For years we frequently went to Dickeys. Unfortunately each time we have gone recently they are out of what we want to order (different times of day, different days of the week) 🤷♀️ App sometimes says they are closed when they arent. However, good take out BBQ thats quickso we keep trying.
I went here several months ago and dined inside. I love the food. However, the last time I want here, the dining room was closed. They only serve online orders. Major bummer.
Good food... although guy who was working didnt seem to be having a good night... probably because it looked like it was busy and he was the only one working... poor guy... whoever you are I hope things get better because you definitely looked miserable 🥺
Food is mediocre.... save your money. I live BBQ food but like the Mac n cheese was so tasteless. And the BBQ sauce tastes like plastic. The kielbasa was okay and chicken breast was alright but I wouldnt eat this food again.
This was our first time at this particular location, I read several different reviews some of them really good and some of them really bad so I didn’t know what to expect, I almost didn’t go simply because of the bad reviews BUT i’m glad I did the staff was very polite, courteous and very helpful,The barbecue was fantastic and the sides were great as well, everything we tried was really really good and as you can tell by the photos we tried a little bit of everything...Eat Local,Shop Local and help Support our community
Horrible I had a pretty large order I spent 81.00 and some change just to be giving a fat instead of Brisket mu meat was not well done bbq beans were hard potatoe salad hot and salad brown the only thing that was a Lil bit acceptable was the watery Mac n cheese and dried out Cole slaw sausages burnt Ribs not well done when I asked for well done meat for my whole order food went straight to the trash I had 2 3 meat plates a 1 meatt plate a kids meal a side potatoe salad and 6 piece rib all was horrible
Found plastic in my pulled pork sandwich today 10/1/21. I was offered a full refund after contacting customer service. Looks like I was not the first person to find plastic in my food. Unfortunately I will not be returning back to this restaurant. Hopefully no one else gets plastic in their food.
We were excited to finally get a bbq place in Moreno Valley. But we tried twice for brisket, ribs, pulled pork. Its tasted at least a couple of days old. We cant go back food was sad. Im sorry wish it was better. Sides seemed fresh. No comment on service. I feel bad for you guys.
This is the worse Pork ribs, chicken and Turkey ever.Not recomend.Very dry, salty, no flavor, it looks like these items had been cooked a week ago, and they just warmed so they can sale it.Very disappointed with this place. I had this food at Texas and it was much better.
Honest review. Today is Father’s Day and I wanted to present my husband with a delicious lunch from one of his favorite fast food restaurants, unfortunately I have nothing positive to share. I placed my first order through Doordash and after opening our order I discovered several food items were missing, I immediately reported the issue to Doordash and their response was to issue me a credit, I accepted and “immediately” placed a second order (same day) for the missing items and on top of the missing items I added more food to make it worth the delivery driver’s time. Well I am angry and sad to share that Dickey’s messed up my order AGAIN and I am now missing more from my second order than I was from the first order. The credit Doordash offered me doesn’t cover the cost of the missing items so basically I got screwed. I just want my missing food, but apparently that’s to much to ask for. Thank you DICKEY’S (Moreno Valley / Day street location) for messing up my husband’s Father’s Day meal.
When it first open everything was on point. But over time its gone downhill. The brisket used to be flavorful and tender now when I get it its basically all bark and fat. Very disappointed. Chicken was always juicy now you have to drown it in sauce just to get it down. Almost every roll Ive gotten now comes stale and clearly old.
Manager has a bad attitude , dining area was gross , trash cans were over filled . I went to use the restroom in the back and someone left the back door open and you could smell someone smoking a cigarette . Defiantly was disappointed and will not return to this store . There was 5 people working I don’t know why is was so dirty
As a delivery driver you should not be treated like you are not working for the same customer. Also the young Mexican girl with black hair and blonde pony tail encourages the driver to cxl the order and leave. She give a major attitude and speaks freely like she is not in a place of business

