If you would love to have a quiet place for lunch smell some lovely flowers and even find the first geocaching in San Francisco here is your spot. Absolutely feels like you are on a different planet. It shoukd be added to top things to do in SF! Definetly very high on my list.

Passionate members keep this garden in beautiful shape. A great place to explore, commune with nature and peace out before, during or after your Ghirardelli, Aquatic Park, Fort Mason and Chestnut Street destinations.

I spent a great portion of the summer about 8 years at Fort Mason in a music program and didnt even know about this garden. Im so glad a friend took me there recently. What a beautiful place for peace and quiet and to enjoy nature! Thanks to all who put in the time and effort to keep the place going!

One of my favorite hangouts in the city. Strategically located on the Bay bay in the Marina district it offers multiple festivals throughout the year, cafes, Galleries , museums and a beautiful park that houses the Golden gate national park headquarters. I absolutely love the community gardens behind the headquarters where you can meditate with all the beautiful flowers and take in the raw urban nature. Theres also a Hostel and city college of San Francisco had theyre art campus here.

Best hidden secret in SF thanks to the former General Conroy last commanding Officer of Ft Mason for writing a long term contract with the National Parks which has given this post back to the people. Now we have the best community gardens in the city

Timing is the key. Weather was chrystal clear Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz was picture perfect.
