We had such a great experience! James Smith was our salesman. He was veryprofessional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! We have looked for a Tahoe with a diesel engine and it is impossible to find one that isnt already sold! We purchased from 2 states away, it was so easy to do the paperwork over the phone and online. Future Chevy made it easier purchasing hundreds of miles away than our previous experiences with local dealers. They were so accommodating by meeting us so we didnt have as far to drive. Took my Sierra in for service and diagnostic check. The diagnosis took some time and had to wait for apart to be shipped. Jon in the service department was great throughout the time they had my pu. He kept me informed and explained everything they were doing. I was very satisfied and they will have my service. Very professional.

I went in thinking I couldnt even buy a car.From Moss, to Mason, to Bill, to RJ, to even their GM Thomas, these are the folks you want to buy a car from.First of all, Moss found the car within the parameters I gave him, without hesitation.Then, Mason and his Customer Service and rapport he created with us was awesome.Then, I changed my mind so many times, and Bill accommodated us, and didnt even have to, but his overall goal was that we were happy and satisfied.Then, RJ went through everything with us with the signing steps and explained it until we were comfortable.And, in the middle of all of this, Thomas, their GM, is not an absent entity/body. Even though his team is well-trained and well-versed, he is out there, from leading them making sure they have it right to picking up trash that blew onto the lot.I even stopped into Chad in service, who spared a few minutes for me to ask a few questions.So, if you want people you can trust to buy a car from, will work a great deal for you, and will make you happy, go see them! Dont even hesitate. This is your only stop! Look no further for what you want!
This is by far the BEST Easter I’ve ever had! The gentleman that worked with me (John Miles) , helped me and my family get a very nice and new Equinox SR. I came in with some doubts in my heart, but he helped me clear those negative feelings with his kind heart and smile. We were also concerned with the inflated pricing but he also helped us with negotiating a better more suitable position for us.
I first brought my Volt to Future Chevrolet in December 2020 when the check engine light came on. I was charged $200 for them to simply reset the computer. The Volt experienced the same problem in March 2022 when I was charged another $200 and told the issue was because I was using a non-Chevrolet charging cord. Im continually disappointed to have been charged so much money for Future to do so little work while not solving the issue with my Volt. Ihave zero confidence in Future Chevrolet to have done anything to prevent these issues going forward, and I am going replace my Volt with a different car. I enjoyed having the Volt until I started going to Future, and I will not buy a Chevrolet again after this experience.
Would not return my call to schedule a lease return. So i come in on my day off. This place Does not offer lease returns on the weekends. Informed me that they would not hold the car until the following Monday. Manager suggested that I go to John L Sullivan. I think that would be a great idea for anyone interested in a new car.
On Sunday I purchased a new 2022 Chevy Equinox RS the sales Rep Malek an his partner Lindsay were great , professional. Great personality, funny good customer service Personable. Made me feel comfortable they were very Patient Especially, when teaching me the new technologies didnt make me feel bad about not understanding.Overall Im happy that I went to future Chevy would recommend 10 out of 10.
Let me just start by saying future chevy will be the only place I buy my vehicles from. I was there to buy a new truck at the end of 2020 and just yesterday upgraded to a 2022. Both times I was there it was a joy to buy. Truth is they are straight forward, and obviously there to sell vehicles because both times the price is exactly what I wanted and I can be a little unreasonable from time to time. Go see Hector. He is fantastic. Thanks buddy.
A little over a month after purchase my car wouldnt start. the battery cables were heavily corroded and the terminals were bone dry, and I am somehow responsible for all of the $1200 bill. let this be a lesson to anyone buying a car, bring someone who knows what to look for under the hood. Highly disappointed that they refused to cover any of it even though its been less than 60 days. Whats even more bothersome is Chevy couldnt even call me to tell me this, this all had to be relayed to me through Honda. Thanks to Future Honda for at least agreeing with me on how unfair this was, and trying to get me some help.
I was just looking today and was looking for a GMC AT4 and future Chevy didn’t have one on lot, but Micheal Boule showed me a Chevrolet Silverado Z71 .. long story short I test drove it and was signing papers and hour later. My experience was awesome, they all were patient and not pushy, Micheal deserves a ton of credit for his professionalism and knowledge of those vehicles on there lot. And as a bonus they drove my new truck home for , gassed and ready for me.Thank you so much Future Chevrolet for a great experience and purchase, I’ll refer my friends and family .
Took very good care of my parents who where trying to trade their old vehicle for another vehicle. All in all got an awesome deal on a vehicle, i will have to say tony the finance guy is awesome very helpful explained everything very nice and funny guy. Went there due to issue with hybrid battery. The mechanic was downright rude and awful!!!I tried to explain my car is still under warranty. The mechanic roll his eyes and told me I still have to pay $200 to have it checked. Being a former mechanic with few friends who are mechanic, we all know it was hybrid battery issue which Chevy was support to cover under warranty.When I explained this to the mechanic. He walked away.Let me tell you what to do... avoid this place and take your car to mechanic who specialize in hybrids! They charge much less and do the job faster!If you really want to take it to dealer, take it to one on Fulton! They are ready and eager to help and will even make sure you get everything out of warranty!
Jose was very kind and knowledgeable on all cars. He listened to our needs and respectfully stuck to what we were looking for. Our experience with him was delightful and not pressuring. The team as a whole made us feel so welcome’d and like we were the only customer there. I will definitely recommend and return for future purchases.

