My experience at the Antioch Enterprise Rent A Car was great.The wait was not long. They had the type of vehicle I requested.The vehicle was good on gas. When I returned the vehicle it didnot take long to check it back in.I would choose Enterprise for my next car rental experience.Thanks.Betty
These guys in Antioch went out of their way to make sure my rental was easy and pleasant. Very efficient. The people at the 800 number were not that way and tried to make the rental difficult. I would recommend this store but call store direct. I AM ADDING TO THIS REVIEW COUPLE OF DAYS LATER: Although the above is true, the return process was not as good. I accidentally left a sweater in the vehicle when I returned it. I called within an hour and they told me they threw it away, it was gone. Service was great when I got there and not so good when bringing the car back. Still would recommend.
I have been going to Enterprise for over 10 years now and they have seriously never failed me. I am so pleased with the service they provide. This recent rental was done with Cassie and her amazing team. I did not know that Cassie was the branch manager because of how hard she works. Some managers like to just sit in the back while the others work. Not her. She is on that floor pushing cars out just as much as her team. The cars are always so beautiful. They have no problem getting you into something that fits your budget and your comfortability. Their cars are always reliable. They are Always up to date. I recommend enterprise 100 percent if you are looking for a safe, reliable, friendly car rental experience. Antioch California location is the best but I’m sure a location near you will do.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IMPORTANT. The female working here on Friday 12/31/21 is one of the rudest people I’ve encountered. Attitude was very poor, Enterprise needs to have someone else handle their telephone lines because her behavior and hanging up on a customer mid sentence was extremely unprofessional.
My rental experience here started off frustrating, but was changed with the amazing and positive customer service from Cameron. He was happy to help and was very vocal with the options I did have. I love the pride he took in his job and the serviced I received. I will be looking for him for my next rental experience :)
Customer service is great, I really do appreciate the young lady that helped me. just sucks they have no cars, they check a 38 mile radius. My two areas are completely out of cars. I’m near two major airports. Can’t give money away now days 😒. Mind you I’m a “diamond member”. Welp!
I was involved in a hit in run and needed to rent a car while mine was in the shop. The entire process was very pleasant. I originally had rented the car for 4 days. The man that helped me was very kind and even upgraded my car for free. I had a horrible time with my insurance company and auto body shop and ended up being told my car would be ready every few days up until i waited an entire month. Every time I called to extend my rental the person over the phone were very nice and understanding. At the end of it all the manager was the kindest when she refunded me the difference between the weekly rate and monthly rate which helped me out a lot since my insurance was not paying for my rental. I would definitely Rent a car from them again . I would also recommend them to all my friends and family for a pleasant experience.
We showed up to pick up the truck we reserved to rent and the service was quick and easy. We did the vehicle inspection then the representative checked the gas level and we were on our way. Super fast and easy. When returning the vehicle we pulled up did the vehicle inspection and the same customer service representative helped us. Fast and easy drop off. We were definitely satisfied with our vehicle and the customer service. Thank you Enterprise!
I usually rent cars from enterprise at lease once a month. My vehicle choices usually range from mid-size cars to pick up trucks. I notice the prices have sky rocket and that’s why I gave them 4 starts I usually would pay $42 for a full-size car $47 for a pick up truck and now I a mid sized is running for 74 average. I think I will stay away from renting a car for awhile. They customer service is great and love renting from enterprise but the prices have now became ridiculous!
Came today to get a rental car, first off the customer service entering the building was not very welcoming at all. The person who helped us her name was Freshca I believe. Long story short she has very poor customer service, she treated us as if we were bothering her for coming to rent a car, the customer service was very poor. I was in total shock with her responses to our questions and just the pure rudeness. We rent cars from here frequently for our company and it’s unfortunate for this type of customer service. To top it off we did not receive any confirmation to our email regarding anything we just stood there and another gal came to drop off the car to us. At this point I was on the phone with corporate, when the gal who turned the car to me clearly saw me on the phone and just decided to be a smart A** and to proceed to talk to me, while on the phone. I personally couldn’t figure out what the problem is here at this location. Ice never had this type of customer service from enterprise. It’s clear the rude agent from inside told the other gal something and they were being very ignorant to us and my team. Again I’ve reached out to corporate customer service and waiting for a call. I will not return here!
