Bad experience with this hotel. :(I asked a room for three people, they said me the room was for 4 persons. When I arrived to the room it has a regular bed and a dirty sofa sleeper only for one confortable person. There no enough soap, just one little shampoo bottle.Theres no housekeeping during my stay.Very sad story.
Guess there is different levels to clean as long as you dont look you will not notice how dirty the rooms are. This is an exstended stay and should be cleaned completely not just a fast make up. Rooms are gross. These rooms are probably less then 400 square feet. The cleaning staff should take the 1 to 2 hours and clean the room right not leave the stuff for the guests to clean. Lazy!
Rooms are clean, however, the place is not secure. There are many of the rooms occupied by long term residents who are far less than desirable. On the 1st night there, one of our truck windows was broken out and all of our toolboxes were ransacked. 2 days later, our toolboxes were broken into again. A week later one of my coworkers had his truck stolen! There is NO security and only ONE camera, at the very entrance. When the police were contacted, they said that this hotel is well known for vehicle damage and theft.I do NOT recommend staying here.
Positive: The fact they¿re located in alameda so when the police were called they responded with in 7 mins. Negative: The hotel was absolutely filthy. Nothing but a bunch of tweakers. The beds are stained and yellow. Long story short ,I paid for Thurs-Saturday but after the first night their with my children we went and stayed at a relatives house instead .
Not a terrible price for the bay area. The kitchen is not usable since it will fill the room up with smoke but overall the experience was not bad. I had my bike locked outside with a flat tire and before I was able to get it fixed they cut the lock and discarded it so I lost my bike. Their breakfast is just individually wrapped muffins and coffee.Edit: I stayed there last about 2 years ago so it would have been different staff handling the bike situation. It was not an expensive bike anyways.
This is a nice clean place and is working out great having our pet with us. No pet odor in the room so that’s nice. Great spot to let the pet play. The room is large with a little bit of wear but overall nice and clean. The elevator is scary as can be and takes forever while you are in it...I prefer to use the stairs but the keycard entry doesn’t work so if someone shuts the door all the way you have to walk around front. The backyard yard of the hotel has plenty of room to walk your pet. If you like airplanes you can watch them take off all day. The hotel is a quick drive to the airport. We are on our third week of staying here and all the staff has been kind
I stayed here for 4 nights while I was in town for business. It was pretty much the only hotel in the area for where I was wanting to stay, which is why I picked it. It was probably the cheapest hotel I have ever stayed in.Rooms are not updated. Windows only came with one blackout curtain--no sheer one. Which is a problem since I like natural light but also dont like random people off the street staring into my room either.Rooms do NOT come with any amenities of a normal extended stay. You have to ask for a dish pack which, among other things, only comes with 1 coffee mug. They didnt even have extra plastic cups in the bathroom. In addition to that, you have to carry it up to the room yourself. So if you show up by yourself, good luck. That thing is easily 30 pounds (heaviest dish set EVER). Im not a very strong person, and I cannot see an elderly person being able to carry this. They wouldnt even bring extra pillows or a blanket up to my room either. Something that any normal hotel would bring to you on request. Not sure what thats about. Finally my biggest complaint, the hallways smell like weed. STRONG SMELL. The second I got off the elevator, I could smell it. It seeps into your room sometimes too. Needless to say, I walked quickly to my room and kept the door locked at all times. I understand weed is legal there now, I guess, but they should have rules against smoking inside the hotel. I dont know, maybe they do but they certainly dont enforce them. Maybe its because they only clean the rooms once a week?Anyways, I would definitely not recommend this hotel. Better luck renting an airbnb if youre looking to stay in the area.
Every hotel and motel should be like Extended Stay, they are pet friendly, they dont sweat the small things, never bug or bother you for any meaningless petty things, very much like being in your own apartment. Just check in and check out thats it. Besides that the place is great clean and everything works, what else can I ask for, lol!
