Just went with my girlfriend and it was our second one ever. Really good place and the puzzles were challenging without overwhelming us. Andre was a great gamemaster who gave us clues when needed, but made us figure out the next step when we were close and time permitted. Will definitely come back again
My husband & I were in town for our five year wedding anniversary and LOVE escape rooms. We called ahead and booked Alcatraz for the two of us. The room was so much fun and we escaped with about 6 minutes left. The room was challenging but so much fun! This was escape room number 22 or 23 for us (all together). AJ our game master was truly the best! When we Sked for clues they were real clues not just telling us the answers when we got a bit stuck. He was also kind enough to let us hangout in the waiting room for a ride to our hotel while re setting the room. I cannot wait to come back! Great job AJ
EscapeSF has a great team bonding event you can do online during the pandemic called the Pegasus Project. We have 17 people and they broke us up into groups via Zoom breakout rooms. It has the feel of an escape room experience: timed puzzle solving fun. They even have a digital room you can explore by clicking around like the virtual tours you see in open houses. At the end, you could see which team solved it and how long it took each team. It was organized well, making it easy for a large group to plan and play (and reasonably priced for a team bonding event)! The host, Andre, would pop in to see if we had any questions, so we felt taken care of haha Highly recommend!
Danny our gamemaster was so amazing!! He was so warm and welcoming and he helped us out just enough without spoiling the game for us. The rooms are definitely challenging as well as fun! Would recommend to bring a few people with you just to help out with solving different puzzles. Overall great experience!
My friends and I tried the Escape from Alcatraz room. 2 of us were escape room veterans, the other 2 were first timers. We breezed through the room in about 30 minutes. I do have to say that it was a great room for beginners, especially because of its linearity. Our game master, Alexander, was amazing. They really set setup the story and added even more depth to our experience.
Played two rooms with my coworkers. We work at an escape room and we had a blast! The rooms gave us a good challenge and we had so much fun!!!! Danny was our game master and he was absolutely amazing, best game master Ive had at another escape room. Will be coming back!!
Ive done a real escape room with EscapeSF before. I did the Sabotage game at home this time and loved every minute of it. The flow of the game and the way they designed the experience is fantastic. Agent Ron, a staff member was our game master. He did a great job of running the game for us. None of the clues were gimicky. The props were really well designed. This is a great innovation in escape rooms for the pandemic. I hope they develop more of these and continue to offer this even after we go back to normal.
This was my first escape room and it was a great experience. Our host was helpful and the puzzles were satisfying. When we walked in we were greeted warmly, asked to sign waivers on electronic pads, and offered the use of lockers for our personal belongings. Then the host gave us our introduction to the story as well as the rules, then brought us down stairs to the puzzle room. A good time was had by all!
We were a small group of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We did the Alcatraz escape and had so much fun we signed up for the Tiger Bar escape immediately after. It was a great way to spend time with family. Our coach, Cloud, was excellent. He made the experience a ton of fun!
My friends and I signed up for the Space Bus, which accommodated our large group. The Bus looks simple in design but there is more than meets the eye. Android Ron, you were awesome!I did look into other escape room places, but none of them compare to this one. You have your private room for friends, rather than sharing a room with strangers. - if youre up for that kind of adventure, Im sure they can make it work-. You get clues as often as you need them, and the place all around is awesome. The theme for each room is unique and interesting. We will most certainly be going back to check out their other escape rooms!
My first time playing a escape game. We were a group of 4, and we did the Alcatraz one. Very fun and challenging. Well definitely check out the other rooms! Also, I dont usually write reviews but they had such a competent and friendly staff that id give 6/5 stars if i could.
Amazing puzzles and lots of surprises. We did the King Arthur room. The decorations were great and the puzzle were pretty cool. Some of them were a bit confusing and we needed some hints. But we enjoyed every second of it.Shout out to Alexander for being a great Room Master and being so welcoming and funny.
