As a college student, I need immediate access to a reliable printer, at almost any time of the waking hours that a college student has. Thankfully, this place is open and has the working printer that I need. I called ahead, they were super helpful in giving me a price estimate and telling me exactly what I needed to do in order to make the visit quick and simple.Will definitely be returning!
I went in with my face mask exempt card to have it laminated and the manager told me I cant come in with out a mask I showed him my card and he said I had to go outside even the sign said if you have medical issues they will work with you. I have medical issues hence why I have a card . I have never been treated like that until today.
Been here twice. The first time i was here i was having a hard timw trying to peint my paperwork and i was the only customer on site yet none of the employees offered to help because they were too busy talking to each other. The second time i was here the girl who rang me up was super rude because she had too many customers behind me.
Not sure which lady helped me but she has by far the best customer service. I went in today and while most of the employees did not even say so much as a hi she came up and pretty much did everything for me that i needed to do. Such an amazing worker i wish i got her name.
Theyre supposed to give you 5 days to pick up item, they didnt even give til the end of the day on the 3rd before they sent it back. Great way to celebrate the holidays by denying people gifts, FedEx. Parking lot was filled with broken glass and crackheads hanging out - Id be afraid to walk out of there with a package anyway. Hope this place goes under, will only be using Amazon or places that dont use FedEx.
Had to leave a review today. So last night I uploaded my resume and application for an interview i had this morning. Its expected pickup was 9:30am, but they had it done by 8 am. Then my interviewer noticed how the papers were printed on quality paper. thank you fedex!
Standing at the counter waiting for help. Lots of eye contact with a few of the several employees. No help, they dont even say anything just walk right past you.Self service printer didnt work the first time. Failed to download my document so I had to repeat the process at another one. Thats when an employee asked me if I needed help. I explained the situation and he said it probably wont work here either and walked away. Awful awful service.
Significantly better than USPS, the people at FEDEX are so much more competent that take care of your packages being delivered safely and not being tampered with. Its also about the same as UPS. Dont ever rely on USPS for your package delivery. They have lost so many peoples packages including myself have been a victim of mines being broken into so many times falsely. Theres just been so many times and the USPS employees have claimed that our mailbox has been broken through when there is no key there to begin with while some of my other smaller packages were there and delivered the same day.
I always go to this location for Printing, Now they charge for the papers bag to place your sheets in. They cost $0.10 cents! so this guy didnt have the kindness to let it slip this first time, instead he waited for me to go to my car and look for your Friking 0.10 cents!!! After spending $25 in printings!!! Its 10 cents DUDE!!!! Tell me about good customer service!
Not even half Star deserve this place. So rude costumer service. I been costumer for long time I never take my time to comment but I will never be back to this place. They need to do something about the employees. Especially the manager. Name ROSARIO. He is not training to be a manager. SO RUDE AND NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.
Fast place to make copys,fax, and print photos. Also to mail off packages... Employees are very helpful as well with the self serve copy machines... Love all the features there copy machines have. You can plug your cell phone in and print or plug a USB flash drive and print or even print from your drop box or google drive.. Great place for all your printing and faxing needs as well as shipping...
This place is the worst ever !!!!Rude workers ! They just walk around acting like their doing something. When I asked for help one refused and said he was going to lunch , when I asked another worker he was extremely rude and didnt explain any process with the printing department.You need to work on customer service & who ever is traing these people like this needs to be fired!If I could give you a negative rating I would.Way over priced as well.I dont mind spending more if Im being helped. Was not the case here.Sticking to USPS
Got some great deals on cyber monday! unfortunently, i never got a call, txt, or email from the fed-tards, so my package ended up sitting around for a week before getting sent back to the warehouse (so no more cyber monday deal for me). when i asked if theyre supposed to call upon receiving a package, the young man with crooked teeth said first, that they did not, and second, if they didnt it was my fault for not supplying contact info. which is funny, cause the phone number is printed on the package itself. and i know its 2017, but an entire store shouldnt reek of marijuana; more than a tab bit unprofessional. suffice to say, never using this store ever again.
As I stepped in the facility I noticed that it was not busy and staff memebers did not knw what customer service was. He was done with one customer but couldnt help me. I asked who the manger was and some unprofessional guy came up to me and didnt ask if there was a problem. You treat people how you get treated.
BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!Obviously FED EX is now into ripping customers off via their stores! You come in to drop a package off and their employees come up with every lame excuse not to take your package. BUT you can have them box it for you for a charge sounds like a scam to me twice I have walked out and took my box to the main hub AND NO PROBLEM!These stores and their employees are there for one thing TO RIP YOU OFF. I will not go back I wouldnt let these stores handle any of my product let alone take out my trash.There are other shippers right down the street that are more helpful and dont rip you off I know because thats where I take my packages now
When I see something coming via FexEx, I cant help but utter an ,oh no. I have to say this is one of the *worst* establishments Ive ever been to for anything. If youre waiting for something to get to your house, you may as well count on missing the delivery guy. I had one item that was coming to my house, and the tracking insisted it was out for delivery: later I find out it was on the truck, but the driver (for whatever reason) decided not to stop by my house---at least, thats what the Assistant Manager Jason told me. I am currently waiting for a package, but saw that I would not be home to get it, so a few days ago I told them to re-route it to the store...they still came by my house. I dont know if they are ignoring requests on purpose, but I really dislike them more than I can say in this review. You want your stuff? Use UPS: at least they can get the job done!
I paid over $130 to expedite a package and that package wasn’t didn’t get to my receiver and the items were never returned and I asked for a refund and they don’t want to refund me my money back but just know I’m going to burn you on yelp, Facebook and everywhere I can and I’m taking this to the BBB and I’m gathering all the people that you guys ripped off and just know this won’t be the end of this. 😡
I went in to drop off a package That I had sent to me for a replacement of an item. So I replace the old item back into the same box and went into the store. The rude customer service agent told me she could not ship the box because of a very small tear in the corner of the box. what a joke because the box came from fedex this way. She then told me she could sell me a box or package it for me at a price. RIP OFF! This is why UPS has passed up Fedex.
Im very disappointed in FedEx with there delivery service they had delivered my package on Wednesday while I was at work so Ive waited all day the next day Thursday past still nothing Friday comes its at the FedEx airport so I called to see if my package is on its way they said I have to go pick it up or just wait to ship it out on Monday so I was really fustreded
I had to get some large banners made for our 25th anniversary year-long celebration for our business and due to an email snafu there was a delay but thanks to the OUTSTANDING service from a whole group of team members - Jason, David, Veronica, Josie, Becky (and anyone else I may have missed) - they got them made just in the nick of time for our February kick-off and they were beautiful!Thank you again - Dr. Diane CoskoMountain Aire Veterinary Hospital in Frazier Park
Went in today to return a package and was denied because the box had a small dent that the fedex delivery had caused I don’t know what their policy is but I thought it was so dumb because I go down the street to the one on coffee and they accepted it no questions asked??? The old Caucasian lady in this place is really rude and lazy
FedEx hast the worst service on shipping I went in to drop off a package the rude customer service agent told me she couldnot ship the box because the box was a little bit damaged this box came from FedEx this way and she told me she could sell me a box for $20 plus the shipping a very expensive shipping I do not recommend FedEx to anyone.

