FPI Management illegally withheld my security deposit after I vacated my apartment. California law requires deposits to be returned within 21 days of moving out, but it’s been over 2 months past that deadline with no correspondence. I’ve called and emailed dozens of times to no avail. They robbed me of money that is legally mine during a global pandemic. My family needs this money. This company is soulless, and they deserve to be sued by every former tenant in the same position as myself. Avoid FPI Management at all costs.

I loved my time at Garden Court Apartments! It was a big move across country for work and the building manager was more than helpful with advice for furniture, how to get around, and introducing me to my new neighbors. All my neighbors were very kind, they became like family for me. It was always quiet and I felt very safe as a single woman living alone. The maintenance man was also easy to find and prompt when I had an issue. I cant thank Sue, the building manager, enough for being so open and making living so far from home that much easier.

I lived here for almost a year and in the incompetency and lack of communication from the management is embarrassing.Do not trust their words and keep record of everything since you ask for repairs and they dont fix them.

Manager have a terrible personality, Cant think logically, and dont care for the people who lived here. there is NO PARKING and she will favor favorites. Need to change manager as soon as possible.
