The best apartment complex I could find after my long search. There is about 80 units so it is not overcrowded, there is assigned parking for everyone plus additional parking on the outside of the property, parking seemed to be a big issue in most other complexes. Everything is new here, it opened about a year ago and everything looks flawless. The units have very high end finishes and appliances. They have washer and dryer in the units so that makes it very convenient for my wife and I. It is a gated community so that gives me peace of mind as I work out of town from time to time and my wife stays home by herself. The complex reminds me of a boutique hotel since it has all the amenities you have at a hotel. I have really taken advantage of their gym. It has all the equipment I need so I even cancelled my gym membership. My wife really likes the club house. It is a great place to bring our family over when they are visiting, I personally stop by often to grab a quick coffee. Since there arent that many units the staff know you by name which is something I really like. Alba, Sadie and Josh are always smiling and willing to help. Thank you Del Oro team for making us feel part of a family rather than just one more tenant.
Great place to live! They keep it very clean. Managment is very friendly. Fast help with maintenance. Never tow away cars without texting to renters. Love this place.
I reserved my unit back in August, and I got to move in mid November. I can honestly say that the wait was worth it. Julian, the manager, and everyone else are so professional, and very nice! The units are gorgeous, everything is absolutely beautiful, and theyre very spacious (mine being a one bedroom). My husband accidentally broke the handle to the window, and someone came to fix it within three days, which was a lot faster than I expected. Everyone is very helpful, and the complex is very clean and scenic. I dont have anything bad to say about this place, it was and has been my dream apartment, it was well worth the wait. Highly recommend it!
Wonderful place to leave!!! I can honestly say this place has exceeded my expectations. It is close to everything specially the 5 freeway. Coming from Eastlake this is something Im extremely grateful for. I was super tired of having to sit in my car for about 25-35 min every time I needed to get to the freeway when it should only take 7-10 minutes. My apartment is pretty much new. I believe there was only one resident before me so everything looks great. They have assigned parking to there is no rush to get home to try to get a space near my apartment. They have elevators which makes it a lot easier when I have a ton of groceries. It is a gated community so that also gives us peace of mind. They are a pet friendly community and they have a dog area. They have a community room which I like to visit and get my daily dose of free caffeine. Alba and Sadie are the sweetest leasing people I have ever met. They answered my long list of questions when I initially contacted them and then my second long list of questions when I toured the property. At move in Josh our maintenance guy was very helpful too. He even mounted our TV for us. Extremely happy at our new home!
We love it! My daughter and I looked at these apartments and we fell in love! We are looking forward to finally living somewhere with modern details, huge gym, gated access, and they even have security cameras. We were debating between these and another property but the girls who work there made us feel welcomed since the moment we walked in. I highly recommend these apartments to everyone! Do not make a decision where to move until you see these!
One of the newest and best apartments in West Chula Vista. It is a brand new project which was much needed in the area. When I originally toured the property I got too see a couple of floor plans and I loved them all. Since it is a new project they have brand new appliances and everything in the units and the complex itself is impeccable. I opted for a unit by the pool because my nieces will love it. The staff was very friendly and they went above and beyond to help me with my application. I had a million questions and they answered them all. Overall extremely happy with my new home.
Living at Del Oro on Broadway is great! Many, many thanks to the team of Julian, Alba, and Josh for making the move in process clear and simple. The team answered my endless questions regarding the renting of the apartment. Each team member truly listened to my concerns regarding floor plans, monthly rent, utilities, rental insurance, etc. Julian even helped me find a moving company to transport my furniture from my previous residence to Del Oro. Josh resolved a minor maintenance request, immediately. Alba made move in day enjoyable. Julian, Alba, and Joshs number one priority is assisting the apartment owner. A job well done by this team! Love at first sight! I just had a tour at this apartments and I knew this was the right place for me and my boyfriend to live since we just moved to San Diego. We were looking for something attractive and fancy yet affordable and the location is a perfect fit for us because its literally a block away from the i-5 and there is a pretty wide amount of dining and shopping close by. I strongly recommend you pay them a visit, the staff here is super friendly and ready to sail you smoothly through the application and move in process. A 5 star is a must!
I think this is the nicest place to rent in Chula Vista. Very clean and contemporary in design. They also have a friendly staff. But I really love how easy it is to keep my apartment clean, with the beautiful vinyl flooring. Nice gym too and it’s a NON smoking property!!!
Ive been living here since 2018 and have zero complaints. The Del Oro staff are professional and polite, the apartments are modern, clean and spacious. The amenities (pool & BBQ) are also great, I would recommend this complex to anyone.
I must say living in this apartment has been the best decision ever! Love the staff and if you are looking for a gated private community with the most modern look in Chula Vista you have found your place! I genuinely recommend living here if you are looking for a luxurious apartment along with peace of mind look no further, you have found it!
These units are absolutely beautiful! The staff is especially awesome. Special thanks to Alba and Sadie for all their help. The maintenance team (Josh) is quick and efficient. I never get off so my unit stays in tact. THank you Team for an amazing experience. Will definitely be referring my friends and family to come join me in this wonderful experience.
This is by far the nicest property in Chula Vista. Brand new and very modern. The model room shows very well and the view is awesome up there. Close to freeways and downtown. Looking forward to this great community. Julian is very hospitable and very excited and enthusiastic about Del Oro. Great job MG Properties.
Staff are wonderful. Especially both Alba and Josh who were kind and helpful. However, two bedroom apartment was expensive but I loved it until we ran into a few problems immediately upon moving in. There is a kitchen drawer that won’t stay closed, window screens fall apart, air condition had issues and there was a water leak from another apartment and there were workers in and out of our apartment for months dealing with the issues. I tolerated all of it since staff are so kind but moving out was the biggest issue for me. There was a $500 deposit and based on the itemized list, I feel overcharged and I still have a $93 balance due!!! I didn’t occupy the apartment on the last month and yet I’m being charged with pest control, service fee, utility etc. Not to mention there were always spiders and webs throughout the complex and apt! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. You lose hard worked money.
Moving in to this brand new PREMIUM apartment complex mid-October. I could not be more excited. Not only is the place perfect for our needs, extremely modern, and brand new, but the Staff is very accommodating. They go above and beyond to make you feel confident.Thank you Julian!Cheers
I can not believe the prices for this apartment! I guess it’s meant for military. Have you seen this area this is a lower poverty area. They look really nice which is awesome. However everything in this area is much more affordable and they are not raggedy they are decent and some are even nicer than others for a affordable price. They are driving out the locals, natives by putting these expensive apartment homes in our community’s, so we can’t afford them! We should boycott these type of apartments.