2021-11-16Love this Fed Ex location. Fair prices and fast shipping. Crowded sometimes and not all the customers come prepared with their shipment already packed. For me very convenient.

2020-11-26Was just there, used a kiosk to try and print pictures from a CD; they don’t print from CD’s even though I called before I drive down, I left and was charged $10 to my card, I immediately called (and drove back to location) and the line rang for 8 minutes til the call was dropped because the store closed. I fortunately got there as one of the employees was letting out a customer, I then asked him about the $10 charge, he rudely informed me that every machine places a $10 holding fee and it will be returned to my account in 3-5 business days. No signs are posted or no notice is given to the fact that they place a holding fee so I brought that up and he rudely said well all machines do it. I commented and asked if there’s a way to directly give my money back as I need it to purchase my baby diapers and he again rudely said nope and then closed the doors in my face.

2021-09-27Spoke to this office 4 times and every time they assured me my package was shipped to the correct town but a week later the package never even moved. Now I have to drive 8 hrs to go get it. Not okay.

2019-04-26Came in around 745pm to print about 150 pages worth of charts for work. Went up to the front counter & one of the employees Jeanette went to go ask another employee if they can do this order and she said no because it was so close to closing time. So Jeanette walked us to the self printing station & we stood there for an hour and a half trying to print all of these pages one by one. Customer service by Jeanette was good, she was very helpful and explained everything on the self service printing station. My thing was that they didn’t even offer to at least help with the order or two, I had a total of 6 orders totaling 150 pages for all.

2021-03-02Slow service, long lines. Go to another FedEx office for courteous staff and timely service. Managers stood around chatting while lines grew longer. Four people behind counter with only one person working register. Staff worked at the speed of a snail, actually much slower.

2020-01-22Horrible customer service. Went there to laminate papers and they ran out. Waited in line to ask them to refill it. Waited 20 min for her to finish her conversation with her friends who are customers when I finally decided to go somewhere else. As I went to the counter to pay she then refilled the lamination. Had to move her friends candy wrappers out of the way so I wouldnt set my stuff on it. When I was finished and the next person came up she still didnt remove the wrappers.
