Incredibly rude. They swore at us when we tried to donate blankets even though it said on the door they accepted bedding. One of the workers threw a storage tote I brought to donate at my friend and broke it.
Usually a great place - but I brought in an entire dish set and the guy (after I told him the box was dishes and fragile) proceeded to drop the box and smash every dish. Heartbreaking
Really quick drop off. Probably took less than 3 minutes and the staff was very kind.

2022-01-09Boxes sorted by category are placed outside so cars can park off to the sidewalk and conveniently do their drop off donations. (Note: Guy who lived around there said hes seen this donation center busy the last couple of weeks, as in non-stop. Indicator of people fleeing SF?l

2021-08-27Theyre open 7 days a week from 9 to 5 p.m. I was lucky to find parking just a few feet away from their door. The day I went, there were two bins outside their front door along with two employees to receive donations. Easy drop off. In and out within 3 minutes. Couldnt be easier.

2019-02-08Very friendly helpers to help you unload your things. They offer a receipt too. Open 7 days a week and they take everything... No restrictions. Easily accessible and easy to see from the street. Loading zone available for people donating.