Went in for the first time got brisket and ribs. Ribs were okay the brisket on the other hand was all fat. Was upset I spent so much to only eat half of my food.
My brother put in an order early this morning for pickup at 3:30. When he arrived he ended up waiting an extra 20 minutes because the order was not ready. And two of the employees weren’t getting along, nice and unprofessional. The meat was just okay but the fries were barely cooked. Pretty disappointed considering how much was spent on the meal that was supposed to be a special treat for our Mom’s birthday. Won’t return to this particular Dickey’s.
Had a great morning decided to go to costco and stopped by this place to see if it was good. WORSE BBQ ever expensive and little food NOT WORTH IT. 0 customer service. Guy behind the counter seemed like he had a long day. Maybe with a change of staff or retraining would be good for this place. Cant have both trash food, and service.
Hello everyone, I decided to wait a day before giving my review to ensure that I give a non bias and non emotional response. I called in a day ahead to place my order. I was assured that my order would be ready by 2pm.once arriving the next day to pick up my order at 2:45, I was told that I dont have an order by a very rude condiscenending cashier. So I asked to speak with the manager, once he got off the phone he came to me and said I have your order but it says pickup is at 4pmI have a birthday party that starts at 4pm so clearly I wouldnt have requested a 4pm pickup. I waited for my order and the price was more then what i was quoted. Paid for the food and left. Got home and no lemon pepper wings, no ranch, the wing where tiny wings, the Brisket was tender but to salty to eat, Texas toast was a joke, the frozen Texas toast from the dollar store is much better, mac & cheese was watery. Clearly generated a conversation among my guest.I was upset and expected to get some sympathy, understating, professionalism, consideration but all I got was you want it or not. Extremely unprofessional service.
Just ordered for the first time on Door Dash. Food came quickly, was hot and well prepared, and the portions are great. Delicious BBQ sauce, soft sandwich roll, perfectly cooked brisket, pulled pork, and jalapeño cheddar kielbasa. So good. Will definitely be returning.

I really want to love this spot. Everyone was pleasant my order was the right amount of what was ordered but please please do NOT rush the process. The baked beans were not done I made it right by cooking about 30 extra minutes..now tasty. Ribs were tough but I placed in oven for about 45 minnow nice and tender. So I will wait for 100% it was Memorial Day and I was to busy to cook.But wasnt expecting to do a lil legwork to make it a good meal for the family.
I ordered a couple of party trays on Dec 9th to pick up on Dec 24th, I get there to pick up my order at 4:15pm and theyre closed, when they had told me to pick up before 5pm, I knock on the glass door and the manager comes out and tells me they had walk-in orders that day and basically gave my order away, ok I said so you totally ruined Christmas dinner for me and 20 other guests, after a long discussion and no resolve I asked for a refund, and told me I needed to call corporate office, or come back the next day and that I would get my refund then, I come back the next day @ 11am and the store was still closed when it clearly said on their website it opened at 11am the cook comes out and rudely tells us come back at 12pm, there were a few other customers waiting , I shared my story and they decided to go across the way to Applebees, so after an hour I come back and asked for my refund and the guy behind the counter rudely tells me to come back the next day and speak to the owner about a refund, needless to say I went through my credit card company to be able to get refunded, this merchant totally ruined our Christmas dinner for us, i will definitely let other people that used to ordered from them about my experience!!!😡😡😡
Not happy with my visit tonight! Ice cream machine is STILL not working! Ordered a 3 meat plate and all I got was a heap of burnt fat. This is by far the worst Dickeys location Ive ever visited, and Ive been to several!
Got my order completely wrong, just threw random items in the bag for my door dash order; no consistency at all.
If Dickeys is the only BBQ in your area, go ahead and try them. If you have any other options go there. I had ribs and brisket with coleslaw and BBQ beans, my wife had pulled pork and brisket with mac-n-cheese and baked potato casarole . The pulled pork was very fatty and greasey, the brisket was not tender at all and the ribs were mediocre at best. The coleslaw at KFC is better, the BBQ beans had no BBQ flavor, mac-n-cheese was OK, and I dont know what they are trying to accomplish with the baked potato casarole. The best part of the meal was the dinner roll, they were pretty good.
I fell in love with dickeys food! if you knew me you would know how picky i am with my bbq but this location land it spot on every time i order hot spicy bbq rib and delicious sausage 10/10 will return!
I dont know what happened I went in at dinner time and it was not busy. I see why the staff was nice but dont know BBQ my food was nasty mushy meat and burnt at the same time . They dont know how to make a brisket sandwich it had cheese this is not Mc Donalds. The time it took to make this nasty food was way to long for only 3 customers in line . I will not be coming back to this joint again I hope I dont get the sh#ts.
This is the worst location I’ve been here 3 times and every time I’m hoping they’ll be nicer this time but the staff is always rude especially the one who cuts the meat.. I wanted my brisket sliced and it was given to me shredded… so I asked them to give it to me sliced and they did but with an attitude and it was all fat which I hate… it barely had meat all fat!! Gross!! Won’t be coming to this location again!

