For the most part the food is good, most of the employees give good customer service although like all aspects of life you have those who know not the meaning of respect let alone service with a smile. All in all the service is good, if there is a line of cars then you might be in for a lengthy wait. On average though you get your order rather quickly...
Depending on when you go. If you go during a busy time make sure that ur AC works and your gas is not going to run out in the immediate future bcuz it can be a bit of a wait. Early morning between 1-4:30 am, because there system is usually down. The food is good and customer service performance can vary.
The level of ignorance these workers carry is unbelievable. I asked for HOT SAUCE got taco sauce. I wanted 2 drinks got 1. Also the cheddar Potato wedges Were super dry with like a teaspoon of cheese. Plus they acted like they couldnt hear when my too nice of a boyfriend was signaling her because she got it wrong.
Ordered a munchie meal. The double cheese jumbo Jack one. Rep who helped me was neither nice, nor rude, somewhere kind of in between. My burger tasted fresh, my curly fries were a little not so. This current location does not allow dine-in nor ordering inside must go through drive-thru. Im trying to refrain from saying too many negative things because lets face it its a fast food place you dont expect four-star restaurant service.
I used the mobile app to order and pick up through drive thru. I received both quick and friendly service. There was a short wait but there was an extra treat in the bag for my wait which was greatly appreciated. I definitely recommend this location if youre looking to grab a quick & fresh bite. 💙
I am not impressed with the service at all. I had to go twice in a very long line and still messed up the order. Finally got a manager to fix order. And even doing that it took 10 minutes for the manager to show up on the window. First time I ever had a problem at any Jack in the box.
Slow service. Restaurant was very dirty and had a stench. The ice in the soda machine doesnt work correctly and if you dont push it just right you dont get any. Soda machine was out of a lot of drinks. Waited over 5 minutes for someone to take my order. Was told they were out of rice to make a rice bowl. Said it would be 20 minutes for it to be ready. Ended up ordering a chicken sandwich and still waited almost 15 minutes for my order. Definitely not fast food. Will not be back.
Take forever to bring out the order and then still give the wrong hamburger. I have to give a 1 star for this place because after 20min away and came to a stop I found out that I did not get what I pay for. This place suck will never go there again. If you are in a rush never come and order here because they will mess up your order and it will ruin your day.
Very dirty and very rude staff . I was in line and was asked what did I want . By Maria in the back . I said is that how you talk to the customers. I said that was hella rude. So asked where was the manger and she was right there . Oh she was rude but didnt mean it like that . I have a delivery job and never in 17 years have I asked any of my customers or talk to them like that . Really disappointed. And now Im still hungry. Bad Management. I hope someone in upper management will do something.
3 times within the last monthI have came to this exact location , and their systems have been down ,for whatever reason and they couldnt say . I feel this is horrible customer service , and will not be coming back !! I very rarely write reviews , but I felt that I needed to . I dont eat fast food like that , and this is one of the many reasons why , CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GARBAGE! Very unprofessional.
I just came form the drive thru around 6am. Guy greeted me with a great smile and loaded my bag with taco sauce & ketchup!! Like I just off from graveyard shift & idk the friendly service lit up my morning . And no it wasnt just because he was cute lol thats just a bonus 😅
Jack in the Box they always have things in there that is good variety and they have different things and they always advertise send papers out everybodys mailbox that they got them if they got that you can get all this for such a such a prize its awesome the people there again Im very courtesy very respectful I go there all the time matter of fact Im getting ready to go there now I love Jack In The Box and theyre good for foods good I would recommend that to anybody and like I said you can go in there and sit down in there are the places that you can sit outside its nice and its nice and clean I hope you like what I had to say thank you Im on my way to Jack In The Box were chat another time maybe I can give you some more answers to other places thank you
Yes they are nice and friendly however the cook keep screwing up my order. I paid extra 10 cent each fir condiments and she put small piece of each. I said were is the tomatoes onions and lettuce. They said sorry forgot. Remade again and forgot the cheese. No ever again. Either she cant read or just didnt want to do her job.
I work at Starbucks so I know about customer service and I must say this is absolutely RIDICULOUS. I waited in line literally 22 minutes (yes, I counted and watched the clock) and hadnt even ordered. The person who was supposed to be at the register was running around the back, helping drive thru. I understand that you are backed up but if you are at the front register, you take the customer who are in the fronts orders before doing ANYTHING else. The customers come first, the other people can handle their own problems.Other people before me had been waiting a solid 40 minutesnd still had not received their food. We ordered the exact same thing that we had liked so much before at a JIB Restaurant at a different location.I guess location is everything, because this was one of the worst meals weve experienced! Not only was our order wrong it looked like an elephant had sat on it!The burgers were downright ugly!I took a few bites 3 and moved on to my Bacon potato wedges which consisted of a very small portion.Some of the potatoes were hard but hidden well under the cheese sauce that tastes like it had been watered down.We left hungry and very dissatisfied!☹️
My experience at drive through very BAD WAITED ALONG Time to order food . long time to get to window .long time to pay to get food make sure you check your order before you leave or u will be coming back to collect the rest of your food and hope your special orders are right
We didnt enjoy any of the food that we ordered. Teriyaki bowl was the worst. I actually gagged . It was mushy rice and waaay too much teriyaki. The onion rings were over done. My spicy chicken was burned on the edges with what seemed to be bone in it. Very disappointed. Wheres Jack?
DONT buy the onion rings ! Always over cooked, never look fresh. Recently had gotten food poisoning from here and NEVER gonna comeback to this jack in the box again.By the way i ordered a chicken sandwich and a side of onion rings. But guess what ? Threw up aaall of it the next morning. Never coming here again
Very disappointed that the chicken ranch sandwich has changed no longer get the juicy chicken fillet looks like a flat chicken patty breaded and thrown into sandwich false advertising on their menu and I know the difference cause its the only sandwich I buy from here will not be eating here no more
I called to ask if its lunch yet the lady didnt understand me. I repeated two times til she finally understand me. I ask her are they surving lunch yet. the lady say yea breakfast or lunch is on. So i say thank you and she reply with mmhhmm yea whatever that is bad customer service smh.
Bad service I didnt get all my food I pay and the food I had got was cold plus the lady was rude in wouldnt give me what I pay for even know I had my receipt she told me she was not going to help me she even hold the line up so people started to leave that bad service all around I just wanted my food I pay for but instead I had to go home in hungry because my food was not there that I pay for in I wish I could get my food I pay for I been a loyal customer for year in came to this location I the worst experience of my life i