I would like to say that this enterprise rent a car at the Antioch branch on 10th street is far superior than most businesses that Ive ever been in. From the top of management Cassidy, as well as Ryan, the assistant manager, to the staff, are Incredibly diligent and customer satisfaction and provide in the best service to all the customers. Ive been using this facility for a year now and they have done nothing but gone out of their way to please me in every way shape or form. Thank you Cassidy and Ryan you guys are awesome.
LaShara is an absolute DOLL! After having a horrible experience at Hertz she took care of us and was so friendly. Not only did she get us in and out but she took the time to listen to our needs for the vehicle. Very knowledgeable and so sweet. I will only rent my vehicles from this location from here on out. The whole entire team was amazing and greeted us with a room full of smiles!
Good Afternoon Guys,We had created an online reservation for a luxury vehicle, at this location in Antioch, CA. Upon our arrival we were told that a credit card was needed, in order to rent the vehicle we had reserved. Kind of disappointed about the simple fact that we had the money and everything to rent the vehicle of our pleasure, then get told we needed a credit card which we have but disagreed to use.Due to our low credit card utilization and proficient in maintaining an excellent credit score. We didnt agree to use our credit card for the luxury vehicle we reserved, especially that it did not list anything about needing a specific type of payment method to rent a vehicle on the website or anywhere during our online reservation.We are okay with an SUV, but wish I had the one I reserved. Customer service was busy but timely, wish they had more support on cleaning the vehicles out better due to the fact it had a nasty sweaty smell still in the car and its still COVID Pandemic. I strongly encourage & suggest they figure out how to better communication these requirements about Enterprise not accepting Debit card payments but only a certain payment methods for luxury vehicles.Thank You For Your Time and Consideration!Have A Blessed Day!!
I have been renting with Enterprise for quite a while. Specifically the Antioch Ca location. I’ve always appreciated the personal attention they give each individual customer. However, with the recent changes is management there, and the new staff, I’m not feeling the same exceptional customer service I know and come to love at Enterprise anymore. Considering the fact that I’m a long term customer, and rent cars for months at a time, I think the new staff should take that into consideration, and get to know their customers a bit more like previous staff did. The loyalty between the staff and I no longer exist it seems. The 5 stars is for Enterprise Corporation, not the Antioch location.-Kathyrina Foster
Great experience picking up my vehicle, Ryan Howard was professional, personable, we arrived at 8 AM and was out by 8:30; due to distancing transactions are made by the vehicle, I reserved on line so that may have helped a bit. Drop of was a little challenging due to customers physically standing in the drop off parking spots; not sure why as theres plenty of distancing standing room in the office and right outside the office.
I have never been so dissatisfied. I understand times get busy but I have never experienced such bad service as I did this week. I refuse to give this location anymore business.Calling in the morning to confirm a rental, then to be told they sold out is absolutely ridiculous. The salesperson was not very sorry either. His speech was so rehearsed and uncaring. Concord service is 1000% better. Absolutely love them. Antioch needs to get themselves together!
I have to give the lady who helped us 5 stars we were so much trouble but not meaning to be and she was so patient. we didnt even get a car but not because of her but because we were having issues with our cards bank cards and changing our minds on what kind of car we wanted and what we could afford. there was people were lining up behind us but she stayed very calm and kept her cool unfortunately I dont remember her name , she has long Light brown hair and glasses. All the employees were professional and courteous. I would have been pulling my hair out if it was me but she did a wonderful job .
I am super happy with the Antioch branch of Enterprise. They have been very polite and helpful and have worked with me a lot with financing, changing return dates, general questions etc. Their communication has been wonderful and attentive since I picked up the car, too. All in all, they provided five-star service and if I need to rent a vehicle again I will be coming here.If you live in the area and need to rent a car, check them out!
Wow! By far the BEST rental place in the East Bay! My personal vehicle broke down and needed repairs. We had the worst experience over at Hertz in Brentwood. I showed up at Enterprise 30 minutes before closing and they took such great care of me! No rude sales people here!! The young brunette lady who helped us was amazing! FAST FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT! And the car was awesome!! We even got a text message half way through our rental period asking if we needed anything!! Wonderful customer service! You guys got a life long customer in us.!!! Thank you Enterprise Antioch.
