Great Service and super friendly staff. I got an SUV Mazda which was clean and low mileage. I had it for about 10 days and had no issues. Everytime I called to ask a question, someone answered my phone call promptly. Return was very easy. Will definitely rent from them again.
Disappointed. Not only was the vehicle dirty when we received it, we were given a vehicle that immediately had the check engine light come on when we got out of town. The brakes were bad. The vehicle would shake when the brakes were applied with the slightest force. The vehicle had over 60k miles. When I brought it back and advised the manager, he was not concerned. Even made a comment to the other customer in the office. No one in the office seemed to be concerned about the safety issues. They were more concerned with the dog hair in the back seats and the fee they were going to charge us.I was so astonished with the lack of concern and lack of giving a resolution to the issues of the vehicle, I hope to never have to be stuck utilizing Enterprise rentals.
Terrible service I got there and they said they didn’t have any more vehicles and wasted my time without even calling me … I’ve rented with enterprise everywhere in the world nothing like this ever happened… when you book at this location make sure you call and ask if they have cars available
I reserved a car through the Enterprise Burbank location for a Sunday-Saturday. I got the email confirmation and everything. However, my flight got diverted to LAX. So I tried calling them to see if I could pick up my rental at another location, ETC. Come to find out, this branch isn’t even open on a Sunday! Both the information recording on the phone, and their hours posted on Google say they’re closed on Sunday as well! When I called Monday morning, the associate who answered the phone assured me they were open on Sunday. But, the phone option wouldn’t even let me talk to a living person, just a recording saying they were closed. I then got put on hold for 20 minutes, gave up and called back two later times, and got the same treatment. This location has the worst communication and customer service!
I have been renting from Enterprise for a few years now and it’s always been a very smooth process, but this was a big deal as we were going to my daughter’s wedding in Grand Junction, Colorado.Ian was exceptional with the price for a 2021 Ford Expedition for six days and full coverage allowing us to have a cash buffer for the trip. This was a very small immediate family affair and COVID procedure was followed. On our return, the young lady who checked me in at Enterprise was so professional and helpful that I was out within five minutes.I’m totally happy and satisfied with the vehicle selection, price and personal service. Thank you very much.
First time renting with them today-Pros: The Customer Service is nice. You can almost feel the smile through their masks. They have seating on the side in which is helpful when waiting. They have a public/for Customers bathroom available too. They are seemingly very Covid-19 conscious and take it seriously.Cons: I made a reservation prior to picking up a regular sized vehicle for 10 am. Its now 12 pm. I cant really address whose fault that may be, but nevertheless, is a huge issue for me. I missed a meeting due to this.Originally when I arrived They had a couple of people washing the returned vehicles but after about an hour for some reason they were down to one. This elongated my wait (will elongate it).Although, they offered me other cars at the same rate while I waited for a regular car, I find it very unsettling that another vehicle wasnt available upon my request/reservation as booked.Overall:I wouldnt recommend this location. The business seems to have great customer service, but lacks communication around whats causing any delays. Their selection is small, due to the location size I believe, which is completely speculation, but I think this effects the variety of available cars they should have at any given time. I really wish they wouldve been able to communicate when cars would be available based on who is in front of you and when the cars would be returned. That would allow for an easier or better arrival times for the customers to come pick up the vehicle instead of waiting extended periods of time for their requested vehicle. This is my first time using this service from this location. I wouldnt be back to use their services even though they seemingly have otherwise great customer service (person to person).
