Walked in @ DCH Toyota of Torrance. Even without an appointment, Amado Cruz provided us with a great customer service. He showed us the truck and answered all or our questions. He gave us a great deal on our trade and worked with us to get a good deal. He is not one of those pushy salesman so we had a relaxing experience. Brought our 3 young kids with us and he was very accommodating and even answered questions from them.We end up not buying the truck because we changed our minds and wanted to keep our vehicle that is almost paid off, he was respectful of our decision. I would go back again to this dealer and have Amado help us next time we need a new car.
One of the best and easiest experiences!I called and visited SO MANY Toyota locations in OC and LA areas. I decided to visit DCH Toyota in Torrance to test drive one of their used Camrys and had the pleasure of working with Rico. He made the process so easy and there was no pressure! He didn’t have that typical sales gimmick or make us feel uncomfortable - it was like talking to a friend which was so awesome. My fiancé and I already know that for our next car, we’re coming back here!!!
Had such a great experience at DCH! Hanny our sales rep understood what we were looking for and made it happen. He made me feel comfortable and gave me so much information about the cars I test drove. So thanks to Hanny we’ve now added a 2019 Toyota Camry to the family :)
My experience with DCH Toyota of Torrance was great! Found a car online, sent a message and Phillip Rivera responded within an hour; we set a time for a test drive the next day. Came in for the test drive, loved the car and went through the buying process, which was a breeze. There was no pressure, all my questions were answered and I was out of there with my new car! I highly recommend Phillip Rivera and the rest of the team at Torrance Toyota!
James helped me check out a few different used and new cars. I ended up getting a great deal on a rav4 and he worked with me on the price throughout. Toyota always has great customer service, I can say I am happy yet again with my purchase. We needed something very dog friendly and i think we found it! Enjoy the photo for some laughs. I recently purchased a 2019 Mercedes Benz last week, and after going to other dealerships looking for the right vehicle & service this place was it for me. Everett was the man! I went to check out a used car and got help by Lawrence A. He is a very good salesperson. He gave me ample time to test drive the car and allowed me to do a real test drive. When we worked on the deal, he was not being pushy, no BS, and was respectful. Even though I did not buy the car, Id recommend him for anyone who visits this dealership. However, this dealer does have MARKUPS for used cars.
DCH Toyota is a wonderful dealership with very nice and helpful people. My salesman Hany was very nice and polite and made me feel like I was already apart of the Toyota family. He did an amazing job on getting me a great price. They had a great selection of vehicles; I was extremely happy with my purchase. The finance manager Alex was extremely kind and explained the documents very well and made my experience an amazing one.The facility was clean and practicing social distancing and masks are being worn by the staff and guests.My first service, I was asked if I bought the vehicle here. I asked if I needed to buy here to have service done, she said no. Im not sure why she asked me then. If she had just looked at my window sticker or license plate frame, she would have known that I did but it there. I expected, since making an appointment, that they would be expecting my vehicle. She then asked me what service I was there for, I had no idea. She took me inside and wrote up my vehicle. She pointed me in the direction of the waiting area. I expected a small tour of the facility to learn my new surroundings; I wasnt even pointed in the direction of the restroom.My second service went slightly better. It was less wait time than the first but neither time was my car cleaned after the service. If not washing the car, I at least expected my windows cleaned so that I can see clearly on the road.Its a great dealership, I just feel it needs a little more work. I would like to feel more like Im part of a family; not a stranger in unfamiliar territory.
Highly highly recommend DCH Toyota of Torrance. I was having a very stressful time trying to find a car and from the beginning to the end of my car buying journey every person I came in contact with was exemplary. From Teresita and Jennifer helping us find the car I wanted to Lyndon making the finance portion of the deal clear, understandable and stress-free. But my biggest thank you is to Karim Sahnoun, this was my first car buying experience and I honestly dont think I wouldve purchased a vehicle had it not been for him. Excellent Service: I was there Sunday morning with an appointment. I had a great experience with Mr. Sirag (Internet Sales) and Mr. Lyndon (Finance Manager). They were respectful and answered all of my questions. Car was clean, good battery, had gas and was ready for my appointment. I never felt rushed. If you have been searching for cars, you know this is rare now. The whole purchase experience including test drive was 2 hours. Not bad. If they have the car I wanted next time, I will definitely return again and ask for Sirag. Give them a shot at your business!Recommendations for owner(s): Clean the waiting lobby. Seats are filthy and there is nothing to drink unless you have cash for the soda machines (card reader is turned off). Ill drop off a case of water for the next customers.