When I walked into the lobby I was greeted with a warm welcome. The seem to know who I was and had the car ready for. The guys all had pleasant attitudes it was nice to walk into a business where everyone seems happy. They were knowledgeable about their product. I didnt have to wait a long time. When I return the car I received the same customer service. One of the young men brought me home.Tish was a great experience.
My truck broke a power steering hose and I needed a truck for work the next day. Enterprise came trough and it was only $50. Was able to work the next day and not have to postpone customers or work a Saturday to make it up. worked great. They had a 2019 RAM 1500 that did the job. Would definitely use them again.
Pros: Staff were professional and courteous. Covid-19 preventive measures in place e.g 6ft social distancing, hand sanitizers, face mask etc. Every time I rent here, there’s a good selection of vehicles to choose from in terms of make-model. Rates are very competitive.Cons: The last few times I needed to rent, had to wait an average 90 minutes past my reservation time, while they “clean” cars being returned. Not their fault, it was a busy weekend. But I don’t see them ‘sanitizing’ the insides like steering wheel, door handles, knobs etc.The Silverado I had rented had 1/4 tank and the rep told me to just return it with 1/4 tank. Not a big deal, right? NOT! How is one supposed to calculate how much gas they’re gonna use and only put enough to come back with 1/4 tank?I filled it up at Costco down the street when I picked it up. It took 22 gallons to fill up and had over half a tank when I returned.Guy gave me $10 credit when I mentioned I had to wait both at check-in and check-out to be helped and the extra gas. I don’t know what’s worse, the wait and extra gas I spent, or the fact that the guy thought a $10 credit was enough.
Had two reservations online.. one made the day before & the other made the same day. I had confirmation numbers for both. I got off work early to rush to my appointment time only to be told their system shouldn’t have let me make a reservation online & they have zero cars available for me. No apology or accountability despite the seeing my reservation.
Dont even waste your time with this Antioch location. Had a reservation, at pick up claimed my card was declined after supposedly running it three times, and ultimately left me and my two children waiting outside on the street after closing. Knew something wasnt right considering I have plenty of funds in my account so I contacted my bank, there were no attempted transactions and no declines.**The Walnut Creek location on Main St. will undoubtedly show you real customer service and put the effort in to meet your needs every time.
Recently rented from Enterprise. The rental staff provided quick and efficient service. I was on my way within 30 minutes of arriving. Did have a tire tread come apart during my trip and the Enterprise location at our trip destination didnt hesitate to change the car. Overall, Enterprise was easy to rent from, efficiency in picking-up/dropping-off, and the management went beyond my expectation to guarantee that we had a great trip and that wed return in the future. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Picked the car up promptly at 7:30, out the door by 8am. Real nice Ford Fusion Hybrid. Loved it! Runs so quietly and the Cost of gas was truly a winner. Returned the car and out the door in less than 30 minutes. Great experience and looking forward to my next opportunity to do business with Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Enterprise has always been my go-to rental car company and have been treated very well. My experience with this Antioch location was a nightmare.I was picked up an hour late which resulted in a rush to get me out the door before closing. Things happen but heres the problem. Rushed out the door and no time to fix anything. Ill hit the main points: car was on fumes, wiper fluid inoperable, 1 qt low on oil, garbage in the back seat, filthy windows, smelled horribly of cigarettes. Store was closed by the time we needed help and we were leaving at 6am the next day. Called the manager the next morning and he was horrible. Wouldnt tell me his name, kept cutting me off, said he had other clients waiting and what do you want maam repeatedly. Called the Brentwood location, they were awesome but had no vehicles, we had no choice but to use this car.As a professional business person I was appalled at the treatment of this manager. Mistakes happen and you own it and make it right. We are returning this car to a different location and will never go back. Enterprise is phenomenal, this location was awful with the exception of Steve who picked me up and handled the paperwork. He was pleasant, engaged and professional. Steve gets 5 starsUPDATE: Ended up with no choice but to return this vehicle to 10th St location. Again, the employees in the store were friendly, professionally dressed, polite and acknowledge every customer. Obviously customer service is important to them. The manager was not available, he did however discount my rental due to the complaint I filed with the corporate office. Tommy was great, thank you for the ride home!