I leased a car from Performance Chevrolet 3 years ago my experience with them was horrible. My experience with Future Chevrolet was excellent all the way from Sales rep Moh to William in finance to Finance Manager. Everyone was professional friendly and courteous. I was able to lease a vehicle quickly without any stress. William made the transaction smooth and easy.

Jeff in service was great. The time it took to get my oil change was great. However, after getting home and smelling burnt oil while going home, I find spilt oil in my engine compartment. Very frustrating and disappointing. Took about an hour to clean it all up. I understand mistakes happen but at least clean up after them, not leave them for the customer to do such.

I had a great experience at Future Chevy of Sacramento. I worked with Shanel Chanthaboualy, who offered me a great deal on a new Chevy Silverado Z71. I’ve been looking for a long time for the right deal, and Shanel worked with me, without the going back and forth hassle on pricing, which I really appreciated.RJ Sobey in financing and Bill Gooden (New Car Manager) were great as well. This was a pleasurable experience at a car dealership, I was unexpectedly surprised how fast and efficient everything went. Being completely honest. My purchase from these guys was flawless. They went above and beyond to get things done. Since then I traded my vehicle in that I purchased from them and went In to get my refund process started for my cancelable items such as ; GAP, Extended warranty, Dent Care. This is where everything went bad. I started the process in August of 2021 and it is now Dec 31st of 2021 and I have yet to receive all of my refunds. No one is returning my calls after leaving several messages and I have had to drive from Stockton where I live to Sacramento 6 times so far to talk to someone about my problem each time I get a different excuse to why I dont have my money. This is bad business. I would never recommend anyone to purchase any add ons from these people cause if you ever need to cancel them, they will give you nothing but problems with giving you your money back. I feel like no one cares cause they got their money from me already, so now that I need my money from them its problems.
Bought the truck used from another dealer. Steering column has had a problem with the horn almost from day one. I am not happy it took four trips to service to finally find out what was causing the problem! As it turned out it was an aftermarket alarm system and its iffy wiring causing the majority of the problems! Hats off to Chad Weaver and the service tech that stuck with it and got it fixed!
Salesperson “Edwin Valdes” uses scummy business practices online and lists cars for less than they are actually offered for to stir up demand. His behavior is in violation of marketplace rules, and as such the listings are even beyond the threshold of being fraudulent.Due to this, I would take my business elsewhere and have told my peers in the market for vehicles the same. His behavior undermines the business’ integrity. I recommend he be reprimanded or let go.
So I would not bought my new Chevrolet truck if it was not for Lindsey Moran and John Miles at Future Chevrolet of I would’ve turn around and went home but they’re out standing in their own field and they need to be praised and probably monetarily Future Chevrolet of has a customer for life