In the end Enterprise came through and did the right thing. I reserved my car a 3x series bmw or comparable for my trip months in advance. When I got to Enterprise the agent handed me keys to a maserati! I was traveling with 4 adult and luggage - this clearly was not going to work! They then sent me to the Glendale Enterprise on Brand Blvd, where they said a proper suv was available and to speak to Cat. When I got to the Glendale location, Cat stated that the car was already gone, that the Enterprise that I had just come from didnt confirm they want her to hold the car for anyone. Im not 2 hours into this experience and not at my office. Cat did some foot work and then came through with an upgrade to a Lexus QX80. A large suv but very doable and I was grateful. On the 5th after driving through Death Valley at 119 degrees the AC went out entirely on this 2020 QX80. Here I am on July 4th weekend, on a Saturday traveling in the middle of nowhere with no ac and no repair garage open to help me, nor a close by Enterprise. I got to St. George very late on July 3rd, found a hotel and immediately called the 800 Enterprise number where an agent stated that the St. George Airport was open on Sunday July 4th and that I could go there to pick up a vehicle....THANK GOD! Sunday morning I drove to the ST. George Airport and met with a very nice agent there who wanted to give to me a pick up truck! I flat out said NO. He as well, like Cat, did some fancy footwork and gave to me a cadilac escalade and through in the gas to help ease my nightmare and the hours I had spent at all three enterprises to simply get a vehicle that I reserved months in advance. Ive been an enterprise member for years and I do rent at least once a year or more. However, my enterprise number could also not be found by any agent and their ability to assist me with that could not be found. I understand that Enterprise is a franchise and each location is operated by a different operator, but policies and procedures should mirror the companies mission. Thank you for the opportunity to share my experience with you.
I have had a rental for three weeks now. I must say that this particular location changed my entire bitter attitude towards car rental companies. I had reservations at a different one. Arrived to hear they were out of cars and had some major rude a$$hole break the news. Called this location and spoke with Josselyn at first and then Rob. He was super helpful. I was having a stressful day and he went above and beyond to make renting the car originally then extending it a very simple, painless process. He had a great attitude & was extremely well-mannered. They have been consistent as well. I cant believe Im saying it but I totally love this Enterprise. These are the kind of people you want on your team. Rad!
The service here was very friendly and organized. I had to wait maybe 15 to 20 minutes, while my car was cleaned out and prepared for me, but that wasnt a problem. My only complaint is that they only had two cars left in the price range that my car insurance covered. However, everything was handled quickly, smoothly and without problems. You also can choose to get their $20 a day Enterprise Insurance; what sucks is, in the event of any type of damage or accident, you will have to pay your insurance deductible, or you can pay $20 a day to be safe, in the event that something happens.
Fantastic and wonderful customer service that went beyond just getting me into a car and out the door. The staff here really are truly the epitome of what a service industry should be like.Using Costco for our pricing, the rates were fantastic as well. Nothing to complain about there. So why only four stars instead of five? Frankly, our last vehicle from them left a little bit to be desired. The exterior was fine - a few scratches but nothing out of the ordinary - but the interior had some unexpected stains on the seats. Worse still, though, was that the car did not have a smooth ride and the interior cab was surprisingly not very quiet. Overall, though, the car performed fine, mileage was within expected range, and we had no issues.
Upon arriving I had a print out of the reservation stating a luxury class car, they had premium in the system. No accommodation was made to address that. The vehicle offered was not luxury and not even close to what was shown on the web site. Luxury being a Cadillac CTS or equivalent - Premium being a Chrysler 300 or equivalent. Had to hagle to get a vehicle that would be satisfactory. No offers of upgrade or sorry I see you have our reservation printed and we have a discrepency. It was I can give you that car for more money. When did taking care of the issue on their side not be a priority instead of hey sorry ill charge you more to get what you asked for? When paying it was stopped as my Visa Debit was not taken even though it was asked about when making reservation. After resolving that issue - then tacking on an additional $200 as Just in case money. that was not listed in the quote, it was a specific number. I was prepared for a specific price not that plus $200 just in case you mess something up. - What is insurance for or any agreements if your taking a deposit too?
I’ve been renting at this location for 23 years and have never had a problem. I tried the new rental pass and it would work great if it wasn’t that it doesn’t work as advertised. The lady went thru the whole rental again and they didn’t have the compact suv I asked for due to gas economy. When it got to the protection (which I already said I didn’t want) she really pressed it so much that she asked me for my insurance policy number. I keep my insurance info in my car. She told me if I don’t give to them she’ll refuse the rental. I asked for her manager rob and he came out hot and immediately said that if I don’t cooperate with them they will just refuse to run to me. I explained I don’t have it and tried calling my wife and would not answer luckily I was able to reach my son that went into my car to get it. This was by far the mostUncomfortable confrontation I’ve ever had in retail. I called customer service they took down my information told me the regional was gonna call me never received a phone call and still feel totally ignored by enterprise I don’t know what they are changing to but not good!
