Honest person, great job at very very reasonable price. Highly recommended for any fix on jewelry and watches. I have been to this place twice, once for fixing a watch and the next for my broken ring. The job done was excellent and the price charged was a third of what other stores quoted me. The guy is a bit old fashioned and not much of a talker but his work is great.And again highly recommended.
Hidden gem! I got a watch band replaced and he matched the style and size perfectly, and made sure to keep the original buckle on it. He also replaced a battery on another watch. All this done in about 5 minutes flat, and the price was fair. I will definitely be back for any watch repair service needed.
If you have any watch needs, this is the man to go see. He fixed the clasp on a bulova watch, put batteries in 4 invicta watches, and sized them all as well for around $50. Other shops in the area are by the hour ($125/hr), or by the piece. He is extremely fair. A master doing work for a fraction of the price!. He is super professional and lighting quick. While I was there he helped out several long time clients all taking about a minute each! He even does lengthy and detailed services and repairs that require weeks to fix. It might cost a little extra (but still cheaper than anyone in a 50 mile radius) and well worth it to get your old time pieces up and running again. Oh yeah he has Citizen Seiko and other name brand watches for cheap. Great gift ideas. Check out his clocks on the wall... I am going to get one of these days.

Brought my Gucci watch into this repair. All it needed was a battery which he replaced. He has worked on it before without incident. My husband did not notice that he did not stand up the stones that fit in the face of the watch. I called him to bring it back in and he claims he never worked on it and then hung up on me. Do not trust him. I will take it to a reputable repair to have the stones returned to their original place in the face of this beautiful watch.Follow up...after he was so rude I took it to Ivanovs watch repair and she fixed it.

The guy was pleasant, fast, and had great prices. It take two minutes to change the battery on my Seko, and cost $9.I highly recommend you use this watch repair shop to be helped by a very friendly and knowledgeable guys

2022-07-28Best watch service around. Scott repaired a Invictus watch that needed a battery and the Hour?minute hands painted again. He also shorten the wristband for a Citizen watch and buffed the band so it looks nearly brand new. I may need a new power cell for my Citizen and I will have him replace it soon.

2021-04-14Can’t say enough good things about Scott. Incredible work. I took my Seiko to him to modify by adding a new bezel insert, chapter ring & hands. He did an incredible job and turn around was fast with more then fair pricing. So long as I own watches I’ll continue going to him. Here is the before & after

2021-11-05I took my Rado womens watch that needed a new battery. Recently moving to Sacramento, I didnt know where to take my high-end watch. I researched all the reviews on Watch repair shops and I went with Scott & Express Watch Repair & Im sooo glad I did. He helped me immediately and it only took 4 to 5 minutes and the price was quite reasonable. You can feel secure that your watches will be repaired with the utmost care and promptly. 2022-03-26Took my wind up clock in to fix. Said it needed a spring. After a week and a half with no call I ended up calling and saying I will pick it up and go somewhere else if you can’t get the spring. I rec’d a call the next day saying he suddenly got a spring. Let me tell you it still does not work the right way and he ripped me off. No receipt and that’s my fault for not getting one. Will never recommend. Took my money and he didn’t do anything.
