Im very disappointed by this branch, as Im an enterprise member and have been not only renting from enterprise regularly for many years, but have also referred many of my insurance clients to this location as well. On Friday afternoon, I rented a Chevy Malibu from them. The car had just pulled up, was quickly rinsed off, and given to me. The car smelled of animal urine. They were extremely low on availability, and we were in a hurry, so we decided to have them febreeze it and get on the road. Over the weekend, the car battery died TWICE. Once while in the grocery store, and once while briefly stopped for gas in the middle of nowhere. The enterprise emergency road side wanted $75.00 to come and jump start the car, which is ridiculous considering its their own car malfunctioning. Luckily, we had a friend that drove to jump it, and a kind samaritan on the road the second time I wouldnt start.The next day, (30 minutes after the car was due) I called to explain the issues and our experience. This branch was not only completely unapologetic, but did not offer any way to resolve or rectify the situation other than to not charge us a late fee if we return it later that day. We paid $160.00 for a car with a defective battery. I returned the car 45 minutes late and on top of all of that, they STILL charged us a late fee. Im not trying to sound like a Karen here, but seriously come on. As a loyal and regular customer for years, the least a company can do after giving us a broken car that smelled like cat piss is throw us some rewards points or a discount. Awful customer service and very disappointed.When business is booming and a company has damn near a monopoly on an industry, customer service plummets and people stop caring about treating others with basic levels of kindness and respect.
I got into an accident that totaled my car. The other drive who ran the red light was driving an Enterprise rental. When the cops got there, they found a gun in his vehicle. Because they found a gun they wont release the accident report and without that Enterprise wont move forward even knowing he had full coverage. Better than that if the other driver was drinking they wont honor his full coverage and I have to pay for my car being totaled/towed/stored (for almost a month now), any Uber or car rental/ train tickets Ive needed to go anywhere.So I was less than happy when I got to Burbank airport to pick up a rental I had a reservation only to find out they wouldnt rent to me cause at the airport you need a credit card even though I have rented from them before. Of course they only tell you this when you get there and now I got about 4 and a 1/2 hr. to get 180mi. on a Sunday and theres a parking structure full of unrented cars I get to walk by to meet my $40 dollar Uber ride home.The next week after making a reservation with them for a standard size car, when I got there they only had a 4 door full size truck. The gas alone was double the cost. This isnt the first time I had reserved a car and when I get there they only have one of there most expensive car left on the lot. Both times they ignored my reservation and charged me full price for the truck (the other time it was a top tier convertible) and gave me no discount at all. Every email Ive sent them concerning this has been ignored and its extremely frustrating.I need to go 200 miles north once or twice a week to see my mom. To get there I can take an Uber to the train station, get on a bus for 2 hours, transfer to a train, and then try to find away to get to the nursing home in a town where Uber and Lyft dont exist. So I think taking 5 hour (one-way) public transportation rout is a little cheaper but its 5 hours of carrying my laptop, food, water, and clean shirt for when i get there only to turn around in hour and deal with it again while trying to recovering from an accident or get ripped off on a rental that isnt what they sent me a confirmation email with a confirmation number in it ....i mean like frustrating to the point of making me not fun to be around and I still dont know if there going to cover the accident. Sure its my fault Im letting this effect my personal relationships but shouldnt they have to a least honor things they have confirmed. I thought that was the idea behind confirming something!
