but not anymore.

2022-07-14Waaaaaaayyyyy overpriced. Prices equivalent to Ross. With the constant pinging of some sort of alarm to add to the less than desirable atmosphere and utter indifference of staff will not return.

2022-07-01They do NOT take VISA debit cards. When I asked to speak to the person in charge, I was told the manager was gone for the day. That is ok, it was after 5. I left my number with the staff so the manager could call me when she was in. The staff strongly hinted that I would not be contacted, that the excuse would be that the manager would be too busy.

2021-11-24Spent 3hrs and hundreds bucks on clothes, reasonable prices, good condition/clean clothes. Found an authentic LV long leather coat for $42 which matches my LV black monogram purse so I grabbed it right away . Also found other brand name clothing, definitely satisfied my treasure-hunting trip, beyond expectations, go check this store out guysss!However, the lady who keeps the keys to fitting rooms are grumpy and had attitude towards customers. I observed that, maybe she was having a bad day. Other than that, this is my fav Goodwill in SV so far.

2021-06-03Not happy with this store. They closed my Goodwill store on Bernal and Santa Teresa. You could pull in the back and there was someone to help unload the car. The one on Snell and Blossom Hill Rd. only has ONE drop off parking space in a parking lot and when I asked for help they told me NO. I am 75 and sure could have used a little help. I am looking for a store that is more user friendly. Even if I have to drive a ways.

2021-02-15While I often find unique treasures at this location, the clothing racks are so cram packed that there is NO room to slide the items to look at them or to even pull items off the rack. The clothing racks are simply too full for a comfortable browsing experience.