Booked same day reservation with them, they didnt have the class I booked on site at the time I showed up so they offered me a convertible or a luxury car for 100 dollars extra. Terrible business, used to rent with them all the time, wont be doing business here again.
I walked in and there were a few customers so I sat down. As time went on, no one acknowledge me. Another customer asked me if I was waiting and I said yes but I dont know if they know it. The guy finally acknowledge me but wasnt very pleasant. The guy that took me to me car was very nice however. I returned the car to a different location.in the city of Glendale. They were so friendly and seemed like they really enjoyed their jobs. What a difference.
My husband ( who is a disabled veteran) and I had been cusromers of enterprise for quite sometime and usually had great customer service until we started going to this location on Victory. The staff lack proper training, and lack any social skills. FYI, Jocelyn if your using a major credit card you shouldnt have to provide a utility bill or a work badge and this comes from COOPERATE. The employees are very rude and talk down to you especially Jocelyn, she has no business even working with customers. I believe the reviews that are on there praising her are contrived. And then theres the branch so call substandard manager Robert or Roberto who treats customers like garbage, and if he doesnt like that you have Complained about the service or vehicle will tell you GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, and block you from there system. The other reviews about Robert are 100% accurate. This is the problem with places like these, they have no idea what customer service really is. They should tred lightly with business going bankrupt like Hertz, due to the economy and Covid-19, REVIEWS ARE EVERYTHING. Enough said.
The guys here were fantastic and took very good care of me when picking up the car. Mario, however, definitely went the extra mile at every step. When returning the car, I was also running very late for my flight and starting to stress. Mario was incredibly understanding and focused on getting me in a Lyft so I could make it on time. He offered to close out my account over the phone later that day or the next, so I wouldnt have to worry while traveling. He also reached out to make sure I made my flights. He was very kind and took great care to make sure things went smoothly as possible. His communication with, attention to, and compassion for, customers was not something I have encountered often- and I will always be grateful to him. Although this is not the location directly at the airport, I will always go out of my way to rent from Mario and this Enterprise location in Burbank due to exceptional service and genuine care.
Enterprise on Victory Blvd. in Burbank Ca. Has always taken great care of my family. Hardworking and friendly staff I have never had a bad experience renting at this location. I rent at least 7 times a year. The manager has trained he team well it shows.Thank you Enterprise team.
One of the most efficient and most pleasant experiences Ive had renting a car... The Enterprise lot on Victory still had several vehicles, even when I arrived after 5 pm on a Monday, and the people behind the counter not only know what theyre doing, theyre also friendly and polite while doing it.Thanks again to the whole staff, including the drivers who took me to and from the body shop where I left my own car, and the young man who cleaned my rental before I took it!
Horrible smell of Cigarette Smoke my wife has Asthma issues my nose is not good I parked the car and used Uber and brought it back after 2 days. Your Quality checks need to be better, overworking Car wash fellows over just outside looks good zero quality control. Original rental was 4 days .
Covid or not, Im not understanding why they wont let customers in the office. Lets not be hypochondriacs about something you have more than a 99% chance of surviving, if you get infected. I mean seriously.... Gawd!So far, so good. Had to put my car in the shop and they were the only ones that would help me out.
Great experience. I often have bad experiences with car rentals around the country, but this Enterprise location was a pleasant surprise. Quick, pleasant, and painless experience. Very nice staff greeting me with a smile and offering me a ride back to my hotel when I returned the car. Nice new car that was clean and ready to drive out of the lot. I highly recommend this Car rental location.
These guys always take care of us when we are renting a car. From picking us up, getting a good deal on a rental, to dropping us back off when we return it. The one thing that does annoy me is that the company, not just this place, will show you a car on the side which you can rent but that doesnt necessarily mean thats the car you will get. Its kind of a tease and then get there and your date is of familiar qualities. Next time Im just going call and make sure I get the car I would like to get. But other than that, great service and would recommend!