Michelle made sure our rental had a full tank and she made us aware of the extra discounts that was available to us due to the extent of our rental. We went down to the Rose Bowl and we had an Awesome experience. It was good to have a reliable care and a representative that made sure that we had a reliable car for our travel!
The only reason Im giving 2 stars is because I fell in love with the car itself. Now lets start this story with they first tried putting me in a car with a missing hubcap. I didnt know rental companies could do that. I turned it down so we moved on to the Nissan maximum. I loved it, it was beautiful. We inspected the outside and didnt find much. So he had me sign and gave me the keys. As I went to get in he made sure to say they sterilized the whole car then he went inside. My husband and I were looking at the inside to get a feel for where everything was then we started to notice that it was dirty inside the panels on the doors were still dirty on the top half and it smelt of old hotel room thats been smoked in for years. So we looked around the whole inside to make sure there was nothing major and I spotted it, on the passenger side window panel it looked it a big snot rocket. Yea EWWWWWW my husband went in and grabbed our guy that checked us in and he cleaned it. We were ok after that because we could wipe everything else down ourselves and the smoke i could deal with since i loved the car. Well the next day I went to get in the car and something caught my eye, bright pink bubble gum on the inside buckle. Wow I thought this is so gross. But I just had to deal with it because I was stuck with it for a few weeks. I just kept telling myself you love the car you love car. Now what happens next is my biggest problem. As a few days pass I go to get in the car and I notice a small crack right on the passenger side about two inches from the mirror. I didnt think anything of it because my husband is a autoglass replacement tech and he said the others insurance should cover it. Well with that said my husband who did the walk around with me didnt notice a small hole at the top of the windshield. Which now is spreading day by day with the heat. So now enterprise wants me to pay on top of my $50 deposit another $250. Let me also say that I only have this rental because a young lady ran a red light and hit me. So really I shouldnt even have to have this car in the first place. Ive used enterprise several times before and have never had this horrible experience. If I end up having to pay for something that was already there ill never use them again!
I return the suv to the body shop when I picked up my car, I put the allotted fuel in the tank. The next day my bill included $40 fuel charge, I told Kathy I always put gas in my rental cars and in this case as well. She said she would split the forty dollar with me but why should I do that when u put gas in the rental before returning the suv. I went to the rental office when a male employee saw that I did return the suv with the right amount of gas. How is it possible that I was overcharged that $40? This overcharge bummed me right out!
Bad service. Our vehicle wasnt even there when it had been confirmed two days in advance. Had to wait in the hot sun with a whole bunch of other people for it to arrive. A quick wash and handed the keys. One headlight was broken. Seriously disappointed. Prople were nice considering.
Friendly Staff, good selection of vehicles. Would of given them 5 stars but the Antioch location just doesnt seem to be able to take the time to properly clean the vehicles when turning them over to another customer. Cup holders were sticky from previous customer and I had to clean the windshield.
The rental I received was dirty and it smelled like cigarettes, however when I dropped off the rental the female rep with dark black hair was accomadating and gave me a discount which was awesome. The staff was nice from beginning to end, because of the great customer service I will return.
The first time I went in I was scared, I had no idea what was required or expected to rent a car. I have now rented a car at this location for the 3rd time and it is fast, easy and every member of the staff is amazing, I was assisted by Elton I believe, he was so courteous and understanding.Im planning a small vacation this February and am definitely returning to this location for my weekend rental!
My experience with Enterprise rental was GREAT !!! up until we received the car , once on freeway the car was all over the freeway. We tried to switch it out but none of the other stores had cars available. So I dealt with what I had it was too late to go back. Once returning I spoke with the lady about the issue she knew exactly what I was talking about and what I had experienced and kindly gave me a 15% off the next rental for risking my family life 🤔.
