I honestly did not expect to find an AWD mid-size truck with low mileage for the price range I was looking for but Enterprise came through. Shout out to Javier Zarco for really putting in the extra work to help me find the right truck. The guy really put effort into helping me out and I cannot recommend him enough for all the extra legwork and solid customer service he provided.

What a surprise this was! I had been renting cars for a while since mine was giving me problems. So, when I mentioned to my Enterprise rep that I was going to buy a new one, he recommended I call Perla at Enterprise Car Sales. So I did, to be nice, but I didnt think I would find anything worthwhile. (Plus, I always heard never to buy a rental car.)I had already been looking and had a couple of cars I was considering pretty seriously. I told Perla that. She asked what I was looking for and after listening to what I needed, found me a few excellent options. She got the Ford Explorer I wanted down from the LA office by the next day.One of the things that impressed me most about this dealership is how they all work together to take care of you. Mike helped me with all the buying details and even tried to match my rate when my financial institution was moving slow. Then, when I picked up the car, Perla couldnt be there so Eric helped me get to know my new vehicle. Whats more, the sales team have to know the features on ALL the cars, not just the ones on their lot or in their brand. It was a lot of information and they were all on top of it. And everyone was excellent!So now I have an outstanding car with all the bells and whistles with lower miles and two years newer than I was going to buy. And whats even better is I got it for around $3,500 below what even my financial institution had for its value.Plus, if you have reluctance about buying a rental car, you really need to hear how the used car market works...Perla can tell you. I cant do it justice, but it explained a lot. Trust me when I say you will feel better about buying directly from Enterprise.I highly recommend this team in Orange. If you are looking, do yourself a favor and give them a chance. You just might be surprised by the remarkable deal you get for a car you didnt expect to find.

We bought a used truck here (Enterprise Sales in Orange) and the process was amazing!!! No haggling, no back and forth, no hidden costs. Their original price was below Blue Book Value. And when completing all the paperwork there were no surprises or hidden fees which often happens when buying a used car elsewhere. The salesman I dealt with Javier was great. I traded in a newer vehicle that had more value the the one I bought. My car was still under warranty and had less mile. The manager wanted my vehicle to be inspected by Pep Boys. I am not sure why since it was still under the factory warranty and had 23,000 miles. That being said I was asked to drive the car to Pep Boys and I was also asked to pay for the process - something about a P.O. not being available. I expected to be issued a check upon the close of the deal but was told I would get a check in approximately two weeks. One top of that there was an issue with the radio that requires me taking the vehicle in to Nissan now. The rest of the process was okay but this I felt was unreasonable and should not be my responsibility to pay. I did receive a reimbursement check however this is something that needs to be improved.
We are so impressed with how the whole experience went! It started with finding an awesome deal on a truck and reaching out. Eric was so attentive and always followed up with me to keep me informed on the status of the vehicle. Turns out I found it online while it was still in certification- so he worked his magic and made sure it transferred to the Orange sales lot and that we would be first in line to see it/get it. Eric put me in great hands while he took a mini vacation and Carina was just as attentive. She let us know the moment the truck hit the lot and had it waiting up front for us when we arrived. June 2020 purchase and trade transaction made at the Orange, CA store was an excellent experience. The three employees that I interacted with were very professional. My experience started with an online search, a transfer of the car by Enterprise to this store, a more convenient location, my visual inspection and test drive. A very fair trade in offer for my car and professionally handled paperwork concluded my transaction. Ive had the car for less than a week, but for now Im perfectly satisfied.

So my father and I went to enterprise yesterday looking to get a good deal on a car. We got to the lot and started looking around and they have a pretty decent car selection from reasonable cars all the way to luxury cars a price point for everyone. So we keep looking around and the sales women came out to help us and would believe she didnt run at us like she was going to tackle us and she didnt start hounding us like they do at other dealerships. Perla was so nice asked what we were looking for explain every thing to us showed us cars in our price range and was super helpful not like at other dealships where all they do is try to pressure you into buying some thing you dont want. My father ended up finding a car he really liked and Perla help us get through all the paper work and even called are insurance and helped all that get set up would you believe she even gave us a ride to the bank so we could handle our payment all and all this place was great we got the car for a pretty great deal. The staff and Perla were super professional. Perla helped us so much and my father loves the car that he bought. I would definitely recommend this place to other people and soon once I decide to get another car. I will for sure becoming here.
The buying a car experience was good. I think they could have come down on the price of the car $500 but I didn’t have time to bargain. But I’m giving 3 stars because they said they’d give my Goddaughter a tank of gas. Wash the car, which they did but it was wet and still dirty. And they said the car was waxed. It was not waxed and had zero wax on it. No tank of gas.