Ive been renting cars for over 40 yrs and at first through many different companies. However I kept coming back to Enterprise for their consistent good service, great rates and always friendly staff. And for years wouldnt go anywhere else. I rent in Burbank Ca and the service with Allie and Guy and others is always right on. I guess Im a Customer for life.ThanksR Carr
This office is one of the best in L.A. Kevin, the Branch Manager always has a great way with customer challenges, new customers or a busy office. They provide the best service! They really make the whole company shine, in a world where other companies suffer with poor employee attitudes. Ive encouraged a lot of friends and coworkers to rent here.
Made reservation ahead of time for a minivan, then got a call the day before pickup and I was told that I’ll be getting a full size SUV instead, we had a lot to bring that’s why I reserved for a minivan. I could not get any rentals anymore for a minivan because it was the day before the Labor Day weekend and every rental place were already out of minivans, so I just settled for the SUV instead. They would not even give me any credit saying that what I’m getting was an upgrade which I don’t think so! Anyway, I told them don’t call customers for a last minute change, there’s a reason why people make reservation on a certain vehicle type, but other than that, the people there were cordial and were apologetic of the situation.
I am frequent renter of cars and I typically prefer to use Enterpeise. However, this location has consistently performed poorly over the years. And today was more of the same poor service. The salesman was generally rude, sarcastic and tried repeatedly to give cars at a lesser level than I reserved without adjusting the price. Then the car I finally dis get was filthy. Im truly disappointed with this experience. I dread returning the car in a few days. I dread returning the car because Im sure they will attempt to charge me for gas, dents, damage or something. If not for bad timing, I certainly would have used another company.
My rental with Enterprise in Burbank, California was an excellent experience! Everyone was very courteous efficentas well as helpful to me with the process. While there is an Enterprise closer to my home, I would definitely go back to Burbank. Less than a week into my rental, I received an email making sure that everything was acceptable to me. What is surprise , I have rented From Enterprise in Rhode Island ,Connecticut , and New Jersey and I have never received follow up emails during my rental period.
Customer service alone is exquisite and beyond compare. From the phone calls to the location and every aspect afterwards it was always polite professionalism and a courteousness that shows they care. And the pick up at my front door was just perfect. I think they are ahead of the competition and I will choose them Enterprise Rent-A-Car over and over again.
Overall was a great experience. I was a little hesitant renting a car from a local agency given that I had a really bad experience at Hertz down the street. However, Enterprise was completely the opposite and this why. The entire rental process was easy. Staff was professional. Car was ready as promised, vehicle was clean and best of all service was fast and efficient.Best of all, very reasonable and did not try to sell me unneeded insurance and over priced gas. Hassle free! Now I know where to go for my next rental.
Had to get my car towed to the shop and got a free 1 day rental through AAA. They did come pick me up and took me back to their lot and the guy was really nice. The wait to get the rental car was short and painless. However, they only had one vehicle - a truck - that I was able to get unless I wanted to pay more out of my pocket!! Then the same guy who picked me up really turned aggressive and not too nice when trying to get me to take one of their insurance plans. Whenever I rent a car, I always decline those and never have a problem - but this guy had major attitude about it and even demanded to know certain coverage information from my personal insurance. A pleasant transaction quickly turned into an arduous one. They have a super small lot and getting out of it was a pain - there is only one way to go and you have people constantly returning cars. My return the next day was easy and fine.
As always is the case, the staff is wonderful. The only drawback is that my debit card can no longer be used for my rentals. I find this extremely unfair as I am a long time customer of Enterprise. What was even more distressing was the fact that the policy was changed with no notification. I was told that they would accept my card this one time and would have to give a regular credit card next time. My debit card has never been rejected and I have been a customer in good standing. Im not sure what Im going to do the next time I need to rent a vehicle.
The car smelled of cigarette. I had to buy febreeze car freshener and lots of baking soda. I suppose I could return it but being at Victory Blvd Burbank branch is annoying. The staff are not very nice...to me specifically. I watch them be nice to other clients. When I returned the car, they ask everyone how was their rental. They didn’t ask me anything. Not even a smile. It’s almost like my rental was a waste of time. and I rent from this company ALL the time, for long periods of time. And to think, my car accident in 2014, the car I rented was from this branch... and NOT ONE AIRBAG deployed. I could’ve dragged it to the court but everyone was so quick to tamper with evidence. The least you could do is to be nice at this point to be fair.