I havent needed to rent a vehicle in a long time and Enterprise Rent-A-Car made it quick and easy over the phone when I initially made the request, online when I needed to modify my request and in-person when I pick up the car and dropped the car off. Thank you for making this a easy process.
Really exceptional customer service. I cant point out anybody in particular, they really are ALL excellent and friendly. Young Caucasian woman, man and black gentleman and Hispanic prep guy: all very conversational, all offered extra service like you would to a friend. Not awesome location but even grumpy customers got civil treatment. Be nice, get nice. Duh 🙄
Cars are not cleaned to meet COVID19 prevention. Cars are never full on gas. Cars weren’t sanitized or covered w any form of protection like other rental car places. Paid for a Premium & was down graded to full size & still have to pay premium price. No one abided by the 6feet apart & it seems the best workers are the ones that you would think would slack off. The managers professionalism is so poor , that he was treated like a new hire due to his lack of acknowledgement & professionalism that I witnessed when someone threw their keys across the counter for him not speaking while they stood there w their children.
First off I couldnt use my reward points for some reason because I didnt add them on to my new rental I scheduled online. They said they could not use them in the office which is silly. When I talk to them they never mentioned I need two forms of ID credit card insurance card. After that bump in the road, they told me I could return the car to any enterprise in the area. When I advised the Antioch office I would be returning the car to the Brentwood office they told me there was a $50 charge. Needless to say I was irritated. When I told them they never mention that, they waived the fee. Enterprise is a very good company but they need to inform the customers of the documentation that they will require to rent a car and also inform them I have a $50 fee if they return the car to another local office. Other than that Im very happy with the car. I also had to extend the rental to a day-to-day basis, they were very good about that over the phone.
I had to get a car because I was rear ended pretty bad. A guy Dan or Daniel helped me..he started out..BUT...Once I advised him I was on the do not rent list due identity theft 20yrs ago.His attitude changed towards me. He gave me a disconnected number to call and walked away for me to fin for myself. I asked him to contact corporate they are aware and can clear me pretty quickly? He said SORRY THIS IS ABOVE MY PAY GRADE wow!! Its bad enough I have to go through this procedure & give a code word each time (which isnt often ..thank God ) Lats thing I needed after a car accident. I was able to get a car..But being treated like the person who stole my identity..NEVER AGAIN!
The staff here at the Antioch Enterprise Rent-A-Car is top notch. They go out of the way to help everyone who gets in the door before closing time, and even a few minutes after. Renting here is a very pleasant experience.You probably shouldnt expect to get exactly the car you thought you ordered on the website. However, if you put in a reservation and then call them, they will tell you exactly what is available. If they do have the car, you should consider getting there ASAP to pick it up. Conveniently, if they dont have one that you requested, they have no problem giving you an upgrade.In my case, our car was in the shop due to an accident and insurance coverage for a rental is only $35 a day. For that price, I had very low expectations. We shared plenty of sarcastic thoughts about the agreement with our insurance company that said you would get a comparable rental. That is because we had no idea what Enterprise might have that would be comparable to our sporty Audi S5.Long story short, we paid out of pocket for a week before the insurance kicked in on a higher-priced luxury vehicle from whatever they had available. When we finally received the insurance authorization, we turned in the disappointing Cadillac. To our surprise, after quoting the $35 a day allowance and lamenting our prospects, Chad presented us the keys to a beautiful Camaro Super Sport V8 convertible. My wife was thrilled, and the Camaro was a real treat to drive for the five weeks we had it. We loved that car, washed it, waxed it, and rode in the sun with the top down.Kudos to the folks at Enterprise, we wont be renting cars anywhere else.As a side note to anyone who finds themselves in possession of a top-quality vehicle from a rental company, try to have some respect for the fine craftsmanship while you are out enjoying yourself. The staff was very friendly, but my rental was almost 3 hours late. My original pickup time was 10:30, but I was informed that the previous renter did not return it on time and it would be ready around 12 p.m. Which was ok because I would still be on schedule. I didnt receive the truck until after 1:30. The delay caused a late start to my camping trip and I basically lost a day of camping. No effort by management to compensate for the delay except that they would deliver the truck to my house. I was originally offered a smaller vehicle but my trip required a truck with a larger bed. I have used this office several times for rentals, and I have always been happy with the service. I know that things happen with rental returns but I would hope that they would have a better plan for situations similar to mine
The customer service was good. Unfortunately we were unable to get a car within our budget at this time. We were advised to book online or make appointments that way wed know what exactly was available. Walk ins may not get the cheaper rentals because theyd All be gone.
