First off I must say Fresno Mazda went to work for me. When I was turned away from other dealerships, they said no problem let me go to work for you. My salesperson Davis, I can not thank you enough! You listened to what I needed for my family and you went above and beyond for me. When buying a new vehicle sales people are usually very pushy. Not Davis, he was very attentive in my needs and let me make the choice. He also made sure the vehicle was clean and full of fuel for me when I picked it up the following day. They got me into a 2021 Toyota. A vehicle I never thought I’d be able to afford. Thank you again for the amazing experience. I would recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle to go and see Davis at Fresno Mazda!
I took in my pickup to be diagnosed and get an estimate because I thought it would be the most professional place I could go to. The diagnosis took longer than I expected and when I called for an update they told me the service advisor was sick and they would get back to me. They did not call me back so I had to go in person. Apparently they had completed the diagnosis but nobody let me know. The service manager went over the diagnosis which I appreciated but they did not give me the estimate. Now its going on three weeks and many calls, and I still dont have the estimate I was promised. I would have took my business elsewhere if I knew they didnt care about their customers.
Alan Olivia Was very honest and forward with the whole process. He could tell I was a little nervous during, but who isn’t when it comes to getting a new car. He reassured me if I had any questions or had something to say about anything to let him know cause that’s what he’s there for. To help out and get me what I wanted. So thank you Alan for getting me what I wanted.
Had a great experience with Alaint Oliva, he took the time to go over every feature available with the Mazda 3 my son wanted. We went on multiple test drives and he was patient and knowledgeable. We were there for a while and he made sure we had drinks and were comfortable, he went as far as making sure we had phone charges. Great experience!!

The worst management in the car business, period. Had a deal negotiated and was strung along in the waiting room for multiple hours. Their team members kept saying id be going in to the finance off next to sign paperwork. 4 hours later, and still nothing. All the while, other sales people were showing off the car I was buying! Got fed up and walked out on the deal. Turns out that same car was sold to another buyer within an hour after leaving. I feel a better offer was on the table so they wanted me to walk. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! SHADY CROOKS!
Good morning!Last week, 2 of our vehicles were totaled right in front of our home in the middle of the night. It was a Hit ad Run! Needless to say my wife and I had to buy a new vehicle. One of the vehicles which was totaled was our 2014 Mazda CX-5 which we had bought in 2013. We loved this vehicle! It gave us 9 great years of service and awesome drives to the coast!So we decided to visit your dealership last Friday. I want to thank your entire staff for being so professional, courteous, humorous and just basically caring. It was somewhat of a hard time for us. The salesman we had, Chris Cisco, was amazingly caring and did not pressure us in any way. He listened to our needs and worked with my wife and I. The Manager, Gurdeep, was exceptionally nice. What a personality. The Finance Manager was extremely pleasant also (even though he was a Denver Broncos Fan! LOL) Your staff made a difference and we want to thank them all. If there is a need for us to purchase another vehicle, we will surely be back. Oh, BTW, we purchased a 2022 Mazda CX-5 again!! Black!!!!!!
Bought a “new to me” Mazda 3 yesterday from Fresno Mazda. Not only do I LOVE the car but the service received from Fresno Mazda was amazing. I have bought several vehicles in my time but never have I received better service in the car buying process than from Fresno Mazda and Alan Oliva!
This is one of the worst dealers in Fresno hands down! I’m a military veteran just getting out of the service after 5 years. I went there to buy a used car I was interested in. The sales guy was so unprofessional and did nothing to try and help me. To manager also came out just to tell me the car was under priced by an error and as soon as I left they were going to mark it up because someone made an error. They also tried to sell me some kind of car security that I didn’t even ask for but because they already installed it I would need to pay an extra $1,200. That was a complete lie because a week later the car is still there and still priced the same. This dealer is full of scammers and false advertising. They also don’t offer any veteran discounts and do not care what so ever about the customer!
My experience here was amazing, I was a little hesitant but Alaint made me feel comfortable and helped out with the process making it easy. I was able to leave keys in hand with a reasonable price with the car I want. No settling when Alaint helps, he finds a way and I’m very appreciative of his service!
:| I bought a car from them and it had the SAME BATTERY FROM 2016, then I brought it in for a oil change like 2-3 months after I got it and they gave me a list of old parts my car has*same old parts from 2016*….. basically they sold me a piece of shit… I put 5k down what a waste! they do not care about the customers they just care about selling cars go somewhere else

I like this place. Clean and orderly. They inspected my vehicle first. They have a camera that goes under car with mechanic, he looks at things and tells you what he thinks. Then they send you a video to your phone. You cannot go in shop, but this is the next best thing to it. You choose what you want done and send info. back to mechanic. Its wonderful. The other customers there didnt complain. Everyone seemed pleased with there service. This was the first time I used them. Ill be back!
Their service department is excellent! We bought our car at a different Mazda Dealership (Selma, stay away!!) but here they treated us as if we bought the car here. We still got 10% off work done because the car was new. We got videos of the car as the mechanic was working on it, keeping us updated and had it done and washed before the quoted time. Easy to build trust here with the promises they’ve met and proof of work being shown. We will stay with the dealer!