We all know right now from a buyer’s perspective, it’s not an ideal time to buy a vehicle. After being referred to a ton of dealers in the area and being unhappy with what I found, I went to DCH on a flier.Mo provided some of those best customer service I’ve ever experienced. He listened and focused on what I was looking for, which in the past I’ve found isn’t the norm with sales people. He made the process easy, clear, and concise. I think most people prefer dealing with someone who is transparent and fair. That is exactly what I got from Mo. Next time I’m in the market for a vehicle, DCH will be my first stop.
I had great experience with DCH Toyota of Torrance service department. I began to experience problems with starting my car.Tested the battery, cleaned the battery terminals, but still no luck. So, I towed my Corolla to DCH Toyota of Torrance.I was greeted by Service Adviser Nikki Phillips. She was very professional and friendly. She explained that first they will perform the diagnostics to locate the problem. Soon after the defect was discovered she immediately ordered the parts, and the car was ready the next morning!The words car repair always causes anxiety, especially when the car does not start at all. But the professional handling of my car repairs helped to cope with the stressful situation.Nikki, thank you very much for the exceptional service!

Best place to buy your car. Can’t beat their prices. Amado Cocio was our salesman. He went way above our expectations. He is very courteous and was patient as we were so indecisive. He facilitated the deal on our trade in getting us top dollar and made sure we were 100% satisfied with our purchase. The finance manager Ihab Harran got us a lower interest rate than expected. I felt they very were honest and made the transaction smooth and painless as possible. They did not pressure us at all which what I appreciate the most. Very satisfied as a customer.
I’ve been going to DCH for years but with mixed results. But Bryan Yoshida has consistently done a great job I’m coordinating the servicing of our cars. I highly recommend him. About the only thing I would really like to see them improve is the time it takes to pick up your car. Sometimes standing outside for 10-15 minutes waiting an be a drag when you’re done with everything.
Keith was our sales representative. He was friendly, worked with us and did a good job..areas for improvement...return phone calls/texts in a timely manner. Also, not sure if hes aware, but now he will be...our grandson was on our insurance prior to purchasing the car, but by only having his name on pink slip automatically removes him from our policy and he has to have his own..this takes him out of our bundle and now is costing us $500/year more. I feel this is a point he would be aware of and shared with us. When I called to have paperwork changed he said hed check it out and get back to me...I never heard back from him. Now I will have to go through DMV to get the change....

Bought a Camry for my mom. luckily met Alexis who is also African and she made me feel at home. very humble. finance was quick as well. Nothing was hidden gave me all the information I needed, even offered me lunch lol!. I will be returning once Im ready for my own car.

My mothers 2009 Toyota Camry finally gave up on her. I have been trying to change the car and she was averse to change (old school). Didnt trust the new gadgets. When we came in to DCH, we were lucky to meet Alexis. She explained the gadgets to my mother and walked her through each one of them. She also offered choices and possibilities without forcing the sale on her. She walked us over to the finance office and ensured that my mother was relaxed while the paperwork was handled. She didnt hesitate to answer our questions when we couldnt understand some of terms and conditions. We drove off the lot with an upgraded version of the Camry. I’d had my car into the service center for 2d last week for 4 items that were on recall. When I picked up my car late Friday evening, there were two indication icons showing up on my dashboard that hadn’t appeared when I dropped the car for the service. I called the service desk the following Monday morning. The receptionist gave me a 10:45a appt time and when I got there it was crowded with many cars to be serviced. I spoke to the customer service rep Aaron and explained that I’d already had the car in there for 2d the previous week and was hoping this was an easy reset fix. He pushed my car ahead to a service tech and I was out of there in 65 minutes! I was glad I didn’t have to tie up another half day on the problem! Thank you Aaron for listening to my concern and delivering excellent customer service!!