Chad Weaver was polite, professional, and honest. I felt like a valued customer. He gave me an estimated time when my service would be completed, and they were done before that time! He text me and told me that my car was finished, and he even did a follow up phone call to make sure the service was satisfactory. I love this service center! I will definitely be referring friends and family here!
I don’t usually write reviews but I felt this was necessary. We have been working with a very nice salesman (JR) for a couple of days while we are shopping gor a Tahoe. JR has been absolutely great, helpful, communicating, respectful and courteous. He made a deal with us, presented final numbers, we agreed to the deal. He ran our credit and we were more than qualified ( still having not decided if we were going to just pay cash or finance half of it). We called him this evening and told him we on our way to the store. He said his co worker Moss would be helping us since he went home already. Moss was abrasive and rude from the moment he met us. He said he would not honor the deal we had and disappeared for 30-45 min before his manager came out and told us that they wanted 2k more. Refused to honor the deal that was already made. I think the thing that bothers me the most is that they ran my credit based off a deal that we agreed on. It matters when you are concerned with keeping your scores up. Secondly they were really giving us a hard time over $2000 dollars on a $85,000 dollar vehicle. Honestly we would have paid the 2 grand and probably will at another dealership if they had handled the situation appropriately. It’s 2 grand not 5 or 10. Integrity in business is imperative and very important to my husband and I. JR was awesome and it was super discouraging to see his manager and co worker throw him under the bus and blame him for their attitude and unwillingness to stick to a deal! Very disappointing experience for us.
Jon Rodgers service was great !!!! However due to poor service and lack of returning calls by your service manager Louis Rodriquez (see Yelp) we will not be a returning customer to purchase another car or have service. We have been a customer through 3 ownerships. Bob Frink, Performance and now Future.
Going to a dealership is always a tense experience. You are just waiting for someone to hit you with a massive bill. But that wasnt the case at Performance Chevy. Trevor was upfront about the service process. He gave his honest opinion based on my description of the problem. In the end, I was in and out in two hours and the work was covered by a technical service bulletin, so I didnt have to pay for anything. Oh and the coffee machine is awesome!
I have bought many vehicles over the last 10 years and when I say Future Chevrolet of Sacramento gave me the easiest and most professional experience I truly mean it. They where knowledgeable,fast, and not looking to take advantage like some dealerships. I will 100% be back soon, thanks.
I was running a little late due to traffic but once I had arrived I was greeted by Jose whom I had scheduled an appointment with. I was shown the vehicle in which I was interested in. After looking at the vehicle I took it for a test drive and then back to the dealership. Once back at the dealership we started to talk numbers and Jose was not pushy at all compared to other salesman I’ve come into contact with. I was able to get what I wanted at the end of it. Once in the finance department (I can’t remember the guy who helped me) but he was very informative about what everything was. If I had any questions he was able to answer them. I’m happy to have purchase my 2021 Chevy Blazer from Future Chevrolet.
I have a RV with a Workhorse chassis that had gas tank recall. I called Future Chevrolet because they are a Workhorse repair facility and was lucky enough to speak with a service manager named Trevor. He looked up the recall, got me scheduled in and had the recall done in less than 48 hours. This is a big motorhome and it had a heck of a gas leak from the defective part. I cant say enough about the tremendous service from this dealer.
Worst place to.buy a car I have yet to experience.From being lied to about the price of a vehicle. To the hassle of coming close to a price as mentioned. I test drove a brand new vehicle discussed the options. I was then told there was a vehicle that is less in cost but definitely not the price I was quoted. I appreciated the effort so I went ahead with the purchase. As I am signing the paperwork the papers mention used vehicle I asked why is this saying used ? They said of it is a rewind vehicle some ones application had some faults and we have to word it that way, they didnt have it very long. (I was not offered to test drive) Well I realized when I drove off the lot there was 3000 miles on it. Definitely not a new vehicle. Later that evening my daughter started getting really puffy in the eyes and sneezing I opened her door and immediately noticed animal hair in the floor board carpets! My daughter is allergic to animals. So when I brought to the attention of the staff they offered leather seats. I do not like leather, offered compensation equivalent They offered me a full deep clean of vehicle an oil change and a full tank of gas. I tried calling a few times before making this to meet the promises made. But not one returned call. The lady specifically told me to hold off on a review until they make it right. Because they are about their reviews. its been far to long with many failed responses from staff.So here is my review. I am highly unsatisfied with this dealer ship and the staff.
We just bought a new Trailblazer from Future Chevrolet in Sacramento. We were extremely happy with the whole process. The employees were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make our experience comfortable. They even delivered the car to us in Sonoma and picked up our trade-in. I was pleased that I was able to get my vehicle in so quickly when there was a problem. was met with a pleasant man who helped me get situated and to get a Lyft home. Additionally, I was kept in the contact throughout the process. I was able to secure a Lyft back to the dealership and my SUV was ready to go. Truly appreciate the ease of handling the situation over a quick two days!