New management is showing out. I was able to get a pick up and they answered their phone. Great fast service, with a smile from every person I was in contact with. I also appreciate the measures I noticed they are taking for Coronavirus. You got my business Antioch CA Enterprise
I have now rented a car from Enterprise, the Antioch CA location, 2 times and even feel that Freshta is my personal agent! Each time Ive had any reason to come in person to rent the car or follow up with their specific location to handle some small problem, the friendliness Ive experienced with ALL the personnel at that office has been wonderful. Ive been sent on my travels quickly and efficiently. Unlike other companies Ive dealt with, Ive even had a tour of the individual characteristics of each car that was new to me instead of the usual here are the keys, good luck!. Freshta even helped my not so technology-skilled self set up my connection to the Bluetooth which was so essential for the long trip I was taking. I will definitely be returning to this location and this company.
Where to begin... I made a 12noon appointment in respect to reserving a premium vehicle with enough space to fit my 1 yr old childseat. I was informed a Chrysler would be available, which would accommodate my needs. When I arrived to the Enterprise location on W 10th St in the city of Antioch; I seated myself and waited patiently for my turn for service. I was elated to see the Chrysler parked at the front entrance door. It had plenty of space for a child seat. My positive feelings quickly faded as I saw the car rented to another family. My name was finally called and the associate said we are out of premium vehicles but I will show you what we have available and you can choose. After looking over the options, I let the associate know I will need to contact my wife to make a joint decision. The associate went back inside and helped other customers. After making my decision on the jeep Cherokee. I returned inside to find out the associate was in the process of renting the jeep out to another customer. Now my level of frustration has been heightened. Was this intentional? Was this discrimination? I expressed my concerns to another staff member and they assisted me with a different car. This is the first time I have ever posted a negative review of this company. Amoros customer service was egregious, his lack of focus on one customer at a time was appalling. I will not rent another vehicle from enterprise and I will inform my co-workers to take their business elsewhere as well.
I have recently dropped my car off at Antioch Toyota, and was told that a Enterprise driver will take you to your your rental. I was thankful for being picked up promptly and taking to Enterprise, but what i didnt expect is to be giving a car that had stains all over the interior, and smelled bad. I work in a corporate environment, and should not smell like your cars interior. When I spoke to Toyota they informed me that i wasnt the first to complain. I tried requesting another rental service for my next visit, but was told unfortunately they are the only rental place around...meaning your days are numbered if another rental place show up. Please clean your vehicles!!
I rented a vehicle from the Antioch 10th office and I got excellent service from the staff there on Oct. 4th. I was upgraded in vehicles at a very favorable rate, and the car I got, a Nissan Rogue, was very clean, and performed well with no problems.When I returned the vehicle on the 23rd I received the same great service. In the past 7 years of renting cars at this location I have had nothing but courteous service.The time I get upgraded to an Escalade at a fraction of the cost, Ill give a full 5 star rating. Ha!
Ok service- but a little unorganized on the process. But a young man named Alex made the experience better, by his excellent service. Totally impressed with Alexs Service & People Skills. He made the experience so much better. If not for him, my score would have been 2 stars.