I came in with my daughter to help we find a new vehicle. She had been looking at different brands for months and could not make up her mind. Although she was indecisive Alan Oliva spent the time and dedicated patience to help her make her decision. My daughter is very happy with her new cx5

Great customer service. Fast and reliable service. The only thing they didnt offer is a courtesy shuttle car if you were going to need a drop off or pick up of your vehicle if you couldnt wait for the service on your vehicle to be serviced. Other than that I would of given 5 stars. Other than that. Thank you for your service!
The team at Fresno Mazda was nothing but professional and honest. I had the pleasure of working with Aaron and Frank and I was extremely pleased with their friendliness and eagerness to get down to an agreeable price. Andy made the paperwork/signing process extremely smooth and seamless. All in all, the team at Fresno Mazda made my car buying experience extremely comfortable and enjoyable! I definitely recommend this dealership they were able to beat 3 different quotes I got from Mazda dealerships around California! I had a great experience with their service. They are providing a complimentary oil change for educators! On top of getting a free oil change they washed my car. All the staff I interacted with were very polite and friendly. I should mention that I don’t even have a Mazda car.
For many car buying experiences, Ive had some kinds of issues that werent resolved. From salespeople bullies, to poor automotive service, to an outright miserable experience. Im happy to say that this time was different and I have a few people to thank, Tom from Management, Moe & Tony from Sales Department, and Isaac from Service Department. Collectively, these gentlemen made my time at Fresno Mazda a pleasant one.I had made an inquiry on the Kelly Blue Book website for my 2012 Toyota Rav4. With all the details filled out, it was just over 6k. I was debating if I should sell it privately and use the cash for down payment for a new car, but I went and decided to check all the dealerships. Mazda contacted me first and then other dealerships followed. Despite all of the differences in price values from all of the other dealerships, I did not want to buy a car from them because no one wanted to negotiate much, and I didnt feel comfortable making a commitment to move forward knowing that the price could be reduced more elsewhere. Tom from Mazda gave me a fair deal above KBBs value and added an extra incentive for choosing to do business with them.Tom paired me up with Moe, who was very relaxed, easy going, kind, and informative. He allowed us to check our prospect vehicles, and even volunteered to let us test drive our top pick home to my Dad, who contributes to the decision making, he was not present with us. To no avail, we had to wait the next day to talk things out with him. When I came back the next day, Moe was off, so his partner, Tony, assisted us throughout the process. This guy was amazing, he worked with us until we were satisfied with the numbers. He was patient the whole way through and didnt make us feel like we were bullied. I got to ring the bell for the first time, and it felt awesome. LoLLastly, I wanted to talk about the service department. Issac assisted me with getting the car taken in for the Zurich shield. When everything was completed, I noticed my aftermarket rear view mirror was missing; they had to remove it for their applications and forgot to put it back on. I grew anxious as it was a gift. The department in charge of the job had already closed. Isaac promised to make that the first priority upon opening. The next morning, at opening time, I got a call from Isaac that they were able to retrieve it. No ones perfect. So as long as you correct an issue, Im good. He was courteous and was timely, and I appreciated that.I waited longer to write this review because I just wanted to give a full detailed response for all of the associates involved with my new purchase. All in all, Mazda did a phenomenal job, and as long as they maintain that level of standard, I would definitely recommend them over other dealerships.Thanks again, Fresno Mazda!!!PS. I forgot to grab the business card of the person handling the contracts. But Im sure the team can pass on the kudos, he was very thorough, explained things very seamlessly, was friendly, and helped us get through the contract signing without any doubts in mind. Please be careful when dealing with this dealership. I doesnt trust this dealership. They didnt keep their commitment with us. It was a written commitment. I was surprise how quickly they change colors. Their tone was change compare to how they deal with us in the beginning. That could be the reason MAZDA is sinking on daily basis. I will not deal with this dealership in the future.
Joey and crew were great. I had additional questions which she relayed to the maintenance crew who gave great, detailed feedback. I needed to stay a bit longer to finish up some work things which they didn’t mind at all and while checking out I had fun talking to Joey and Jose.Highly recommend.
They sold me a truck with rims that were not the correct fit. When I took it to the tire shop for a screw in my tire I was informed and showed me by the shop that these rims were unfit and so dangerous the truck was not safe to drive and had me sign a form that they informed me it’s not safe for driving. So I called the service manager and had it towed to Fresno Mazda. Bruno the service manager said he didn’t believe me about buying the truck with the Mustang rims and went on to say too bad they wouldn’t replace the rims with the proper rims knowing that they sold me a truck with mustang rims that do not fit properly and unsafe to drive. They sold me a Toyota Tacoma with Mustang rims assuring me it was fine when I inquired about the Mustang rims being safe on a Toyota Tacoma. Also Bruno assured me that the main manager would contact me about this and two weeks later no response. Never buy from this illegitimate company you will be sorry. It cost me $1,400 to make the necessary repairs.
Purchased a new 2020 Mazda CX-9 and absolutely love it!! Moe was our salesman and was so professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He took the time to answer all my questions and it was such a pleasure working with him. Anthony (manager) worked hard to locate and get the car with all the amenities I wanted! Purchased my CX 5 in November, Ive had it in for oil/tire rotation service twice, both times Ive waited for my car. They were done in 30 minutes and even washed and vacuumed my car. I drove in with a minor question and Shaney grabbed a tech and he fixed it on the spot. Always friendly and efficient service.