Ive been going there for over 10 years due to the fact that my contact is Chad in the service department. He is the only reason that I bought my new vehicle there since I was going to go some where else. He always makes sure that my car is only serviced for what is needed and that its cleaned and ready when I come back to pick it up. Ive sent other family and friends there also to have their car serviced. This was definitely the easiest and the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Maisen Tony and Damien made this process run so smoothly. The customer service was excellent!! I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to commit to terms that I didn’t feel comfortable with. Damien, Tony and Maisen worked very well together and made us feel like family.
My son and I were met by a sales person, at the time of our appointment. He was very informed as to what I was looking for in a vehicle. He took us to see the vehicle and we went for a test drive. He started the process as soon as we returned. I am very pleased with my new car.
Appointment at 130 pm to check battery failure on my 2020 truck and left with same problem battery. They Rotated my tires but now a broken tire pressure sensor. After 4 hours they gave it back with a broken tire pressure sensor and didnt have the 70 minutes required for their device to check the battery. Now they need 3 days to check the battery lol.. Sounds fishy to me.
Great service, car was delivered clean, full of gas and ready to go. Sales team very helpful at expediting the delivery. Because I was late arriving on Friday evening the salesman is coming on the weekend to go through all the additional set up like garage door opener etc. thanks The Future team is awesome.
I worked with Anthony Perez and recommend you contact him if you’re looking for a salesman that is honest and laid back—super friendly too. Financing was easy and while there was the usual gap insurance push, it was just a few short minutes. What I liked about this place is that I didn’t feel schmoozed and icky when I left. It was all really calm and quiet, and I still feel confident I made the right decision.
We are beyond happy with our experience. We had an appointment with one gentleman who wasn’t available, we then seen Mike while strolling the lot and he jumped right in. Not hesitation. A big thank you to Mike Boulé. He is THE MAN! He was never pushy and very helpful and understanding. I told him what I was comfortable with and he tried his best to make that happen. When I had questions he was quick to respond with a phone call or respond to my text messages. After leaving with the my truck, he still communicated everything was to my expectation. Very pleased and hoping Mike will be around when it’s time for my next ride or when I send Family and Friends there!
Anyone looking to purchase a vehicle should stop here first! The staff is great especially the manager! I had spent 3 days at a different dealership getting the run around so I decided to go else where and am so happy I did. I got the truck of dreams at a fair price with no hassle in and out in a matter of a few hours! The manager is a real likeable guy who is easy going with a good sense of humor and is able to make whats usually a stressful uncomfortable situation and turn into an enjoyable experience! 5 Stars!!
Great service from the reps and detailed testing from the techs. On the sheet, they actually followed technical procedures diagnosing sensors and electrical issues. Instead of just general guessing, So much of an improvement from a few years ago, well for me anyways.
Negative 10 stars. Show up to my appointment this morning to replace tailgate cables. My service advisor Trevor checks me in says it’s going to be a long wait. Not a problem I took the whole morning off. 35 minutes I see my truck go into service bay. Nice! Should be quick. 30 minutes later, Trevor lets me know that he needs to order the cables!! I said you are joking right, I made this appointment a couple weeks ago and you probably ordered the cables then. Nope! So an appointment, half day off from work, wait an hour and say need to order the cables?? Am I asking too much for the dealership to have ordered the parts for my appointment? Maybe short staffed from pandemic and I should be more understanding? I don’t know but I cannot recommend Future Chevrolet of Sacramento to anyone.
We were very pleased with the purchase of our vehicle. Jose was very friendly and he joked around with us to make us feel comfortable. He was very knowledgeable and straight to the point with vehicles that were in and around our price point . He and the rest of the team made our purchase very easy. I went to my local dealership and did not get results. I scheduled an appointment with you online. It was easy and I was greeted with warmth and concern about my problem. They fixed my car and extended me courtesy and kindness when I asked questions. They even washed my car. I was very satisfied.
Ryan and Oscar are definitely two of the best car salesmen in Chevy. Ive purchased two Camaros from this Chevy dealership just because of the customer service alone. Both times Ive come to purchase a car, Id tell Oscar exactly what I want... He then tells Ryan who simply just says Okay, and gets me exactly what I want. So I definitely recommend any and all Chevy lovers to come here.

