Frank is the best ever. He runs a small, modest and honest shop. There is a reason why hes been around as long as he has, and has the reputation both online and offline. I came there with a mechanical Seiko diver of mine that was running fast, and he was able to open it up, take a look, recognize the mainspring was a bit off and fixed it, all within 20 minutes. Gems like Frank are what make living in a big city great.
I contacted this store for repair of my engagement ring which the store ( Sears ) that originally sold it for me many years ago could not repair despite that I purchased a lifetime warranty on it . Based on previous reviews, I decided to give this place a trial . Ryan was very welcoming, professional and courteous. He fixed my broken engagement ring timely at very cheap price. I will patronize you again and plan to buy from your antique store too .Thank you .
Great place. I just use this place to replace batteries in my watches, but Im done searching for a better one for that. Honest price and work (no batteries dying a month after replacement like I had in some other places), plus always a good conversation and some cool stuff to browse around while you wait.
I needed a watch bracelet resized. I didnt want to spend too much money. They had a good price (7 bucks) Ben, who works there was super friendly and gracious.
I have been going to Ben for many years as he’s convenient and usually charges a fair price. However, today I went to pickup something he polished for my mother and I questioned him on the price not because I am cheap or because I didn’t want to pay but it didn’t add up. His reaction was over the top, to say the least. I have never ever experienced something like it before and never hope to again. Instead of walking me through it, he proceeded to yell at me and say that he would refuse further services for me and my family. He asked me for my receipt back and he roughly dropped all of my jewelry back on the counter.I am appalled by this treatment. I understand how my questioning could have come off as disrespectful but things did not have to escalate in the way in which they did.
Tremendous customer service. We setup an appointment to see david, about selling them a Rolex. We were quoted a price, and thats exactly the price we received. No haggling (I really hate haggling). This is how business should be done. I highly recommend doing business with them!

Just took my old omega in for a new battery. Super nice, replaced it right away, said it was nice and clean inside and charged me $15. Not many guys like this around these days. Highly recommended.

2021-12-21I have never owned a nice watch, but when I saw G-Shocks MTG-B2000YBD, I decided to snatch one up. It arrived today, and the band needed adjusting. Needless to say I was only going to bring it to someone with great reviews.I called and they said bring it on in, it should only take about 5 minutes. He was super friendly, complimenting the watch several times. It is a beautiful watch. He ended up taking 3 links out, and adjusted the micro adjustments two more times to get it just right on my wrist. Perfect fit.I paid the incredibly reasonable price in cash, and walked out the door a very happy customer.Bottom line, bring in that expensive watch you just got in to get it adjusted. You will not be sorry you did.I will bring in any other watches I acquire here, and here only, to be adjusted.

2022-01-20Very good service from Ben. He made the effort to repair a watch crown for me. He quoted a price and stuck to that price. The other alternative in this part of town was Tic Toc repair and they damaged my watch to begin with. I highly recommend Elsies Watch Repair.

2020-03-19Ben, the repairman who was working when I stopped in, was very warm and friendly right off the bat. He replaced my watch battery in a matter of minutes, and charged an exceptionally reasonable amount for his time.The shop itself is a wonder. It is full of curios, clocks, jewelry, and relics. Worth taking a look just for that reason.This business is clearly not just one of profit, but one of community and love. I hope to visit this place more frequently down the road, and you should as well.

2016-08-24Very nice guy, Ben. Helpful, great store full of curios and neat second-hand watches. My watch was kaput and could not be fixed so I picked out one of his for a very reasonable price and he threw in a new battery. If your watch needs fixing, or just a new battery, Ben is your man.