MoVal dickeys has sure fallen from its standard of serving subpar bbq to sh1tty bbq. Regret tipping after receiving sh1tty food and customer service.They definitely didnt deserve it.

The bbq brisket sandwich was great. It not only had a nice smokey flavor it was also tender. The guys did a great job handling my mom, for her to wanna leave a tip and not complain about the food is a miracle in itself.
Yea, last time i come to this location. rude staff that openly talks about you if you have questions about their menu. also, if youre ordering for pickup/curbside, Im happy to report your food sits there for who knows how long. my first order here was for curbside. they ask you what time youre picking up, but it doesnt matter because theyll have your food sitting there, no heat lamps, near the exit door.the guy prepping the meat has everything out in the open even if theres only a couple people in line, the sausage is cut even if no one is ordering, and isnt even covered. seriously, have been to many other Dickeys locations and would rather starve than coming back here.
Get the family picnic meal. Over a lb of meat. It’s plenty of food for 2 adults and 2 children. The pulled pork is good with the sweet bbq sauce. Potato salad is good, my daughter like the Mac n cheese. The have good bread rolls. The food here is good. Been here a few times, never let down.
I really love Dickeys barbecue but I drive across town and have 25 minutes before closing and the guy says that he is close why post the times you open and close sorry for the inconvenience :( .was the store on day street Spanish looking fellow.
Vent to Costco next door, decided to stop for a lunch first time at this place. Looked on Google for this places address to save it as a reminder for later, noticed few bad reviews. People are you serious??? Food was sooo delicious, I cant even describe that. You must try the brisket and that baked mashed potatoes for sure. The design of the place is very nice and modern too. Girls who prepare food are cool, friendly and fast. After trying this food, I have a thought that those ridiculously bad reviews was left by a competitor or so. Just try your self that you will judge.
Spent over $64 on the family pack. They were out of BBQ sauce, most sides and the meat in the order was not only wrong but over 50% was pure fat. Disgusting. Had to throw most of it away. We wont be back. If you do curbside pickup make sure you pull over and inspect your order before you leave.
Walked in and was excited because it smelled good, the guy doing the cooking was more friendly than the girl ringing up the customers, she had a bad attitude, when she gave us our food she didnt bring us any utensils or even say enjoy, the food was cold and extremely salty, I will not go back,, you want good bbq in moreno valley go to Hoggs!!!!!!

Ive been to this place several times. I have even used their catering service once. The last time was the last time I will be going. I ordered my usual brisket one meat plate. It was not only dry, I only received the outside burnt portion. When I took it up to the front they looked at me and couldnt understand why I would be disappointed. When I showed them they didnt offer to replace the meal with something edible instead they offered my money back. As a business owner I dont think thats the way I would treat the customers, I would want them to be happy with what they paid for not give them their money back. So apparently customer service has gone the way of the food, down the drain.

The food quality is poor. The staff not enthusiastic. This must be a family owned business. The only fountain drinks available were diet. How can every flavor drink not available? No hair net or covering worn. The lady serving the sides also worker the cash register never wore gloves or washed her hands. The self serve area dirty. I will never eat here again with my family.