If youre looking to buy a car without pressure this is the place. After going to a couple other dealerships it was refreshing to come here and talk about a car and the price without ever having a credit application shoved in your face. Its nice to be on the same page before taking the next step and taking an unnecessary hard inquiry on your credit. My wife and I came in and found exactly what we were looking for with many more additions for an incredible price. After signing the papers on our new 2021 Z71 Suburban we actually sat and talked with the guy helping us for 10 minutes before we got up to leave. I was searching for a vehicle to pull a travel trailer. I did not have a trailer at the time and hoped to find a truck or large S.U.V. to fill my families needs. Once we started working with your salesmen I felt that even if we didnt what we wanted on that trip to your dealership, this was where we would to shop until we reached our goal. Let me just start by saying that everything/everyone, the whole experience was AMAZING! I have been a nervous wreck the past week knowing I needed to buy a car. Didnt know what to expect, didnt want to get bamboozled, just worried.From the second I walked in, David took me under his wing and treated me like one of his own. The arrogant Service Manager and HIS GUYS messed up my car. They didnt put it back together correctly. Had to wait for something extreme to go wrong before they would admit they did it wrong. Still, never fixed it. Now having more issues because of their lack of professionalism, concern, and wasnt a priority since it was on their dime.I felt like my had different parts than what it went in there with. Nothing fit back together correctly. Sloppy job. They do not guarantee their work. And if u question it, u, basically, get the, My guys didnt do that. But they did. Ruined my beautiful camaro. I know my steering is extremely loose, n my nice expensive tires, lets just say Im lucky nothing happened when my tire ripped out away from the rim in a perfect circle. My a/c spit up water all over my legs on the inside, which they said they fixed. Now the a/c is seized up cause they pinched the tube, no oxygen. This place does not care about your car, they are not careful, they do not have pride, just arrogance that they dont deserve.
It was a flawless process! We came in to see Damion the finance manager. Him and the sales person Marvin helped us pick the vehicle we wanted at the lease rate we wanted. Marvin and Damion knew what they were talking about and were honest and straight forward throughout the whole process. No lies, no run arounds, we got in negotiated a great deal and were treated with full respect. I strongly recommend you go and shop at Future Chevrolet in Sacramento and make sure you ask for Marvin and Damion. Trust me you will not be disappointed!

Service was fine, but the after hours drop-off was a pain. They told me I could leave the car after hours. Failed to mention that when they close they lock gates to their parking lot so you cant even drive on the lot. Fortunately there was an employee leaving as I arrived and he unlocked the gate. Otherwise Id have been stuck.
Yesterday April 8, 2021 I had the most amazing experience at Future Chevrolet of Sacramento buying a beautiful car! This has to be one of the worst dealerships, we bought a Chevy Silverado from this place. Purchase the extended warranty and gap. 2 Days Later the AC went out in our lovely 110 degree weather. No problem we have warranty. I looked through all of our records, nothing with our policy number or who to contact. So I called the dealership its been 7 calls now and not response. I get VM to rep and not return call. What kind of professionalism is this? They sell their pile of junk and then leave you out to dry. Stay away. I hope whomever ownes this dealership reads my review. Hire competent employees please.!
Everyone at the dealership was so helpful and accommodating. I have a really big dog and I was looking for a larger vehicle. Future Chevrolet encouraged me to bring the dog to look at the cars and then had him climb into the back of a few models. We took our test drive with his head hanging out the window and we walked away with a great deal on a vehicle that will be comfortable for the whole family.

**update**We received our Tahoe a few months back and I love it. Everything we went through to get it was worth the wait. Thank you for helping us get the car we wanted/needed for our family. Excited for the new adventures our family will be able to experience in our new 2021 Chevy Tahoe.We purchased a 2021 Chevy Tahoe and were under the impression it was a 4x4, we found out the next day it was not. After speaking to the sales manager we kept the vehicle until we were able to obtain a 2021 Chevy Tahoe as we were looking for. Unfortunately, at this time because inventory is low we were having trouble locating a Tahoe the way we wanted/needed for our family. After two weeks we decided to return the Tahoe and save ourselves the headache of searching with no luck. We wanted to order the vehicle the way we wanted/needed as the search was difficult. We are pleased with the way we were treated and with everyone’s help. We cannot wait and are very excited to receive our Tahoe.