Carina and Mike at Enterprise Car Sales in Orange did a great job of helping me select and purchase my car. I used the website to narrow down what I was looking for. Then I test-drove some cars. Carina was patient as I did some more research but she asked good questions along the way. The day after I bought my car I found a small nick in the front windshield. They quickly sent out a Safelite repair person who replaced it at no cost. I was very happy with the whole buying process.

Great experience purchasing my 2019 Infiniti QX50! The process was very quick and easy and everyone was helpful throughout the process. I wasn’t too sure what I wanted and Terri presented options from the Orange location and surrounding locations. I found a vehicle I liked from the Long Beach location and she immediately got on the phone to schedule the transfer. Once the vehicle arrived and I test drove it with Bassem I knew that was it. I was not too happy about the daily rate for my rental, that being about $100.00, although I do understand that rates fluctuate based on a degree of varying factors, and the people who work here are not realistically to be blamed for that. I checked my final summary of charges and there were no additional unnecessary charges tacked on... Other than that, the rental process as a whole flowed well for the two days I had my car, from picking up the vehicle from the three guys that were here running the entire operation, to dropping it off. Take into consideration, that the business hours here are not entirely convenient (8:00-6:00 M-F), and because this location has a small lot, you are not likely to be given a wide array of options, but again thats understandable. I had three cars to choose from, and I chose a Camry that needed to be cleaned, but got cleaned well by the one guy who was prepping the rentals in under 10 minutes.
..a relatively easy process. the employees of Enterprise Car Sales did a good job explaining this process, breaking it down into laymans terms, and avoiding the jargon that typically complicates these types of transactions.a bonus was that i was given the option of trading my car in and applying that value to my new vehicle (my car was 21 years old, and quite frankly, i didnt think it had any value).the staff was very patient with me, very hospitable, and very professional. Due to a car crash I needed to go through my insurance to rent a car through enterprise. Once it was confirmed a total loss enterprise was kind enough to refer me to the orange location to check out some cars to lease. After the referral they reached out to me quickly. Once I arrived Javier Zarco asked me a few questions about make or model, features I wanted and deal breakers. He grabbed a dozen keys based on my answers. We looked over those vehicles and test drove a few. I’m a pretty good read of character and I don’t like being put in situations where I have to make decisions right away without enough time to evaluate the situation and next steps. Javier made me feel comfortable and even though I thought I needed more time decided on a car going into the appointment. I was happy to leave with a contract for my beautiful 2020 Kia Sportage Hot Red. Sales and finance staff were excellent. It was an unusual transaction as we were purchasing for our daughter who lives in a different state so we never actually saw the car or met the staff in person. They were helpful and patient dealing with sending the documents back and forth as we were co-signing a loan with our daughter at the bank in our state, not hers.Only minor downside was a small fitting for the rear shelf was broken and they were not willing to replace it after we had already bought the vehicle. The entire back shelf was missing, but we knew that ahead of time, this seems to be common with rental cars.

