I have used Estevez Mobile Notary 3 times now and I feel confident in writing this review. We initially found them on yelp, I was looking for a mobile notary as I decided to put my house in a trust in the middle of the pandemic (yikes!). I sent a message and their response was quick!!! I had no idea what I was doing so Stephanie helped me organize what needed to be signed and notarized and what didn’t. She showed up on time and was super patient, friendly and she maintained clean equipment. I had so many papers to be notarized that she waived the driving fee the first time ($10 I believe?). anyway, we used her again for a certification since she was so awesome and most recently we contacted them for papers again. This time her husband, Victor, came and was just as knowledgeable, timely and friendly (not to mention they give really nice pens-I’m a nurse, I love pens!). I will definitely continue using them for my notary needs!!!

Estevez Mobile Notary was an absolute delight to work with. My father is in the hospital battling covid and we desperately needed a notary to assist in POA paperwork so that I can handle his day to day affairs without problem. I gave them a call and we were off to a running start. I informed Victor of the situation, he saw an opening in his schedule, and he beat me to the hospital before I was even able to gather my things and get out of the house to meet him. He smoothly handled the notarization through an ICU window with the assistance of the nurse and willing sacrificed his one of his books for 10 days to make sure there is no chance of spreading illness. He was extremely kind, professional, and I really felt like he personally cared about seeing the job through quickly and being able to see my father smile while going through such a difficult time even though we only met moments before. I also really appreciate his willingness to go into the ICU with me to handle all these things during a global pandemic. Estevez Mobile Notary will take care of your needs and are extremely reasonably priced. I will absolutely be calling them for any Notary needs in the future. 2022-05-13I needed some governmental documents notarized last minute and Estevez Mobile Notary responded within minutes and came to my house within a half hour. My dad was so impressed and said he has never seen anything like it. Mr. Estevez was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. This is my 3rd time using this company and every time they exceeded my expectations. They are also very fair in their pricing. I am very happy to know them and would recommend them to anybody who needs Notarial services.

2022-08-04I’m not someone that gets a lot of things notarized, so I had no idea how this process goes. Luckily I found Estevez Mobile Notary. I was planning on going to the UPS store, but they did not have a notary rep available when I could get down there. So that’s when I looked into a Mobil notary. I contacted Estevez Notary through Yelp and through the phone number listed on their Yelp page. I received a response to both within ten minutes. I was given a quote for the service, which was $30.00 for the first signature and then $15.00 for each additional, and then set up a time to meet.On that date and time, they pulled up, introduced themselves, explained the process and notarized my documents. The whole exchange was very pleasant, and handled very quickly. It was also nice to have someone come to me. My wife was even given a gift, which was a pen. Ha.All in all, the service was perfect, fast, and friendly. You do pay a little more to have them come to you, but that was a fair price to make it so easy. Again, I’m not one to get much stuff notarized, but if I do, I’m going with these guys!