Fresno Mazda is the dealership to go to for your new set of wheels. The car buying process can be stressful and a little scary, especially as a first-time car buyer. You can do weeks of research, yet still feel overwhelmed. Well allow me to help ease some of that anxiety. My husband and I were in the market for a crossover. We read great things and loved the ratings for Mazda’s line of CX vehicles. We had the wonderful opportunity of working with sales specialist Moe T. You always hear the horror stories that sales people are like sharks. We saw the fin and expected the worst. Instead we were pleasantly surprised to find a dolphin. Moe did not try to pressure us in any way. If we didn’t want it, he didn’t try to force it upon us. It was a very great experience to work with him. He patiently walked us through the entire process. Any questions we had, he answered.We took our first test drive in a 2021 CX-5. Sadly, it ended up not fitting our set budget. I assumed this would be our first heartbreak of many. Moe seeing our disappointment was determined to help us back on track. Along with the help of Gurdeep (sales manager), they set out to find something that wouldn’t break the bank. We told them what we were looking for so they showed us the 2021 CX-30. Let me tell you, we fell in love.Now it was time to hash out the details. Moe introduced and gave us a warm transition to Christian H. the finance manager. He also did a fantastic job of explaining everything. He wasn’t aggressive or overbearing. We were able to get what we wanted and remove anything we didn’t. Christian was a breath of fresh air. Even with some added extras, we remained well within our budget. After everything was said and done, we happily left with our new 2021 Mazda CX-30 Select. I’ve had friends and family complimenting us left and right. We strongly recommend if you’re in the market for a new vehicle go to Fresno Mazda. You’ll be happy you did.

After driving down he also took the time to go over every feature of the car and make sure we felt comfortable navigating all the technology. Buying a car can definitely feel like a chore sometimes but it definitely did not feel that way when we bought one here. The salesperson Jose was super nice and not pushy at all. He took his time to answer all our questions and we were able to easily come to an agreement on price. Christian helped us with the financing and was very personable and patient with us. Took my Mazda here that I originally purchased at Lithia Mazda for a warranty issue. Everything was smooth from my first contact until completion of service. All expected times, costs, and warranty processes were clearly explained to me in detail. Additionally, since I was coming up from Visalia I was offered a courtesy vehicle if needed. I would use Fresno Mazda Service department again and I would buy a vehicle from Fresno Mazda. Thank you all.
My experience was beyond great! My sister and brother-in-law took me and my husband in to go look at the red 2021 Mazda cx5 we saw online. I was very fortune to have Marco Cienfuegos as my Salesperson. He was fantastic!!! He was very knowledgeable and patient with us. He showed us all the models from top of the line in my favorite color. He took his time and explained to us the different features from one to another. Marco and Gurdeep Randhawa made sure I walk out with the car and payment plans that I wanted. Brought my CX5 in for I-Life service. I was greeted with a welcome smile at check-in. Joey Ramos was my service advisor and she was very professional, and took care of me immediately. After service was completed on my vehicle, she also debriefed me thouroughly. Service was timely and fast.
I have had my Mazda 5 since 2013 I love it! I have always gone to get my oil change from the dealership as i have purchased the free oil changes for life at my time of purchase. However when I purchased my car it was through Lithia Mazda. Mazda has been sold a few times and is currently Fresno Mazda. I would still get my free oil change usually however due to circumstances my free oil changes were switched to Lithia dealerships exclusively. I was notified through Mazda of the change before my appointment with a personalized call. In doing so they allowed me the time it took to reschedule through Lithia and that was monumentally helpful. I cant thank them enough for their prompt actions and their attention to customer service.
My husband and loved working with Nancy Hernandez, she was very friendly and kind and super easy going. She provided us with a wealth of information and has made the car shopping experience easy and enjoyable! Overall our experience at Mazda has been the best car shopping experience yet!
Took my 2012 Mazda in on Tuesday Aug.24,2021. Was having a issue with my Transmission n leaking Trans oil. Mechanic told me it was the seal. I said ok fix it n the price was 349$. They called me n said my vehicle was fixed n could pick it Friday August 25. When I got there...it was still leaking Trans fluid, it was worst than before I took it in and told me it had a wrong axle .long story short! Will never take my vehicle there again!!!! onthe ve
Drop my car at 11 a.m . Was told it will be ready at 2 but never received a call. So I wanted til 3 and called them. The lady stated it still wasnt ready and will be ready by 330. So I went in at 4 to pick up my car and still wasnt ready, had to wait another 20 minutes. I will never go here again.
I had a great experience with this place. I helped my parents purchase a jeep here and we were treated with excellent customer service and the salesman, Aaron was super nice and patience with us and very understanding when it comes to our needs and answer every questions we had. Not your typical high-pressure car sales experience! Very professional staff. Moe, our salesman, was Knowledgeable, friendly and Focused on finding the vehicle that meets our needs. Maybe Because they are a smaller dealership, The experience felt like we were Just visiting friends in the car business. We are now leasing the new CX-30. Purchased a 2020 CX-5 from Aaron about a month ago. He was very professional and patient answering all our questions. Took the time to point out all of the car features during the test drive and after purchasing. The entire time felt no pressure to purchase. Also working with Andy in finance department went smoothly.
