My Experiance was pretty frustrating at first. I reserved a specific car for a specific trip I was taking. Hence the reservation. Unfortunately no cars were returned early and the sale guys was giving me a great deal to take a car I didnt need or really wanted. It was almost time that I walked out and had to cancel my trip but right in the nic of time my car type arrived as a return. I really appreciated my sale persons understanding and attempt to get my car type. He was great professional and worked quickly. I was happy in the end.
I live within walking distance of this Enterprise office but would not rent from anywhere else even if they were not nearby. I have rented cars from here for years and never had a bad experience with the cars or the people. Although the staff changes from year to year, everyone has been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I have also used Enterprise at JFK, White Plains, NY and other places and have always had an outstanding experience.
I had to get a rental car because my car was in an accident, but dealing with the rental car become just as much of a hassle as the accident. When I got in the rental car, I had to point out to the salesperson that there was a light on signaling tire person was low ( arent they supposed to check these things out and not me). The salesperson said it was fine and was probably because of the cold southern Ca weather we were having. I drove the car to work, and on the way home I had a flat tire to deal with ( same day as the accident). I was not happy. AAA came out and changed my tire, and replaced it with the temporary tire, so I called enterprise telling them I needed a new car. They said I could get one the next day. The next day, I called from work and asked about the car exchange, I was told if I could make it home by 4, they would come and exchange the car for me, so I rushed home and waited, but no one ever showed up. When I called, they said they must have forgot. After finally speaking to the branch manager, I finally got a replacement the day after that, but it was such a pain and I had lost several days which were supposed to be spent looking for a new car from the accident. Very disappointed in the incompetence.
Well, it was a unplanned trip and Enterprise made sure it was safe and pleasant as always. When I used to go tournament bowling twice a year they were there with great deals. They kids did their best to set still for their 1st road trip? Maryjaine a 15 month old tried and Brandon a 3 year old made it tell hour 5, we went to Glendale Arizona 371 miles, the car was just the perfect size as well as price. From this grand mother, Thank You!
The customer service here is amazing. I got delayed in returning my car by a few hours and they did not charge me for an extra day. They called an Uber to take me home one time. I know Enterprise is a little more expensive then some of the other car rental companies but the service makes up for it.
Frequently rent cars from them, have had a couple hiccups with getting the car I reserved, but every time they have fixed the problem and gone above and beyond to fix it. Adrian, has helped me most of the time and has always taken great care of me. All of the staff are friendly, and extremely helpful. Always willing to help you out, offer rides, and let things slide, like being late to return the car.
Found the service in Pasadena, CA. very reliable in terms of time, delivery, pickup arrangement and the cleanliness of the equipment. Equipment well maintained and relatively new. Was very pleased with the convenience of delivery and pickup from the Hotel itself. Staff very courteous. Overall, very good experience with Enterprise!
The people at this location were very pleasant and quickly got me through the rental process. The car was in excellent condition and when I returned it they got me back to my office with no fuss and it was altogether a great experience. I will be renting from here again very soon!
Waiting for my car to be repaired I decided to entrust enterprise with providing me a reliable and affordable ride for the duration. I went with their $279 weekly special. Had the car for two weeks and ended up paying $640 PER WEEK!! Nearly $1300 when I couldve spent that on school and food for my toddler or repairs for my car. Just another criminal corporation that I will never be doing business with again. Beware of liars and thieves...
We have rented from Enterprise at Fair Oaks in Pasadena for over 6 years. My husband is an Enterprise Plus member. The service of this company is outstanding. Their personnel is patient, efficient and corteous. We have also used their We pick you up service and have been very pleased.We will continue to use Enterprise.As I have this oppotunity, I would like to request a credit voucher for our next rental since we spent too much the last time. The manager is passive aggressive and condescending.The above statement was someone elses review and i totally agree. Especially the condescending part. This guy needs to develop better customer service skills. I was in an exotic car rental and I did not like his service.
Do not use this site. The manager is passive aggressive and condescending. She gave away my vehicle because she thought I would be there earlier even thought the reservation was confirmed. Then she was annoyed when I kept asking for bluetooth on a vehicle which was specifically requested on my reservation. Then she had the gall to ask me if I was okay.... since I was getting upset that she was ignoring my request at which point she handed me over to someone else to finish the transaction.
If you rent a Nissan from Enterprise, make certain the vehicle has an SD card in the audio, entertainment, navigation system. Without this, you will be unable to store radio station settings, clock settings, connect your Bluetooth phone or use your iPhone or Android mobile device. I learned the hard way.
My mom made a reservation days before and when she shows up they dont have the car they had tons of time to get. Even worse, they made HER go to another enterprise to pick it up. Theyre the people with cars to spare, but they instead ask her, who just ran a marathon the day before, mind you, to go there and pick it up for them. So she gets the car brings it back and has to walk all the way back to get her other car because they couldnt be spared a worker to help her drive her car back, which other places have done before.
Easy trip from LAX by flyaway bus to union station and gold line metro to fillmore stop, then short walk to Fair Oaks Enterprise office, where Albert Rodriguez and his group treated us with efficiency and friendly assistance (explanations, maps, suggestions, etc). A great way to start a visit with grandchildren in nearby LA Canada/Flintridge. Upon return, we were given a ride back to the gold line station. Impressive. (We are from the hone office city, St. Louis-- so we are doubly pleased.)