The people at the front desk they are great. They try their best to make sure you’re comfortable and happy with your room but there’s only so much they can do. The maid do not clean room good. Dirty floors dirty bathtub. I stay here because my company pays for it I would never pay out of my own pocket this day is such a nasty place like this
The suite I stayed in was quite nice, but the noise from the extremely close air traffic was unbelievable!! Also, the parking lot and front area, both of which were astonishingly small, proved to be less well-kept than the hotels interior. I had my dogs with me, and while I always appreciate accommodations that allow them, I found it very difficult to actually walk them. Worse, there was a large amount of broken glass in the grassy areas surrounding the front entrance, and while trying to avoid what I could see, my dog stepped on another piece and wound up getting a pretty serious cut. Bloody paws are not typically a huge concern for me, especially when staying at a hotel, as it is rather typical for these places to have frequent attention by maintenance. Guess that had gone unnoticed, somehow.I was also a bit disturbed by what I found out later, which was relayed to me by a friend who had not known if I was staying there or another place. They were able to call the front desk, and successfully inquire as to whether I was a guest or not (this does not, as far as I am aware, fall in line with most hotels common privacy guidelines); and furthermore, they were able to get someone to leave the front desk and go to my room to see if I was there, that moment!! This didnt sit well with me, though there was no actual harm done at the time. I encourage anyone staying here to make sure to instruct the front desk to take note of your preferences, where your privacy is concerned, should you have any reason to expect different results. Otherwise, I found my suite was clean and well-appointed, at a reasonable price.
This hotel has definitely seen better days. Although it’s non smoking, there’s smoke in the carpet or drapes. As an extended stay it states that it’s a home away from home...not quite. Everything is only by request. No coffee maker in room, only 1x/wk housekeeping, and a cheap packaged muffin or granola bar for “breakfast”? I’m allergic to feathers and they have no down alternative pillows available. They did give me a blanket to drape over the down pillows though. It was less $$ than other nearby so I guess you get what you pay for. Next time I will pay a littleMore.
Front desk was friendly, but the only contact hubby and I had was checking in and requesting an extra towel. The room was a decent size, the bed and couch were comfortable.I was disappointed that a west facing room had the curtains open and the a/c wasnt already set. After coming in from the cold, the sun baking the room was too much. There was only one washcloth and one hand towel, which is the only time Ive seen this at a hotel. No coffee pot in the room, not even plastic cups in their wrappers. You can request kitchen amenities at no extra cost, but this is a bare minimum place. I couldnt find anything in the room that talked about breakfast hours, other local restaurants and things to do.Ok for a night, but Id find some place else for longer.EDIT: Breakfast was just individually wrapped muffins or granola bars. There was a Quaker oatmeal option, but I didnt want to walk that up to my room. The coffee was decent, but the creamers were questionable looking. They should have been refrigerated, and the pump on one was broken with paper towels stuck to the outside, creating an even stickier mess. Recommend bringing your own breakfast and bottled cold coffee.
Good place if traveling with a dog. We had to be out of our home because of construction work, and extended stay really bailed us out. They had a room despite their being a playoff game, and every other hotel was booked. They didnt raise the rates because hotel rooms scarce. It had a laundry and a free breakfast. The kitchen allowed is to cook. It saved us from kenneling the dogs. There was a beautiful walk along the bay just blocks from the hotel. With this said, it was sort of sad. Not a place for a vacation. It was a mix of people: some living there down on their luck, some were travelers catching a plane (right next to airport) some were construction workers, some dog owners like us. Everyone friendly- it was safe. The one problem was the room was filthy. The parts that mattered were clean - the sinks, the toilet, the linens. The rest was covered in dust, spilled soda, and other peoples hair and stuff. It took about 2 hours to get everything wiped down. That was our one complaint.