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had! Prosperity worked with me to get me everything I wanted in my car. I sent her another dealerships prices that were much closer to me and she promised she could beat their price. Not only did she beat their price, but she drove all the way from Sacramento to Salinas to pick up the car, then to Gilroy to deliver it to my door! This was my first time at this Chevy dealership or any Chevy dealership. I had owned a couple of F150’s and decided to try something new so I found a Silverado that I liked online and stopped in. While my son and I were browsing the trucks, Shanel came out to greet us. I showed her the truck that I wanted, unfortunately with the supply shortage that truck was not available yet, so Shanel showed us the used trucks that we had been looking at on the lot. I’m sure she could see that the truck that I chose sold itself and she did not pressure me to make a decision or make me feel like I was obligated to do anything. After a couple of test drives (it’s a very nice truck) we talked numbers and again Shanel was very patient with me and got me the price and monthly payment I expected. I have to say I have dealt with car salesmen before (my first time dealing with a saleswoman) and I had never felt more in control and comfortable at a dealership. If you stop into Future Chevy, ask for Shanel, I would give her 10 stars if I could. I’m very satisfied with my new truck and I’m glad I stopped in.
I had essentially lost hope in dealerships. Even buying a brand new car was a terrible experience. Then, I met Prosperity and the good folks over at Future Chevrolet. She completely restored my hope in the possibility of working with a dealership. From my very first contact, it was clear that Prosperity had my best interests at heart. She didnt bug me or push me, she just made sure I had all the information I needed to make the best decision I could. Then, when I did purchase my new truck, she drove it 470 miles to my house. That saved me having to drive up and drive back myself. She delivered the truck, fully fueled and ready to go. She walked me through the truck and then we sat down at my dining room table and signed the paper in the most relaxed environment possible. Future Chevrolet and Prosperity Lewis, you have absolutely impressed me!
They say they do things differently at this dealership. That is an understatement.. 1st off, they are not a pack of seagulls swarming you like a french fry when you arrive, I have always hated that.. They make things fun, they remove the haggling and they put respectful and viable deals in front of you from the start and they do it without the pressure. Further, they have treated me better than anyone when it comes to trade in values by far. I highly recommend this dealership and its staff.
Trevor Shelton was quick, informative, honest, and by far one of the best mechanic’s I have came across in my life. He was prompt and extremely helpful with getting the issues on my car fixed even when I couldn’t afford to fix all. Trevor performed an outstanding service that customers like me love and deserves acknowledgment for not just being an amazing employee for the Future of Chevrolet but an amazing and caring person overall. Fair service guy Jon Rogers was nice but keep trying to explain I had warranty on my vehicle so instead of him reaching out to the sales guy slave. I had to while was really busy at work slavek insured me I had this warranty that he would go talk to Jon Rogers.. When I got there to get my vehicle there still was no communication between the two... So I was left with an leaky oil line which said would be taken care of during my next service... In all said in done was not satisfied in how matters where handled.
I’ve never felt so poor in my life. Mind you I have a 2015 LTZ that I maintenance on a regular and money isn’t a issue. Just cause I don’t look like I got money doesn’t mean to treat me this way. I had to ask for an Uber and my service advisor told me they stopped offering them. Trevor is prob the worst service advisor I’ve ever had to deal with. His tone was very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. Mind you in my mind I was gonna spend 500-1k on service but my encounter with Trevor put a bad taste in my mouth about how you guys treat your customers. I feel hella disrespected not gonna lie.

They immediately gave me the fair price of the vehicle, as advertised. It was easy, like buying a car from Carmax, but better because Carmax did not have the car that I wanted and Future Chevy did. The only area I needed to negotiate was my tradein, for which they did a fair, quick, and easy negotiation. I worked with Moh, he was very respectful and pleasant to deal with in every way. They did a good job and deserve my praise, thank you Future Chevy and Mr. Moh!

