Stuff for storages can get pretty pricey and unfair sometimes, but the whole first month free policy is actually a huge help and great deal overall. Good workers too. The girl at the desk named Honey was especially nice.
I came in today with no clue what I was needing. Ben and Honeylynn answered all my questions and helped me figure out what size of unit I was going to need. They were very professional and this location is very clean and organized. Thank you so much for the help with my unit.
Love this place, none of my items have gone missing and the staff is very ontop of notifying me if I have a few extra packages for me, clean units everytime, and I can vouch since Ive been in 3 different units in this facility alone, never seen any shady figures around, and most importantly, theyve got a clean bathroom, 10/10 used for business but most definitely would trust storing my personal valuables here anytime.

Great place to store your goods! Easy in and out. After a 10 hour road trip in a 15 foot U-haul it was nice to be able to enter and exit the storage unit in such an easy and efficient manner! Place is kept clean and tidy and big trucks can easily maneuver around once inside. Would definitely recommend or use again!
Korey, the manager at Extra Space Storage, was very informative and answered all my questions with renting a unit. Upon my arrival, I found the unit easy to locate, everything from the parking lot to the units themselves were very clean and well maintained. I was left a checklist of everything maintenance did before I arrived, and a very heavy duty keyed lock was sitting just inside the unit for my use. I highly recommend using Extra Space if you need a storage unit in Moreno Valley.

Customer Service is great. Corey and Sean are so kind. Do not get offended by the calls. I personally request reminders because I am so busy. If They do not call I tend to pay late. Ive been doing business here for about 10 years. No bugs in my storage unit EVER. Very clean and they ride around very frequently. Alarm system works great and they do not miss a thing going on. Time and date stamp. No break ins to date. The police will come if alarm is triggered.

Customer service clerk inside I believe Shawn is very helpful and pleasant. They are pretty steep a month but the outside pull up storages are worth it, I downsized to cheaper unit...And then I was put in the inside unit accessible by hallways there was no lighting and it smelled of Urine Maybe it was the building I was in not sure but it did make me relocate my belonging to another company.

I got put into a sticky situation of my home builder falling through on moving me in my home for the 5th time. My apartment lease is expiring and I will have no where to go in a few days. I was panicking to say the least. I called other storage units and no one was picking up. Here, the phone rang only once and Bree was there to help me. Came in 3/16/19 and got a unit the same exact day, Vanessa, Jose and Korie were very helpful. I did not think that I would be able to afford a unit the same day but Vanessa told me about all of the options and it was in my price range with the insurance. Rental online, had a problem with the app. Went thru the chat line, set up the rental online. The Manager at the storage called me shortly after that. I was pleasantly surprised that Lindsey replied within seconds of me making an online reservation. She was very pleasant and helpful. When I arrived Michael Cramer was able to help us right away and he was also very pleasant and helpful as well .
The girls in the office were always very nice. Carts were always available in the office. Lots of packing supplies and the grounds were kept really clean. We did have a ton of rat droppings all over our stuff which was pretty gross. The place seemed secure though and that was a big plus for me.

Calling around for a storage and I got around to Extra Space, and glad I did! From the first interaction (with the call center I beleive), the man I spoke with was so helpful, friendly and informative. I told him I was on my way and he sent a google maps for directions. Upon arriving, I met with Korie and McKenna and they were so awesome. Even while being in training Mckenna was very informative and engaging. Korie was an excellent cart driver (Ive been driven in cars by people who make you fear for your life!) Also the pprcibg is very competitive, the units are nice and clean, and I feel very comfortable leaving our household items in storage. Thanks guys!

Great staff and the storage units are great! Clean, smell free, and they work with you to get the space you need. You need storage insurance to use this facility, but they provide it at sign up. Keeps everything covered in case of an emergency. Very flexible if you need to modify something on your account as well.
I have used them many times since 1995.The most recent was from 2011. I just emptied it yesterday.I needed help with large items that needed to go to the dump. The asst. manager Michael Cramer told me about Hugo who removed those items at a very small fee.The complex is spotless and I have been extremely happy with them.

Although the people there are nice and the storage area is clean, the thing that puzzles me the most is how the company continue to raise their prices. Some of us are really struggling as it is to pay our bills or just to put food on our tables and we really need a place to store our belongings because of unforeseen circumstances or things that happened that was out of our control and so we need the storage facilities to hold our belongings until we could safely get back on our feet but yet we find ourselves struggling to pay this bill just to save our things and keep them in our possessions. I wish there was a storage place out there that was really out there to help and not take advantage of those who have fallen because of hard times. I cant continue to pay 30 to $60 more every 4 to 6 months. I wish they could come up with a much better solution especially for those of us who are honestly struggling as it is. It has been years since Ive used a storage facility and I am not happy with the astronomical fees that come with having to rent a storage space and its rising prices.I see a lot of these reviews and they sound really great, however, there are people at the storage place that I have actually talked with who have shared with me their concerns regarding the fees as they continue to rise and their desire to leave or are leaving because of the fees, so while we have those that are talking about how great it is, many of us really dont have the time to sit here and do a review. We would rather just leave and go somewhere else. So while I sit in my car and I think about the things that I have to deal with financially I thought it would be a good idea to look at the reviews and actually put a review together about what some of us are really feeling about our experience. So, I guess this is for those who have become frustrated and didnt care to leave a review but rather just leave, Im speaking for them too.Sincerely,A Real Hardship

The reason I chose this place was because it was so close to my old place. When I drove by, what caught my eye was the free moving van and 1st month free advertisement. I almost didnt go in because I thought there had to be a catch. But Im so glad I did! The facility is nice, and the staff is very helpful, professional, and most of all very nice. They showed me the different sizes on the compound without an appointment, and showed me the different specials they had going on and I was sold. The atmosphere created by the staff, the cameras and gates, just gave a vibe of assurance. Adrian, and the dude with the gauges (sorry forgot his name) are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, theyre on top of their games. They also were very understanding when I was running a little late in picking up and returning the moving truck.I have nothing but good things to say about this place and I doubt I ever will...hopefully. But yeah, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, absolutely nothing sketchy about this place.