I love this location the staff is always super friendly and the food is great, however todays trip was a bit disappointing 😔 I got my favorite a pulled pork sandwich and I kept finding bone fragments throughout my sandwich which hadnt happen before and about halfway through my sandwich I found a nice sized piece of plastic... Not something that will stop me from coming back because lets be honest mistakes happen and businesses need our support more than ever right now, but I just wanted to bring it to their attention...
I think the good is great. I just ordered online and had my food delivered. I am not happy because I ordered cornbread muffins and received rolls. I was looking forward to what I ordered and paid for. I dont feel comfortable with delivery now.
This was probably one of the poorer experiences I’ve had at Dickey’s. When we arrived, I ordered the pulled pork for myself and chicken breast for my daughter. I asked for onion tanglers and fries as our sides, but was informed they “don’t have a fryer at this location.” Which is frustrating because onion tanglers are one of the reasons I like eating at Dickey’s, and fries are my daughter’s favorites. I thought about leaving but they had already prepared our meat and I figured we could make do with other sides. I paid and went to get my drink only to realize they were out of sweet tea, there was no sauces out, and ice cream machine was broken. I went to the counter and asked for sweet sauce but I’m pretty sure he gave me spicy. That or there was some type of seasoning on my pulled pork (which didn’t look like pulled pork I’ve had in the past, it was chopped like brisket instead of pulled) that made it spicy. Overall I left feeling thoroughly unsatisfied with my experience. I felt like warning every person that walked in the door “just FYI they don’t have anything fried, any ice cream or any sweet tea” because for me those are like 99% of the reasons I come here. I know they say not to let small things ruin your day but not gonna lie it definitely put a damper on my evening. I won’t be coming to this location again.

When I travel, I often look for BBQ joints to try out. This one was very mediocre to me. The ribs were not fall off the bone, they were way too tough. The brisket was a little too tough and lacked flavor. The pulled pork was the best of the three, it was decent. I tried all of the sauces, original, sweet, and spicy; I didnt particularly care for any of them.The sweet tea wasnt good, the Mac n cheese was decent, the green beans were actually really flavorful, and the cornbread muffin was great.
I go to this marvelous restaurant every couple of days as I enjoy the special air that is characterizes this place. The crew is extremely loyal and well trained. The service is exceptionally rapid. Also, the food you get is great. I visited more than once and I was never disappointed. The cost is honest. I suggest this place to all my friends.
Very good. The food was good. The service even better. Everyone there is so nice and friendly. I went there for the first time and they made me feel like i been there many times. They recommend the pecan pie and now Im recommending the pecan pie.

I loved the food. Made for a nice birthday dinner for my mom at the nursing home. Spent exact amount ($42.00) as I did at Carls Jr. But we got full and had led over barbeque for the next day. Will get it again...maybe tomorrow!
Brisket had a good flavor but was super dry, no amount of sauce would bring that back from the dead. The kielbasa was good but again dry... Baked beans were good, the Cesar salad was fresh and crisp. Overall good flavor but food might have been sitting in the warmer too long. I understand its hard to keep food quality at is peak with a chain but still no excuse for the food served, thats why quality control teams exist.
I arrive at this excellent place once a month as I love the good air that is part of this place. The team is extremely friendly and professional. The service is deeply fast. Most important, the food you get is magnificent. I visited often and I was never disappointed. The expense is fair. I suggest this restaurant to all my friends.

I have eaten at many different dickies and never been disappointed. Love the place. Tried the one in Moreno Valley and it was pretty sad. No cups, soda machine was broken, ran out of baked potato casserole, took 20 mins to get our food, the mac n cheese was just noodles no sauce. Very disappointed this time. The new waffle fries were fantastic which is why I am giving 2 stars. Will never go to the Moreno Valley location again. Will however drive to riverside to eat that the central location. They are great.
This Review is for the Holiday Feast. I ordered it for Thanksgiving. Big mistake. I was very disappointed with the quality and taste. I had nothing to do with Dickys. It looked like they went to the market put stuff in a pan and resold it. Was not worth $123. You basically have to cook it yourself. Dont recommend it to anyone
I came here on 12/21 Noon. There was this short lady with blonde hair and she was the most rude person ever. Sucked at cutting the meat, the food was cold and they had no change for me ???? There’s another young lady here who is great, can’t recall her name but I will only ever come back when she works because this short lady who says she’s the manager, is the worst person and honestly whenever this “manager” is working she always has the place so dirty, they really need to get the health department there when she’s working so they can see how dirty she is. If you ask me, she needs to be fired.
They were out of most sauces and most sides which was very annoying. The food also left a lot to be desired.

This place is so bad I dont think it will last long. Please dont waste your time to go and try the food. Its a waste of your money. The meats are horrible. The sides of what my kids order looked like it had been seating in the pan for awhile they didnt eat as the noodles to the mac n cheese were all dried out. The soda machine doesnt work they have very few selections of soda in can. I only give it a 1 star so I could rate n write review
Wow so I paid for a large side of macaroni and cheese and then 5 minutes later they told me that there wasn’t any Mac and Cheese after I paid and I had to choose a different side! Then I complained so they gave me cold meat and charged me 75 cents for Texas toast I didn’t order because they ran out of meals! I love the food here but these women are just plain mean and rude!