2021-02-13Check your food before you eat it. Got green eggs in my breakfast sandwiches. Not the first time either. Just hoped it had improved by now. Waited about 8 minutes in drive thru with no one ahead of me. Their manager(? Had a grey hat on) had his mask below his chin to speak to the other workers next to the window also. Took pictures of the sandwiches before we tossed them too. We found the green after eating part of one of the sandwiches and just tossed the other. 🤢

2022-09-12Shrinkflation...my poor sourdough jack bun was hiding a tiny blackened hockey puck with a half slice of cheese and a paper thin cut old tomato slice. The fries were soft, cold and visibly oily Too gross to even put in my mouth.My disappointment lasted all evening as my belly rumbled. The second star is purely for the speedy service and obvious professionalism of the staff as they smiled while handing me this bag of lies.2nd visit:Whatever you do, dont go inside! The sticky floors on the bottom of your shoes may ruin your appetite.

2022-07-29This location was okay. They were very heavy handed with the mayo. All the veggies were sliding out because of that. Asked for no pickles but got them anyways. The young woman working the drive thru window was very nice so she brings it up to 3stars.

2022-03-22I’m so excited to give Lupe a five star review. She is such a pleasant young Sales Associate. I like her great positive attitude and demeanor. Lupe goes above and beyond to assist all the customers in the line. She is definitely going places in life. I also want to add Jarried he is doing an exceptional job. I like his friendly demeanor. I do recommend this restaurant location.

2022-08-22Food was gross, hard and tasted like it had been left out long enough to crust over. I had to throw out half the food. Food shouldnt taste like that unless the employees dont care.

2022-03-27Worst drive thru! Saw a homeless person go inside the dumpster and lock it, waited almost an hour for my food- a freaking salad & fry, unclean outside, the salad was soggy, the employees were rude. Just don’t come here if you’re on your lunch break from work, or in a hurry. They forgot my fry, that I paid for, also I knocked on the doors they were locked I also wasn’t given a receipt. I had to go the window, because the drive thru was an hour long wait, and their doors were locked- they did not open it despite my knocking. Worst fast food experience.

2022-06-25I hate this Jack n box it’s the worst and I’m sad I live by it ..the new young man at the window has horrible customer, he never get my order right and he doesn’t even ask if you need any condiments and he always have an attitude ..he doesn’t even say thank u when u order or hand him money ..when I say you can tell he never had customer service training, anybody that has been there lately knows who I’m talking about.You can tell he hates his job and even hates anybody ordering ..I hope they hire someone new that represents there company like all the previous employees did