Outstanding! For families with kids (12+) as well!Even 3 days later, I totally recommend it! It was an outstanding experience, although it was my fourth escape room experience and it was the best. In contrast to the other three it was not only a room with a couple of hints, it was a story, a couple of rooms and an outstanding flair.I highly recommend it.Alcatraz Escape, Family (1 Daughter 12J)
Our family had such a memorable time at EscapeSF during Thanksgiving! We chose the Space Bus as first-timers and we had so much fun! Android Ron, our guide, did a fantastic job introducing us to the scenario and explaining everything that we needed to know. Inside the Space Bus the equipment was very user friendly, very much like a real ship, and the puzzles were very, very fun! Thank you for an awesome Thanksgiving activity and for the (many) (helpful) hints!
I played all four of their rooms with my work friends, and we had a blast with each one! The puzzles are clever, creative, varied, and satisfying to solve. None of the solutions felt too arbitrary or unfair, and the themes for each room are well-designed. Space Bus was my personal favorite. The venue is clean and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly. The game masters were attentive, and informed us if we solved a puzzle correctly but the solution failed to work (which did happen a couple of times). The optional hints during the games were helpful without giving too much away. They were happy to answer any questions and clarify any puzzles after the game was over, too.Thank you for the experience EscapeSF!
This is the best escape room I’ve ever been too. it has great story and was very fun, the best part about is that you can do it with friends. Another good thing about this place is that the one of the best staff I’ve ever seen. They were even nice enough to give us a discount just to be nice. I HIGHLY SUGGEST COMING HERE.
Albeit my group did have a nice time solving the puzzle, the overall experience just seemed to be lacking from the staff’s helpfulness and quality of the escape, compared to other escapes I have done in the Bay Area. I would recommend it for anyone who wants to try an escape room. The puzzles were straightforward, but perhaps I was expecting more for a place in the city. 3 stars is a decent evaluation on my experience.
This was not my first escape room, but it was a first for my friend. She enjoyed the intro to this type of event and we both had tons of fun. We did the Antique room with just the two of us and made it out in time, with some small difficulty. The game master was helpful when we needed it, but also let us think for a bit before offering help when he thought we were doing well. The walk through afterwards helped us think of ways we could’ve done better, and offered some laughs at our blunders. There were lock boxes available for phones, but no dedicated parking nearby, just a heads up.Overall great and I would come back to try the other rooms :)
Three friends and I did the Blind Tiger escape room. It was challenging, but extremely fun! The room was well designed and nicely programmed and it really followed the theme that was attached to it. Three of us had no prior experience with escape rooms, but in the end we still finished with 3 minutes to spare. I would encourage anyone who finds puzzles problem-solving fun to try EscapeSF out.
This is the second escape room Ive done, and it was fun but not perfect. There were a few un-polished clues, some inconsistent era-continuity puzzles (like using digital items in an analog time period) and some puzzle related problems where the puzzle didnt unlock with the right combination. It was still a fun trip, but Im interested to find a higher quality experience to send my friends to. While I wouldnt recommend this place to them, if they told me they were going, I wouldnt try to talk them out of it, just tell them to have fun.
I visited EscapeSF with my coworkers as a team building activity. We were a group of 8, and we split into two teams of four, and each did both Escape From Alcatraz and Escape From Antique Room. The best description I have is one that was offered by the people running the games: Its like a puzzle-based computer game, except youre *in* the game. Rearrange the items around the room, and open a locked door; behind that locked door, find another set of tasks and items to rearrange, understand, and use them to move on. Theres no heavy lifting, and at no point is there anything that feels unsafe or risky: its just fun. (Of course, you are still in a set of locked rooms: while theres an emergency exit if you need it at any time, theres still an element of it being scary -- the same way that playing Myst always freaked me out, even though there was nobody else there.)The games were each interesting and both were different: if our group had only run one of them, I would have been disappointed not to see the other. Many of the puzzles involved had several possible ways to resolve them. The game masters were able to watch from behind the scenes, and when a team was stuck, could offer a helpful piece of advice to move them to the next clue.I really enjoyed this. Working within our group, we had a lot of fun: splitting up the various tasks and trying to figure out what was going on.Our groups each took about 45 minutes to get through each room, and it was an awesome 45 minutes: we walked out feeling accomplished and we had a great time working together on it.Thanks to the EscapeSF folks for running a great game!