I love the location, close to all the shops and markets, easy access and safe space for my car and all the facilities are very clean, nice and modern, love the Amazon hub to get my stuff safely plus very good service from the ladies in the office, any thing that I need they are there to help me, just the Best place I have ever lived 😍😍😍
GENTRIFICATION at its finest. Expensive “luxury” apartments surrounded by locals trying to make ends meet. That means our rents will go up because of places like these. First barrio Logan, now Chula Vista. Sad and enraging!
This place is very peaceful and the management is very helpful. i just hate the windows. i hope there is a way to let sun in on the first floor without everyone passing by looking straight into your apartment. Apart from that everything is great!
Pretty spacious and nice place to live. staffs are friendly and helpful. Many restaurants nearby.
Moving in here in October2017 because it is one of the nicest places around this area. Downtown is super close and so is the naval bases. Everything about this place is perfect. Check it out!

2022-04-27I just moved in recently and this apartment complex is fantastic. Mrs. Ingram in the leasing office was incredibly helpful and made the process so simple and stress free. I have been unable to find any complaints. I love the security of being in a gated compound, with cameras, and scanners on doors. The pool, fitness room, and outside gathering areas are always clean and appear welcoming. I have been back to the leasing office multiple times for various things, and every single time I was greeted warmly and assisted immediately. 10/10 would and have recommended.

2022-04-20Alba is amazing and was my first impression of this property. She is friendly, approachable, genuine, and has a sense of urgency. The property caught my eye but Alba was the reason I pursued this property. The property is beautiful and well-maintained. It has many amenities: 24 hour gym, pool, hot tub dog run, Amazon hub, and parking. I love that it is near the highway. In addition, I already have had a great experience with Rueben who is in charge of maintenance. Thanks to both of you for making me and my furbabies feel right at home at these apartments.

2022-04-27My husband and I have lived here for going on three years now and we are so happy here! Alba made everything super easy for us, she is always there to answer our emails quickly whenever we have questions. The staff here is great and always saying hello as we pass by each other.

2022-05-05DelOro on Broadway is the ideal place to live. My main concern is safety when we started looking for a place to move into in San Diego from Orange County. DelOro on Broadway is a gated community and in order to access the complex, there are three gates with security cameras. The entire DelOro on Broadway complex is very clean, the gardens are beautifully landscaped, the swimming pool, lobbies, gym, and conference/party room are well kept and polished. And if you are in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment, you are provided with 2 car parking spaces and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. But the best part of DelOro on Broadway is its staff under the leadership of Ms. Alba Ingram. They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and sincerely care for the comfort and safety of its tenants.

2018-01-15Couldnt be happier with my apartment. love that is pet friendly community and the security you feel as soon as you walk in with access control doors and security cameras.Parking spaces are big and they are asigned so you do not have to worry about finding a space at 2am.There is a state of the art fitness center. Its always clean and you can control room temperature which I love.The staff is amazing, I have nothing but compliments for them. Specially Julian, who is always on top of every detail to make you feel welcomed.

2018-08-09We love living at Del Oro. We were looking at properties in Chula Vista/Imperial Beach and this hands down the best option in the area. The complex is new and everything is of the highest quality.Within the apartment everything seems very spacious and open. The windows are large and let in plenty of daylight. The floors and carpet are beautiful, the appliances are of the highest quality, and the fixtures are very modern. If I were to build a house it would be very similar.The property offers all the amenities that you could dream of. There is a beautiful pool, grill, lounge, and gym. Parking is covered and not far from your unit. There are even trash and recycling chutes on each floor.As wonderful as the property is the property managers and team are just as great. They are quick to ask for your feedback and very responsive to your needs. More than that they are intuitive to your needs, solving your problems before you know you even have a problem. During the building there must have been a little scrape in the tub, we hadnt mentioned it but the managers knew it was there and had sent someone to fix it. All of the staff, maintenance and contractors are kind and welcoming. The area offers many shops and restaurants. There is even a store front within the complex. Like I mentioned before I dont think we could have found a better place to call home.

2018-11-16Deloro is the best apartment I have ever been living in; the construction quality of this property is exceptional (acoustic windows, opaque curtains, led lights, nice kitchen applicants, etc.). Management is very friendly, Julian and Alba had always made things easy and clear for me. This property has an abundant amount of features that you wont find in other properties at this price range - bright and wide hallways, big gym, pool, BBQ, covered parking spots, clubhouse, all these features together with the nice management made this a perfect place to live in Chula Vista. I have never regretted to live here, if I ever move back to the area I will be here again ; )
