Good store, employees are always getting in your way when you are trying to check out items. You have a fat guy that is always standing by the door trying to get new items. If he sold oranges at the freeway entrance he would make more $ but hey everyone can waste their time however they want, you only live once!! Good luck you bum ....

The items at this goodwill are really the bottom. Of the barrell. I shop at a lot of goodwill stores and Ive never seen a store like this that I cant even find one article of clothing worth wearing or buying. (In my opinion) the appliances are all missing something, but havent been taken out for months. I needed a toaster oven, they must have 20 toaster ovens scattered about but none of them have a wire rack that is necessary if you plan to use it. It would be nice to see them get rid of all the non-functioning, incomplete items in the store. Lousy customer service at this store.
One of the worst goodwills ive ever been to . All employees and even the managers are rude. Cashiers literally show no interest on their job like why even work there in the first place if you hate it? We get it if you dont like your job so better QUIT. Why even work in retail store and apply for customer service job if you have very poor customer service? Seems like the employees and managers are so uneducated and unprofessional 🤮🤮 Would nevr go back to this store
I love this location, I love the staff and I love how there supportive of special needs. The store is always clean , staff is always available. Plenty of household items and clothing options. Stop by and support this location and all goodwill locations.
Arrived and found several items that were in relatively good condition for cheap. Found several relatively new boxes for about 4 dollars. As well as a magazine folder for 10 dollars. Overall the checkout was quick although there was only one person there.
Lots of new items. I prefer old treasures. But still Bargains galore and lots of price tags from original stores. New items. But goodwill stores are getting $$$$$$. Whomever is pricing the goodies. Please keep them bargains.
Decent Goodwill with a huge selection of various kinds of items. It is also well organized and easy to find what youre looking for.Prices are typical of most OC Goodwills: surprisingly high for the quality of material etc. Honestly I find brand new jeans for the same price at Ross or Marshalls, and most other clothing.However, I do love coming here just to browse the randomness!
Unfortunately I was overcharged like $15. Didnt realize it because I bought a lot of stuff. Got home and put stuff away then realized it was a pretty high balance. Got a couple of the 1/2 price items but they didnt discount it, and a couple other items were just overcharged. I live quite a ways away so I wasnt able to get back there. I shop thrift stores to save money so needless to say I was disappointed. Guess I need to keep a better watch when checking out.The people were nice but a lot of the items (especially shoes) were way too worn...saw a couple pairs of shoes with holes. Like the housewares items though.
As thrift stores go, this one is great! Its as well organized as possible considering that its full of OPS (Other peoples stuff). Its clean, smells better than most, and has a nice selection. Theres not a lot of furniture there, though. But, it still deserves this rating for everything else.
Store has been upgraded and retrofitted and has a much more tasteful look & appeal and of course has a little bit of everything and its a larger store compared to some smaller locations and or venues that being The Good Will . Definitely well stocked and always multiple items stocked even after it has been ram sacked ; one still can find a good deal , steal and or hidden gem a.k.a Diamond in the Rough . Dont forget to see what color tag is half off of any item barring that particular color / discount which if thee item is the appointed color / tag it is %50 off additionally to an already cheaper than normal as per comparison to a traditional Retailer . Wow! Am I ever impressed with this Goodwill! I couldnt believe the amount of merchandise they have and the quality of their goods is amazing! Well organized too! I will definately recommend this Goodwill to everyone! AND I will be back soon! Worth a stop!
This is the place to go when youre looking for something special are looking for something that you dont know youre looking for. You never know what youre going to find here. Today we found a 70s dress and the perfect t-shirt. Many times we found gadgets for the kitchen, electronics or a favorite games or brand new pair of suit pants for an upcoming dance.one thing that I really love about this store is it always smells clean.so many second hand stores you going to and its a little like walking into wet dog. That has never happened to me in the store.my only negative on the store as it is with all goodwills right now, is that the prices of gone a little outrageous. I remember when you go shopping and for twenty bucks get your child completely clothes with shoes socks pants dress and shirts hats you hair ties. now that same twenty bucks will get you maybe two shirts or pair of pants. I know everythings going up in price, but you have to remember this is a donation center not a regular store. They did a lot of items from name brand stores and mark them down half price even though sometimes theyre damaged merchandise. I dont believe things should be going for the prices are currently going for. People go there because they cant afford to go to a regular store. Paying $6 for a t shirt seems a little high. Lets go back to the days when we can get a whole bag of clothes on special days for $5.
I am completely outraged on this stores ethics. I have noticed when shopping there, they never seem to have any of the color tags for that week out on the floor. After doing my own research I have confirmed from an employee that, yes they do remove those colord tags they week before. I have also seen 2 different colored tags on clothing items that I have bought from this store. I went there again yesterday and watched an employee removing items from the floor into a bin, I asked and they were removing all green tags, so Im pretty sure green tags will be the next color for 50% off. Such dishonesty for a company that claims to be doing good. I will say I am currently unemployed and starting a new training program and hopefully a new career and needed some proper clothing. I found a good amount of items while searching for those colored tags, while finding none and decided to ask the manager for a discount. I told him I knew they were removing the colored tags for that week and he denied it, claiming they date the tags. Oh I am sure they do and I am also sure they just remove the old tags and replace it with new ones.