The service here is absolutely amazing. Someone hit my vehicle and it was in the shop for repairs for about two weeks. I was dreading dealing with the whole ordeal and was not the happiest when arriving to this enterprise location. I got SO lucky that a gentlemen by the name of Leroy was able to assist me. He was actually the nicest guy I’ve spoke to in a long time and his professionalism was impeccable. He truly cared about my situation and made sure I left the lot with the car I deserved (the other persons insurance wanted to give me the cheapest rate per day possible even though my car in the shop was a Mercedes). He made sure I was put in a vehicle that was the same class as my vehicle in the shop - which I’m so thankful for. He made me go from dreading the idea of getting a rental car to eager to go back and rent another one. He put me in an absolute beautiful convertible bug that I had a blast in. I needed to go on a long distance trip for the weekend and needed to switch out my car. He made that process so simple and easy. I had an absolute blast those two weeks! Leroy is absolutely amazing. I always avoid going to car rental places but now I can’t wait for my birthday to roll around in October so I can go rent the same vehicle from this lot again, of course I will be asking for Leroy. He’s awesome - I truly can’t recommend this man enough. He should be promoted to manager sometime soon, I’m sure if he was one, this place would be the best rental place in Los Angeles. Thanks so much for all your help and kindness Leroy.A nice blonde haired gentlemen by the name of Man (I believe) helped me on my way out. He was so kind and sweet!!! Made sure everything went smoothly and that I was 110% satisfied before I left. I truly felt so comfortable at this location thanks to these two. They changed the way I think about car rental places. This will be my go to spot as long as these two are here.
The process of checking out the car and checking it back in was done very efficiently and the representatives at both ends were extremely professional and polite. When I checked out the car the agent took my credit card and then even wiped it down before she handed it back to me. It was a pleasure dealing with this Enterprise office.
Absolutely horrible service. Ive used Enterprise for over 7 years and never had issues until recently. Each franchise used to excel at customer service. Now they try to overcharge you by letting you book cars they dont have online and then hiking up the price when you show up in person.
Enterprise is my go-to for personal car rentals, which is typically 4-6 times a year. I do a lot of rentals for business, which the company awards to another big name agency - but Enterprise is what I prefer for myself. I typically find the service consistent and thats really important to me. This was the first time I tried this particular location - switching only because my historical location seemed to have less and less inventory available, causing long wait times for me.I was truly disappointed with the person who checked me in as well as the person who checked me out. Neither one of them had the time of day for me. When I picked up the rental, I didnt get any sort of greeting - just a blank stare as though I should recognize that means hello, how can I help you - she didnt warm up. When I dropped off the car, I was greeted in like kind my a young man; and while Im accustomed to Enterprise inquiring as to how the rental worked out for me - all I got was a bill and quick dismissal.The vehicle and the pricing was excellent, we were very happy. This rating is strictly about THE EXPERIENCE. I happen to like human interaction so I wont return to this location. Enterprise has not lost me yet - Ill try another.
I recently rented from your branch in the Sherman Oaks area and had a great experience with Max your asst manager. The other staff were attending to others. It was a busy, very busy morning and this guy was attending to everyone with speed and courtesies, because the people in line werent to happy, but he kept being polite and dealing with one person then the next. Then it came to my turn. I had a several issues with my credit card and he took care of this, all while keeping calm and poised, my transactions took about 6 minutes, all the while he kept smiling to everyone. I felt the stress in the room as the other patrons were staring at me taking up all this time, lol But Max kept smiling and finished with me. Great guy you have there. I wish him the best. Your staff is exceptional!!
I returned my rental car short of gas required and the representative compromised a smaller amount than owed.Everyone at the office were extremely safe and considerate in Social Distancing. I was offered a drink of water and given an upgrade without the charge and of course was given a ride home in a well guarded vehicle. Thanks again.SharDreata Moore
The car smelled badly. I think they tried to mask the odor but it only made it worse. Also the car shut off on me a few times and rattled. I let them know when I turned it in but they didn’t seem to care. Last but not least, I accidentally left something in the car. I called immediately and was informed my items were found. When I arrived to pick it up try items were not there. I was told by Max he would retrieve the items and contact me. After several days, he did not contact me. I called him back numerous times and asked that he call me to keep me updated. I asked that if he said he would call me that he give me a courtesy of the call. He assured me he would, but NEVER did. I let him know that this was government property and needed to file a police report if the items were not found. I called again this week and was on hold for over 20 minutes before his supervisor, Edwin got on the phone to tell me Max was busy. I let the supervisor know how frustrated I was. Of course I got more lip service. We’ll see if I get my call. It’s been over a month. If I ever need to rent a car it won’t be through them.