When I went to pick my rental when they opened in the morning they did not have a pick up truck available. I had to wait while they searched nearby locations. We were then shuttled to another Enterprise. Truck was not washed, we were asked if we wanted to wait and they could wash it but we were already running late so we took it as is. Although we were inconvenienced by the availability the staff was very nice as they tried to accommodate us.
The worst experiences ever, satellite radio didnt come on till next day after I spent 1hr and 30 min. calling enterprise, they all told me wrong info, also the rental car had no windshield wiper fluid, and then when u return they add all these hidden taxes, and fees, paid way more than I was told before I went in there to rent. Been waiting a full day still havent got my $200 deposit back on my card. Never again
Great customer service! All the guys are super friendly and very attentive. I took off a star because on my first visit to this location, I had to return the rental the next day due to issues with the brakes. It was an easy fix, but an inconvenience to say the least. I had an event to go to and ran late as a result. Because the Burbank location was closed, I had to drive to the Burbank airport to make the exchange. When I returned my rental, Andrew, the manager, wasted no time giving me a discount. THATS WHAT I CALL GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Enterprise is always my go to car rental spot. They pick you up, they drop you off, and some locations offer the $9.99 weekend special.
Guys, I have nothing but praise for this Enterprise location...I recently rented due to an insurance claim and my expectations were met in every way!I was picked up from the body shop right on time, I was offered an exact-matching replacement vehicle, and I was in-n-out in no time flat! The return process was just as seamless... in fact I had over-filled the fuel tank from the original check-out reading and was offered a fuel credit on my next rental visit (which will probably be next week)!Heres a little tip... The next time you go to rent a vehicle, dont walk in with a chip on your shoulder... and dont be so demanding! Treat the Enterprise team EXACTLY the way you desire to be treated... and great results WILL come your way!!!
I arrived after my pick up time and it took 15 minutes to get started with my reservation. I was upgraded a size up from compact, but my car was dirty. There was cigarette filling in the center console, seats/floors had not been vacuumed, there was a noticeably brown bug guts/chocolate stain by the passenger side door, and the smell in the car wasnt the greatest. I would say I have rented at least 6 cars from Enterprise and that was my worst rental. In their defense the location was running on half their staff due to sickness.I did appreciate my drop off fee being waived to accommodate for where I needed to be dropped off since it was outside of their allowed drop off area.
I had a horrible experience dealing with this Enterprise location. The first car I received was dirty inside and covered in some substance that resembled tree sap on the outside. I was in a rush, so I didnt immediately complain, but I did end up taking the car back later that day. They exchanged the car no problem, but I had a hard time getting a car that wasnt dirty and had a full tank of gas. I ended up with a Ford Focus, which, later in the week, suffered a mechanical problem and had to be replaced. Enterprise screwed up the exchanged and sent two replacement cars to my house, even when I called and warned them this would happen. The cherry on top, though, was upon returning the third car, they accused me of denting the car. After arguing with the associate, I was not held responsible for the dent, but I will never go back to this location again. 0/10 - Do not rent from here.
When we received our car we had a good experience. When we returned our car, we did not. Upon returning the car and waiting in line, the gentleman returning his car before us was extremely upset, yelling, etc. and for good cause. Apparently, he was returning his car and being charged for a scratch under the car carriage. He stated the car was not examined to that degree when he received it, and additionally, he had purchased the damage insurance which allows you to walk away if anything is wrong with the car. The customer rep kept telling him he was going to be charged. He wanted to speak to the manager but no one would listen to him. He was visibly upset. What terrible service. When we got to the counter, the representative tried to charge us more than what our agreement stated saying we returned it 10 minutes late. This was not true, not true at all. In fact, we waited in line at least 10 minutes! The rep stated he would let it go and not charge us. I am appalled at such service from what I thought was a reputable company. Obviously, we will not be using them again.