I was not happy w/ my service. I took Mazda up on its offer because as a health care worker our cars are definitely in need of a good clean on the inside. My car was at 70% oil life so I wasn’t really going in for the oil, or car wash. I was looking forward to the interior cleaning. When I got back to my car, not only was it not washed on the outside, but the inside still wasn’t clean. It looked exactly as I left it. This confused me, and I thought to myself maybe I misunderstood. But after I went back to my voicemail that I received from Mazda last week I realize I didn’t misunderstand. I was offered a car wash, oil change and interior cleaning. Someone also called me to confirm my appointment and to make sure my car was emptied out completely so it could be cleaned and vacuumed. I’m disappointed. My time was waisted yesterday. I used my 1 day off to sit and wait for this.
We happened to be visiting family near Fresno when my “check engine” light came on suddenly. I wasn’t comfortable continuing to drive around town, let alone travel back down to So. Cal., without checking with the local Mazda dealer in Fresno. Upon arrival, Jose Gonzalez, greeted us warmly. I gave him some background, he said they’d run a diagnostic and get back to me with the results. Knowing we were waiting at the dealership, he got things expedited for us. Shortly after, he came back to us, explained the problem and promptly got it taken care of. We were out of there in record time and I cannot thank Jose enough for the efficient, courteous experience. Traded in my car here at Mazda Fresno , very responsive before buying the car but after they become quite hard to get ahold of and get some type of result . It’s been over two weeks and I’m still getting calls regarding my old vehicle . If you buy here make sure you stay on them about pay off .
I had a terrible service experience. They didnt honor my healthcare provider reservation (I signed up for the HCP oil change, wash, and sanitization), they did the wrong service on my car (oil change, tire rotation which you described as adding on for a discount when I checked-in, and no clean or disinfect!), and when I complained when picking up the car you claimed all your managers and service people had left the building for lunch and to get the service I had signed up for it would take 3 more hours to get it done. utterly terrible experience. also the oil change took them more than an hour and half. I will not be going back to this location.
I used the kelly blue book instant cash offer tool on the kbb website to start the process of selling a vehicle. when i got there, the process was very simple, the staff was easy going, and i got what i was guaranteed, down to the last dollar. they made a usually hard and troublesome task very easy, and i thank them for that.
My car damaged by rodent and i came here for service and they did not fully inspect my van and let me know the damages. After two months i went to subaru dealer to get the oil change they inspect my van and told me about couple of more issues of rodent damage. I finally got all that fixed .my experence with mazda was disapointed. I think they could do better customer service.
Over $400 for the last 3 services, within a year. Last service in January, 2020, and paid nearly $200 for the 25,000 mile service which was suppose to cover all filters+. Received coupon and had service completed today. Was informed that the air filter needed replacement although it should have done in January. Crazy, I do not understand some companies all for an air filter. Driving to Selma for future service. Good news is that Mazda Corp did help with the issue. On a side note still waiting for a call back for extended warranty, which was requested in January as well.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Thought it would be better with new ownership but I guess they kept the same employees, so no change, still horrible service.
Original Mazda 3 was totaled in an accident and decided to look for a replacement. Found a great deal at Fresno Mazda with the help of Moe who even had the car washed and filled up the gas tank for us. We later found a small paint chip and Moe was able to get touch paint to take car if it for us. Fantastic service and down to earth people. Would definitely recommend!
Came here to get recall work done on my vehicle.One of the three recalls was in regards to the airbag. Ever since leaving the dealership my airbag light has been on. I called them several times and am told I will get a call back and never do. I continue calling them and am told on one occasion that I would have to pay $150 for them to look at and fix what they messed up on the botched recall! Will be filing reports and complaints everywhere!
Me and my sister both had amazing experiences at Harris Mazda! Mark, the General Mgr, Doug and Nick, the sales rep were amazing. An especially great help when it came to finding the perfect car in our price point! They truly care for their customers and want them to get the best deal possible!! Highly recommend it!!
My wife and I leased a new CX-5. Being our first lease, we were hoping the experience would be a pleasant one. And it was! Aaron, Moe and Freddy, made us feel like we were their only customer when they had multiple customers to serve.I would highly recommend Fresno Mazda if youre looking to buy a new car... and you should because not only are they great, so is the product!
I had the best experience here. Right when I walked in, they were friendly and provided me with service. They have a little lounge that is quite comfortable with some water and a machine with different options of hot liquids such as hot chocolate, french vanilla, etc. Of course, like any dealership, they try to sell you. I was not confident enough at first to seal the deal, but in the end I did. Out of all the other dealerships I went to, this one was the best. I was not able to get the car I wanted, but they worked with me to get my second favorite car as a first time buyerthat luckily, they had available. I was able to leave the lot fully satisfied, and for this reason, I recommend all those in search of a car to go to Lithia Mazda of Fresno.
I just bought a new 2020 MAZDA3 hatchback and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. José sold us the car and was extremely helpful and patient, answering all our questions and showing us multiple car options as we weren’t sure from the start. I am so thrilled with the car and the service I was given. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend the hatchback and José.
