My husband went and got us dinner tonight. I wrote down that I wanted a Cluck Chicken sandwich with curly fries & a medium coke. My husband goes and places the order and they ask him do you want the cluck deluxe? He has no idea that it is different sandwich and says sure. Well Im not impressed with the up selling at this location because the sandwich I ordered was a chicken sandwich with pickles and mystery sauce, what I got was a chicken sandwich with cheese, guacamole, mayo, tomato, lettuce & bacon. Yep thats right no pickles or mystery sauce! I peeled the cheese off and ate the boring sandwich🙃. Im back to tacos and a coke at this location.
This particular jack in the box is very good. Usually has great people working there, food is better than most jacks Ive been to honestly. I go here maybe 5 times a year when I want that fast food fix and it never disappoints. Just went on Dec. 11, 2017 around 6pm and the guy taking orders was impressively great.They arent open late on weekends, which is weird.

Had to wait 45 minutes just to order. Bad service. theres like only 3 workers or something. I was also late for school because of the wait. At the end, I didnt even get to order and just decided to walk out cuz I waited 45 minutes. Bad service and extremely long wait times
My experience was awesome, and even though its a fast food joint! The customer service i received was great! The guy who took my order was super patient with me...i wasnt sure what to order. And he was the same guy at the window so i thanked him for not getting annoyed with me. But I ended up changing my order at the window and he was so nice about it. I wasnt able to get his name, but i think he was a manager. He is Super nice!
This Jack in the Box always gets the order correct. theyre really good at repeating it at the order screen, and the window then again when they hand you the food. Everyone has been polite and friendly. I dont know what happened to this Jack in the Box but Im really glad to be a customer. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone else.
Loaded mini tacos were soggy. Shouldve stuck with their regular weird tacos which are a guilty pleasure. Next time will order regular tacos.

I can honestly say my experience here was awesome , I expected a higher star rating!FOOD: On point!! Very fresh straight out the frier!!! , customer service was good only one thing that I waited 5 minutes to get my order taken eventhough it was pretty empty. But overall you cant go wrong with fresh food.

No one here spoke any English. I couldnt even order eggs, they tried to give me a sprite instead. They said pull to window, and i talked to two different people and ended up driving away with nothing

Drive through is extremely efficient. The inside looked a little disorganized. Probably not looked after since the seating area is closed due to covid. Very good service though.
Food was correct and fresh.*But we were in the dive thru for thirty minutes.* Thats not an exaggeration. Thirty minutes. Since we were meeting someone, this threw off the entire day for what was a simple, short stop for breakfast.Before we knew how bad this would be, we were pinned in - front and back.After waiting 25 minutes we were finally at the window. Before paying we asked if the food was ready. The shift manager said, yes and did so with confidence. We paid. The food WASNT ready and he knew it.I guess, to be technical the food WAS done. Just not the fries, drinks, bagging... And thats what put us solidly over thirty minutes. It took at least five minutes after we paid.I will be calling corporate.

3.5 stars rounded up.This location is closest to my house and has a drive thru and a nice, quiet, clean dining area. The drive thru line is never really that crowded, which means I get my food really fast.Like most JITB, the food is made fresh and is warm and/or crispy when you get it. I love that they serve breakfast any time of the day. My favorites are the sausage breakfast burrito and sandwich. I do wish that the food isnt as greasy though... Even for fast food, the food here is like extra greasy!Customer service is usually very good here. I mightve had one incident where it was off-putting but for the most part they are very quick and nice about getting you your food.Hours are shorter than most JITB though. So if I want that breakfast burrito at 1AM, I gotta go to the one near Walmart!
Customer service needs better work, very slow, doesnt speak up enough for anyone to hear them. Plus they need more workers through out the day to keep up with customers.

My daughter angel hair pasta was gross and oily and watery pesto sauce and she didnt eat it. She got a dessert instead.

There are days where I will just exercise and exercise but dont reach that great burn. It can be quite demoralizing. Thank goodness for Jack in the Box, the struggle is back!

Just another Jack in the Box. Food is 100% identical to every other Jack in the Box. The only cautionary note is that later in the evening there can be some homeless people milling around and some of them are dealing with moderate to serious mental health issues and have been known to be intimidating.
Service is ok, but always have to wait a long time for food.

2022-08-02This is the 3rd location I drove to that doesn’t accept EBT, starting to think Jack in the Box don’t wanna help out folks who are temporarily on EBT. OrJack in The Box don’t want the clientele, same with McDonalds. I have a broken leg and an out of work for 12 weeks, thr EBT card came faster than disability.

2021-10-04I dont like to give such bad reviews, Im a glass half full kind of a lady. In the case of this Jack in the Box, there is much to be desired and I have to be honest above all. We went thru the drive thru and after we gave our payment we saw and heard this worker not wearing a mask sneezing twice without even covering her mouth, she possibly could have been the manager because she was counting the money at a cash register. She also looked like she was sick. The lady that was working the drive thru did have a mask but was only covering her mouth. Aside from that, the food tasted like it was double dipped or they had very old oil in the fryer. Needless to say, we will not be going back to this location.

2021-12-21I usually get some breakfast from them every sunday. Long time back when I first moved in this area, after I ordered my lunch I was told soda m/c was broken and did not have any fizz.. well isnt it too late to know by the time you pick up everything and go to fill your drink. Last Sunday I ordered some fries in morning, when I got home, I saw they were all stale wrinkled soggy microwaved reheated fries. Never again going back to this location.

2021-09-11The service and taste here are not as good as before. I don’t know if the management staff has been changed. The service staff does not wear gloves and directly touches the food with their hands. The cashier needs to communicate with her loudly.

2021-09-28Absolutely horrible place. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR APP. You cant get a refund after you hit the order button, even if they never made your food. In this case I had to cancel my order because the police were there investigating a break-in. I called the place before they had a chance to make the food and the employee agreed that she would return my order. NOPE.Fast forward a few days and ask for a refund. NOPE. Need to contact corporate. Used the corporate feedback form. NOTHING. Checked the website and it says to go to the store for a refund. NOPE. Went back and the employee said its all through corporate.This place is a scam.EDIT: I see their auto-responder got to this review. Ive already gone to the feedback link they gave, TWICE, and still no real response. Absolutely horrible.

2021-11-15Chicken sandwich had like 2 inch piece of meat that was super thin. I hope the owners of Subway didnt buy it.