This is in regards to the an interview I was supposed to have with the General Sales Manager, Travis Traylor. I am posting the review so anyone that is looking to work here or even do business here knows the true culture of this dealership.I was supposed to have an interview for a management role and meet with the General Sales Manager, Travis Traylor. I was on my way to the interview and was going to be about 30 minutes early as I was just down the street from the dealership and my car would not start. I called the dealership immediately and someone informed me that the person with whom I was interviewing was not available though they thought they may be able to pick me up or at least help me out since I am just down the street. I waited 20 minutes and I did not receive a call back. I still had 10 minutes before my interview so I called back again and Travis Traylor was now available. I asked if he had gotten my message that I left with one of the employees and he simply said I dont reschedule, thank you for your interest and he hung up on me.I completely understand first impressions can have a significant impact on the interview process. What I fail to understand and find concerning is the lack of compassion with which he chooses to do business. Customer service requires compassion and communication, two qualities I found lacking despite my best efforts. This dealership had an opportunity to provide a service or maybe even sell me another car. Travis was rude and does not seem to have any respect towards people. I am very discerning about the places I partner with and the companies I give my business to. I will not be working for, giving my business to, or referring others to this company. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
Never going back, what a joke. General manager was the most unprofessional person I have ever met. You can smell the slimy used car salesman as soon as you walk in. I bought a duramax and at the end in the contract I had some guy who barely speaks English Rush me through the paperwork. Ended up paying a lot more for the truck. They didnt keep to theyre word. And as soon as the contract was signed we had to sit there for 1.5 hours while the truck was getting detailed, instead of doing it the three hours I was doing the buying process. I have tried to reach out many of times to be ignored. Maybe that stoner surfer manager should go back and slum it in Santa cruz. And now going to add that I have made contact with the general manager and he said he should get back to me to work out something and then never herd from him again...
Purchased a new truck from here and everyone from or sales person Anna to the sales manager and finance guy JD were all great to work with. Can not say enough as to how easy and smooth our purchase went. Never felt pressured, and got a great deal on a new 3500 HD truck. Least stressful purchases ever. This dealership takes advantage of people. They rushed me to do my paperwork because it was late. First time I ever purchased a car from a lot and they used 4 to 5 sales man to distract me on the price when I was going over final paperwork ended up pay almost 10 grand more then discussed when I came in the next day they basically told me that it sucks to suck. We do it to everyone was the exact statement he made. Welcome to car sale bud.
Had a hard time helping a friend from out of state buy a car. He negotiated price, hold payment cost and terms and when I showed up the manager “stepped in” and I had to spend 3 hours getting to the place he was before. In the end, they got nothing out of it, but some customers disappointed to waste time, and dissatisfied previous terms weren’t honored without having to be in a long drag out negotiation, twice.Car sales people earn their reputation here.Manager left contact info below but was unresponsive to e-mail.
Called to get service done and my vehicle is under warranty. The person I spoke with just tried everything in his power not to schedule me to get seen. He went on about needing my VIN when all he had to do is schedule me and if my warranty was expired then I would have to pay. So I called Roseville Caddiliac and they got me in no problems didnt need info just said to bring the vehicle and they will handle all my needs. Future Chev. needs to learn that kind of service if its any type of GM vehicle help people dont always have info right up front so its ok to get it upon arrival
I got emails from both ONSTAR and Chevrolet that it was time to change the Oil in my 2020 Silverado. I am about to take a road trip so I called the dealership and set up an appointment. It was that easy. Dropped off my truck came back a couple of hours later all done. While at the dealership I visited the parts Dept. ordered premium floor mates. Two days later they arrived. Now I am ready to take my new truck on its first road trip.I just want to Thank the team at Future Chevrolet in Sacramento Ca., but especially Tony in financed he has gone above and beyond.Rod J.

Recieved a recall notice in mail for air bag inflater . I called to see if I could get truck service and was able to get truck service appointment within 2 days. Once I dropped off truck I was given an estimated time of 2 hours. I Recieved call truck service was finished within 90 min with checking out fast and easy.

