Aside from asking my hotel and room number all went well. Ive rented several cars across this country with enterprise and have only been asked this twice. Pasadena & Bend Oregon. Just one look at my enterprise plus account would show I bring back the car everytime.
Great service, however, the car inside it was really bad!! but when i mentioned to the person who helped me at return and show her the pictures, she did give me a discount, but i did told her that you guys much check inside the cars to ensure that they are clear.
If you live in Pasadena and need to rent a car the Foothill Enterprise location is your ticket. The location is quaint, convenient and there is usually little to no wait. Dalia, Katie and team provide topnotch, first-in-class service. You will not be disappointed.

I have issue with this location every time. I got a car from one location and I was told that I could exchange to the same price car if other location had it. I came into this location and they had the car I wanted. The manager checked the car I had and checked the car I wanted then she decided not to let me exchange it even they were the same price. They wouldnt take me home the previous time I rent a car from this location, The reason from them is the store was going to close in 10 minutes....I called Enterprise and tried to tell them how bad the managers attitude was then they just transferred me to local office without even asking me .
My only concern were the shortened weekend hours and/or no weekend hours to return the vehicle. When I returned the vehicle and mentioned their shortened and/or nonexisting weekend hours, Enterprise did not charge me for the additional two weekend days! Thats how they get my continued business. Thanks Enterprise!
The team at enterprise did a great job. They were a very professional, cheerful and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely rent from that location again.
Don’t ever book car reservation with this company because when you showed up with your confirmation number they’ll tell you we have no cars available so I have reservation here, if you want your vacation to make it smooth go with other rental car company after my experience I lost 3 times my vacation because they day I’m leaving they have no cars available bad customer service

They were extremely unprofessional! The documents were never provided in the specified timeline. Failed to show up on time for appointment and we ended up sitting there for 3 hours waiting for someone to arrive so we could pick up our already purchased vehicle!! Very, VERY, unprofessional! Everything they told us was, in fact, incorrect!!

2022-04-30This location kicks @ss. They always seem to have car available, the staff is efficient and nice. It takes me 5 min to get the car and 5 min to return it. I also get a ride home after I return the vehicle which saves me a $15 uber ride.

2021-11-23Best experience at an Enterprise, thanks to Laurel. She was really quick, cheerful and helpful. I was renting a car due to an accident and she noted that my car type was not classified properly and gave me the tip to check with the insurer. She was right. She also took the initiative to attach the new reservation to my file because she recognized my name. Its rare to find someone who cares and provides good customer service and can use thinking to solve problems that dont have obvious solutions. I really appreciated Laurel for that and her positive demeanor! This location is a little tricky to pull into. Other than that service was quick and there is enough parking. Enterprise pick you up service was also quick.

2021-06-30Michael and Denise have taken great care of me every time I have rented a car from this location. I use to rent from a different Enterprise location where the costumer service was not good. But at the Pasadena Foothill Blvd location they have been great. They get me in and out quickly they are always professional and friendly.100% satisfied!

2021-10-09I have had my fair share of rentals and I have to say this place was good. Employees are very welcoming and talkative. Makes the drive to and from location not awkward. Would definitely use this service and location again.

2020-12-04Great experience. Really quick checkout and return process. All the cars at this location were in my opinion higher quality and new condition. Also felt safe and clean being that it was a smaller location that’s not crowded. Lastly, the person that helped me was really friendly. Will definitely return if we need to rent another car.

2020-12-02Katie was great at her job making sure everything was fine with my vehicle & taking her time with what I wanted. After a few days when I was told my car would be in the shop for another week I asked if I could turn my rental in for a bigger one and it was no problem. I would recommend this place for future rentals.

2020-11-06The service was quick and friendly. Unfortunately, the car had a strong smell of smoke which was masked by some fragrance spray. The car was clean but didnt feel super clean...like the interior felt like it couldve been cleaned a bit more thoroughly

2019-03-01The staff was friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions professionally and were very polite. In the past I have had Enterprise agent that try to scare me into purchasing their insurance. This staff was very respectful, service oriented and kind.
