So great that they do this! The line of cars was full for about 20 while we were in the area on a Monday afternoon! I find it great that these places exist so that people can get what they need at discounted prices! Also, it helps people clear out their houses. All around, such a great system! The people here were helpful in telling us where to put items.

Do not go to this location. This guy is mean he is not ready in time I waited 25 min came back all boxes were out with labels ie bic 1 electronics box 2 clothing and he would not let us put one bag I. The clothes bin. I am going to call corporate. Took a picture so corporate would know who he was then he took pics of my car. I did not appreciate it. I went to Salvation Army and they are very nice.

Not very happy when we went to donate I had breakables and the box was so tall and empty Im sure all my donations were broken. He sure likes to sit and yell at people donating ask him a simple question he yells. I was surprised that they arent taking small furniture pieces we have a wooden shelves like for CD, movies and games ☹️

Not sure why some folks are so negative. Its simple: be kind; be understanding; do your research; understand the world is not perfect. Dont try and drop off useless garbage. Dont make it all about you and your schedule. Understand there are labor issues abound in the world these days. Understand this is an outdoor location. My visit yesterday, I was in and out within minutes, and had an overall positive experience. Attendant was not overly friendly, as I have experienced in the past, but he was not rude. Do your part, and separate your items so they can drop your bags into the designated bins, and it makes the operation and experience more pleasant for everyone. Understand lots of people try and donate garbage, and it is the attendants job to not take garbage.

The guy that works there hates his life and is so rude, (same guy in review photos). He needs to be fought a lesson on how to respect other people.

This donation center has always been great until today. I was told to come back in 25 minutes, I did and was told to wait 10 minutes. Yelled at to keep my boxes in my car or go somewhere else. In 1 minute they took the first car and then yelled at me to get my boxes out. They checked the clothes but would not touch the boxes and told me to take them.I have never had this experience here. I’ll try again just to see if it was one person.

Wow. People are not wrong. All I did was try to ask a question. The same guy yelled at me about how he didnt have any equipment yet...before I even got the words out of my mouth. I told him that I didnt mind waiting at all...no worries buddy. There was a pile of stuff waiting for pickup already and he may have been frustrated by that, but just WOW. Im dropping off today but I wont be coming back.

So organized! Sorting items ahead of time (clothes/shoes/household items/books etc. in separate boxes or bags) makes for a quick, efficient donation. Signage plus attendants are very helpful identifying which bin for which items.

Super easy, but note that theyre on the south side of the lot, not in the middle like Google maps says.

The hours listed here show 9 AM, but when you arrive on a Saturday at 9:15, they said they do not open until 10. When I mentioned the hours listed here, the attendant didn’t care and pointed to the sign and said, “Well this sign says 10”