Horrible experience! The bed was soaking wet in the middle, when I laid down, which made me jump up because it started soaking through my pants. Gross! I pulled the sheets off and saw yellow/brown stains. Talk about feeling disgusted. I dont whose fluids they were. In the bathroom there were long black hair strands in the drain of the tub. The tub also had thick mold all around the handles. My husband and I asked for a new room and was told none were ready. The manager told us the best she could do was change out the mattress. What? She then called back and told us there would be a wait. I went to the front desk and saw her checking guests in...smh. I told them we need a new room, not a new mattress. Not that it matters but we were moving from California to a base in Hawaii. Rest is what we really needed. The hotel staff was rude and more than unprofessional. They made very little attempt to correct the problems. I do not recommend. It was a total waste of money and I felt like I needed a tetanus shot after staying there. I hope no ever experiences this but knowing there staff hopefully it just isnt you.
This is my second time staying at this hotel. I love how clean and spacious the rooms are. I especially like the fact that there is a fridge, microwave and stove in the room. It made it really convenient to order take out. The only reason I cant give a 5 start is because of the AC/heating units and the water heat for the shower. The AC units kept waking up multiple times during the night. I was not able to take a hot shower, the water is at best luke warm.
Its an extended stay hotel, that doesnt have anything in the rooms. If you want dishes or a coffee maker you have to go down stairs and get them, then bring them to your room. There also wasnt any hangers in the closet. The room is small, and while I wouldnt call it dirty, I also wouldnt call it clean. Its in desperate need of a renovation. Staff is mostly absent. The complementary breakfast consists of stale muffins and cardboard like breakfast bars. The coffee tastes like it was dredged from the bottom of the bay. There is also a theme in the hotel, which is a theme everywhere in Oakland; hide your valuables. Warnings posted everywhere in the hotel warn of leaving valuable items in the room. Leaving me to wonder; if I cant have valuable items in my car or on my person, and I cant have them in my room, where the heck do I keep them?
Nice enough, just not $500+ nice - glad I went through a discount site. The room was VERY clean and had obviously fresh bedding, MAJOR PROPS HOUSEKEEPING! My only issues we a bad (I know better are made) hide-a-bed mattress, shower curtain that let water through and minor cosmetic damage in kitchen and bathroom.
Quiet decent hotel liked how it was a spacious room and had the little kitchenette. One of the main reasons was I got the room because of the breakfast included but coffee and a muffin is not breakfast! Check-in was easy and we were able to check in earlier than the posted time. Parking lot was small always had trouble finding parking.
Rooms appear well maintained, if one disregards the sticky floors, coffee spilled on leather sofa that wasnt wiped up, missed rubbish on the end table, sofa bed with flimsy cushion. In short, staff was pleasant, but not exactly on point. Could not get three room keys for some reason, and the WiFi didnt work. Overpriced. Mildly dissappointed, but this was nearly the only pet friendly place available.
Location was good, but they have no airport shuttle even though they are right next to it. Very inconvenient for us. The other guests appeared to be loitering and unseemly. Not what expected as we paid almost $150 for one night. Room itself was just OK...no sheets for pullout sofa and when we called front desk, we were told to go get them from the laundry. Room was quiet and clean, but I wouldnt go back.