This place was a great experience. They have pick-up service if you need it and they were on time. They were kind and greeted me once I walked in. I originally rented a compact car, but because they had none left on the lot, I was upgraded free of charge (which is always nice). When I returned the car, they were just as friendly and they asked if I needed a ride back to where I needed to go.Great location, nice staff, good pricing. Will be back to this one again. =]
Worse customer services. They didn’t have the economy car the I reserved. So they gave me an dirty car as a replacement. When I asked to switched out the car, they told me to call around to see if any other Enterprise place have the economy car I reserved. I informed them that they should be calling for me because it’s their fault for not having the car I reserved. But rather than trying to find a car for me, they told me that none of the places around the area have economy car available.I went Enterprise a few minutes away on Victory Blvd, they were able to switched the car for me.I do not know why this place has 4.5 stars reviews. Everyone from manager to staff were unprofessional.I’m willing to pay more for car rental at Enterprise because of the service. This place made me reconsider my using Enterprise in the future.
I go to this location a lot because its convenient and the people who work there are great but it seems like every time I rent a car here, its dirty! The last time I rented a truck here, the past drivers items were still in the bed of the car. The Enterprise person noticed and asked if it was my jacket. I said no cause I was literally there with him choosing the car. And recently received a car, huge stain in the backseat of the car. They are so thorough with checking for dents and marks in the outside of the car I wish they would do the same for the inside.
I have a been a loyal customer of Enterprise for over 8 years for one simple reason...three simple words...GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!So thats what keeps me coming back. In a world that is seemingly caring less and less about Customer Service - especially, face to face Customer Service, I am now only loyal to, and supporting those companies, like Enterprise, that keep their customers first...and go out of their way to make the whole experience as enjoyable as it possibly can be. And when there is an occasional problem or challenge, which is bound to happen..they acknowledge it...apologize for the inconvenience, and get busy rectifying and resolving the situation as quickly and as professionally as they can...keeping the customers satisfaction a priority...AND with smile on their face...So I will keep coming back.Keep up the great work of training your staff how this simple, and most effective tool works so well in business - Build lasting relationships with a belief in your product...making the experience with your customer as enjoyable as it possibly can be...go out of your way to resolve issues, so the customers feel that you actually care about them, and that you want to keep them happy. I needed to rent a car for a day and a half because my car was being serviced. The young woman who picked me up was very personable, and the other young woman who showed me my car was as well. She also gave me an upgrade on the car which I appreciated. The only flaw I can think of was that a different driver who was shuttled me back to the dealer the next day looked reluctant to take me at first - likely because it was 5 minutes before closing on a Friday and he was beat. Overall, however, I was very impressed with the service.
HORRIBLE Experience! I never post reviews but I had to. First of all, I went to rent a vehicle because our vehicle was stolen. When we walked in we didnt even get acknowledgment Note there was only one customer who was being helped already took the dude to finish conversation with the girl (he’s FEMALE coworker ) I get it girl is dressed as if she’s at a club but keep it professional . Then with attitude he started to assist us I guess giving my husband nasty attitude while picking up calls not even saying sorry nor excused himself he finally gave us a truck all beat up . I left after waiting I’ve always said if you don’t like your job there’s many people who need a job ! I went to San Fernando location let me TELL you BIG BIG DIFFERENCE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE BY ALL STAFF . ALL STAFF WAS KIND AND PROFESSIONAL” RESPECTFUL” . Not to mention vehicles ARE CLEAN AND WELL maintained ! Make yourself a favor visit a different location .
When I arrived at this store, I was greeted promptly and kindly. I had originally made the reservation online and arranged a pickup the following morning. The agent didnt advise me that I needed to call the branch the next morning to confirm pickup. I was picked up promptly after placing a call to the store. When I arrived at the store, the agent knew of my plight and upgraded me to a next larger car. That was unexpected and so much appreciated. The stores staff is wonderful, very considerate of its customers.
