This place is in a league of its own ! every other dispensary is a curse/swear word. Empire on Elder is a professional environment , they are professional workers , even the music was clean .

Way too expensive!! 10$ taxes plus other fees! Theres a Debit card fee as well! I was given the wrong product last visit and I was denied the local resident discount cause I had a old address on my Id. Would really like one on the house to make it right I mean thats the least I think that can be done. Until then not sure if Ill be back.Nice facility and clerk up front .

I went to the one in Moreno Valley I prefer this one over the one in Jurupa Valley. I was a little disappointed today is my Birthday and they give you a grab bag all it had was stickers a lanerd and something from dime. Im over 50 WHAT WOULD I WANT WITH STICKERS LAME. But the store in Moreno Valley have the nicest people working their.
The establishment is marvelous inside, the staff was delightful and I just sat in the lobby enjoying the man at the counter!!!💯 💙Em
Love this dispencery been there once and my wife went once too. Huge blazing selection of reefer nice staff clean building and you can use a debit card if it has a chip. Just wish I could work there or had more money/less debt.
Very posh! My first visit. It was very fancy set up like a jewelry store. Had some high tech gadgets. The sales people were a little pushy. Lots of products at different price range they charge a 8% sales tax.
Terrible opening... I stood in line for 4+ hours without a bathroom break or something to drink. Vendors showed up and gave all swag to folks in line. So when I came out I was told too bad everyone mobbed me like animals. The staff was only worried about photo ops and not all of us customers. No one wanted to interact with us. It didnt even seem like the guest (headliners) wanted nothing to do with us either. That wait in the sun was not cool.Not a single give away item... I had to spend 150$ to get something for the opening. Nothing marijuana related as entertainment with all the $$ spent. Terrible experience with them today.
Unfortunately like most of the other reviewers who had a bad experience at Empire moval, this list of things wrong will continue to grow. Aside from hefty fees and taxes stowed upon all the goods in the shop, bud tender knowledge and customer service has been so-so ever since the opening. Not to mention the fact that a large majority of black and brown customers are beginning to go elsewhere because of the discriminatory nature and practices exhibited upon being served. I personally have observed several POC customers being asked to reverse their baseball caps before entering and some of their white or otherwise lighter complexion customers not being asked to follow the same standards. I plan to make sure that they are being fair even in their hospitality, which does not seem the case. I will continue to support small business but not those who sell to the community but not treat them equally. Kind for Kind.
This is a great place they do have everything but if something is wrong with your products you are on your own. This Saturday I bought almost $200 worth of product, on of those was a $50 preroll that was infused and rolled in kief. I couldnt wait to spark that thing but when we started to smoke, it would never light and cherry up almost like it was wet still. You could see where we tried to take hits and the tip would just not pull air through it. So we tried to take it back and just get another one. I wasnt trying to get my money back, and the girl wanted me to go and try to re light it in my car and would not exchange it. For that kind of service on a $50 preroll they just lost my business. I will go to the streets and buy again. Just watch the product you get from here. Also make sure if you buy flower that there is a seal on the jar, My first purchase from this place was not seal and 1.5 grams short. Funny thing is they replace that with no problems and that was more then this preroll.
Felt Overcharged even when they tell you your getting discounted I think you guys should just include the full price with all the fees and taxes added together to make it easier for customers. Charging almost $15 more than the same brand down the street. Btw I highly suggest your bud tenders stop telling customers how they came from the black market scene and telling us all the bad stuff they had put in cartridges when she worked in seshes...its just not a good look..and add Raw Gardens to the menu other than that nice store front.

First time I went in today. 4-20 its supposed to be the super sales day of the year. Only problem with the stuff I wanted was not on sale. Beautiful store, a lot of people and the service was nice
Impressed, and I dont impress easy especially when it comes to dispensaries. Prices could be a little cheaper, but as with most things you get what you pay for. Worth checking out!

Great shop friendly people one of the nicest shops in the I.E. but only 4 stars for me the sales tax is 30% and omg the grand opening Whats horrendous they werent very prepared kept people waiting over 3 hours to get inside just to wait another 40 minutes to pay a cashier.

Meh...from the street it looks like a costco...when you enter, it is tiny. they have strange restrictions and their staff didnt seem too knowledgeable. I will drive the extra couple blocks to Good Lyfe.

2021-03-29This place is so nice! Walked in and it’s a 2 story cannabis dispensary! I have never seen anything like it. Every time I see a new Empire open it’s better than the last one! I’ll definitely be back! Staff is always on point with the customer service, the product is always amazing! Definitely worth it! Off of the 60 and Perris Blvd right across the the tacobell and the McDonald’s! You can’t miss the beautiful white 2 story building!

2022-02-10They werent at the top of their game. I ordered from their system, but something I ordered apparently they couldnt find. Their digital inventory said they had one in stock. Disorganized??? Plus they have some bag you have to purchase in order to walk out the door with your purchases. Not impressed.

2021-04-23I decided to do an online order to save some time and got an eighth of the CRU GMO Cookies, which is a good strain and nice high for myself. If it wasn’t for Ashely U letting me know Presidential’s had a deal I would have missed out on their moon rock blunts! Thank you Ashely! I only smoked half and shared it with my partner and got a nice head change. I definitely would get the moon rocks blunt again even though you got to be ready for the wax at the end of the tip so maybe carry some alcohol wipes to clean your lips.My experience was not what I expected because I thought ordering online would be more convenient however, that wait time in between allowed me to pick up the Moon rocks blunt. Next time I’ll be more aware of the deals to save time for myself.