I would not recommend using this rental car place. Our insurance company set us up thru enterprise for a rental car for my daughter, while our car was being repaired from an accident. The first car we picked up did not have a valid registration sticker on it and was expired by over one month. I thought that was very irresponsible to send her out in that car without a valid registration sticker on it. We took that back and the second car we received had not been cleaned or checked properly. It had a terrible odor and was found that there were chicken bones between the seat and console. It was warm and it was awful. The third car was kept the remainder of the 2 weeks repair time. She picked up her car at mikes auto body and the rental was returned by them for her. Then we get a charge on our credit card $279.00 that we did not authorize. They tried to tell us it was for insurance when her insurance company set it up and paid for it to begin with. No mention of these charges were made and no one authorized them on the credit card. She was told the next day that those charges would be returned to our card within 10 days, but it wasn’t. My daughter talked to Jorge the next day after the charge appeared on my credit card and he asked her if she could read. I called my self and talked to the manager Quinn and told him everything already and nothing was resolved. When she came to get the car, which was authorized by her insurance , he asked her to initial for her insurance to take the car and was tricking her to sign for for addional insurance, after she was required to leave a credit card to pick it up. My credit card. I did not authorize those charges. He did explain those charges. She came in there with her boss who is a general manager. He said there was no mention of that at all. When you have to, on occasion for what ever reason you need to use a car rental place, you want to use a car rental place you can trust and feel like you are using a safe vehicle that has been serviced and inspected. Didnt happen. My daughter Sarah Jones has called twice and I have called once. I have filed a complaint with my insurance company and my bank. Karen Frakes.
Had to change out a rental, a rock had cracked the windshield on our first rental. Was told by roadside assistance that a car was waiting to switch out with, ask for Myra. Should have eaten first - place was busy as expected on a Friday afternoon. But the manager kept getting pulled in different directions. Myra had to check with him if I needed to file a claim with my insurance first - which I did - in their lobby. Then she couldnt find a car, tried to offer a pick up truck, my Gpa is almost 92, you gonna lift him up in there for me? Not to mention he is diabetic and needed to eat, we hadnt planned on being there for and HOUR. She finally got the managers attention again, he said he had something, she started the paperwork, then she had to wait for him again.... He finihed with a customer and had the gall to ask for the next in line when he knew she needed him. Finally got another car, Chevy Malibu, which I was told later was an upgrade from the Nissan Altima I had. I loved the Altima, should have switched back to one on Monday before driving across a few states to get home. I missed the lights that blink when someone is in your blindspot, the nice a/c controls (Malibus a/c was archaic in comparison) Maybe if I had been able to use the cars wifi - but even that was spotty through Nevada, Utah and Colorado. We finally got to a restaurant before Gpa had a diabetic incident. PLEASE get this location an Asst Mgr at least for busy days! I am so happy my local location has treated me so well.
When I arrived, I was toldI could not use my upgrade, that the vehicle I rented was 3 times more from $291 to $689. That was horrible. I asked for the manager and he told me I should not have been allowed to rent cars they way I had been doing it. It was horrible, almost didn’t go on our trip
Car was nice driver seat sits to high for the driver other than that car was great when we returned the car we left charge cord in the car and it was not turned in which makes me a little unhappy its not just the cord its the idea that was taken and not turned in which makes me not want to rent again
When I picked up the car, I found they changed the contract by increasing the rate with $50 more, and they downgraded my car class too. When I dropped my car at SFO, they told me the transaction could not be done until a couple of hours later. A few days passed, the transaction was not closed and they didnt return my deposit either. I had to call them to close the transaction.The worst car rental experience.
I’ve been renting cars from thus local for many years and I keep going back to them because they never fail to make sure I get the car I needed on the road for my trip. Excellent customer service and they will go beyond to make me happy with the car I’m getting. Thank you all!!!
I just wanted to take a few minutes and share the EXELECELENT customer service experience I have at the Antioch location on 10th street , first let me say I have been a long time customer. Using enterprise for business and personal rentals . Ive rented from numerous locations but the employees at the Antioch location are by far the most professional, personal and courteous of all the enterprises stores Ive used . Most of the employees great me by first name and always take a few moments to ask me how works going . I could go on and on thank you so much Antioch Enterprise. !!Kim Rodriguez
1st agent talked me into an upgrade quoted me $50 a day then charged me $61. and then closed the account after 1 day when i needed the car for 3 days? 2nd agent upon return fixed the problem. for the 2nd and 3rd day charged me properly according to original quote that i got online.But couldnt fix 1st agents mistake .so i paid the same amount for 1st day as i did for 2nd and 3rd...2nd agent gave me a free upgrade for next time.I appreciated that... thats my review...your welcome Mario Beleza
Brentwood office provides horrible customer service. Uniformed about policies. Came in from WA and was told a major CC was mandatory. Never once was told this. In fact I was told a bill and auto insurance would do. Flew in and was totally screwed. That is not ok! And they did nothing to make up for it. I will never use enterprise again. And I will tell anyone and everyone that will listen to do the same
I shouldn’t have to call back in after seeing the deposit wasn’t credited to my account I was shocked when I saw the bill they finely refunded the deposit ...they should have done that when I dropped off the car it at lest the next day what if I didn’t look at my bank statement I would have never got that money back.