Not a place for you to stay if having a surgery or disability stay for more than a weekend.I have never had such a horrible experience with The Extended Stay before in my life. I have an android, iPhone, & an iPad and the Internet isn’t working on any of them. I told the company & they did nothing, I payed extra and still no good came out of it.When I first arrived I wasn’t given the dishes needed. I was told they didn’t have it all and would try to get me the rest later. I never received it and had to go and purchase my own cooking utensils, pots, bowls, and cups. There were nasty things like a sippy cup under the air conditioner, old food behind the couch, the bathroom floor had gunk on it when we put a foot towel down(brown stuff on it). The window curtains have some black stuff or tar on it. They only clean the rooms supposedly once a week, but the room remained the same while I was having surgery & my daughter came to check on the room. The most they did was remake the bed, the didn’t restock my towels or vacuum or sweep & mop. I had to buy a broom and mop and cleaning supplies for my daughter to clean the room the correct way because I cannot be in dirt after a surgery. They never come up to offer new towels, rags, or blankets. My daughter has to always go down stairs to give them our dirty stuff and they never replace what she brings. There was a whole 2 days that my daughter complained of a strong smell in the hallway that made her gag and light headed and she noticed a stain in the hallway which she took a picture of. The room didn’t have enough light bulbs so we’ve trading bulbs from different lamb shades. The room has spiders coming out of no where. I was bitten twice & my daughter has killed 3 spiders (one of the spiders on the outside door handle). We sprayed bug spray and it didn’t help. My daughter had to roll up one of the covers and put it under the room door because there is a huge gap (she can stick her hand under & see the WHOLE hallway) & she was afraid that is where the spiders were coming from. One of the windows will not close all the way so that’s where they could possibly be coming from as well. The Refrigerator has ruined about $100-200 worth of food (which I have receipts for) since I had surgery and I am on a strict diet. They have given us 3 different fridges so far & the neither of them held the correct temperatures for the food so food and drinks have been spoiling. My daughter became stomach ill. My daughter has seen them moving fridges in and out of different rooms, so are they fixing them or just trading the broke ones in and out as customers complain?Since I had my surgery my daughter has been washing our clothes. One day she went down to put our clothes in the washer(she can’t stay down there because I need help with everything) and after it was done she went to put everything in the dryer. She said the laundry room doors were open and Someone went into our washer machine and put our stuff with their stuff in the dryer. She thought it was a mistake so she took our stuff out of their dryer and put our stuff all together in 1 dryer. She told the lady at the front desk, the response was that she never had a complaint like that before. My daughter walked her into the laundry area and explained never corrected. This is the worst experience I’ve had with any hotel and I’ve lived in an Extended stay before with no issues. Management has yet to offer me a decent compensation for my troubles. I need to be reimbursed for at least half of my stay or given something. I’ve lost money on food, clothes, etc
Extended Stay checked me into an already occupied room! How dangerous can you get? They sold me room 101. There were bags at the door which made me apprehensive enough! I used the key that they gave me, it opened the door and to my utter surprise, either there was someone in there or the maid had not cleaned the room.
The only two complaints that I have are the noise from the airport which wasnt that much or constant which had nothing to do with the hotel, and the breakfast which only consisted of muffins oatmeal granola bars hot chocolate, and coffee but you do have a full kitchen in your room so there is a balance there. The location was great and price of the hotel was reasonable. Staff was friendly and easy to work with. Overall it was a decent hotel at that I would stay at again
Stayed here 7 nights. First night my room smelled fishy and even though we had all the windows open the smell didnt go away. We requested a new room and we had to wait until the next day. The new room was okay but the toilet clogged and there was no maintenance onsite and a plunger couldnt be found. Was forced to stay on the room overnight with a toilet clogged with poop and had to go down get a plunger and unclog. The toilet stopped up again two days later and still no maintenance person. This time we couldnt unclog. We we told there was no one to help. I was given the option to move to the only other room availble that smelled like butt, stale cigarettes and dog. So basically inoperable toilet or smelly room were the options at a rate of $118 for the night. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. I wouldnt recommend for the price. Might as well add a 30 to 40 bucks and stay at a hotel that is fully staffed and professional.
I got here on the 18th of feburary and i am here till the 21st of march. My room has only been cleaned twice. It has been two weeks now since my room has been cleaned. I went to get more towels and was asked to to bring my dirty ones down to the desk. Poor, poor service. Came down one morning to get coffee and oatmeal. The coffee was old and cold. The supposed to be hot water was cold. Im not sure that i will staying here again.
Its very nice, clean, accomidating enough. Its right by the airport, so its very convenient but also, its right by the airport. A lot of things have to be asked for at the front desk, like bedding for the extra bed in the couch, but its worth it and the staff are nice about it as well, even late at night.