Lithia Mazda of Fresno is the best dealership. I absolutely love their new female services advisor. shes so sweet, gave excellent service. The technician that worked on the cars are amazing and Ive never had a problem with them. Well.... I haven’t been to a car dealership in 12 years and I had no intention of walking on to another lot, but, the time had come to purchase a new vehicle. My vision of pushy sales people had me weary but I gave the new Fresno Mazda a shot. I was pleasantly surprised! I was greeted and and offered coffee and they let me look without following me around. Chris Aldape was my salesperson and he was great! He took me on test drives and was extremely respectful and knowledgeable. Needless to say I left with a 2020 Mazda CX-5 and I LOVE IT!!! Purchasing was a breeze. I highly recommend Fresno Mazda!
Me and my father have been coming here since he purchased the Mazda which is a 2004. Three different Mazda’s on the account given tons of business. My dad was given free oil changes for the cars life from Lithia Mazda and now that Harris has taken over will not be honoring as well the tires I purchased for the free tire rotation. They did not budge or even give some leeway on the matter. Customer service guy was not apologetic and did not seem to care what so ever. Going from free to now having to pay an arm and a leg. I will never be back.
Horrible services when taking your vehicle for services. I took my vehicle 3rd time for service last year, oil was leaking. I had to take it back for them to adjust. Took a while for me to trust their services but again like a dummy after 6 months, i said maybe it was just a mistake. Since everyone are entitled to make mistakes due to what ever the the person is going thru that day. I took it again and the service tech scratched and dented my front bumper, i asked the service manager to look into it and no call back or researching to what happened. I called and asked for status but still no response from service manager. I guess they really dont care about good customer services after you purchase a brand new vehicle. If i was the owner of this Madza Branch, i be concerned about the future of the staff and how they represent the company. If i do take my vehicle in for another service, i will be speaking my mind to the Sales Manager or someone who cares to relate this rating to the owner. No responsibility or actions taken. Its all about making their money.
I went in with my old car for the healthcare package which came out amazing. As my car was getting an oil change and cleaned out, i was shown some new cars from mazda to waste time. By the end of my oil change, I left with an idea of getting a new car. I came back a couple days later to see what my options are and I walked out with a 2020 mazda 3 brand new off the lot. They helped me so much because I didn’t have a down payment really I just got my own place so a car wasn’t really in my budget. They helped me out so much with a down payment so small. I’m very thankful for everyone that helped me out, Daniel and tony and Christian were super helpful! hoping to go back in 2 years for another car!
Overall good experience. It took a couple minutes for them to abide in showing me the exact used cars I saw on their online inventory since they were trying to show me new cars. But after that everything went smooth. Very friendly and helpful staff. My only real complaint was their crappy detail. I waited over four hours for someone to not clean out any compartments from the previous owner, leave the mirrors smudge, and leave parts of the dashboard dusty. I would have complained in person about it but after four hours to received it like I did I figured Id just do it myself. With all that said I would recommend Lithia Mazda for anyone looking for a vehicle, just dont expect much from the guy doing the cleaning.
I am very disappoint, frustrated and angry with my experience at your dealership. On January 16 signed papers to buy a used car. I made arrangements to come the next weekend (January 23) with my father and sister to pick up the car and replace my check with my fathers check. On January 23 my fathers check was denied by your agency that verifies checks. We went to the bank and came back with a cashiers check. Thus your verification was incorrect. Secondly, I was told I would receive my check back. I was not given my check due to no one had access to the safe. How very unprofessional. I then was told my check would be over night mailed to me on Monday. It took until Wednesday to receive my check. Third, the car did not have an owners manual. An owners manual is essential for all owners. I can not believe that is not provided. Fourth, I was told the car would be on full. I left your facility to find out that the car had 1 gallon of fuel left. Fifth, when putting seat covers on the car, the back seat has a sticky substance on it. Sixth, the car came with only one key. It is general practice for all cars to come with two keys. Finally, upon getting the car home the passenger side door lock/unlock button does not work. I drove 3 hours to your facility to buy this car. You were the only dealer that had several cars of the model and year I was looking for.It was only upon walking out the door that I was told there was no manual and no second key. It was as if both items where an after thought on your part as the dealer. Then and only then was it stated that due to the price I paid they would not be available. For these two issues I will continue to feel your actions and statements are unprofessional.Out of seven issues all of which only one you, the dealer are resolving for me (sending me back my check). The rest I will have to deal with shows great incompetence.
I stopped getting my car maintenance done here due to the poor customer service. Had to come back because of a recall. Guy was nice enough, got everything done, started driving home when my airbag icon kept popping up. A mile from my house I had to turn around to take my car back. Service is definitely not worth coming back for. Especially when I had to wait an extra hour for something they did not do correctly. I understand sometimes things get missed but it’s infuriating when you’re told it’s “a easy fix” but it takes over 3 hours when there’s no other cars in the shop.