Not Your Average Car Buying Experience - Get In Get Out Get On With Your Life !I had been shopping around for a Nisan Rogue for 6 months or so, learning prices and features included or not, for those prices. I was interested in one at Stadium Nissan but when I called for todays price it was a couple thousand more than shown on their website ! Goodbye Stadium ! I went to Puente Hills Nissan to check out one I found there. After the test drive, I asked for the out the door price. Not only were there the expected taxes, license etc but, they tacked on $2500 in manufacturer mandatory add ons such as black light ID, door edge protectors, sprayed on fabric protector and so on. All of which may have cost them $100. 3 more higher ups later, all saying the same thing - manufacturer mandatory. NOT ! Goodbye Puente Hills Nissan ! I reported them to Nissan Corporate.I had been watching the Enterprise Car Sales in Orange, CA when I spotted the one ! It had a light grey interior with black accents. Not like most with an almost completely black interior. Hello, Enterprise !!!Eric, the salesman, Steve, the finance guy and Mike, the manager were all on hand to make me feel comfortable and happy with the process and my purchase. Repairs which were needed, were taken care of by my mechanic and reimbursed by Enterprise. They ordered a cargo cover to replace the missing one and even the emergency medical kit !Overall, they did everything to make sure my purchase experience was top notch whereas the others were only interested in top notch profit.Thank you Eric, Steve and Mike ! The staff at Enterprise were very helpful and willing to go to great lengths to make sure I got the kind of car I needed at a price I could afford. The salesperson who worked with me drove up to Riverside to get a car, and I ended up buying it. The price was reduced quite a bit under the one originally on the sticker, and they helped me out in every way possible. The only complaint I could make is that they did not show me the full price of the car before I signed the final papers, just the amount of the monthly payment. I would not have signed up for such an extensive warrantee had I seen that price. In the last analysis though, it was my responsibility to ask about this. With that caveat, I would wholeheartedly recommend buying a car at Enterprise.

I was in a tough spot when I came into Enterprise for a new car. I had just totalled my car in an accident on the freeway, my credit was iffy and I was full of stress.Then the manager introduced me to Perla. Our sales person Perla and manager Candice were fantastic. We came in as Lookie-Loos after spending several days researching online. Perla listened to what we were looking for, asked about our price range and showed us several vehicles. We test drove a couple and were not quite sure. She was very patient and grabbed keys for several other vehicles so we could see how my 64 frame would fit. She even showed us other vehicles that were available online at other Enterprise locations.We finally made a decision and decided to get the first car we were shown. Thats when Candice came in and really helped iron out the details and helped us get through some issues we had.I highly recommend Enterprise Car Sales. The vehicles are all very clean and well taken care of, and the staff are helpful, friendly and low key. Such a pleasant experience and a fantastic vehicle.
I setup an appointment with only a few hours notice on Saturday jan 11. 2020 to see a van I saw on the website at a location that was 50 miles from home. Without even asking for it the team had the car moved to the Tustin location saving me a lot of driving.The van was just what I expected and my wife loves it. Im happy with a more than fair deal and not having to spend the day at a car dealer. I was in and out fast and appreciate the great service. Very helpful. Good quality used cars (1-2 years), efficient service, one year warranty. We came in this morning about 10:15 looking for a model that was not on their lot, but was at an Enterprise about an hour away. By about 3 p.m. we should be driving out in a 2017 car, the model we wanted.