I am a bit surprised by some negative comments about the customer service of this location. I have rented twice over the past two weeks and was very pleased with the interaction I had. I wish I could remember all three names of the people that I dealt with but I can say that Kevin and Sabrina were personable and professional. My apologies to the other lady whose name I dont remember. Kevin noticed that the vehicle I was renting was out of gas and gave me a free 1/2 tank of gas on my next rental for my troubles. He also offered to have the vehicle filled for me but I was in a hurry and told him I would fill it myself. I was in and out quickly both times. I received a courtesy call both times checking in on my vehicle. I also required transportation to and from my office on one of the rentals and this was completed quickly. The driver was very friendly.Not completely discounting any of the negative comments but positive attitude does go along way in receiving a reciprocal response from others...just saying.
Received a van with almost 40,000 miles on it. No one should get that old a vehicle and especially when we are National Emerald Executive and Enterprise Corporate. The worse part is that the van rumbled and shook over 60 miles an hour. When I reported this upon returning the vehicle the agent simply shrugged and made no offer to address my complaint let alone reduce the cost as an apology. Obviously, they have too much business at this location to consider customer service. I get the message... go ELSEWHERE for a car cause these folks just want your money for any old ride they dump on you.
I rented a car for 2 months and worked with several people at Enterprise. Everyone there was polite, knowledgeable and thorough. Would definitely recommend. Sometimes they do get very busy so you’ll want to leave a little extra time if you’re trying to rent a car on your way to work, etc. Staff works well was a team and works very hard.
Efficient and friendly.I am a repeat renter and have always had a terrific experience. If my confirmed reservation car category is not on the lot, an upgrade is gladly provided with no excuses and no increased cost.And they have a free local shuttle both to and from their location if needed.I will be back!
I have used Enterprise almost exclusively for years now, for both business and personal use. Generally, the efficiency of the various offices and the sheer convenience of the whole experience have kept me coming back. I take advantage of, in particular, the current (and recurring) weekend specials where a three-day weekend rental is the same as a typical single weekday - very nice.There is one particular offer that is my most common stop, and I honestly cannot think of a single time I was disappointed in the service. I occasionally find a plastic bottle under a seat, and once (out of dozens and dozens of rentals) a headlight that was out on the car, but the service that I deal with directly does not fall short. On the contrary, they have always made good whatever I brought to their attention, and done it without complaint. I have had some of their customary fees waived on certain occasions due to their understanding that circumstances simply did not warrant those charges at those times - you cant ask for much more than simple human understanding and responses, which is what I find there regularly. A car is, after all, only a car, but attentiveness and dignity in todays business world is a rarer, and more gratifying, find.
I have been an Enterprise customer for at least 20 years.I rent exclusively from Enterprise and have never had an issue.Always friendly and professional and willing to go the extra milewhen needed.Beyond renting I have purchased three vehicles from EnterpriseCar sales. Absolutely painless, hastle free, experience.
The customer service experience at Enterprise rental cars in Sherman Oaks, is one the best and always has been. Ive been going there for many years and they never let me down even when I can sometimes be indecisive. Jonathan and his staff are the ultimate example of complete satisfaction.
Great experience as always! I needed a nice car to drive out of town for a job interview so i need propmpt efficiency and business class. It was first thing monday morning, was very grateful be greeted by a friendly staff at 730am!Morgan took me around and showed me a few options on the cars,she was very knowlegeable of the cars and the prices and showed an enthusianstic attitude to her job.Extremely professional and kind. I upgraded to a bigger car per her request.The car was great, had no problems, pretty new and clean too.Returning the car/drop off was seamless and quick and they even gave me a lift to a nearby location to pick up my alternate transport. Management of this facility is great. The guy that shuttled me was awesome.5 star rating for this facility over recurring times.Only thing id recommend is a bigger fleet of cars as they run out of cars from time to time however excellent service all in all
We have rented many cars in the past, but I have to say that this was the easiest and most pleasant experience! From the day we rented it to the day we turned it in, the staff behind the counters, and the courtesy drivers that picked us up, were polite, cheerful and so helpful! Our car was clean! Will definitely rent from Enterprise, on Van Nuys in Sherman Oaks again, and HIGHLY recommend!!!