I went in to Fresno Mazda about a week ago to look at some cars, Frank Samaniego was the one who let me test drive a 2010 Lexus ES350, after driving it I wanted the car. Frank said he would talk to his boss about monthly payments and the down payment to see if I would be approved or not. I sent him my check stubs and let him run my credit (FIRST TIME RUNNING CREDIT ON A CAR). I texted frank on 7/13 to see about the update of me financing the car, no response. I texted frank again on 7/14 no response. I call fresno mazda to get an update just to find out they sold the car today and tbh I’m upset because this was very unprofessional & a horrible experience & a WASTE OF MY TIME. will be looking elsewhere

Purchased a Mazda CX-9 with extended warranty and emergency service. Called today to find out if my extended coverage would come into play to unlock my car. Already stressed about being stuck but then told it’s unknown since they don’t know what type of warranty plan or extended coverage I have (I know I paid for the emergency road service) after telling them I am locked out of my car and the manual is in the glove box. This is the reason I called. I would certainly think they could look up my coverage after buying a brand new vehicle with the extended coverage. I’m 300 miles from home so my extra key fob is not with me.Disappointed!!!UPDATE:I called back the next day to see if I could find someone else to help me out. While I still found out they don’t keep your warranty information at the dealership, I at least got to talk with 2 people who did actually try to help and I really appreciated that very much. I was still stranded for another day but at least one of the sales people and a finance person that I spoke with explained what and why and how I could find out what my extended coverage is. So thank you!I am still disappointed that a dealership would not have the details of the car warranty. I guess it’s up to the buyer to know what’s covered and if they don’t they may end up paying for repairs unnecessarily. So that’s the reason for the 3 stars instead of 4. I have purchased several new vehicles with extended coverage but this is my first Mazda and first time I will have to find out my self what is covered and what is not covered when I take my vehicle in for service.
Moe is a honest and delightful ( No Pressure salesman) to work with.The team of Christian the sales manager and Scotty the financial manager made the transition into my new car easy, even though it took some time for me to decide on the right vehicle.I ended up with a new CX5 with all the bells and whistle‘s, and I absolutely love it.If you’re looking for a great vehicle at a fair price you should call Moe at Fresno Mazda.
DJ Dalire was excellent to work with in every respect.Efficient, professional, nice person, etc.The young lady in the contract signing office was excellent as well.I visited with the sales manager and he is a great guy, easy to talk with and very friendly.The dealership is clean and neat, nice waiting area, the mechanic shop is also arranged well and clean.When I received my new MX-5 it was detailed inside and out, and gorgeous.Everyone I came in contact with, or walked by, spoke and was friendly.I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
I just want to say Nancy was honest and had a good personality. We were very Indecisive of what we were looking for, even in her heels and the heat she was pleasant and never made us feel like we were troubling to her she hustled and we bought a brand new car from her ! She made are experience great .

RONNIE IS THE ONLY PERSON you want to talk to. Every time Im here no one offers a shuttle. I was told last time They had my car for 8 hours they told me they dont do rentals and only have a limited amount of liner cars. Yet someone today got an enterprise car after dropping theirs off.You have to fight with them to actually receive the services youre requesting and PAYING for and they still will skip it a lot of times. The last 3 oil changes they have told me my cabin air filter is bad when I come pick it up. No one calls and offers to do it while its there. Even when I requested they change it when I brought it, they did the engine air filter instead and told me how my cabin air filter is bad when I came to pick no, one bother to even say my cabin air filet is bad AGAIN. Luckily I know from last time they wont replace it when asked so I ordered one from autozone and Im awaiting its arrival.Dropped off my car 3 hours ago for an oil change. Not busy here at all, 2 cars sitting in the pick up area at 4:00. One person in the waiting room the last hour. And guess what my car is filthy . I bought it ONE year ago and was told I get free car washes with service, Ive received one in the last year that I got when they scratched my car last time and now Im waiting another u on known amount of time on top of the 3 hours Ive been here for my car to get washed because both detail guys are out to lunch.Last time I came to pick up my car it was parked right in front with one of he windows completely down, not cracked completely wide open for someone to steal everything in my car. When I asked why it was like that they apologized profusely. Today they just left in unlocked.So they dont do services theyre supposed to and dont care about making sure their customers are satisfied their service.

I purchased a CX 5 from this dealership after having been in a car accident and my vehicle was totaled. I had the worst experience getting my car in dealing with the sales manager. In addition some of the sales representatives do not seem to know much about the vehicles here. Their sales reps also spend most of their day outside on the patio near a golf cart chit chatting, and I just do not find that impressive. The atmosphere is not very welcoming. They play games as all car dealerships do. My fiancé & I spent 2 hours just trying to get out of the dealership after leaving a deposit on the vehicle. We returned the next day to finalize paperwork & pick up the vehicle. A process that shouldve taken only 2 hours at most turned into an experience from 8 in the morning until 2:30 in the afternoon. All because they play games. I brought my car in for the first service which was fine. They forgot to reset the service schedule in my vehicle. I am currently sitting here writing this review because today I brought my car in at 8:30 a.m for a recall service. The shuttle driver has managed to miss picking me up at least 3 times now because hes too lazy to come inside and alert people he is here. This has happened to at least 2 other people since I have been here. I have since complained and now the shuttle driver is properly doing his job. In speaking with my service advisor he doesnt seem to care what is going on and I cannot comprehend why a service that should only taking an hour is taking upwards of 3 now. This is a short summary. Do not come to this dealership! STAY AWAY! I love my Mazda, but I will not be returning here any longer.