Boo, original rep that dropped car off for me was dressed sharp and super friendly, when I dropped off car in Burbank, dude who helped me was dismissive, short, and confusing. Upon receiving shuttle to auto shop, was herded like chattel and put in car with ANOTHER CUSTOMER .. so much for social distancing during a global pandemic. Not my fault you guys hate your jobs. Be more kind and accommodating.
I always rent from Enterprise. They never have the car I reserved but always substitute a higher class car for no charge. Also they dont bust your butt if your a free hours late. Hence the reason the car I reserved is unavailable. Best rates and cars are always new or under 10K miles.
They did GREAT! A staff member saw I was weary when I entered the office and got me a cup of water. The car was ready in no time. When I noticed that the air freshener and I were incompatible (I got nauseated and developed a headache), they secured me a new car (an upgrade) at no extra cost. This way of going above and beyond has been the norm for my experience with Enterprise. The Burbank office contributed to Enterprises great reputation.
I have been going with Enterprisefor many years and just recently had a very BAD experience with the staff starting from the manger Robert and ending up with young man named Raven, well anyways they had me waiting for 30 mins at the shop (repair) to pick me up and found out later that they had sent the person (employee) to the wrong address and making me waiting another 50 mins and to top it off I was giving the wrong vehicle and without filled fuel at the time i was feel ill had to take some water, and few deep breaths. I called Enterprise office (Burbank) to speak with Robert to ask WHATS GOING ON in which he wasnt available at times so within that hour and half I spoke with least 3 to 4 people until finally some one shows up to pick me up..OMG! Sorry but I felt that I was doing their jobPlease, please i would really appreciate that Enterprise Corporation trains their staff the proper way with good skilks, communication, attentiveness, dedication, and Integrity.Thank you for your attention;Lucero Castaneda
I rented a van from the Enterprise Office on Victory after doing a lot of comparison shopping. The main reasons I booked my rental there were:1. Cost. Incredibly, if you rent the same car from the Burbank Airport Enterprise just up the street, for the same amount of time, it will cost about $200 more. Go figure.2. Cost again. I belong to an organization that Enterprise offers discounts through.3. Cost again. They offered unlimited mileage and I was driving the family out to Kansas over Christmas vacation.4. Other reasons besides cost - The right kind of rental. I wanted a car we could stretch out in if for any reason we ended up in a snowstorm or exhausted at a rest stop during the long haul. Plusmy regular car is a 2015 Honda Accord, which I love, but I really didnt want to add another 5000 miles on it when Ive already used it twice in two years for the same trip. The fact that the agent working there on Christmas Eve morning when we picked up the van was friendly, very informative, and helpful, and gave me my choice of the minivans they had available, was just icing on the cake.Note to Chrysler (not Enterprise) you stopped installing CD players in your vans? What??? When did the population of earthly car renters all become so incredibly rich that they could afford daily internet music access, and have so much leisure time that they could sit around searching for their favorite songs to play once they had all that money? I spend half a day picking out CDs I wanted to listen to on the trip. Sigh.
Went for the Burbank resident weekend deal for $10 a day for a compact or economy car with 100 miles per day. They over book this deal quiet a bit, so be ready to have to be shuttled around town to find a vehicle. Lost over an hour on this Friday morning at the Victory location. they found a car at the Lankershim location in North Hollywood.Maybe call ahead! Also, my car did not have windshield wiper fluid, in the rain, I missed it a lot!. Besides all this, cant beat less than $35 for 3 days (300 miles included)
Basically I had rented from Enterprise for 6 months straight. I had been enrolled in the Points program because of the thousands of dollars I had spent, just to find out the agent who initiated it never finished her work and enterprise is not willing to honor the thousands of dollars in points I have already spent. The loyalty department was very rude to me and chastised me. The customer know? Me up in a timely manner, and Ive also been left stranded by different locations telling me that theyre only one block. When I called customer service to answer any issues they will not talk to you, only email and their answers are repetitive & of no help whatsoever!. enterprise doesnt care how many customers they lose because there are a million to replace them
Daisy is the best, very helpful & professional. Pedro was very helpful and happy to drive me home after I dropped off my rental car. Kevin wasnt very friendly, hes all business so hes not into any chitchat so dont expect banter with him. Hes the only reason I didnt give this location 5 stars. I must say this is my favorite location of all the many Enterprises Ive used in SoCal.