The end to end experience of renting a car with this Enterprise location is phenomenal. The online reservation process is easy, the prices are great, and picking up a car takes minutes. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and there is a large selection of vehicles to choose from. I would highly recommend this location, company, and look forward to renting another vehicle soon.
The service at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Sherman Oaks, CA was quite excellent. The agents handled my reservation promptly, addressed my concerns with intelligence, and were knowledgable about the inventory of cars. That said, I wish someone, whether it was an agent or the last guy who rented my vehicle, would have filled up the tank past a quarter full. Still, the 2016 Toyota Corolla had great mileage, handled well, was spacious and comfortable, and included a USB port for my iPhone, just like I requested. Overall, a pleasant experience.
They didnt have the car i reserved but they made up for t by giving me a much bigger car, albeit one that smelled like smoke. But the next day they gave me another SUV and 25% off the entire rental. They were all nice but a guy named Garrick went over and above what I expected. Good experience
I’ve rented from Enterprise for more than 25 years in the three states I’ve live in. This rental was fantastic from start to finish! I dealt with several of the managers at another location prior to their promotion and transfer to this location. I’m glad Enterprise rewarded them. This crew is old school courteous with old school service, the way it’s supposed to be. They are busy but don’t forget to pay attention to you.
I been renting from Enterprise continuously for over 15-years. This is the first time I used this location and is was not a good experience for me.I reserved an intermediate vehicle and when I arrived, there were only 3 vehicles available and they were all full-size and upward, which wasnt in my budget.Normally, any other place I have gone would make a valid effort to provide what I requested from a different nearby location. Them, not even a casual attempt to accommodate my needs and budget.Your company/business/product is only as good as your Customer ServiceFirst and last time I will ever use that location.RATING: negative 5 STARS
I became loyal to Enterprise two years ago and they have not disappointed me ever. Always top notch service, always friendly, always going the extra mile (no pun intended) :). They have a great loyalty program and their vehicles are always kept in great condition. Thanks again Enterprise!
When i returned the car, i was told to wait in line, while i saw 3 Enterprise employees not doing anything behind the counter. I decided to leave the keys in the car and hopped in my uber, when i got a phone call with them saying that I had to pay for 3 gallons of gasoline, but i filled the tank to the designated amount and was still charged. i love to rent cars from enterprise, and i often do, but the crappy customer service coupled with the nonsense gas charge (which i have a gas station receipt for from minutes before I returned the car) made my rental experience a terrible experience.
Made my reservation online with no problems. Picked up the rental at the Van Nuys Bl. store in Sherman Oaks. I was put in a Hyundai Elantra. The car was not clean, crumbs on floor, Mcdonalds trash in back on the floor and windshield had not been cleaned on inside for some time if ever. They were very busy at that time but that does not excuse them for the condition of the car. When I returned the car they tried to charge me $160.00 above the rate I was told. Called it taxes and fees. Tried to put one over on me, not good customer service. They reluctantly fixed the bill. They get 1 star from me.
Went to take a car from dropping off my BMW for a service, was worried to get some old car but I found out a place with the best service ever! From start to end, so kind and nice, clean car, new, super nice people!Make sure to ask for Lior Havton- he will show you what customer service is!Thank you Lior!
Sherman Oaks office is the worst! They will promise you everything you want to hear but my advice is before you sign read all the text. My insurance company had to pay part of the bill. From Enterprise representative I was told that they will get in touch with them and after that they will call me for authorization for the remaining balance on the bill. None of this happened. My credit card was charged right away and everything their manager told me was that this is in the contract and it doesnt matter what they said or promised they can charge my credit card! They didnt even try to get in touch with the insurance company. I used Enterprise 4 years ago in West Hollywood they are great- the office in Sherman Oaks -very lazy and unprofessional.
Extremely helpful staff and very quick and convenient experience. Ive rented from this location many times for personal and professional use and have always had an excellent experience. I appreciate the convenience, helpfulness and ride home after I dropped off the rental vehicle. Ill be renting here again soon.
