The absolute worst service. They have my packages sitting in Arcata for 4+ days until they finally decide to deliver them. I cringe every time I see that something I ordered was shipped with FedEx because I know I will not be getting it anytime soon. UPS and USPS have no problems delivering anything I order. I really wish companies stopped using FedEx.
Driver threw a package 6 feet up over the railing of my deck, two days in a row, and didnt even come to the door so I can sign for the package I had to stay home from work for. Wasted 2 days of my time and money.
Packages have been on a truck for delivery for 6 days with no attempt for delivery. UPS and USPS have been on time and very efficient during this same period of time. Very unprofessional and poorly run.
Worst delivery service in the nation. Package has been stuck in Arcata, ca for a month now. This isnt the only occurrence, and again I have trouble helping my package get out of being held hostage. Never again, postal service would have delivered by now, and they got issues. Wish I could give 0 stars, but even that would be too much.
As FedEx delivers one single package at my door, they mark two different ones as delivered on their app. A package that is a replacement for one they already lost to begin with.
I have been trying to tell you that the driver is leaving. My package at the wrong address. I have been unsuccessful.i had a live chat they told me that someone would call. No one called. The absolute worst option for delivery. Do anything you can to avoid having to use this service. Nothing ever arrives on time and they constantly commit fraud by blaming late packages on fake weather delays.
A delivery to my address was unable to be completed but they went the extra mile by finding my cell number via search so I was able to pick the package up at the office!
Going above and beyond to help ensure my package got to me when my PO Box location wouldnt accept it (instead of allowing it to ship all the way back!). Great team they have over there!!!
Poor service and completely unorganized, you would think they were defunded just like the USPS by how poor quality and time it takes to get your package
Can not contact a human! Phone prompt is useless! We are now 2 weeks late and still saying out for delivery. Never use this company again.
Dummy van drivers very aggresive and impolite. God help you if you need to leave the lot when they are coming back. Nice job FedEx.

2022-07-14I really hate getting packages sent via fed ex that have to go through Arcata. They NEVER deliver to my gate, they NEVER deliver on time. They always claim Weather Delay and sometimes it takes a week for the package to finally show up. I realize that Zenia Ca is not the center of town, but seriously, if you cant see fit to deliver the package, decline the job and let the USPS do the job. The postal service is always better then this FedEx.

2021-08-05Ive been receiving packages for 2 years here at my house. Now all of a sudden my address doesnt exist and my packages are undeliverable. Anything being delivered from fed ex has now been cancelled including all chewy.com auto deliveries.

2022-02-11I know the drivers work hard on stressful schedule but they need to do more about notifying customers that theyre packages are at the door, knock on the door ring the doorbell, put packages off to the side out of sight out of mind if possible

2021-11-07Package was suppose to be here by Wed 3rd. Then Friday 5th then Package was scanned as put for delivery Saturday the 6th! Been waiting for over a week. Tracking changed to delayed. Called to ask why... ohhh uhhhh we left it at the station you will get it next business day.. youll get it Monday November 8th

2021-04-10Three packages in a row I have not received my package on time. On the delivery date the status changes to pending and then my shipment delivery date become unknown. This has happened on my last three packages. FedEx is literally the most unreliable shipping company. I’ve had better service with USPS. I will never ship through FedEx.

2021-12-20Worst shipping company ever. They continually leave my neighbor’s packages at my place and arrive super late in the day. They arrived a day early and then when I called FedEx to request to pickup the item I was told they can only attempt to deliver it again. This makes no sense.

2020-10-23Very tired of this offices slow service. I see other customers saying they dread having their packages delivered via FedEx and I am right there with them. Multiple times I have had packages delayed for days because of Weather Delay. I am supposed to have a package delivered today but its marked as weather delay now...um, I live just a few miles away from the office and its a gorgeous sunny day....how does that qualify as weather delay? If its delayed for a genuine reason, okay then. But stop hiding behind non-existent weather issues as an excuse! I actually have started looking into other shipping options when I order online. I am at the point where I am willing to pay more to avoid FedEx services because of this office. (And btw, my husband is a meteorologist for Humboldt County and he 100% backs me up on this).

2019-09-18The company I ordered a large shipment of drainage pipe, put the wrong address on the shipping label and got my last name wrong. The driver from FedEx Freight called about obtaining a signature. I told me to leave it out front. I get home, its not there. I call the Arcata office and am told the driver if off for the day. I figured my shipment must be at a neighbors house. While Im out looking, the FedEx driver calls. His work called him and what he did with it. He went back to where it was left, loaded it in his own truck and brought it to my house. He didnt need to do that, he delivered it to the address on the slip. Super rad!! I appreciate that driver.