Brought my 2012 Highlander in for its 95.000 mile service. Jose Hernandez was professional, friendly, and estimated that it would be ready in two hours. It was ready on time and at slightly less than the estimated cost. It is great having someone that you can trust for quality care of your vehicle. I have recommended Jose to family members and friends.

I leased a 2022 Rav4 last weekend.Amado, the sales guy was very respectful and patient with all my questions. The sales manager, José came around once in a while to see how everything was going. Joseph from finances made everything easy to understand. Leases can be tricky but he was very thorough. Everyone was very kind throughout the whole experience. A few days later my daughter-in-law leased a corolla from them. Great team at DCH Toyota!

Aaron my service adviser kept me informed on status and made recommendations on future needed repairs. The reason I gave them 4 stars is I took my truck in for service and when I got it back my serpentine belt was squeaking very badly and Truck was pulling to the right. Im sure the pulling was from the tire rotation but I dont understand why they did not notice the squeaky belt and recommend a new one. I ended up replacing the belt myself and it only cost me $35.00

Had a dead battery and drove here after it was jumpstarted through Toyota Care. I had no appointment but was accomodated immediately. Cody was great. Got battery replaced. Fixed recalls on current vehicle. They got me a Lyft ride to work. Came back after work and my truck is good as new. Could have been a terrible day to begin with but the experience I had made it easier and stress free. Everyone is friendly and nice. Keep it up guys and gals!

I went to look for a car as I was pre approved by my current finance company for a car loan. I had spoke with a representative on the phone so I asked for her when I got there. The 2 front desk ppl (Hispanic male and African American female) apparently didnt like that I asked for this person so the Hispanic male told me she (the sales rep I asked for) doesnt show cars so he would have to help. So we go outside and it is crickets. Normally cars salesman will jump down tour throat to sell you a car but he DID NOT. He was the driest salesman ever. He acted like he had no interest in me being there. I told him nevermind I didnt want a car anymore and he LEFT me on the lot alone as I browsed by myself at the cars. After showing myself around I decided to leave. As I was leaving another car salesman approached me and asked how he could help. I told him it was OK and how the other rep treated me. He instantly apologized and said that he would help get whatever car I wanted (like a good car salesman should) he also let me know that the guy that helped me has a bad rep there. Long story long🙃 before I left went back to the rude car salesman and asked him for his card. He stumbled and dug in a jore (because he was at the front desk) and handed me a card that said Cristian Ramirez. Dont think it was his card tho. I called the desk as I was pulling out and asked to speak with Cristian and the African American girl said he was busy (Although I just left and he was doing nothing🙄) I think he knew I was going to complain.
Margaret Kang was suggested by one of my neighbor to take in my rav4 for service visit. She greeted me by my name and invited me in made me feel really comfortable even though it was my first time coming in. She explained everything and helped me understand what I need and how to plan. She also made me understand about my car and I feel much safe now. Women power! I am going to call Margaret for all my car questions. Ladies, go see Margaret for car concerns! Highly recommend her.
I purchased a used luxury car with low mileage yesterday with a warranty for 3 years ( optional, but highly recommended).I am a returning client ( I was happy with my last purchase) I trade in the old car I bought 3 years ago.The customer service was outstanding. Went very smooth.Starting from the sales manager Toufik Cherchar, who was very accommodating and genuinely helpful. He advised me on what type of car depending on my needs and the best fit for my work. He is an experienced Sales Manager who has been in the business for over two decades... He knows what he is talking about!! always smiling and helping with great attitudeThe salesperson Amado Cocio was very helpful and he easily helped me through the purchase of the car. He was knowledgeable about the car specifics. Explain to me everything and offer me options and was very attentive and nice.Ginni at the finance department was very patient and knowledgeable. he explain all the financing terms and options to me. I Had been thinking of purchasing a new car for a while but I dreaded the whole ordeal. I called made an appt with Amado was given a tour of the lot picked out my favorites went in to start making it happen. I was happy with my trade in offer too. I had a great experience at DCH Toyota of Torrance the staff there was very nice. After everything was said and done I walked out of there with a 2021 V6 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 off-road truck. The Sales Person that I dealt with was awesome, his name is Sirag Latawash and the same to Jose the manager at the dealer. After I got home I noticed the running boards on the truck were a little beat up underneath from the previous owner, so I went back the next day and explained it to them. They totally understood and through in 2 new running boards free of cost, that pretty much says it all, Great Customer Service. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new or use Toyota vehicle.
