Terrible rental services. They told me if I take a car Thursday night and drop it off Monday morning I’ll be only charged 3 days. When I dropped my car on Monday they charged me for 4 days!!!! Spam company! I would of taken the car Friday morning if I knew they r going to do this
I rent vans pretty frequently, and these guys are great. If theres ever an issue, they work hard to fix it so I dont miss a beat. The homie Arron is on point. 👌 Highly recommend; would Enterprise again.
Literally just called to ask a question regarding insurance and an incredibly rude man answered the phone, answered my question very annoyed and proceeded to hang up without asking if I needed any additional assistance.One hell of a customer service team you guys have there.Not.
Car rental site was located in a convenient location, no pickup was available but fortunately it was walking distance. I was provided an auto that did not meet my expectations. The representative was very polite and provided me a free upgrade.
The bus driver Moses is the man, ill only use Enterprise Rent-A-Car from here on out just because of his happy good/vibes. Sometimes it just takes a small interaction with someone to change your outlook on a company (not that we didnt like it before). Love Enterprise Rent-A-Car now!
Reserved a car online, picked it up, was in and out within 10 minutes. Friendly staff members and they process the paperwork electronically with handheld devices. Super efficient!
Although I requested a mid-sized sedan, the only car available for pick up was a convertable Camero. The car did not have adequate space for my two large and the engine light came on after a few hours of driving. The car was replaced with a chevy Cruise the following day. The situation was handled in a professional manner. If I had received the car requested in the first place, I would have given this establishment a five star rating.
Very poor customer service and zero patience. The woman who works there is very impolite. I don’t feel this location is great to book from.
My English is bad. I am a tourist and I was deceived. In rent entered all possible additional services! As a result, the price increased 3 times. When you sign a contract, be sure to check everything, there are cheaters here! Especially if you are a tourist I do not recommend this company.
Although I owe Enterprise 1000 dollars for insurance on my Uber car still I love this rental car company. Almost 90 percent of my post are Uber and Enterprise related and I hope you enjoy my feedback. I will be.on the road again soon.
This Enterprise location is efficient. No time wasted and they accommodate last minute request; even for their weekend special which I have found is always in demand. ($10/day for 3 days = $30!)
Excellent service! They let me upgrade from an economy car to Jeep for an extra $2 a day. I spent less than 30 minutes in there
I rented the car and everything went well, but the $ 200 deal never came back to methey had to make a bonifoco on my card but nothing.unreliable agency
Have had several good experiences with this branch, they work to get you in and out as quickly as possible with the car you want, all I want in car rentals is a seamless and affordable experience and these guys provide it every time.

I go to this place almost every weekend - super friendly staff, great variety of cars and they get you in and out really quickly.
30 days + later still waiting on my deposit ... Enterprise is not very helpful leaves you without updates on whats going on... takes your money without definite proof that the sum taken was owed... they blame their greed on errors in accounting...
Great staff, convenient location for me. I just got into an accident and needed a rental. The assistant manager, Rhoee, is knowledgable and helpful.

2021-07-27My car was in a repair shop for a month so I had to get a rental car. I came in this store and I was offered a few options to choose from. I liked the one that was available the next day, so they gave me a ride home and I came back for my RAV4 the following morning. Enjoyed the car! The rental process was fast and easy. I was assisted by Nish, who delivered best customer service.

2021-10-12I had the best experience at Enterprise with Nish. I picked up a rental while my car was being repaired from a fender bender. That evening the rental caught a nail in the tire in an area I’m not familiar with and Nish made what would have been a stressful and frustrating experience much more manageable. He made sure to let me know options, guide me to where I could go, and followed up to make sure it I was supported and that the car was taken care of. I cant thank you enough for all your help. I wish all Enterprises offered this level or customer service. I’ll keep going back to this location!

2021-08-14It is a zero star for me. Booked a car with confirmation, and when stopped by to Pick it up the office manager (or what he is naming himself) just told me they dont have the car and nothing he can do about it ! Unprofessional to say the least, didnt even try to find a solution just walked away from the counter ..I was literally chasing him around the lot to get a solution ! Ruined our plans. When called their CS they just told me that this location doesnt update its inventory !!! Really ? Im taking this matter further...they will learn the hard way how to respect a booking confirmation. I do have the time and ressources...AVOID THIS LOCATION AND RENTAL COMPANY.