This enterprise has terrible customer service. I originally was given a Chevy impala since it was the only car available. I called around and this was the nearest enterprise who had a hybrid available. I call and confirm they have it and if they can hold it till I arrive. Granted they did at least hold it till I arrived however once there he claimed he could not do it for the price quoted. He the sent me to the Burbank airport an claimed they had lots of cars. When I get to the Burbank airport the guy says yes we have a lot of cars but they are all reserved and asked me why I was told to come there. I told him my story and he apologized for the idiots at the victory enterprise and suggested I call the Pasadena branch. Long story short called the Enterprise in Pasadena on Colorado Street and they found a hybrid and called me same day. When I told them I could no longer pick up same day but would be able first thing next morning they agreed to hold onto it for me. Call Pasadena Enterprise for good customer service.
Ive used the Burbank office a number of times, and Ive always found everyone at this location to be very customer friendly and focused. However on my most recent visit I was assisted by Guy Jones. His customer care and follow-up was absolutely exceptional. Keep up the great work!
First time Ive used the Burbank location. I usually use the Los Feliz location which is excellent... As usual, great service, great people and a bevy of vehicles to choose from. Ive been consistently using Enterprise for over 7 years and I am very happy with my decision each time. Keep it up, thanks!
It all started out great, then this one guy said I was a gallon or two short. I was like, what? He wouldnt wave it so I grabbed the keys and left to put the 2 gallons in the car. I wasnt happy. More like really pissed!!!! But when I came back Sevan helped me and was GREAT!!!! He let me vent my anger and apologized for what had happened to me. He also gave me a discount . I have rented from you and this rental office many times. But that one guy was close to making me NEVER come back again. But Sevan was so nice. So he gets 5 stars from me.
As always Kevin, Steven and the entire team at the Burbank Enterprise office knock it out of the park with their beyond service, CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I refuse to rent from any other place. They are accountable and willing with any request or issue and a pleasure to do business with. I appreciate the above the call of duty, service I receive from them. Thank you kindly for always exceeding my expectations! Krista Kim
I was thinking having my car fixed nearby because of an accident. Enterprise gave me a conf. and said I could use it at any location. When the auto body dropped me off there (because it would be a 30 min. wait) the girl didnt want anything to do with me because the conf. was from another location and because they had no cars. The day after Christmas people were not returning on time. She should have tried to find me another car at another location but instead told me I had to go where my conf. was at. When I asked for a ride there (like Enterprise advertises) she said they only go a 2 mile radius, not even to another Enterprise location and that I had to figure out how to get there. I had to spend $11 with Lyft for an accident that wasnt my fault. The other location also did not have any cars, for the same reason, but the girl there did her job and found me one at yet another location, which they drove me to over the 2 mile radius. Enterprise should examine the people skills of their employees at that this location.
We had a good car(Hyundai Accent) and the service from your Burbank downtown office was okay. Every time I hire a car( no matter which company) I am surprised by the insurance amounts. That is the only setback. We will be back though. The above was my previous comment (2016) This time your man forgot about the 10 oct discount, which you included in your previous quotation. I have both quotation, which in my opinio, is not correct.
Really frustrating experience. I work in fast paced customer service, so I absolutely understand being stressed and trying to multi task. HOWEVER, the manner in which the manager (Kevin) was speaking to his employees was absolutely abhorrent. Especially to the gentleman who Im assuming was the runner for this location (picking people up from the various body shops in the area, pulling cars around to the front, etc). His tone was so demeaning that I was uncomfortable. And this was directly in FRONT of customers! Unacceptable.
Today 3/20 , ANTHONY & his Team are excellent!!!Eveyone goes out of their way and make sure every single customer gets greeted and dont come and leave unnoticed & taken cared of.Keep up the awesome work Guys.Hugo who picked me up was very friendly and accommodating and so professional.Highly recommended
This is really the only Enterprise I have been to, so I dont have much to go on. This seems to be a popular one because they usually run out of cars pretty quick. I do remember the service was fast. Also, one time they didnt have the category car I wanted (economy), so I ended up with a Chevy Camaro (same price). Win!!!