Great team-building exercise! Only my 2nd time going to one of these escape room places and it was a lot of fun. We were in the prison room which had so many neat ways to solve the clues - honestly just had a blast. Would love to come back and try the other rooms out some time.
My girlfriend and I really enjoyed the Blind Tiger room. This was our 7th escape room and we have seen high end and low budget rooms. We were impressed with the unique puzzles that the owners have created. The room has a rustic/authentic/real feel to it and a good amount of technology. The room offered the perfect challenge for the 2 of us to complete it with only a moment to spare.
We visited as a family of four with our two children (age 10 and 12). Was greeted quickly by the brilliant Android Ron and played the Alcatraz and Space Bus games. This is our fifth and sixth escape rooms weve done - the Alcatraz room is probably one of the easier ones but the Space Bus was pretty challenging.Hats off to Ron, hes a great game master - we asked for a couple of hints and he helped us without just telling us the answers. Much appreciated!
This was a very different kind of escape room. It was very basic and very plain Jane on the inside and had a good story is that you were locked in the jail cell and had to get out of the penitentiary. I did have fun this is one of the first I did with my partner. We have now done about 40 more
Did the space bus with a group of 6. The puzzles were very high tech and difficult but not impossible. There were a couple of times we got stumped and had to ask for hints but we ended up escaping with 3.5 minutes to spare! Lots of fun, a bit stressful but overall a great experience!
My friends and I had a lot of fun completing the Escape from Alcatraz room. They were ready for us when we got there which was awesome considering we were early. The gentleman helping us was great and gave us some great tips! I was happy that I didnt have to be handcuffed and could just hold the handcuffs like I was handcuffed. We didnt make it in the time but were so close that he allowed us to completely finish. We just needed 3 more minutes. Highly suggest! Makes you really think outside the box.
What a great experience for our group of 5 including 2 kids under 12. At the direction of the venue we chose the Escape the Antique Room since we had a 10 and 11 year old with us and were happy to solve the room with about 4 minutes to spare! The kids did amazing and we could not have solved it without everyone doing their part.We especially appreciated that EscapeSFs policy is for private rooms so youre not sharing with strangers as I think that would add another level of complexity. The venue hosts were very helpful and provide a few clues at our request and also give us some gentle nudges when we were focused too much on something that was irrelevant.Well definitely be back to try to the other rooms! A+
Overall very good but theres room for improvement. I really enjoyed my experience here and I intend to honor their request and not share anything about the room I ran but there are some things I can share. I went through a room with a group of 6 and while we did complete I think that had more to do with bumbling through it than really getting the nuance the game designer intended. I think the hour time limit may have played into this. All that being said this was an awesome experience and I am excited to see this industry grow. I would recommend EscapeSF to a friend and I would happily go back to try another room. Give them a try. I think youll enjoy it :)
We had so much fun at EscapeSF. The staff was super friendly and the rooms were great. We tried Alcatraz & the Blind Tiger. I highly recommend Blind Tiger. It was a lot more complex than other rooms Ive tried in the past so that was really fun. Really look forward to trying the other two rooms.
Myself and four friends had a great time at EscapeSF. None of us had done an escape room before and we decided to go for it and take on The Blind Tiger. The experience was both rewarding and humbling. All of us were completely immersed for the entire hour and although we didnt beat the clock the friendly and helpful staff let us have a few extra minutes to complete the final puzzle. My group plans to go back to take on Alcatraz.
So much fun! I completed Escape from Alcatraz in a group of 4, but we had some hints. Then, my best friend and I went back and tried Escape from the Antique Room and we escaped with no hints. Antique was way more fun, there were many more puzzles and I thought they puzzles were more challenging.