Buy many of my clothes here because I dont like following current trends. Its great that I dont have to worry about the price tag when I find something adorable. The store is well arranged and there is usually good music playing.
I Bought a Green Tagged Item, Miracle Tag Price Rt!! Queen Size Air Mattress, Thought I Was Getting a Deal! Take Home, It Had 5-6 Gigantic Chunks of Black Masking Tape On Sides of Mattress. So it Was Leaking, Pretty Quickly! Called Goodwill n Spoke To The Manager, Which is a young man who Referred To Me a Customer As Mejia??? He said I Had An Option To Open N Check The Item? Haha...You better believe I Got My REFUND BACK!! Really Selling Damaged Items, Then Being Forced To Use Store Credit..WHAT A SCAM GOODWILL IS RUNNING!!
The customer service is very much lacking and the prices for items that are damaged and can’t be tested are outrages. It’s sadness me that the GoodWill here has really done down in customer service and pricing. Not only does Mr.GoodWill takes 100% profits in all items donator, they also get 100% of the sales. So they make billions of dollar every year and tax brakes because they employe individuals that may not have the skills to work in a higher paying job. Well if you come here be ready to pay over price for items that should be less and have really bad customer service. The employees here are at time rude and really don’t care how you may feel about their service. They get paid either way and they may have a stigma that if you are shooting at a GoodWill, you will take what you can get.

Not only have prices gone up but their color tag of the week stuff is pulled off the floor. I noticed they have Goodwill disabled workers going through the racks pulling whatever color tag the sale that week is. Why even have a color of the week?!

I went to a black casheer to get a bench, a lamp, and a picture. She told me i couldnt have the picture for the price on the tag, Oh no not for you called a manager the wouldnt even come to the front, and said i had to pay 3x what the original tag said! Then they say the manager is on lunch at 945 am, really? I used to shop here all the tike but i dont think ill ever go back to a place the profiles whites.

I am a thrift store addict and all your stores beat Salvation Armys ass on pricing and seletion ,me and frank and our 2 mothers are fans for life ,we appreciate your selections and your training program ,I always donate atleeast a dollar to help ,I am on a fixed monthly income ,I was a volunteeer for midtown Sacramento ,Ca. Goodwill Boutique store ,helped me greatly since I had Baraictric Weighloss Surgery and lost 200 lbs. in less then a year ,always looked amazing in your designer brands clothes and shoes ,thankyou ,I always looked amazing and still know the secrets to looking amazing for virtually nothing ,after im done with thee fashions , I donate back to the homeless programs and donate to people I know who need to look good who cannot afford to pay , I call it recycleing ,its makes me feel happy to make others happy to look incredible for interviews and family reunions or transitioning back into society after incarceration and graduating programs of sobriety and getting clean ,from drug abuse ,as I have a past of both and I survived ,both ,wasnt easy but im living Proof ,programs work if you work them and are honest to yourself and to counselors who are there to help you succeed ,yo can do it you just have to begin with beleiving in yourself
Good stuff but its dirty and very disorganized and their stuff thats good and clean goes QUICK so if you dont mind doing the 99 cent bin diving thing to mine for those diamond like finds- theyre few and far between here but they are there.