Hmmm...I guess the best description of the service here would be sub par, it seems most here are just working hard enough not to lose their jobs. People have to address an employee to get help, I literally heard it from multiple people waiting, are they going to just sit around and wait for us to greet themThe first agent helping me at this location literally left while I was doing paperwork with him to go to lunch. Straight up just left and I sat there for about 30 minutes, not really having a clue what was going on. Luckilly Lee saw I was distressed and helped me out.The return experience was abit better, but I still heard slight grumblings from customers . Gyrus was able to help me luckilly. So Id say Lee and Gyrus were awesome but definently the rest need some training in regards to warm friendly greetings, being more attentive to customers walking in and not leaving them during the paperwork part to grab lunch.
I have used this location twice the fist time my experience was quick easy but this last week the gentleman in the office had no urgency to help the customers there was a line of about 4 people and only the 2 ladies Trisha was wonderful in the office were helping they were bother very friendly and assisted me quickly while 4 of the guys were sitting behind the desk area chatting.

2022-04-23Ive been coming to this location for the past ten years and Ive always had exceptional service no matter the situation. On my latest trip, another customer was extremely rude to the manager over the gas policy, demanded the keys back, and stormed out. He also threatened to cancel future contracts over a simple issue. The manager handled the interaction so professionally and offered him a special (which he refused).I was also here about two months ago and had to wait about an hour for a car to become available on a very busy weekend. The same manager waived the gas for my trouble. Its not hard to be patient when dealing with people who work in customer service. They dont make the policies but usually when youre nice, they try to accommodate you. At the very least, dont be rude to the manager or any of the other staff, theyre just doing their jobs.

2022-05-31Our rental car broke down in the middle of Death Valley in 109 degree heat, which was already an awful situation. When we finally got to LA, we called to get an exchange and Enterprise sent us to this location to make it happen. The lady at the front desk who assisted us was HORRIBLE. She was incredibly rude to our party, she refused to help with the exchange, and when I called Enterprise back to have an agent help, she kept them on hold and we were never able to complete the exchange. Ultimately we had to go to a totally different location, all the while driving an unsafe car.Update: I wanted to share an update that Enterprise at LAX was able to make it right and compensate us for the bad experience when we dropped the car off.

2022-02-15DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. Unfortunately a 0 star is not an option. I went in to rent a car and the entire time I was there the store manager Savannah was on the phone assisting other people which she later claims she was “multitasking”. After she took down our information she told us to wait on the side to get a car when we went inside after a few minutes to ask if the car was ready since we needed to go back to work she starts accusing us of being disrespectful to her when she was the one being disrespectful entire time by being on the phone. She had the audacity to refuse service. I already contacted the Regional manager on this matter. The service here is unacceptable.

2022-03-30Shuttle service would only take me part of the way to airport. I had to lug my bags to the airport the rest of the way. Wasnt informed this was their new policy. Had I known, I would have taken an Uber. So inconvenient to drag my bags and even the driver took an attitude with me when I asked why the partial ride. Felt sorry for ppl who had lots of bags to check in at the airport. I wouldnt want to patronize this Enterprise rental again. Beware renters at the Burbank airport.

2022-05-14Avoid this place at all cost. Cars are not properly cleaned. Even worse, my car had empty beer bottles in it. So dangerous!Absolutely terrible. Customer service is also terrible. The staff is very aggressive, very impatient, and not helpful. Hands down the worst car rental location I have ever been to.

2022-03-24My wife came to this location after calling them at 5 and they told her to come in. When she got there 45 minutes later the staff told her that they were closed and that they werent sure who told her to come. The person on the phone said they had a Suburu Crosstrek. When she got there they said they only had a Jeep Grand Cherokee (which gets 19 mpg in city) and maybe a Chrysler 300. They told her to visit the store only to then say that they were closed and that they have just 1 car that eats gas like its snack. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day ruined, which is unfortunate timing, because we needed the car after someone ran into her.