Ive done around 140 escape rooms across the US, and Id rate the rooms at EscapeSF as decent, but more like take it or leave it rooms. Still a 5/5 because the rooms are consistently reasonable games.---Antique Room---3 out of 5, but on the lower end of the range. The weakest room Ive done at EscapeSF. The first puzzle (if you can even call it that) was gimmicky and poorly designed. Other than that, the room was fairly standard. The set was below average, the story was pretty much non-existent, and the puzzles were pretty much what youd see in other rooms. Its a fine room, but you can take it or leave it.---Blind Tiger---The second escape room Ive ever done. As a group of 4 newbies, we got only about 2/3 of the way through the room and I left impressed nonetheless, mainly because the automation, set design, and puzzle integration with the set/story made the production value miles above Real Escapes Time Travel Lab. However, nowadays Id expect this level of tech and puzzles in an average escape room, which makes this room a 3/5.Set - Multi-room set, where the transition between rooms was fairly logical and smooth. The set didnt have a ton of interesting props or decorations.Story - Light story that played some amount of significance into the game, which is a bit more than youd get in most rooms.Puzzles - Pretty well integrated into the story, but the puzzles were pretty standard overall. Mostly (if not completely) automated with some interesting input mechanisms, which was a plus.---Space Bus---The most recent escape room Ive done at EscapeSF. 3 out of 5 because its a solid room, but theres a lack of uniqueness which means its not super interesting for enthusiasts.Set - Its a bus, so the space is small. There werent any super interesting set pieces, though they really did succeed in creating an outer space vibe. I dont recall if there were any motion experiences, which would put the set a notch higher. Nonetheless, the set was reasonable overall but not mind-blowing.Story - Not a lot of story, as this room was more about solving a bunch of puzzles.Puzzles - There are a decent number of puzzles in this game, with a space bus manual as your guide (I actually quite like seeing this guidebook/journal element in games, assuming it makes sense within the story, which it did in this case). The puzzles fit well with the space theme, and a couple of them involved unique interactions. I liked that there was a diversity of puzzles.
We did Escape from Alcatraz as part of my 13 year old Christmas present. It was my daughter’s and my third escape room and my wife’s first. It was by far our favorite escape room. It is a very well designed multi-room experience. The puzzles were generally unique and the clues laid out were sufficient to solve it without hints. The theming was very well done. We plan to return to do another escape room from the same company with all three kids.
I love this place. What an incredible experience!! I and friends had blast. We escaped black tiger without hints. The theme is very cool. Setup is beautifully done. You walk from one room to another, looking for clues. It was just perfect for our team of 5.Great staff.Looking forward to escape the other two.
My friends and I came here due to our love for Escape Rooms, and this place did not disappoint. It was tricky, and we did need a lot of hints, but overall very fun. Its a great bonding experience as we have to reply on one another to piece together clues that we find. Come with a group who all think differently since thatll be a big advantage on how each clue can be used.
Escape from Alcatraz was our very first experience with an escape room for all 4 of us. We had a great time and it was harder than we thought it was going to be. We loved the challenge and Im glad it wasnt too easy. The neat thing is that you have to think outside of the box and its not just solving some puzzles to unlock things - you are actually a part the puzzle too! Definitely want to come back for another game!
Came here for a work event and booked two rooms: Escape from Antique Room and Blind Tiger. Everyone had a great time! I researched a bunch of options, but this was closest to our office and easy to book the times we wanted online. Thanks so much! The space bus room looked really cool and I would love to try that one sometime.
So the TL/DR is that EscapeSF went above and beyond to help me pull off a surprise proposal to my girlfriend. They were so accommodating and helpful before, during, and after the entire proposal. My first email to them was sent about two and a half months before my desired proposal day. It did not matter that my event was in the future, they were extremely helpful in giving me the required information that helped me craft the surprise proposal. To make things a bit more interesting I asked them if it was possible if the escape room without me being there. EscaspeSF said it was no problem and even went to change the name on the invoice to match one of the friends who was going along. They did not stop there though. They even hid the ring box in one of the puzzles for my girlfriend to find. Their timing was impeccable, as right as the ring box was found, they were able to bring me inside to complete the surprise proposal. They made sure that it was a one of a kind experience, and I can not thank them enough for all their hard work.I greatly appreciate all the help EscapeSF gave to me, and highly recommend everyone and anyone to come here! They will make sure you have a wonderful time. EscapeSF has my eternal gratitude for everything they did, and helping me surprise my now fiancée.

