Next time I will use USPS. FedEx lures you in, saying they will deliver your package to your door in a few days. In my case they botched the customs on an international repair, even though they were clearly told it was a repair. I called, they opened a case and said they would call me back. Three days go by, no call, so I call back. They apologize and say I should hear from someone the next day. Another three days go by, no call. In the end I paid $478 duties -- it should have been $0 but I needed to get my package out of the hands of these incompetent people.
They couldnt print their own labels (to ship Fedex packages) in their own store. Instead of trying to find a solution, they walked away and refused to support me.So basically they dont want you to ship packages through them. Even if a company has already hired them to do it.
I came here to ship a package via FedEx express. One star because after speaking with two staff members I was able to obtain a blank domestic waybill and a FedEx branded envelope. It seemed like I was bothering the staff by asking them for these materials. There were more staff idle behind the counter than there were customers in the store, yet I was told to wait for the only staffer who seemed to be on the clock. I guess everyone else was on lunch break or in training?I filled out the waybill at the cafe across the street and now I will go drop it in an unstaffed FedEx drop box so that I dont have to risk inconveniencing anyone else who may or may not work for FedEx. I highly recommend taking your shipping needs elsewhere.
I was supposed to have a scheduled pick-up for today between 8am and 8pm so I waited around all day for FedEx to show up and pick-up my package and they never showed. They did not even bother to call me or email me to inform that they would not be showing up. As a student it is extremely upsetting since our schedules dont allow for essentially wasting an entire day for a pick-up to occur. When I called FedEx, their excuse was that it is holiday season and they are backed-up, but if that were the case they should have at least notified me so that I could immediately make different arrangements. Very disappointed with FedEx and their failure to provide service.
I went there to print out a lebel for my return box which fedex stated online I could do easily and with an employee. They direct me to the print area instead of helping me. I spent an hour trying to do it for free, which you cant, they want you to pay for something which is said to be free. After being blown off by multiple employees I finally made them help me and I got them to print the label and accept the shipment. What should have taken 1 minute took me an hour which is ridiculous. Worst fedex office I have ever been to. I saw two other customers have a similar experience. One was trying to print something and it wasnt printing so he got help and they guy basically said if it does not print in 10 minutes come get me. It didnt print and at the rate of like 30 cents a minute on the computer I doubt anyone wants to wait 10 minutes for your printer to work (which it never did). Overall the guy wanted his money back and it took them 20 minutes to do that. Ridiculous place. I will probably never use fedex again, if I wanted to waste an hour on an over priced shipment...
Utterly inefficient and incompetent people hired to do production work, and failed to perform basic image scanning and customer service. It caused me undue distress from just a simple scan order and nothing got done correctly at the end. Anyone with preferences and standards will be highly disappointed from this store for the lack of rigor in their work.
Terrible service on the managers part! I couldn’t get a retrieval code but the manager would not print them out from behind the counter for me. Terrible management at this location! The employees were great but the manager wouldn’t let them do their normal printing from behind the counter. I would never go here if I were you!
I spent 2 hours selecting photos to print then try and print and the computer froze the lady said with no worry “ oh that happens if you try to print over 100 photos” I said ok then why watch me sit here for two hours trying to select photos and not say anything. Poor service and they don’t care
I tried to have a case of wine delivered here yesterday. They rejected the shipment, and when I called they told me they accept the shipments and assured me that they would accept it today. Today when I checked online it turns out they rejected the package twice more and its been returned to the sender.This place is a joke, nobody should ever go there.
Several staff members, and apparently no one could hand me some paper to refill the machine for my copies. Took way too long for something that was only supposed to take a few minutes. Also made me late to my class, which was why I was even printing in the first place.
I dropped off a large document to get laminated and at first they said they couldnt do it but then I got a call and they did it and I also cut a ream of paper I had for under $1.50 so they definitely came through and delivered though it took a little bit longer than expected
Extremely inefficient. The stuff just leave one machine broken, and there were two guys who brought five books to photocopy using just one machine, while I only have one page to print. And they told me I`m so sorry, I live very far away, and I have only one chance to get here.