I didnt like anything about it. I brought the car in because there was something wrong with the transmission since the AT light kept going off and the check engine light as well. I also noticed that I couldnt go pass 5th gear without the car throttling down. First person I talked to was a lady that asked what services I needed, I stated oil change, recall fix, also to fix my transmission which is triggering my engine light to go off.So then I was referred to talk to jorge, I told him exactly the same thing I told the lady in the beginning. He put the service down check engine light 130.00, oil change, and recall. I assumed he will be able to tell me the direct problem with the transmission. 4 hours later I received a call from him stating that the car was throwing a solenoid fault code. I asked him specifically which solenoid was at fault, he stated he doesnt know and it will cost 299.99 to take down the pan to tell me the problem. I asked him are you also going to fix the problem also,he stated that was just the price to for a transmission diagnostics. I was frustrated at why it would cost 430.00 total to figure out the exact problem and thats without the fix. I already knew the problem was the transmission and wanted to know what is wrong with it, they could of just referred me directly with the transmission diagnostics for 299 instead of charge for both 130 and 299. I tried to talk to Gabriel service manager, he basically said its my fault that I didnt ask the right questions. Stay away from these people; they have beyond the lowest customer service i have ever experienced. He was basically implying the entire time since I signed the contract and understood what the service was. Maybe if they asked the right questions they would probably gave me the correct service. Im not the mechanic expert how would I know what specific terminology for a very specific service. Worst of all, Gabriel kept stating that there was no transmission diagnostics and we basically did one with the check engine light. If that is true then why did jorge quote me for 299.99 for a further transmission diagnostics. By far the worst customer service that I have had my entire life,this experience will be branded into my brain forever.

It is hard to fit three hours of misery into one review...but people need to be warned. I was comparing an Accord and Mazda 6. We found a lease return Accord with a few thousand miles on it at a good price...we went to Lithia Mazda and gave them the price of the Accord, trade-in information, features etcetera and they told me they only had a new one with the leather and sunroof, but they should be able to match the price. I told our sales person Victor that didnt make sense based on their sticker, but I would listen to what they had to say. We test drove the car then sat for another hour and a half while they typed, corrected misspellings, then corrected misspellings again. Then they appraised our trade-in. We had been there over two hours and they still hadnt given me a price. Finally the Victor the salesman returns from his 5th trip to the sales manager with a piece of paper that has a monthly payment $130 more than the Accord at the same loan length. I told him Victor this is what I said two hours ago...your price doesnt compare thanks for trying. He begged me to give him another minute, then he ran out and asked for our keys so his sales manager could take another look at the car(which he didnt do). I complied and waited some more...now we are at 2 hours and 40 minutes and he walks out with another piece of paper with a year longer terms and only a slightly larger monthly payment than the Honda. I told him thanks, but we dont want longer terms just our keys back please. He ran back in his sales managers office and then returned without the keys again and said perhaps you need a less expensive car...again I said just please just get me my keys. He disappeared again into the sales managers office then came out a third time without my keys. This time arguing that I needed to add some down payment money...I told him a little louder give my keys, he continued trying to negotiate. I finally sad Victor, I do not want to shout in front of your other customers...just give me my keys. He told me I had to get them from the sales manager and led me behind their closed doors into the sales managers office. I asked for my keys again...I got a blank stare from the sales manager, I asked again...no response. The keys were laying on his desk so I reached for them and he grabbed them and told me I couldnt have them. I then yelled give me my keys...he again refused and told me that I had no right to come into his office and ask for my keys. I yelled again saying, I was invited in and would call the police if he didnt give me my keys immediately. He told me I dont care if you call the police, you cant have your keys. We both argued some more and he finally gave me my keys as I was dialing the police and told me he didnt want to sell me a car anyway. The sales person was nice enough...just young an not experienced - but the sales manager was the biggest you know what I have ever dealt with in my 55 years on this planet. I then went down the street to the nearby Honda dealer and bought a new car and had a great experience. I highly recommend you dont go to Lithia Mazda...but if you do, dont dare give them your keys. You may have to fight a jerk of a sales manager to get them back.Update: Julian Marquez who writes the response below is the person who instructed the sales person to take my keys and then stared me in the face and refused to return them to me. Julian illustrates here exactly what kind of honesty you receive from Lithia Mazda while he is in charge. Unbelievable
I purchased a used Toyota Corolla from here and had the worst experience. From the unbearably long time it took to purchase the car. To the insulting salesman trying to play around with my 5 year old daughter and tell her she needs braces. After the purchase it only got worse. It took months to take off the lifetime oil change service and LoJack that they snuck into our contract without giving us an option to opt out. Please dont go here unless your are looking for a hassle and a horrible purchasing experience.
John, Frank and Nettie were very helpful and straightforward in a deal to buy a CX-9 (including a trade-in). Minimal back and forth and nothing hidden or unclear in the process. Stopped in Saturday afternoon and drove my new car home that evening. Frank even picked up my car from work the week after the sale to install Apple Carplay and perform an inspection since they didnt get to the evening of the purchase, Ronny from Service kept me in the loop and explained all of the work being done.