My connection with Enterprise began with Schools First, they had a deal for 1.49% 60 month used car and 1.95% 72 month used car and referred me over. The number they gave me lead directly to Jason & Joe who are the sale rep./manager who was able to let me check out the models/cars in stock at the orange location. I was also able to look online for a car if I did not see one on site I liked and have it driven down to the location. Jason had my Hyundai driven down the next day and I absolutely love it ! After making a decision to buy it the documentation process and purchase was easy, clear, and made me happy that I was getting what I wanted for a deal that was affordable . I also work until 6pm so their open times fit in my schedule . Five stars for the team , the customer service, and car benefits. Every car is certificated, and has 1 yr. warranty. Tldr; transaction that should have taken 90 minutes took over half day plus two in-person visits because of a failure to communicate. Fewer than 10 cars for sale on the lot.--Everything up until the point where we decided to buy the car was fine. We had been down a car for several months and had been renting thru enterprise during the outbreaks. In fact, it was the enterprise rental people who referred me to enterprise sales. I choose to remain in the sales funnel and appreciate the follow up calls from enterprise sales. That is what brought us to this enterprise location. With a pre-approved credit union auto loan in hand we decided to move forward. However Enterprise and the credit union had a failure to communicate between. No problem we were told, complete the transaction now then Enterprise could send the purchase order to the credit union. Surprise! The purchase order went to Corporate, which is in St. Louis, and two hours ahead and unavailable. Because you know, Corporate. Wait a day. Still no purchase order. In the spirit of just fixing things, we had to drive up to the Enterprise location to resign the papers in order to finalize the transaction.Here is the problem I have: we made our intent to use the pre-approved auto loan to complete the transaction very clear. We completed the purchase that day because Enterprise said it was easy for them to send a purchase order to the credit union to finalize the funding. That is what I needed to hear to complete the transaction. I did not ask for this in writing.Once the sale was complete, this local Enterprise failed to complete the transaction as discussed. Enterprise said they had no idea we planned to refinance. Which was wrong. To be told that was upsetting and dismissive. They made it very clear that once the sale was completed, they had zero interest nor intent to fix the problem or follow thru on what was originally discussed.The solution, walk away. Get the check. If the car is gone, its gone. Do not leave this dealership or any other transaction open in good faith. Once the funds clear and the sale attribution is recorded then the good faith is also clear.
I found my car through AAA. My contact was Mike Gold. He promptly called me after I went through the AAA pricing application. I met with him and in a matter of a few hours, I was the proud owner of a 2015 Hyundai Tucson. The whole process and no haggle pricing was the best part of buying this car. I wasnt dealing with a typical dealership who tries to suck every last penny out of you. They presented their options and listened to what I wanted. Fantastic experience!
It all went fine except for a few promises that werent kept regarding the exterior of the car. I was told before I signed the bottom line that the small depressions in the hood could be fixed and that the swirled pattern in the paint from commercial car washes would be buffed out. I brought the car in for that follow-up on the sixth day after purchase and was told neither one of those things could be done. I guess I needed to withhold my down payment, which I was never asked for before I signed the car and had to remind them about before I could have freely walked out the door. I know they wouldve caught up with me the next day but then I would have had leverage for them to follow through with the promises made to sell the car.Other than that, good experience.
Eric Rivera talked to me on the phone to understand the process at enterprise car sales which made it much easier for me. They brought the car I was interested in from another location to fit my schedule and I never felt any pressure from anyone I talked to like at you get regular car lots. Thanks so much for making my experience so easy and comfortable. Would recommend them to everyone.
If youre looking to buy a car without the stress of going to a dealership, this is the place to go. It took me about 2 hours to walk out with a set of keys to my new car. I plan to continue to do business with the team at Enterprise.
I recently bought a car from Enterprise Car Sales in Orange, and the experience could not have been any smoother. After experiencing the hard-sell at several other used-car dealers, I once again found that Enterprise has really nice salespeople, who took the time to listen to my needs and to recommend some potential vehicles that fit what I needed. Why didnt I go to Enterprise first, I asked myself, lol? This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from Enterprise -- and my last car, which I bought pre-owned from them, lasted 12 years, giving me great mileage and with very few repairs except the usual wear-and-tear. This time I ended up with what seems so far to be a great, reliable vehicle once again (as someone said to me, hey. Enterprise does their homework and obviously buys reliable cars for its rental and corporate fleets, so you can probably trust that the brands and makes they offer are well-vetted!). The sales experience was refreshingly no-haggle, and even with the expected upsell on an extended service plan, it was still about as pain-free a car-buying experience as you could ask for. Buying a car is always a stressful thing (for me, anyway) but the folks at Enterprise in Orange made it as easy as you could ask for. Recommend!
This is a review in progress, as I am now in my second attempt to aquire simple small parts that were not included in the Grand Caravan I purchased a few days ago. We noticed 1 missing cupholder the night we purchased, but were shown the vehicle in the dark in a poorly lit parking lot, and did not see other missing inserts and parts. Pretty much anything not bolted down was gone. Luckily we are renting the exact same model from our local Enterprise, and can compare them. That showed us exactly what was missing. General Manager and Salesman have promised to make it right. Stay tuned.That was 3 days ago. GM Mike, and salesman promised to fix things. I was told Id recieve an update 2 days ago, now crickets. Will I ever hear from them again? Will they ever make it right? Keep staying tuned.A week later, I finally heard back and was assured that they would make it right. A few days later, the manager said he wanted to come to my house and deliver the parts. In the age if Covid, I didnt really want that, but he said wed be done, so I acquiesced. This guy wasted 60-90 minutes driving to my house, showed up got in the car, Covid or not, then found that he didnt have all the parts. He turned out to be a classic, smarmy, old time car salesman. Finally, two more days later, the final parts arrived in the mail. Probably the last car I will ever buy, but would never buy again from these guys. People with positive reviews must be easily satisfied, gullible, or both. Dont trust them, make sure they didnt strip the car before delivery. Watch them like a hawk. if this was my business, Id be thinking about cleaning house. Seriously.