2022-04-10Hi everyone, this is my quick review on how good my experience was with this dealership and a sales man Hector Lopez who’s provided me best service I’ve ever had.When I got pre-approved from my bank I was receiving these phone calls and messages from different dealers a lot of ‘em no joke.When I was going through all the voice messages I wasn’t really sure if I want a car until I have listened to this one from Hector Lopez. His voicemail was really professional with a lot of details and other info to the point where I have decided to give him a call.He assured me that they can get me a car with no problems and no stress at all.I wen the next day on Sunday and wasn’t disappointed more than that I was amazed how well this guy takes of his costumers. Even tho the process wasn’t smooth, due to my credit score I still got approved for 40k and got my self this nice BenZ.The time frame I’ve spent, from 10am to 3pm which is 5 hours including dealing with my low credit wasn’t that stressful at all.I was chill throughout the whole process and Hector Lopes was running the whole work.I give 5 star to this dealership without any doubt and I will come back within a year to deal with Hector again!

He knew our budget and made it work.As we were discussing deals he worked with us to getting us an excellent deal at price we could afford. He was helpful through the whole process. 2022-06-28I made my appointment online which was simple, fast and easy for my*(Chevy Traverse) The service advisor (Trevor) was very professional, and attentive to my service needs. He also kept me abreast to the progress of my vehicle. He was also straightforward which I really appreciate. Future has Excellent Customer Service!!!! Which is Dead in many places![One con: My Appt. was for 7 am (I was there at 6:30 waiting for them to open) My car sat for 20 mins after check in. Then it was moved to the service parking lot where it sat a little while before being serviced. (So much for a 7 am appointment]However they did a very good job and also found a leak on my Transmission case to be serviced later. (Covered by warranty) the waiting room is super clean as well as the bathroom and snackBar is clean. (First impression)January 20, 2022 / Claim filed by dealership in March/ April 2022UPDATE: (DEALER DISHONESTY)My above experience was good……..Until I returned the loaner Chevy vehicle. It was a used and black small car. It was raining when they loaned it to me.(**so it’s difficult to see scratches or dings)When I returned the vehicle 2-3 weeks later, they claimed I damaged the vehicle. The car had a small scuff on the right rear corner panel.I only drove the car with my wife to a store and home. I walked around to check for damage before leaving the Dishonest Dealership.They filed a claim with my insurance company which qualified as an accident!My mistake for not taking (**pictures and a **video) Don’t trust or think they will look out for you. This dealership already knew this vehicle was damaged before they loaned the car to me. I should have rented a vehicle.They wanted me to spend $1700 dollars for service on my new vehicle, and when I would not they found another way to get money from me. FUTURE CHEVROLET IN SACRAMENTO IS A DISHONEST DEALERSHIP. I WILL NEVER SERVICE MY VEHICLE THERE OR BUY FROM THEM. They look like they’ve got it together with all the uniforms running around, but they are not honest in my experience! Take your chances!

2022-04-29I’m extremely satisfied with my service. When I brought my vehicle in for service it was supposed to be done the following day. Then other issues were presented some of which would be covered under warranty. There were also issues that my advisor said couldn’t be covered that ultimately were covered. I was without a rental or transportation for five days, and that diminished the quality of the service. I must say the service team did a great job and Jeff Heath my advisor deserves a raise. Big thanks to Future Chevy for honoring the manufactures warranties even if it took some haggling. In the End, I’m happy with my service. The fact of the matter is you pay top dollar at the dealership for the highest level of vehicle service and customer care. So, instead of making saving a few dollars a priority. Let’s put our customers needs first moving forward.

As we were discussing deals he was very understanding and amazing at getting us what we wanted at a price we could afford. When it came to Shane he was very knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. They never once made us feel pressured to get a vehicle. They just wanted to make sure we got into a vehicle we would love. Tony is a story in itself. He is one of the best things about your dealership. We never felt like he was selling anything extra, but more we were family and he made sure his family was taking care of this comes with us adding the 7 year warranty to our New Truck 😊 and the maintenance as well. 2022-04-01Ive purchased many cars over the years but this was by far the best experience Ive had with a dealership. The environment was fun and friendly, and I felt welcomed the minute I walked in. Tom took the time to personally introduce himself and chat about my truck purchase. He even included me when purchasing ice cream for the staff. Who doesnt love a sweet treat on a warm day?I was paired with Dave, one of the best salesman. He knew exactly what I wanted and delivered above my expectations. He is unique in the fact that he listens to every detail. Not only to me as a customer but all the people around him. He genuinely cares about people and doing whats best for them.