My wife and I wanted to go look at a Mazda 5, this guy Tod helped us. Nice guy until we started asking questions about the higher end version of the same vehicle. He was lying about what the upgrade would give us because he wanted us to take the lower version off the lot. I hate being lied to. But while this was happening he was running our credit and once we were denied (I figured we would, credit still being patched up) he just told us it was denied and walked away. Thats it. No good bye, no nice to meet you, nothing. Just walked. He showed his true colors at that point. Im so glad we didnt buy from this guy. If you have to go to this place DONT talk to Tod.

Beware, especially if ur a girl. Worst customer service every single time I visit! I rather drive to Selma!! I, and multiple friends and family have complained straight to HQ but they do nothing. The service manager is sexist and rude. He will demean and belittle you. Will not do the work requested and will charge you for things that are covered under warranty!!!
Almost cant put in words how pleased I am with Mazda Lithia of Fresno. Driving the amazing new CX-9 on loan from Mazda USA, get a flat tire while driving in the mountains close to Yosemite. An appointment is made by the next morning, so I drive down to Fresno - and since the vehicle has just come on the market, the tire has to be sourced from elsewhere. Within two hours service advisor Ronnie Adayan has me on the road again - after providing personal, amazing and timely service. Thank you!
Ever since they have changed ownership things have gone down hill. Way less inventory, most of the employees have left and they are more like sells people now who only care about selling cars and not the customer. Definitely wont be buying my next mazda here, will most likely go to selma

Mitch, finance guy. Great guy to deal with, has good ethics and is not just trying to sell you a car. Highly recommend him, got a car from nissan from him when he was there, he now moved to mazda and im following him there cause of how good he us at what he does. An honest car salesman how often do you find that??
Worst experience ever!! I will never go here again! Never take your car here, they will damage your car and wont own up to it ..Ghetto at its finest!!!! Make sure you take pictures of your car before you drop it off. Whatever you do, never leave your car over night for them to work on it!!
They claim to buy Cash for Clunkers...well they were offered 3 clunkers. The used car hack and the other manager never showed up for the appointment. SO much for their tacky commercial.Vehicles were donated to charity, and I drive a JEEP bought at a non Lithia Dealership. If they cant live up to their promises, they are not worth buying a car or truck from.Very unprofessional. But your typical Fresno Stealership.
They have the parts but when it comes down to repair or maintenance they cant perform. Brought my mazda rx7 in to get a diagnosis after making a call to them asking if they can take a look and they told me yes they can and know how to look at the motor. After i got there they didnt even look under the hood and they said they dont have the special tools to do it i dont know what kind of special tools they need but they turned me down. Ive taken care of my own engine with regular tools but i didnt have time during the time i brought it over. May be a better experience for the new cars but they are mazda and should be able to repair mazda cars.
Use Caution with your credit with this place. The Sales reps dont seem to know or clearly state what the management and Finance people do. They tell you over and over they will only make 1 inquiry. Turns out they send your information to a group of banks that each make individual inquirys. Turns out, i now have 7 hard inquires. Avoid this place like the plague.
I called and spoke to Arjun Rai, described the type of vehicle I wanted and he selected one for me and I test drove it and really liked it . I had a few questions and they were well answered. I got the CRX 5 AWD Black in colour. Over all it a smooth and good experience.Thank you
Dec 7 2016..bought a mazda mx5 miata..got out from the dealer like 8pm..so we cant see the outside of the car..the next day my gusband was cleaning the car .he saw the dent and open the hood the insulation teared. .so we decided to go there so they can look at it..they even took picture and said their going to call us for appointment ..its been a week now still we havent heard anything from them especially the manager wgo talked to us..but DJ who sold the car was very nice..but the manager who talked to us dont even call us out of courtesy to let us know what was going on..we bought the car to enjoy it..but it give as stress and anxiety...

2022-02-20My experience at Fresno Mazda as far as car buying goes was a very pleasant experience. The salesman Alan Oliva was very knowledgeable of the vehicle we were looking at. I cant stand going into a dealership and I know more about the vehicle than the salesman but Alan was actually very knowledgeable about the vehicle. During the whole experience they were very easy to work with and made the process as painless as possible. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Fresno Mazda again.

They were kind informative and did not make us feel pressured like many other dealers have. They went above an beyond to offer us a generous trade in offer as well as their financing department was able to get us very low interest rates on our new vehicle. 2022-04-06I bought my Mazda 6 a year ago this month. Since day one the team at Mazda has been beyond great! I took my car in for her second service recently & it was done in about an hour! 2022-05-05Service Drive: Johnath helped me. Sharp, friendly, great person to work with. On top of things. Probably the best experience Ive had in a service drive. Im looking forward to come back here to continue getting my car serviced.Sales: Brian was our salesperson and was great. Patient and knowledgeable, went out if his way on several accounts to make the process easier for us. Matthew, the customer service manager was wonderful as well. Some hiccups along the way getting paperwork together, but I felt like when all was said and done, Mazda Fresno really cares about the experience they provide. If youre shopping vehicles, I recommend meeting with them to see what they have to offer. And Mazda in general is doing some exciting things with vehicles.