Excellent service. I am a retired automobile dealership General Manager, with over 40 years in the business. I am usually quite unhappy when I have to go to dealerships in general. Enterprise has been a rare exception. They did everything they said they would do, they treated me with respect, gave me a fair deal and followed up on time! I will recommend they to anyone looking for a car or truck.
At first I was excited about purchasing a new car. It quickly turned into frustration. The first car me and my husband chose wasnt really available so I am not sure why it was showed to us at all. Then a car that fit our needs was finally located, we were told it would take 7-10 days. After this time had passed we received no phone call to come in to complete paperwork. We had to cal several times to obtain our own update. They never called us on their own to inform us about our purchase. When we would finally get a hold of someone we couldnt get a straight answer. After 28 days we finally were ready to complete paperwork. That is 3-4 times longer than originally quoted and no communication whatsoever! Then we ask for them to have everything ready so it could be quick and we could plan accordingly (we have 6 kids so schedule is important). They told me it would take 30 min to an hour. I was there for 2 hours, nothing was prepared before my appointment.
First off, I would like to say the team at Enterprise is GREAT! I went to Enterprise in Colton I believe, to look at a truck that said was on the lot and for sale. So, I went early in the morning on opening to make sure I snag it before anybody else does, but little to my knowledge, even though it said it was there it wasnt. Apparently when it says in certification on their website then it means it is already guaranteed to another customer. After, I spoke to the guy he called the other dealership that the truck was sent to, to determine if the buyer was for sure going to buy the truck, which was a done deal as the customer was paying cash. So, I left in despair. Then as I was leaving the parking lot, I checked on the website and saw another truck that was on their lot, but said it was in certification. So, I go back to the dude and he tells me the truck is do to be at Orange, Ca. He called the sales rep over at Orange and asks if the buyer is still interested and if it is a done deal. The sales rep states that the buyer is do to come that day and buy the truck. So, the dude in Colton asks the dude Javier in Orange if for some reason the buyer falls through then give him a called because he has an interested buyer, me. So, the dude in Colton get my phone number and I leave again in despair. About 3-4 hours later Im on my way to Huntington Beach CDJR to Lease a Ram truck that was over my budget and I get a call from the dude at Colton (wish I knew his name) that the buyer fell through for the used truck in Orange. I said okay, text me the sellers number (Javier) and i get in touch with the dude and sure enough the buyer fell through, so I go to the Enterprise dealership in Orange to buy the 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 LT. The customer service and the buying experience was friendly, smooth, and in about 2-3 hours after test driving the truck, signing papers and going through my credit check with Michael Gold ( the manager) I was completely satisfied to leave with my truck. I would recommend Enterprise Car Sales to anybody in the market for a used car, truck, van, etc... Great people!
Almost purchased vehicle there. Salespeople were great searching for vehicles, patient with us. The day we were to pick up vehicle the Manager drove vehicle to take care of errand for herself, needless to say they lost cash purchase. Toyota of Orange very happy to take our money.

I basically explained how the car we would buy would only be helping me to get rid of first time buyer, so I need something around 12000 to 15900, the lady kept asking questions I explained to her Ive had experience with car sales, still continued to ask questions knowing that I would like to see the car I like before even talking about finances. During our discussion I just looked online because I couldnt get her to show me some cars she had available.