I was at the book section with my earphones on and i overheard an employee harassing another employee with a disability so i turned off my music and i overheard the employee calling the disable employee slow and unstable for the job and much more but i didnt heard the rest because i decided to leave to pay for my book i felt terrible and i didnt no what to do i decided to write a review than go back and complain i was uncomfortable at that time.
They wanted $32.00 For a sheet. One sheet! I could go buy a brand new one for that much. What good is a thrift store that isnt thrifty?
Staff isnt very friendly. The store has a lot of selection, but it is hard to sort through to find your size. I really wish theyd sort by size instead of color.

They always have cool things but some of them are even more expensive than the regular stores. But you can find unique items.
I was trying to save some money on workout shoes but it turn that a ripped up shoe is worth $20 dollars to these guys, this is the most overpriced goodwill store ive visited, good luck trying to make a youtube video on thrift store hauls here..

2022-06-30I want to make it clear that as a Social Worker, I advocate for social justice and that includes, victims of discrimination against the LGTBQ community. About a month ago, I was trying to enter this store, apparently just before closing time when the manager approached me in a very aggressive physical manner and demanded that I leave. I felt I was being treated worse than if I was shoplifting. His tone, behavior and attitude was that of someone who was ready to use physical force to put me out of the store. I warned him to step back but he refused. I finally left but I suggested that he tone down his approach or one day he may confront a very aggressive person who wouldnt be as understanding as myself. Today, at about 730 pm, I visited the store and him and one of his cashiers were being very rude, lecturing me loudly about leaving my merchandise ( which I already had paid for ) on top of a box, while I tried a shirt I saw on my way out, only 3 feet away. This store has changed a lot. It is now being managed by this very rude person ( male- who dresses as a woman) and some of his crew. I have spoken to other customers who tell me that they are very rude and disrespectful to customers. I only mentioned the fact that he is a cross dresser because I dont know his name. You know his name. I strongly suggest you handle this issue because I intend to send this report to your headquarters and turn it into an official complaint. Good luck to you. You provide a great service to the community.

2022-06-23Fiasco at this location. Assistant manager claims my bank card was declined and my bank card was APPROVED. He held my items behind the counter and I had to call the Santa Ana Police TWO TIMES AND THEY WERE A NO SHOW. I LEFT WITHOUT MY ITEMS EVEN THOUGH I PAID FOR THEM. I have been a goodwill customer for decades. Bye!!!!!!!! Their special needs employees shouldnt be allowed anywhere near the register. And they shouldnt be given any management titles to begin with. Wrote to corporate with proof of my bank account being charged and will call my bank to reverse the charge. This was absolutely NOT FUN.

2018-07-29This Goodwill is a bit full of clothes. They have a selection of movies and video games too. They have all your basic needs as far as lithes and home furniture. I have found a number of cheap things that have been useful around the house. This one is a bit less clean, but the service is good.

2021-05-25Very nice Goodwill. All of the sections of clothing and goods are clearly marked and all of the aisles and shelves are clean and organized. They have an electric socket available in the electronics section so that you can plug in items (such as toasters, blenders, music equipment, etc) to make sure the items actually work. I picked up an $80+ Breville toaster in nearly brand new condition and several items of clothing. All of the employees were very nice and helpful. I absolutely recommend this location.

2021-07-03This is my favorite Goodwill of all for a variety of reasons; its organized, its clean, the staff is nice, and the pricing is fairly realistic. Unfortunately, despite the constant imploring from the staff people let their children run around like crazy people I almost was tripped the other day by two kids chasing around I can only imagine what it would have been like if I was an old somewhat mobility impaired individual. But dont let that spoil what I believe is a positive review of this place. You will find electronics ,clothing, kitchenware, shoes, the occasional bicycles, framed artwork, and so much more

2021-05-21Such a nice Goodwill! Honestly looks most like a department store of all Goodwills Ive visited. Theyre usually with very short on items and what theyll have is honestly, trash, or theyll be overflowing with items and those items will be all over the place, on the floor or in the wrong areas. This location had none of those issues and the quality of items was really top notch. The employees were all wonderful and provided amazing customer service! I was especially impressed with Mary, she was working as the greeter as you enter the store... She was personable, helpful, and had a great disposition! This is now my go to Goodwill location in the OC area!