Our group of 5 friends really enjoyed this experience! We chose the Escape from Alcatraz experience. The game was challenging and really fun. We were kept challenged and entertained for the entire course. We will definitely return to try a different experience very soon.

This place is very cool and unique. I went on a work trip and truly enjoyed the challenges. They were just the right balance of challenging but not impossible. We split up into groups and I think that 5-7 is the perfect size for a group. Quick tip: make sure to thoroughly search the room for clues and hidden items/switches.

My friends and I sort of found EscapeSF randomly by searching for escape room games in San Francisco. We thought the games sounded interesting and although our first choice was filled up on our chosen day, all of the rooms sounded fun. One member of our group had done an escape room before and my sister and I had both played many online escape room games so for a challenge, we decided to end up going with Blind Tiger - the hardest room they have available currently! When we arrived we were briefed on the dos and donts and then given our backstory. Then we were unleashed into the escape room. It was wildly fun, challenging, and super engaging with clever puzzles and fitting decor. My group of four became super involved and we came out of it smiling and promising ourselves to go back and try the other rooms. It was an amazing first experience in escape room games (and we even won!)The room was designed beautifully and added to the immersive experience. The staff was enthusiastic and helpful. We had a fantastic time and I am most definitely planning to return to give the other rooms a try.
Did the alcatraz room and had an awesome time. started off in a locked cell handcuffed to a bar, which did a great job creating an air of realism. all the puzzles were a strong combination of interesting and challenging. and we escaped successfully, which certainly didnt hurt the experience :)
Team building at its finest. Do no hesitate. Search rooms, find tiny insignificant details that add up to the biggest and best clues. Work with each other and be the hero. The rooms are some of the most professional and detail oriented escape rooms I have ever seen. Puzzles are not so out of left field that you need a PhD to figure out, but not so simple you are bored. Exciting and fun.
This was my second experience at escape rooms. We had a group of four, and together we solved the escape, but with help from the organizers. We had an absolute ball. It is exhilarating and good clean fun! Compared to my previous game, this one was simply brilliant. The uplifting times of personal deductions and problem solving more than balanced the times we came to the end of ouselves. Its a reality check and a pat on the back at the same time.
My wife and I wanted to do something different than going out for dinner or a show to celebrate our birthdays. My wife found this Escape Room activity. After much research she picked EscapeSF.We were so happy the we chose them for our first time. They were extremely nice and helpful. We did the Antique Room. It was a blast! Now we are hooked! We are looking forward to doing our next room!
Really good experience. They have usually have 3-4 rooms in a maze unlike other places where there is only a single room. Its also right next to the BART station so its very approachable! The staff was very accommodating even though we were a couple of mins late. And we were being really stupid about some clues, they gave us a few hints to nudge us on. Even though the timer ran out, they gave us a few extra minutes at the end because we were very close to the final exit.
First time escape room experience with co-workers and had a blast. My escape skills need some work, but with everyone focused on escaping. We got out unharmed. The room was themed with great clues to get you out the room within a hour. Looking forward to escaping again with EscapeSF
Love love love this place. I did the Alcatraz rooms and they exceeded my expectations. Ive been to the panic room in Austin, but I like the multi-rooms here much better. They also do a really good job of creating the right atmosphere. If I was in one of the Alcatraz rooms by myself at any point I would honestly be a little scared. If you like problem solving in a group setting then definitely check this place out!