I had a car for ten days. Because I’m tall the seat became really bad for me and I couldn’t adjust it to be comfortable. I went in to try to take the car back and they wouldn’t budge. No customer satisfaction value at this business. I may have been a few days past the contract, but they really could ha e bent a little to accommodate. I would never buy a car from these guys again!

I got a big passenger van. The service was great. They picked me up and dropped me off quickly. my only complaint was there was bird poop and pine needles all over the window of the van. I was in a hurry or else I would have had them clean it. Then when i got my passengers in the van I found out it had not been cleaned, or vacuumed either. I just would like the van to be clean when I get it.

I came, I saw, and I bought a car. I came to Enterprise to look at the Kia Optima. After doing so I realized that the Optima would not work for me. Eric Rivera searched the Enterprise inventory and within minutes, found a Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. After looking at the photos, I asked Eric to bring the car to Orange. My story is a long one, I will make it short. I bought an Avalon the end of June. Unfortunately it had an issue. I have to tell you that Joe was more than gracious in accommodating me. 2021-10-03I was completely satisfied with my experience at Enterprise Car Sales. As an 18 year old it’s very nerve wrecking going to buy a car. Javier was amazing to work with and very informative. He helped me find the perfect car and answered all the questions I had. Enterprise sales is very transparent and lets you know flat out what you are working with. I would 10/10 recommend this place if you are searching for a car. Everyone at this location is super kind and friendly and make you feel extremely welcomed. They had the car cleaned and ready for me when I got there. The process was quick and easy. Definitely completely satisfied with Javier and this location! 2022-06-06I purchased a car from Enterprise Care Sales Orange this Saturday and had the best experience possible. I got approved for my loan through my credit union, which ended up having a partnership with them and it couldnt have been an easier process. I found the car I wanted but was concerned about getting approved due to it being at a higher price than I was approved for. The GM called my bank on my behalf to advocate for my approval while Carina guided me through every step of the process. 2022-01-23I had a really great experience working with Perla and Mike to find my new car. I was really happy with how Perla showed me the car I wanted but also grabbed keys to similar cars for me to check out to make sure I found the perfect car. What really made this experience memorable for me was not only all the info I was able to get but they gave me sometime to go home and think about it and that was very important to me. 2022-07-14Enterprise at the Orange location, hands down offered me the best car buying experience. Perla, who is their sales representative made my experience fast and efficient. She listened to my budget and offered me a selection right away. In my search of finding a vehicle at a different dealership this was a major struggle or they dont reply to my phone calls or emails. Not at Enterprise! The biggest perk at Enterprise is that they work directly with Schools First Credit Union. No need to go back and forth to the bank if you have been pre-approved. Enterprise will handle the paperwork at the dealership. Overall, everyone there is really very friendly, and I couldnt be happier with my purchase. Thank you, Perla and Enterprise staff!

Ive never had an experience so easy getting the vehicle that I actually wanted. Didnt get talked down to settling for something I wasnt completely happy with. 2021-12-22My car had got totaled and I had been looking for two weeks for a new car. I did not have any good experiences with any other dealerships, except here. My grandpa had went in for me and Carina helped him look for perfect cars for me. I went to see what they had in mind and fell in love with a car she had showed me. The car was at their Pasadena location but she was quick to get someone out to drive it over here for me the same day. That same night I was able to test drive it and I bought it off the lot. They were very quick with the whole process and very kind. 10/10 recommendI love my new car!

2022-03-28This is the 2nd care we purchased from Enterprise. The quality of their vehicles is always outstanding. Our previous car has been running without a glitch for years. They make it easy to get through all the paperwork, especially if youre financing with a credit union like we did. The whole process took less than two hours with no haggling about the price. 2022-05-14I must share how pleased I am with my car purchasing experience yesterday with the Enterprise Car Sales in Orange CA, and especially with Carina. I called the sales lot to discuss details about a vehicle I saw online in the lot inventory. I decided to buy the vehicle, and Carina took me through the purchasing process step by step. There were many obstacles in the process, but Carina worked outside the box to overcome them one by one, to get the job done. The bottom line is that before sunset yesterday, I had the car keys in my pocket and my new car in my driveway! Kudos to Enterprise Car Sales lot in Orange CA and especially to Carina.