2022-05-17Jamiah was so very kind, courteous and knowledgeable, helping me to navigate the printing kiosk. There was also a glitch getting the receipt and she printed a receipt from behind the counter.She was upbeat, made eye contact and just a lovely human being. Please consider her for promotion as she relates so very well with clients and coworkers and would make a wonderful manager.

2022-07-25Worst one page printing service, I spent 48 minutes printing one page. The employee is alone in the hall, a long line, terminals do not work, the code is not accepted, some errors constantly come out, the worst experience ever and, its a pity so much time wasted, and spoiled the mood for the whole day. Dont go there. Just a nightmare

2021-11-25Po-ou, Dee, and Lisa are extremely helpful when they helped me ship an international package. They are so experienced and good at their work that they perfectly categorized my items to fit the foreign custom regulations. They also speeded up the processes so I could make it to the 4 pm shipout. Even helped me save $40. I could definitely feel their care and passion. The best experience I’ve ever had in a long time!

2021-05-13Avoid this location at all costs. When I attempted to ship a few packages, the staff asked me to open each box, unwrap the packaging and “show them what’s inside” every box. I’ve never had that happen before. Rather than go through my packages on the counter for them for no clear reason I left and shipped the taped up packages at the FedEx on College with no issues or weird search requests.

2021-07-17My package was shipped to a campus location, and I then redirected it to Fedex Shattuck. Worst mistake ever! The staff (Dee?) refused to release it to me after seeing my driving license and my UC badge with matching name and organization(UC).When she explained she needed to see an ID with a matching address -- which UC badge does not have -- I showed them my UC faculty webpage proving I indeed work at the correct address. Nope. W2 pdf form with correct address? Nope. She said she cannot accept online sources and needs a business card. I came home empty-handed. It will be only fair if all other institutions in the world treat Dee in the same bureaucratic, non-sensical way she treated me.Luckily Im done with the packages for the nearest time being and hopefully never more through Fedex.

2018-01-19** Great staff, organized & spacious facility **When I walked in, I was greeted by a woman (I think her name was Van) who had an immensely radiant personality, and made me feel exceptionally welcome. That extreme customer focus was amazing.She then proceeded to do an excellent job with my task. I also oberved how she interacted with one of her colleagues. They genuinely seemed to be having fun.Also, the facility itself was exceptionally clean, organized and spacious.Great place.

2020-04-12APRIL 2020 - Major COVID-19 violation by employees!UPDATE:WED-4-8-2020:I went back to use the self-service copier to make my copy. At the time of day I was there, the sun was shining in my face and so I was unable to see the touch pad of the copy machine. So, I called for help and Theresa the store manager came over and I explained to her what was going on, but, she refused to help me stating that they need to stay socially distant from customers. I totally respect that, but, funny thing, of ALL four employees as well as everyone else in the store, I was the ONLY person wearing a mask! In addition, Theresa and 2 of her employees were gathered together WITHOUT MASKS ON having conversation with each other! Yet, they refuse to come close to customer claiming social distancing issues.I called FedEx to complain and when the District Manager called back she said that they had limited service to only self-service machines and if the customer was unable to work the machine then that was unfortunate. Translation - If you dont know how to work the machine, too bad - So Sad ! She also said that they were following CDC guidelines regarding masks, yet, social distancing has been going on for weeks now! What about following those guidelines with each other as well as customers?Finally, I told her, most of the employees were there doing nothing, so, if they were going to pay them to be at work doing nothing, why not pay them to do nothing at home where they can be a lot safer since they are SO concerned about the COVID-19 situation to not even help customers when they come in anyways?I guess she heard me because it now says that the store is Temporarily Closed !!!!MON 4-6-2020:I had a 3-page word document I wanted to print out one copy. An associate asked me if she could help me and I told her I wanted to print out my document on card-stock paper and 3-hole punched. She said they had everything I needed at self-service. I said I did not want to do that and could she do it for me. She said she could not. Its no wonder they have such a low rating!District Manager needs to be told about these reviews. It is clear that he/she has no idea..... until they do, nothing will change !!

2021-08-17Nice store. Terrible service. Stood in line for 10 minutes watching employees find a reason why they can’t possibly print or ship items for each customer in line in front of me.