Have now played two rooms and both experiences were fantastic! I cant recommend this place highly enough, the staff are great and super friendly, the rooms challenging but not impossibly so, so if you have kids they can participate too and if you need help theyll always give you a clue! Looking forward to playing the last room and cant wait for them to change it up so we can keep coming back!!!!
We just completed our second room here - this time it was blind tiger.Ive now done more than a dozen of these, and i found this particular room to be absolutely brilliant, with just the right mix of puzzle types, difficulty level, and theme. The latter is something that many rooms miss - they pick a period and a story, but then you run into puzzles that simply dont make sense in that context, fun at they might be. Blind Tiger stays true to its theme all the way, which is also something you want to keep in mind as you go through it and try to figure out the puzzles. We didnt quite get out in time, but as we already had the last puzzle solved, they let us punch it in anyway, which I thought was a nice gesture from a customer service perspective.Speaking of which, this place really wins in this respect. I cant wait to go through the last room, but at the same time, Ill be sad knowing I wont get to come here again. One last note: their rooms are great for small groups. The two rooms we did were just me and my two teens. Yes, the cost per person is higher because you book the entire room, and $150 for 3 people is a consideration, but like I said, weve been to quite a few places, and I think this place justifies the higher cost even if you go with less than the allotted 5 people.
Went here on the 31st for my brothers birthday. Apparently it was somehow over booked and the game masters were trying to force us to play another game. Terrible customer service, the other party even agreed to allow us to play the room we wanted but for some reason the manager was not hearing it. Had to personally talk to the other party for the manager to realize they didnt want to play the other room. Was also yelled at and pulled to the side when I first began talking to the other team. She was a very rude game manager. Once we actually got to the escape room it was pretty fun but it took about 30 mins for the manager and game master to figure it out. Forgot there was a cockroach in the first room, not a part of the game!!!! If you participate in this I advise you to have them use your phone to take a picture as well since ours was never uploaded to Instagram. Also when we asked for a hint they left the microphone on while they talked about how rude the customers were.
Walked in without an appointment and Ariel hooked us up big time! The clues were a bit tough to figure out all the way but she gave us small hints along the way and we figured it out. It was a lot more fun than we thought it would be and I definitely recommend doing it at least once. I’ll go again for sure!!
Im a little bit sad - Ive done all of the escape rooms at EscapeSF (with the exception of Space Bus) It means I wont be able to do any more escape rooms put on by this company, because they are absolutely amazing. The reason I like them so much is:* You reserve the whole escape room. No strangers (like some RealEscape) and the price is set. There is a maximum # of players per room, but you can then add additional players for an additional fee per person.* A lot of the mechanisms are magnet-based. So solving a puzzle might open a door across the room - super cool!* There is enough to do in each room where 2-3 people can work on different puzzles.* They have lockers for you to put your smaller items & they can lock up your items in their office. So you dont have to carry around your stuff.* They have cameras & mics in each room so you can wave to them if you want a clue.* There are no cheesy actors. There is a little bit of cheesy story telling at the beginning, but it isnt too bad.Escape from Alcatraz - youre trying to break free from Alcatraz. Easiest & least favorite. I found that this had the fewest # of puzzles per room, so some of us were left standing around. Also, without spoilers: your group might not be able to set off the mechanisms if youre a group of small Asian ladies.Antique Room (Mona Lisa) - youre trying to look for the stolen Mona Lisa inside an art thiefs apartment. Medium. This is my favorite one. Most of the puzzles, clues, & answers were hidden in plain sightBlind Tiger - youre looking for names of the brothers who used to run the Blind Tiger speakeasy. Most difficult. I found the name typing mechanism a little annoying and some of the clues/puzzles were very, very well hidden.
Did the Space Bus and it was pretty awesome. Very different from other rooms Ive done. Way more technology which was really fun. Only downer was that some of the tech wasnt working and the staff had to step in a few times. Also you have someone in there with you just watching over you. Took some getting used to.