I was a customer both for personal and through my insurance. But yesterday I needed to pick up a car and instead of telling my at front that they didnt have anything available they blaime it on onother location. At the end my insurance called them and thats how i found out. I could get a car some where else if i was told the truth on time. Awful service not comming back.

It made the drive to and from LA almost the best part of the trip! I made my reservation online, walked in and was on the road within 15 minutes. 2022-03-29The whole process of picking up and returning was easy.Friendly staff.I got the rental through my insurance because my car was at the shop, they were gonna cover up to $35.00 a day so I reserved a car in that price range.The only thing that I didn’t like is that they had only 3 vehicles when I went to pick up the rental and the car that I had reserved was not available so I had to pay for an upgrade since my insurance was not gonna cover the extra cost.

2022-03-17Rude & Unprofessional from management to the junior staff. I was incorrectly charged after speaking to management. Everything was incorrect from the price, the authorization, the insurance agreement and not to mention that upon picking the car up, it had no gas!The employees are young and rude. Not only are SOME of the employees not well rehearsed at their job, theyre rude and defensive with the customers who have questions and information to provide!The management is also not well equipped. I spoke with management on two different occasions about my insurance agreement and not only did they not have my reservation information, they refused to use the confirmation number my insurance provided them to expense the rental.All of this communication is piss poor - in person and on the phone. I told management that ONCE AGAIN THE INSURANCE AGREEMENT COVERS THE EXPENSES OF THE RENTALS. They were so interested in having that information and still did not charge the correct party! After having this conversation twice!!I was incorrectly charged - and this was after a thorough explanation of my insurance and rental agreement. Management told me that the charges, which my insurance covers - hence the confirmation number THE INSURANCE COMPANY PROVIDED, was $129. Immediately after speaking to a manager, I checked my card to find that I was charged double!!The some of the employees here are petty. Wearing a blazer doesnt make you better at your job - being responsible, accurate and communicative does! Rude and inaccurate.

2022-03-13Fast and friendly service. The vehicle in today is a Chrysler minivan. Was surprised how the interior looked and felt. The convince of charging ports front and back seats have. The controls on the dashboard well positioned. Overall I would rent this vehicle again.

2022-04-20Online reservation is the way to go. However, they are also able to help out for walk ins. The car was super clean and the entire process probably didnt take more than 10 minutes. I enjoy the convenience of them being close to where I live and they are on a public transportation route. Definitely would recommend them again.

2022-03-31This is a friendly location from the Manager to Staff. I checked my car out with Cameron Heath it was my Birthday weekend, His customer service was awesome he took his time in explaining and showing me about the SUV I was renting. When it was time to Return the vehicle I met a representative name Bosah Osakwe he was also friendly and very helpful, This review is late my birthday was the end of February but I have not forgotten about the faces that greeted me at Enterprise in Antioch continue being awesome guys. 2022-03-03Everything about Enterprise bring us back to repeat business. However, on occasion, things do slip through the cracks. Recently, we rented a vehicle (a VW with noisy brakes) and asked for an inconvenience adjustment. That hasnt happened. And honesty... the hold time is REDICULOUS long... so I wont bother... but on the next vehicle we need to rent.... I hope enterprise remembers and rents us a vehicle that isnt questionably unsafe or out of operating normality.

2022-06-21Deserves no stars if they about to close you call 30-15 minutes prior of closing theyll put you on hold and wont answer...to bad for them i was gonna purchase a vehicle from them..now i wont!!...lol now even worst i rent it a car for 11 days and i get charge for 14, empty tank return it wit quarter tank lol...no way thats real Bull didnt even got reimbursed for the quarter tank i aint coming back there!! Frustrating