2020-10-29This branch called me multiple times the day of my reservation (Friday 10/23) to confirm that I would be there to pick it up, apparently it might not be there if I didn’t confirm. Then after I confirmed, they tried to up-sell me to another car for a higher price. I was busy at work and the whole thing was super annoying. When I arrived to pick up the car, one employee was inside the office without a mask, walking right next to me and other customers.The “luxury” car they gave me had tons of scratches, dents, stains, and smelled like smoke. They also didn’t document any of the existing damage for me like other rental companies do, where you would normally do a walk around with an employee first and they acknowledge the places with any damage. I had to take over 20 photos just to document it all. The car shouldn’t even be in their fleet, let alone in the luxury category. Before leaving I re-entered the office to ask my rental agent to please make a note of the smoke smell, he was like “yeah for sure” but then walked away from the office/computers/iPads so who knows if it ever happened.After returning the car, it was never checked in- I still don’t have a receipt or my deposit back. I have been trying to call the branch for two days straight and they never answer the phone, which is funny because when I was there before, an employee was actually on the phone just casually joking around with an employee from another branch while customers were waiting in line. Looks like I’ll have to go in person to tell them to wake up and return my deposit, which fortunately will be the last time I ever have to step foot in there.

2020-09-08Drop-off was excellent - friendly staff, and very efficient. Pick-up was not so good - there were no other clients at the place but we made to wait outside in the sun with no-shade for a good few minutes. The attendant could have been more helpful in answering questions, and the car was provided with very little gas so I had to fill it up after only a few miles.

2020-09-03I had a very horrible experience with this location. They called me to confirm my reservation early in the week. I arrived 30 minutes past my reservation time as I had to wait for my lunch break to pick up the rental. When I arrived, I was informed that my rental is not at the location, and that I would have to go to ANOTHER Enterprise location in order to pick up my rental. The employee told me that because I wasn’t there within 30 minutes, they gave away my rental to someone else. The reason why I chose this location was because of proximity to my home. Now this required me to drive to a FURTHER location! The employee was unapologetic, and made it seem like I can just go to the next Enterprise location and the rental would be ready for me. When I got there, I had to wait, go through the entire process again (driver’s license, etc) before they can release the rental to me. This entire process took the entire HOUR of my lunch break and was late returning to work. This was the worst experience I’ve had with a car rental place and do not intend on returning here.

2020-11-04I’ve been coming to this specific South Pasadena branch since Sandy was manager. Sandy was superb, then she was sent to another location and Austin took over. Austin was the best, and of course was promoted. After this coronavirus shut down I noticed this branch had closed. I was so sad, but now it has re-opened. I was helped by Dennis who made sure to save the specific car I requested. Carlos really went above and beyond to help me, as my bill at the end was incorrect. I also had some trouble with aux working in the car. The car I had was 2019 Dodge with over 30,000 miles, so that might have been the issue, but Carlos went above and beyond to close me out and to make sure that my experience was nothing short of amazing. I will definitely book again through Dennis or Carlos thanks guys 🙏🏻

2020-11-24I made an online reservation along with a trip plan, assuming that the system was smart enough to track the inventory correctly.Apparently, the online system has no idea of what cars are in-stock at the location. They cancelled my reservation last minute and I am left to change my trip plans.Super irresponsible. Avoid.

2017-06-27Enterprise does a lot of things well. The service is usually friendly and good. I did find that it was necessary to speak up about a few things however such as requesting the car be cleaned better and the disadvantage of giving me a car with almost no gas. I only had this happen once, Enterprise makes money on this as the chances of you returning the car with more gas than you started out with is high. They kindly offered me a $15 gas card when I mentioned this.

2019-05-14Man Justin and Christopher are awesome! The customer service was excellent. It was very busy and I was in and out in less than 10-15mins. My wait time was about 5 mins. Not sure if these numbers mean anything but there you have them. They also said they worked with the Manager I normally go to which is Q. But I heard she is an Area Manager now so Im glad she has moved up. Enterprise is the only place I rent cars. the prices are fair, and the cars are actually quite worth it. BTW, that Kia Soul wasnt as bad as I had first that. It def needs to be in AWD though. Thanks for a great experience!

2016-03-23Our experience with this Enterprise location has always been very good; people are generally courteous and accommodating and pick-up / delivery service has been prompt and helpful. Because this is a small office the choice of cars is not always great so it is helpful to request the car and model of your choice ahead of time. FER