Great escape room and so great that they can tailor it for kids. I booked the Space Bus for my sons 10th birthday. Five 10 year olds and one 7 year old did the escape by themselves (with their game master). They had the best time, and it really made my sons birthday. The kids talked about it all the way to lunch. It was awesome to be able to let them go in by themselves, and they were super proud they got out with 10 minutes to spare.
The escape game was fun and somewhat challenging. Some of the solutions were pretty clever and required some thought. The props were pretty unconvincing, and the decorations were fairly bare… there were tubs of drain water around, and I dont think they were for looks.Safety features were impressive, including cameras and emergency release buttons and keys. I never felt trapped, clausterphobic, or unsafe.
This is a fantastic San Francisco escape room offering! The rooms are wired for automation which lends them that sense of magic as you progress through. We completed the blind tiger, which I highly recommend, and we will be stopping in for an additional room before departing.
Poor service from rude employees. Some ridiculous choices for clues.Edit: We were later accused of breaking into lockers to steal a sweater. The combative nature of this outfit never ceases. If you like to be falsely accused of burglary by people with bad attitudes, try EscapeSF today!

2022-06-23What an amazing venue! We planned an escape activity for our summer interns and the venue was amazing Andre is so accommodating and allowed us to bring in pizza to have a pizza party after our group finished up their game. Everyone had a great time and this was certainly one of the highlights of the week!

2022-06-14Brought my Girl Scout troop here, group of 13. We played two games simultaneously. The troop had a BLAST and said they’d love to come back. The staff were very easy to work with, kind and accommodating. Shout out to Grace for helping us out the day of our visit!

2022-07-02I got the time for the escape room wrong since I read the confirmation email wrong. I ended up showing up to the room two hours late. However, the employee was very helpful and was able to quickly find a different time for us later that day. The escape room was very fun and the employee was very attentive while we were in the room.

2022-06-09This was generally a good experience but the spaces are very small (and musty) so if anyone gets claustrophobic, it may not be the best place. And for the Alcatraz one, you start off handcuffed, which may also give some people a lot of anxiety...We definitely needed some help to solve the puzzles, but it was a lot of fun.

2022-05-01Very fun, and I had a great experience when I went with my girlfriend. My Gf and I just recently got into playing escape rooms. This is where we so far played our 2nd, 3rd, and 4th game. The puzzles were fun, and the next thing to solve was always different. What is nice is that they have an option to have them keep track on time and your progress, and they can offer you hints to move you along the room if you start falling behind. As casual players, we chose this option to be able to fully enjoy the room and puzzles without worrying about the time and being able to go through the whole room. Our favorite room was the speakeasy “Blind Tiger” Room. The Alcatraz room was very immersive and really felt like you are in an old jail cell. The Gingerbread man room was fun and great for beginner players. That was our first room that we played through without needing any hints. All we have left is the “King Arnold” room. Excited to go back and try that room out sometime soon. I was told that this one was a favorite of some employees there, and was told that room had a lot of cool tech.if that wasn’t enough, the customer service was also great. Nice and welcoming, and great attitudes. I even had an issue and made a mistake with one of my orders, and the manager Andre helped me and was able to work something out.Definitely going back to play the last room, and recommend for anyone else to play the rooms as well!

2022-06-10Staff were super nice. We have higher expectations for escape rooms though. We did the Escape from Alcatraz. The escape room had very few puzzles and we beat it too quickly. The room didnt feel special.

2022-04-04Our group of 3 escaped The Blind Tiger Bar with 1 minute to spare! The game was challenging and the game masters were helpful when we needed clues. Great escape room!

2022-06-09This place was lot of fun. The clues are good and the theming for Alcatraz was cool. I would highly recommend everyone try this place at least once. We will be back for the King Arthur Legacy.

2021-12-28The experience overall was just okay. Clues were often difficult to read due to size, but worst of all the room wasnt set up correctly. The last safe was totally open, giving us the way out well before actually finishing the room. Game manager didnt notice that we had the final clue, and had popped the front door, for at least 10 minutes while we tried to keep playing, unsure if we had won. Wouldnt return.