From making reservations the night before to going down and renting my unit the staff at Extra Space Storage treated me with respect and were willing to help with my needs. I like the fact that the gates are open from 6:00 am -10:00 pm and that the grounds are well lit.

Ive so far only had my unit for a couple of weeks, but the positive comments others say on their reviews is true. The staff here is super friendly and helpful, the units look like theyre brand new (I was surprised to see some comments say theyve rented here for years and I thought this place has only been up for a few months based on the prestine condition). The climate inside also is very neutral, I have no worries that my personal belongings will be just fine in this storage facility.

Everyone needs a storage company and great customer service they can rely on when it comes to storing there personal belongings. When you get there ask for Bob he will drop what he is doing to make sure you are taken care of and comfortable leaving your belongings.
Reserved a unit on Sat afternoon and was contacted on Sunday morning and went and saw the property and was very impressed with how well its maintained. The customer service associate Jessica was a HUGE help and was very friendly. Orig reserved a 10x10 and ended up renting a 10x15. I HIGHLY recommend that if youre looking for a place to store you possessions, you check them out online first and reserve the unit you want to get the web price for the unit. Its a good deal and you can change sizes and theyll honor the web reservation.

Bad customer service to new customers and current customers. We were discriminated by one the employees named Rex? I spoke to a man claiming he was Korie then when I get contacted by Korie witch ended up being a woman I was gave bad service and didnt want to fix my problem and was told by her TALKING IS NOT GOING TO FIX ANYTHING SO I AM GOING TO END THE CALL I called the (888) # and since I am no longer interested in renting here, I was told by Kylie that since I wouldnt be renting that there would be no point of being helped with this problem. DO NOT DISCRIMINATE AGAIN TO NEITHER NEW OR CURRENT CUSTOMERS!Update: I was contacted by the District Manager and he was really great and will fix the issue.

Theyre liars who dont care about you. Korie seems to be in charge. She is a complete scumbag. I reserved a unit. Showed up and they said the prices changed and that the rate expired. Then they tried to rent out the same unit at double the rate even though I had an email confirmation for the lower price. Wasted my time with no apology or anything. Worst experience ever!
Michael, was very helpful and explained the lease agreement nice units and plenty of security cameras on the property. BTW if youre looking for a good rate look up there internet specials.

So I went in last weekend to rent a storage unit. I picked this place based on a myriad of factors including distance to parents house (as I visit from out of town often), the price, and quality of service from comments other people posted. I met Cindy and Jessica who were both friendly and easy to discuss the process with. Cindy drove me around to show me a unit so I could see what one looked like. I wasnt sure whether to get a 5X10 or 10X10 so I took the bigger one, just in case. She even showed me the 5X10 and explained what the procedure would be if I decided later on I wanted to to downsize my unit. It wasnt a hard process at all and they even marked my locks and keys (it requires 2 locks) so I could distinguish the locks and give a set to my sister who will have my extra set. I met Daniel as well who came to me to introduce himself. All in all, a very simple and easy process. Cindy also explained the process for using the online management process. Very good customer service and very fast on getting you a unit to bring you in to move your stuff. Took less than 20min to look at a unit and do the paper work. Love the help and them answering my questions.

My wife and I have had our things here for about 3 years now. And over the past 3 years we have seen different faces come and go here. But the one who has always stood out was Andrew, he seemed to have always been there when ever we would come to our unit. Always fixing, painting, or cleaning something. But would be quick to stop what ever he was doing to help a customer.And from the first time he met us to just last week when we moved out, always a real Hello and sincere sense of interest when ever asking us how we were doing.So a big thanks to him and more recently miss Davis for all their help.These days its hard to get customer service the way those two are offering it!A+ business in my book
Make sure to keep an eye on automatic payments. This place increased my monthly payment without any notice. It may not seem like a big deal but during a pandemic when money is extra tight you would think companies would make it a point to help their customers.

But Korie was professional in that she repeated my space number as she saw it, so I realized I hadnt giving my correct #. We discovered that Januarys payment had been applied to the incorrect storage # as well. I appreciate Kories willingness to look into the matter, she was helpful and very professional, getting the issue resolved quickly.

2022-05-27The process with Extra Space Storage was pretty seamless, which is so helpful as moving is inherently stressful.Se reserved a space online (better prices) and scheduled a walkthrough.We were helped my Ben and Honey. Ben greeted us with great customer service, checked us in, showed us our unit and got us all setup with our new unit. All within 30 minutes or so.Honey helped us out as well with packing materials.The facility itself seemed well kept, new paint, and a very clean office.We’re super grateful for this team. I was unsure about the size I needed; Honey was able to help me find the right size. I also felt my items would be secured as the facility is monitored 24/7.