The location is fair for alameda, right near the oakland raiders headquarters. Very near the airport. Close to Safeway for last minute groceries, etc. Staff seemed pleasant enough, but maybe not super excited about their jobs. The room itself was adaquate. Everything seemed to work except for the coffee pot. I believe there was a little disconnect, as I reserved the room through Expedia, as to how many people I had with me. I had to ask for extra pillows and the sheets and blankets for the fold out bed. The only other slight negative was that their continental breakfast was muffins, granola bars, coffee, and bananas. So... 3 out of 5
I debated leaving a review because I really hate leaving bad reviews. But one night I saw someone walking towards me in a white beanie, saggy pants, bright white shoes, huge jewelry hanging off his neck. He was also holding a Gatorade bottle with amber liquid in it but it said fruit punch. This guy happened to be the security guard. At check in the two people at the front desk were talking about locking someone out of their room. We pulled out the pull out bd and there was food in it. Gross. And the smell was strong.
I would like to voice a complaint about this location and the lack of service/support.My girlfriend and I arrived at 11pm to stay one night at the Oakland-Alameda Extended Stay. We were awakened at 1am by loud banging/walking in a unit above us. This continued for 2 hours. The clerk at the front desk refused to investigate our complaint after we called her twice. Perhaps she was afraid of the possible outcome. After continued disturbances we called the police since the front desk did nothing about this. Due to this disturbance and lack of sleep we were not able to go on our planned trip at 5am Sunday morning. I request a review of your policies and a refund of my cost due to the issues at this location.
Horrible didnt even stay because the woman at the front desk gave us a very difficult time even though we had made reservations thru Expedia first under my name but with my husbands card and ID so we made a new reservation in his name and she claimed she couldnt find it for over an hour told us we couldnt wait in the lobby for us to stay out of the cold while she was waiting on our reservations was rude to Expedia both their associate and their manager ending in us being compped by Expedia for the Hampton. As difficult as the woman on the front desk made it I would never ever try to stay here again plus the elevator was out of service and everyone was being assigned rooms on the third and fourth floors
We were between homes and needed a place for a few months (2 months) and it was perfect!* Staff was amazing! Amit, Brandi, Lisa, Nick, Francisco, and Tika!* Perfect size for 2 people.* Maintenance was very responsive if needs arouse.* Sign up for perks as the savings helped.* Location was sooooo quiet and security was always checking on things.* I truly enjoyed the planes taking off and they dont bother you, but III like plans! So you decide!* Going to start a remodel soon we hear!* Big truck able to park there!* Got to know a few residents that had lived there for a couple years and I can see why!* Great place for dogs.* Laundry room great washers/dryers and commerical grade.* A lot of great shopping, dinning (restaurants), food choices, grocery.* Kitchen big and worked well for its size! GoodId stay there again, great price for what you get.Regards - Gary S and husband too!(Happy Custimers)
The room is clean and customer service was welcoming but I did leave my dress in the closet and was told if it was left somewhere where they thought it would be trash they would throw it away. It was folded neatly in the closet on the Shelf and when I called he informed me that it was not there therefore it was probably thrown a way.
My first bedbug experience. Horrible experience. Reported the bedbug bites to the uninterested guy at the front desk and he just stared at me. Take this as your warning. This happened week of 10/11/16 and I threw away most of my things so I wouldnt bring them home. I even tossed my suitcase.
Well this location at 1260 South Loop Rd in alameda has the best best employees there and cant forget about the manager FRANSISCO..they are all so awesome Angela and Fransisco will work with you if you need anything or whatever the case is..the maids are awesome too ..theres only 2 of them but they Do their job ...i just love the staff here ..so people that are reading this take the time one day and come stay at this location and u will experience the coolest staff of employees there are..