DCH Toyota of Torrance is the most unprofessional dealership ever. Please don’t purchase a vehicle from this companyEverett Smith is a pushy individual force you to purchase a car. Also, will not buy what you want without a ridiculous car note. He also wasn’t communicating with the one purchasing the vehicle talking to me not my husband. Then start taking about how he is blessed and happy. I really regret purchasing a car I really don’t want. I wanna Camry and he knew that. However, when he didn’t deal with us for the Camry I was desperate to get me a car so I said ok. Now we as if we could change our mind in 24 hours he said NO you are stuck with the car it your it’s now in your name. We left the car and key with him.Well, the next morning we get a text message stating you car is park in front of your house and the keys in your mailbox. Wow!! And the vehicle had no gas the lights for gas was on I had to immediately go to the nearest station to purchase gas it cost me 50$.They are scammers and fast talkers. Go see Marco at Toyota of Gardena.
My daughter was in your dealership this evening and had a very bad experience! She was working with a salesman over the phone. When she came into the dealership she asked for the salesman which she was told he went home. So she worked with Hanny Hegazy. While checking out cars she received a phone call from the first salesman asking when she would arrive at the dealership. She told him she was already there and that they told her he was gone. This was the first red flag for working with your dealership. It gets worse don’t worry....Then as we had given all of our information for co-signing on the red rav4 that she had just drive and was pretty much signing papers on. This is mins after she test drove it and FaceTime us to show us the inside. So she had a set of keys. But somehow was told she couldn’t have the car because it just sold. And now would have to pay for a different car. A higher priced car with a lesser warranty. Clara, your service director was the one that did try and solve the problem and started to look for compatible cars. She did go to the Manager to ask for the price match. And I appreciated her efforts. They did match the price after much frustration from my husband. Now my daughter has spent a couple hours at the dealership and she isn’t willing to just walk way. She was told on the phone that since she is from Idaho and we are not registering the car in California that we would not have to pay the California sales tax and we could get a one day permit to register the car in Idaho. But at the paper work stage once again, she was told that that was incorrect and she had to pay the taxes to take the car. Your finance manager for the evening pretty much told us he didn’t care how we were treated and they sale 500 cars a month. The next wrong doing was charging us right at the end after spending over 5 hrs at the dealership that they were going to charge us $1200.00 for the car etching. They could do nothing about this “accessory charge”. That the state of California requires it. That is the biggest scam and all your dealership cared about was getting money back from having to match the price of the first car that was sold out from under my daughter. This costs your dealership 30 dollars and your staffed charged her 600 dollars for the door and 600 for the window. Your staffed played a dirty game of ball last night. Your staff preyed on a 20 year old college student that works two jobs to make ends meet! This event took 5 hrs and 30 mins and my daughter didn’t even get to drive away with a car. She had to spend another 60$ to get an Uber. We have bought several cars from out of state and never had to sign papers with pen. She was so stressed about getting a car for work that she would not leave the dealership, so she put up with all the added taxes and accessories fee and the car that magically sold right before her eyes. What your staff did is unethical and is very dishonest.I have worked many years for the leading customer service company, Nordstrom. I always try and give the benefit of the doubt. Compliment the good service since it is common only to hear the negative. I don’t ever write to managers because of bad service. But tonight I feel like if I don’t say anything you cannot correct the misinformation given about taxes, the unethical salesman that lied about the salesman not being there, the lack of customer appreciation of buying from your dealership, how you can better serve your customers if cars are sold, and the MOST unethical fees of glass etching. I hope that this information helps your staff grow and develop skills that can make young adults have a positive experience buying a car. Making a 20 year old girl feel uncomfortable, trapped, and stressed is not the best way to start of your first time car buying experience.