Im not too sure if this store is following the same recipes, due to the food being so bland. Ice cream was not at all as it should taste, lemonade was over powered with sugar nothing was pleasing. Recommend to the drive to Central Plaza.

Picked up Friday at 8:20pm. The girls working inside who were cleaning up, acted as if Id violated their private time. Rushed me and my order, told me the bathrooms were unavailable. I dont know whats going on with Moreno Valley but people who work in food places around here are horrible and need to be fired.
Took my son today. It was ok. Complete empty though. Me and my son were the only two eating there the whole time.Was kinda annoyed that they didnt take visa,MasterCard or Discover. Only cash and Amex which I found weird.Wanted Mac and cheese. They were out of it. Wanted fries. They said their location doesnt sell fries.Ribs were good. Brisket was more like pulled beef. The jalapeno cheddar sausage was bomb though. Owner or manager. Whoever he was wasnt that friendly. Wont be going back to this location though. Literally every other Dickys Ive been to is better. Particularly Eastvale.

Loved coming here, the staff were helpful and patient with my questions. The food was great and consistent with all of the other locations I have visited. Prices are a little high but honestly not to bad considering the quality. I would highly recommend the brisket.
We ordered about a $120.00 worth of food pulled pork and chicken.beans and grean beans.we got brisket, pork and chicken the beans leaked when driving home.we paid for extra rolls which we didnt get.also we didnt get any sauce or utensils.so next mothers day we will order some where else.the food was good.it was all very inconvenient.
Love their Ribs. Always get it with the mashed potato casserole (yummy cheesy bacony potatoey goodness) and the Mac and Cheese, which actually tastes like Cheese ! Quick, someone tell Kraft ! They have given some wrong items once or twice, so check your stuff if youre picking up to go or accepting a delivery. Admittedly, those few times were on super busy days, so its hard to blame them.
This place seems to have a trend of disappointing people. Soda machine is out completely, no creamed spinach, and the brisket was a chopped pile of fat. Didnt even ask if I wanted it sliced or chopped. I like dickeys, but this joint has really fallen below their standard.
The bakers bar was fantastic!!! Yes highly recommended. This has so many options. It includes meats also.
The chicken was undercooked, there shouldnt be any pink..! The price should reflect the quality right? Wrong.. You definitely dont get what you pay for.. This might be the only BBQ place locally but I dont think this place will last. Either step it up or step out and let a good place take the location.
BY FAR THE WORST customer service EVER I was really disappointed it was my first time and I didn’t even get to experience the food before we walked in we seen a paper on the door that said 1 hour wait and we walked in it was empty but the workers looked at us like another customer or a look of not wanting to help another customer then when I go to order this young girl with long uncovered hair takes our order and her hair touching the counter were the food is being served the I think it was the cook that came from his break and loudly tells the girl the next customers that come in tell them no service and then tells the girl hurry up what’s the order so that’s we’re we were like yea let’s go I told the girl about her hair being all over the counter were the food was and she was like ok and and then she said ok bey !
The brisket was dry and not very flavorful and the bbq sauce tasted like generic sauce you would get with fast food chicken nuggets. All the sides taste like mediocre cafeteria food thats been on the steam table all day. For almost $30 for 2 sandwiches with sides and 2 drinks the food was definitely not worth it. Im very disappointed, i wont be going back.

The setup is beautiful and the options on the menu are good. The meat is a bit dry though. Ive been back 3 times thinking that the first time was just a fluke, but each time I go, the brisket and chicken are dry.
Me and my fiance went here when it had just opened and we were hooked. However, it has changed very drastically over the past few months I dont know if its just the staffing change or what but the food has taken a steep decline in quality. And now me and my fiance will be avoiding it until something major changes. Oh, and the sauce area is absolutely apauling and seems like a major health issue.