This is the type of hotel that caters to smokers with cats and dogs. If youre not a smoker with a cat or a dog, skip it. The cabin in the woods amenities makes this the perfect place for people who normally stay in roadside inns. If youre used to tasty coffee, provided shampoo and conditioner, wifi speeds above 0.03mbits, or dry and brightly lit comfortable bed rooms - skip this place and take the other Hotel up the street for $10 more. Otherwise, enjoy your coughing, hacking, barking, meowing, smoking stay.
My days here are a really nightmare the whole hotel smells mariguana it supposed to be a non smoking area but like I said the whole hotel smells and I don’t have place to go because my apartment company it’s the one who rent the hotel until remodeled my apartment but this is the worst hotel
We are midway through our stay here at the Alameda, ca location. just wanted to say that that staff and the facility are top notch. the staff have bent over backwards to accomidate our needs. if you have to be in a hotel for any length of time check out the Extended Stay hotels. Full kitchens, living rooms. all rooms come with dishes, pans, etc. well worth the cost. check it out , you wont be dissappointed. Thank You Extended Stay Alameda, Ca! Youve made our stay comfortable in times of distress. Thank You and God Bless!
Stayed here 8 weeks for a work trip. Tika and Amit were extremely helpful with ensuring that I received PDF receipts every week for me to conduct my expense reports. They maintained a professional environment when addressing any minor issues I had encountered (Room key demagnetizing) as well as others that were there on travel with me. Tika always made it a point whenever she saw you to make sure everything was ok and if there was anything else we needed she got it right away. Her up beat personality and willingness to ensure that our stay was of the highest quality is something that you don’t find often.
. 1999 called they want they want their TV and Internet back. Absolutely horrible wifi, it is so bad you cant even load netflix or even your Facebook feed. You have to pay money if you want wifi that is actually usable. And the TV/Cable quality is like watching a movie in 3d with no glasses on. The name is Extended Stay but all i can think about is when i can leave. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY AT A MOTEL 6. Sadly the lowest you can rate is 1 star. I would give this place -5 stars if i could. Oh yeah and the free airport shuttle is an absolute lie. It doesnt exist, they said sorry sir that is misinformation
ALERT!!! Customer service with Chandra was THE WORST! She was condescending and lied when she said she had no one to call above her. She never offered to remedy the situation or modify the reservation that was made by the staff in ERROR! Then she just walked off... by far the worst customer service ever. Oh and FYI... we are a military family moving from Texas to California and still no respect. Sure makes it hard to do what you are ordered with that kind of customer service. No respect for active military!
Close to Oakland airport, comes with kitchen ( stove microwave oven refrigerator) utensils pots pans plates available at the desk. It’s near several industrial parks so there’s area for walking. I’ve stayed there twice both times were weekends the Oakland Raiders were playing at home ( Raiders HQ is next door), it was exciting but never rowdy
The staff including the manager were not only RUDE but not helpful!Room was spacious but house keeping was awful.. Will never stay here again and will not recommend this place to anyone! Corporate really needs to come and see whats going on this is horrible.. I thought i was at a motel 6. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

2022-05-23I had not seen my mother in almost 4 years whom lives with my brother and sister in law, whom I hadnt seen in 7.5 years, in Alameda CA. I have physical conditions which requires lots of rest. So I put my wish out to the universe for a great hotel. Extend Stay America was perfect! Upon arrival I asked to see a room. Theo at the front desk took me to one on the third floor and as I looked around, it was very clean and extremely spacious. Everyday I met front desk staff like Theo, friendly and kind. One day I did not know I was speaking with the manager, Amit. He was gracious and kind and didnt act like he was above his employees! This was a special place! I never waited more than a few seconds for the elevator. Upon the first day Theo told me my room would be serviced after my stay of 18 nights. Not a problem. I aired my very comfortable king size bed everyday, something my grandmother taught me years ago. I practice yoga on a hard floor: when I wiped the hard floor section in the dressing room area it was clean and spotless. I was very happy when doing my floor exercises. Other hotels do not have floors this clean. My kitchenette was perfect too. Due to Covid their safety measures of having no kitchen ware was very smart to do. I simply bought a few paper plates and plastic utensils. I felt safe most of all. The location was great. I was right between Old and New Alameda and 6 minutes from my brothers house. Parking was always available when I arrived past 11pm. The Oakland Airport nearby was hardly noticeable. I always travel with ear plugs since I travel much and enjoy silence. I know I am leaving some names of staff out due to my memory but I did write a thank you note and left a nice tip for the front desk and sweet young and beautiful gal whom was one of the room cleaning staff. The area around this hotel was so quiet and clean and groomed. I was able to take some beautiful walks around what appeared like a futuristic campus. And again, I felt safe walking. I would definitely stay at this Extend Stay America again. I highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you. A.B.