This is the ONLY ENTERPRISE I USE.! They are the BEST, FAST & FRIENDLY customer services. NEVER had a problem with the Sherman Oaks LOCATION. GOOD Customer services is when the REPS KNOW YOU BY FIRST & LAST NAME and know your preference in rental vehicle. The Manager JOHNTHAN IS THE BEST.! Hands down! And one of the reps named Jerry is too.!
Great experience. Very friendly. Fast service. Positive experience. Had to rent a car while mine was in the shop and could not have imagined a better experience. Tony gave good advice recommending damage waiver which saved me money after a rock dinged the windshield. I highly recommend.
Literally the worst enterprise location Ive ever had to deal with. I made a reservation a few days ago, I thought this location would be much more convenient for pickup as I work less than a mile away. I come in to pick up and because I dont live in Sherman Oaks they wouldnt allow me to rent from there. I asked the reps why, they couldnt give me a reason, other than their boss said no.. coincidentally she had just left. I asked for them to show me this policy on the website, and they could not provide me with even that proof. So, now an hour before I leave for my trip, I had to modify my reservation to a location near my home, over an hour away in the opposite direction and the reservation went up $50!! Perhaps if this is a policy, you should train your reps WHY this is a policy, and not have them sit there looking dumbfounded when someone actually asks for an explanation. Now I can see why this place has a below average rating for customer service. Thanks for wasting my time!
I have rented cars here, close to my house, over 20 times. I always get great service by sharp people.Once, a car I rented had a water leak and stalled in the middle of nowhere. Enterprise got me a tow truck and a new car quickly so I was able to make it to San Francisco on time for my meeting.
The whole staff went out of their way to help an out of town guy take the road trip of his dreams. They entrusted me, I showed them respect right back, and I was able to take the road trip I had planned on taking up the coast. Thank you again to Tony, the manager, for working with me to ensure I was satisfied.
While the employees were nice and accommodating once I arrived at this location, I waited almost 10 minutes on hold the first time I called in to ask a question regarding drop off points and another 10 minutes the second time I called. This is unacceptable as it indicates that they are either understaffed or just dont have any respect for my time. It cripples any attempts to properly provide satisfactory service to their customers. It would have been less annoying had it only happened just one time, as I know how busy they are at certain times of the day.

I have used Enterprise domestically and overseas. The overall service of enterprise compared to other car rentals is by far better. I have received great and Speedy service, and Ive been upgraded for free, I hav been picked up from my house to the store and dropped off at home afterwards. professional and accommodating service. thank you!Eli Zakai
A++ Ron, the assistant manager, was great! Super helpful! I was visiting from out of town with my 8 month old. When a couple of Enterprises around the area (especially the one on Oxnard) were NOT helpful at all... This place was! He made my reservation super smooth, enjoyable and afforable!
There is one gentleman who, thankfully I have not seen in some time, is absurdly unprofessional. Other than that, the staff is friendly, and the pick-up/drop-off driver is fantastic. This being a non-airport site, the vehicle diversity and quality are lacking, but I typically just need to get from point A to B, so I cant complain.
The car was great. Customer service sucked. Went in one week, and I had a reservation. Walked up to the counter and when I handed the man at the counter my debit card and he said I needed a credit card. As I took out my credit card, he walked away and left me standing at the counter without ever returning. I didnt rent a car. Went in a few weeks later. Same man at the counter and he pretty much refused to serve me. He kept asking the other girl working at the counter YOU gonna help him, RIGHT? followed with a smirk and a laugh. It was clear the girl was busy and for some reason, he would not help me. To top it off, I was the only person in their office. I even told the girl about both incidents and she just laughed about it. This place is a more like a daycare for grown-up children than a business.
Poor telephone service. Called to reserve a car. Said I needed it that day and would be in to get it. Was uncertain as to whether insurance would pay for it, even though I told them I would pay for it, even if insurance didnt and they refused to reserve the car. Went elsewhere. There are way too many rental car agencies to put up with poor telephone service. Poor service on the phone means poor service at the counter.