I ordered online and picked . Realized they hadnt even started making my food... It only took him a few minutes to put it together But still had to wait the few minutes which is why I ordered online to eliminate that. The first time and the last time!!!!!The ribs were way over cooked very dry and crunchy!! Nasty !!! The sides are ridiculously small and not so good. Paid $15 something.. never again.. I tried to ask for help , but all i got from a few workers I will be right with you. It was my first time so I didnt even know where or even how to order. Ask the worker serving the meats about the sandwiches. She replied as if was wasting her time. I know this place is in moval but some reason everybody in at the time i went in ( sunday afternoon) was white. I didnt think anything by it until all the workers(white) are kinda rude. Idk but not going back. I hope with the $15 they buy a book on customer service and or how to bbq
We have been here several times. The brisket is on the dry side and yes the the chicken looks too pink so I never order that again. This last visit the brisket was mostly not chewable. My grandson goes for the soft serve ice cream cones. My older kids go for the brisket, Mac n cheese, chipped ice & root beer. Me, well I go to patronize local business and its the closest thing to bbq in the area. To be honest every time Ive gone Ive gotten ill. I thought it was just me untill I took a couple friends and they reported the same stomache issue the next morning. We concluded it was the spicy sausage, the only thing my kids never eat and the one thing my friends ate in common. I made a friendly report to mgmt. This last trip I did the mild sausage and I still got ill within just a couple hours. I still think they are a good addition to the plaza, but I am always put off by the staffs flat demeanor when we are greeted, they are simply not very excited to greet customers. The sides are good, the bisquit is dry and hard..
Mediocre cafeteria style “barbecue“ small portions, overpriced…Coca-Cola machine is lacking syrup/flavor & dispenses mostly carbonated water which the employee would not correct. Would not recommend.If your hungry for some good food go to the hot dog shoppe in Norco!
Worst Dickies bbq location I have ever been to. I was exited to have one close by, but unfortunately ive had bad experiences at this location. Last two Sundays Ive brought the family for lunch and both times they claim to have run out of Pulled Pork and Brisket, how can you run out of what people come to your place of business for, this at 3pm and two weeks in row. Ill be driving to the Beaumont location, never had any problems there.
Very busy place! Beef brisket delicious!!!! Theyve run out of ribs, the POPULAR ice cream dispenser is not working, there will NEVER be a french fry option for a side. Live music on Saturday night.
The ambiance is nothing to write home about but their BBQ Brisket is heaven on a plate!!! The restaurant is cafeteria style and you get bottomless pop and ice cream as well. Theres eve n a great band once in a while. I would recommend this to any serious BBQ fans in the area!!!
The place was empty and I was rushed to order. The brisket was old and crunchy AF. Fries were not fresh and my ribs was greasy. Looking for a return asap.
Tonight, 12/24, was the third time we have been at this location. This was the second time they didnt have ribs nor Dr . Pepper or Coke. I dont know if we will be back because we wouldnt know if they would have ALL the items to eat and drink. By the way, we have to travel 30 mins. to get to that location in Moreno Valley.
Staff is rude and stupid. The meat cutter had an attitude and the cashier was an idiot. Food was nothing like the Dickeys in Upland, Ill never go back.

The food here is very tasty I got the chicken and it was very juicy and flavorful but I so recommend to order and take out because that I ordered it in Uber eats and it wasnt as good and fresh like when I came in
First time going yesterday for BBQ ribs and they were VERY good! We will be going back a lot more.
Had my first experience here today wasnt what i expected at all..overpriced meal with small food portions , my brisket and chicken breast were DRY ...sandwich bun was hard as a rock..the mac and cheese was stale..i enjoyed the ice cream than my overall meal..i can see why this place was empty. The owners need to fix this problem !
I ordered this on door dash the ribs brisket and there jalepeno sausage the food was dry hard and old it tasted like it had been sitting out and was left i will not be ordering from here anymore
This was my 1st visit and last visit. The wait was 15 mins even though I called the order in. There was one order ahead of me and there was nothing but confusion amongst the staff trying to get the order together (they were like headless chickens). My order was cold, tasteless, small portions and over priced.
Either they dont have it or they dont give it to you anyways and their phone apparantly doesnt work.
The food here is some what good,I loved 😋 the potato salad,,but I found the brisket to be very dry😑 instead of moist and tender ,the ladies behind the counter were very nice and their store is very clean,,

This place is good and has been getting better give them some time to grow and for the staff to learn their jobs. Overall everyone has been very friendly and helpful. Its a new business to our area. This is exactly what we want to have so give them a chance.