2022-06-01My wife and I traveled to Oakland with our Husky, so we were very happy to find a pet friendly place to stay the night. Our room was very clean, spacious and cost-effective. This place was quiet and fairly new. We were impressed overall. The service was great, friendly and helpful.

2022-05-30My aunt had knee replacement surgery and I flew in from Ohio to help her out. We decided it was easier to stay in a hotel for the worst of it because ice is usually pretty easy to get in a hotel, also other amenities like Excedrin, pop, bandaids, extra blankets extra pillows the list goes on.But here are the problems with this Extended Stay. There was no ice maker- they provided ice trays to make the ice, which wouldnt have been a problem but they were cracked so whats the point? The vending machine was practically empty through most of our stay. The evening worker just never had anything and had an attitude when I was trying to ask him why my key wouldnt work when I came back in from outside. I asked for an extra blanket, apparently there were no more. I asked for a bandaid and apparently this hotel has no bandaids... I asked for toilet paper since no extra was in the room and received one roll. They have no double beds like at all. I slept on the pull out the first night and it was the most flat, uncomfortable thing I had ever slept on in my entire life. I called down to the front desk told them about how uncomfortable it was so they brought me a roll away and when I put it down to make the bed it smelled like straight pee.The whole stay was just not worth the money I paid to stay there. I wanted to complain but apparently there wont be a manager here until Tuesday which is conveniently after we check out.Ive stayed in a few other extended stays and thought this would be a better experience than what it was.Whatever you do dont check in at night.

2022-06-26Dont walk to slow in hotel, the fleas and ticks will jump on. Same is true when you walk out to your car. Staff do not have intelligence to fix blue light dominance on TV, causing Macular Degeneration. Cell phones, tablets, computers hacked into via WIFI they sell, by a hotel employee. Police report & investigation is pending. They turn on camera, monitor social input. Lyme tick cases in area. Some rooms not cleaned for months. Non-working refrigerators, trash piled up 4 feet high in trash rooms, people sleeping in hallways and trash room. Rear doors broken, lots of traffic at night; someone tried to kick in my door, items missing from room. STAFF ENTERING MY ROOM WHILE IN BED SLEEPING, AND SHOWERING. After making complaints, staff had security stalk me. Dozens of bad reviews deleted from google reviews for prior 12 months, including sewage backups in and outside hotel, animal feces in hotel and outside, crack smoke, no ventilation, WIFI hacking, airport 30 yards out back door, loud cargo jets taking off at 2am thru 6am and beyond. GOOD: Security has stopped loud boom boxes.

2022-03-31Incredibly rude staff. I asked how long the elevator would be out of service and the front desk agent rolled his eyes and informed me that he wasn’t a technician.Halls smell like weed, trash all around the property, guests feeding wildlife (ducks, squirrels), police have been here several times… just a bad choice to stay here

2021-12-24Positive: Great staff who treat you good and accommodate the guests every request without hesitation. Kind of weird location in the business park but other than that I really enjoyed my time here. The cleaning reflected the nice scent of bleach every day. Negative: Just the location especially if your not familiar with the area. Not to matny stores located within walking distance