Awful, awful, awful. When I returned my car I let the young woman to whom I gave my key know that I was on a very tight time frame. She acknowledged that and disappeared into the lot. Several minutes later I saw her in an area other than where my car was chatting with people. I went out to see if she was having trouble finding my car and she said no, she was just helping people. She then proceeded to head in yet a different direction (but still not the direction in which my car was located) and chatted up a few more people. When I finally found her to tell her I had to leave, she told me that she still had to check me out. Fortunately the manager prevailed. Where do they find these 20 something slackers? They have such an onerous process as it is - whatever hiring process theyre following and customer service training theyre doing is woefully inadequate!
Awful. Shuffled me to three different locations because they didnt have the car they said on the phone they did. Then finally they double-charged my credit card for it. When I called and asked them to take it off, they said they would and never did. Rent from here and it will waste a full three weeks of your life. Call Hertz, call Budget, Avis, anybody else.
It wasn’t my choice to rent from this location. My dealer sent me here because they ran out of loaners.Out of state rental car that had rust, scratches and dents outside and dirty mid foot printed floor mats with foul smell. Car wasn’t even washed and employee too busy trying to liability coverage...I wouldn’t recommend renting here...
Worse place, they rent cars with expired licenses plate n no registration. When I called their office the lady who answered my call said that I had to stop by the office and get the sticker and place it on the license plate, I called corporate office they told me management from this location would contact me which never happen...
They wont answer any of your calls. I called 6 times and put on hold for 10-15 mins. Still just no help. When I first came to get a car I paid a 300 deposit and then they forgot about me and started closing the gates before I could get a car. The worst company in history.

2022-01-10These guys at this Enterprise location went above and beyond. First they picked me up. Then they gave me an upgrade at a reduced charge. The agents were super friendly! Vehicle was in great condition. Returning the car was easy and I was given another ride to pick up my car. Great service!

2022-05-13This place is so great! Brett was very kind and accommodating to help with the rental. My positive experience despite the waiting was all due to his awesome service! The manger Max is also swift and great at follow through, I would definitely go back, highly recommend this rental place!!Feedback: please have reserved vehicles available and ready. Some ppl do not want European vehicle upgrade, nor a larger car that is harder to parallel park or drive /concerned with damage fees. Thanks :)

2022-02-19I returned a vehicle to this location today and realized a few hours later that I had left my garage remotes in the rental car. I went back to retrieve my remotes but the vehicle had already been rented to another person. Gus was kind enough to try to contact this other person, but unfortunately only got his voicemail. He left a message. I crossed my fingers and waited, hoping the guy would be close by and I could retrieve my remotes and head home (an hour away). Another associate, Max, saw me waiting, and also called the other renter. Luckily, the guy picked up and confirmed that the remotes were in the vehicle. I offered to drive to where he was to get them, but because of privacy rights, Max volunteered to go instead. This was above and beyond what I expected and the best display of customer service, especially on a very busy Friday afternoon! I just want to thank Gus and especially Max for truly going out of their way to help me out! I really appreciate how wonderful they are!!

2022-01-20The Nissan dealership needed my car for about a week so they sent me over to Enterprise to get a vehicle at their cost. When I returned the vehicle it was a Saturday and Enterprise was closed for the day. I was told by a Nissan employee to leave it with them and they would take car of it on Monday. A couple days later I see a charge from Enterprise for $108. Long story short, I called to inquire, they explained the charge, I explained to them that I was unaware of the situation and they were able issue me a refund. I really appreciate that because I honesty was unaware and they took care of it. Im an advocate for good customer service and thats exactly what I get from Enterprise that day! Shout out to Matt and Brett!! You guys are great, thanks again!!

2021-04-26Scam artists! Avoid at all costs.Had to take my car in for for repairs at a local dealer. Enterprise rented me a car that reeked of smoke, had burns in the seat and pet hair. When I returned it the sleazy manager tried to charge me a $150 detail fee.