Worst Dickies ever. The Soda machine is broken and the ice cream machine is broken. The staff was I friendly and the food was overcooked. No wonder no one was there. It was very sad cause Dickies as one of my favorite places to eat.
Ribs were very good. They need to get a more sanitary display for cone dispenser. Peoples kids as well as adults, touch all cones. Yuk!
Went to eat ordered food went to the machine to get coke and no coke so I asked if they could get that fixed and the young guy that was there responded very rudely that I guess were all sold out we have lots of people here attitude from hell horrible customer service. The only thing that was done right was an apology from the female Co worker that wasnt even involved.

Two baked potatoes with beef brisket was 25 bucks for two potatoes with a tiny bit of cheese (think del taco 99 cent taco cheese) and pot roast with no flvor and even the potatoes didnt have any salt ..so no flavor high price ice cream machine broke not even in the store and they were out of bacon and a lot of other things is I over heard other guests asking for stuff that was not available Mac and cheese was cold out the microwave
Lousy. Third time there and 3rd time disappointed. They overcook their meat. With good ribs the meat falls off the bone, theirs is burnt, dried out and slathered with sauce to cover up the lousy cooking. Never going back.
The food is awesome everything I have eaten here is great. The only thing is that the staff is a little dry. They dont like to smile or greet you.
Okay so i drove about 35 minutes to go here because i thought that they were going to have delicious bbq so we ordered the 3 meat plate we got ribs,pulled pork and brisket and we paid $17.23 for the plate which said on the menu board texas size and when we got home the amount of meat was a joke the brisket was not even there it was maybe half a spoon of brisket and the ribs were so dry and chewy i was really dissapointed because i had big expetation for this restaurant .
The food is ok.If I compared it to other great BBQ places ( Woodies in Santa Barbara, Flints in Oakland, JRS Texas in Sacramento, Hannahs in Monrovia) I would put Dickeys at the bottom.

Food was alright, we paid for a large cup not knowing their soda machine was broken and until after we purchased it they told us. Would have saved $5 knowing that.

Dickeys BBQ is real southern or Texas style BBQ plates and sandwiches. Not typical fast food at all.
Worst service EVER. Cold food. Had to ask them 3 times to stock the ice cream machine. And still they never stocked it. Do not go to the Moreno Valley location.

2022-01-01Wasnt so happy with my order .had order my party pack 1day before.so when I went to pick up they didnt had what I ordered.they had sold out the meats I ordered and only had 2 options of meats.who ever was in charge of placing the orders never put the order in.and also not worth for what i paid for .it was for 10-12 guest and it was for like 5 guest..had to go buy more food somewhere else.and I was still missing the biscuits.my pack was 2 kind of meats and 2 sides and the biscuits. Plus I had 2 more sides and ribs wich never got my ribs cause they had sold out ...so whats the point of ordering head of time if they not gana place youre order and not have the meats you order..

2022-01-05Just tried my pulled pork sandwiches. Let’s just say it didn’t taste like pork. The bun was also dry and crumbly. I tried calling to ask them to remake it or something but they don’t answer their phone. Just an overall bad experience. I hope I don’t get sick.

Only complain I have is older fella that I asked about the food had an attitude. You can feel the attitude and hear it in his voice. Was out with Family so didnt wanna be an ahole and start an argument with him.

2021-07-04We ordered over $60 in food via Doordash and paid $1.50 for a side of pickles that we didnt get. We also didnt get the bbq sauces. They didnt pack utensils or napkins. There was plastic pieces mixed in with the meat. The 1lbs of brisket was mostly fat! So gross!

2022-06-21When I go to a BBQ place or a smokehouse I expect to smell smoke from a smoker. Well I can tell you outside or in the restaurant I could not smell smoke. I ordered beef brisket and pork burnt ends. My sister ordered ribs and pulled pork. None of this meat had a hint or taste of smoke. The meat tasted like it was baked in a oven and with very little seasoning and was very dry. I’m not gonna touch on the sides except for they were not good but we all know the main dish (meat) will make or break a BBQ place. Maybe I’m spoiled because I am from St. Louis and am used to some of the best smoke meat. Unfortunately I will not be returning here the next time I visit.

2022-07-03I ordered a half pound of brisket. When I opened it I wondered why it already had sauce on it until I realized it was burnt. Why would they serve this? I read all the bad reviews and was still dumb enough to go in. I guess its my fault for taking a chance on you guys.