I purchased a new, white Toyota Corolla Cross XLE on the 29th of April this year with Leonardo Solis at DCH Toyota of Torrance and he was very helpful and accommodating to my specific needs/situation and went over all options with me. Since the car was back ordered like most cars these days are, there was a wait but it wasnt long all things considered, and I was updated on logistics throughout that whole waiting period which was much appreciated. Once the car arrived on the lot on the 12th of May, Leo graciously and with much knowledge walked me through all of the cars features and technology and provided a very thorough rundown of all its capabilities which I really loved. There was also a test drive, and any further questions I had, he helpfully answered. He made me confident in choosing DCH Toyota of Torrance to purchase my first new car at because of his competency and his prompt and diligent correspondence. Gianni Valencia is the amazing finance manager with the infectious smile who broke down all the maintenance costs and other costs into a very simple, digestible yet thorough manner all while having an authentic, sincere energy about him that made him feel more like my friend that solidified that I was making the right choice getting my amazing Corolla Cross with DCH Toyota. Car buying is always a stressful thing, especially these days, but the great team at DCH Toyota of Torrance that included Leonardo Solis and Gianni Valencia helped me every step of the way to make sure I was satisfied and Im definitely satisfied. Leo assisted me with the purchase of my new Toyota Corolla Hybrid. Compared to the other dealers I went to while trying to purchase. DCH Toyota and Leo gave excellent customer service. Did not feel like I was talking to a salesman trying to make the most commission. Just honesty and helpful. Then other dealers were trying to rip me off and force optional additions to my purchase. And were not honest at all. I’m glad I walked away from them and came here to purchase my vehicle. Got the best deal and best customer service.
Me & my father came in looking for a hybrid Corolla but they were not available at the moment we signed a pre contract to reserve the car. Eddie Flores was the sales person that assisted us he was very knowledgable, friendly and professional. Toufik Cherchar the sales manager took good care of us and gave us a great deal to close the deal. Very happy with our purchase here! 👍👏
Do not go here if you are looking at their internet pricing. They will use the price to bait and switch you.We reached our to this dealership about a van they had posted in their used inventory. Sirag called fairly quickly and told me it was in detailing and would be ready in an hour- when did we want to come see it? I then explained we were in Vegas but willing to fly down for the right van (inventory is low here). He was much more dismissive of me but did say he would send over the finance application as that is the first step. We didnt receive that for 7 hours. We called the next morning after submitting the application and they then proceeded to tell us that there were dealer add-ons (window and door guards and a security system) adding 3.2k to the price. We told them we werent interested in those add ons and wed just take it with everything they had told us it included and the price THEY had listed it for. He said hed see what he could do.We spoke to the manager- same thing. In the meantime we had a local friend go to check it out. He arrived at 1:40 pm and was told he could not see the van until 5 pm. Why? It needed to be detailed (I thought that happened the night before?). No doubt they also wanted to add the dealer add-ons before he saw it. The friend said he didnt care if it was dirty and he was able to go see it but not drive it. He did note some damage that had not been reported to us (we were told it was in perfect condition). Continually we were told by Sirag and his manager that they would call us back and they never did. Around 4:30 I called to see what was going on and he said someone had scheduled an appointment to see it at 8 pm so hed let me know if it was still available by the end of the day (my husband had a ticket to fly down to get it). The result? We never heard from them.In the meantime, I found a different van at the Toyota dealership in Cerritos and in one hour they were able to pull the deal together. They were pleasant- did not force any dealer add ons and were willing to hold the van for my husband the next day. So 100% steer clear of DCH Toyota of Torrance. They are dishonest and will try to bait and switch you. The van is still listed- for a much higher price.
WENT WITH THE INTENTION OF BUYING A CAR END UP WITH NOTHING !!! We originally went because they had my husbands dream Tacoma in stock. As soon as we got there we were greeted by a salesman and then all of sudden another salesman (George) inturrupted by asking asking us how can i help you *yelling* ... told him we were looking for a tacoma .We went to go see the car , and all of sudden he left us to help other customers (started yelling at him later). We asked him if he could help us test drive the car and he said he would bring somebody else instead... Which he never did. We stayed there an hour ,and on our way out one of the mangers asked us if everything was okay. OF COURSE NOT , I dont think people with such bad manners should be doing this job thats based on customer service , Ive been a realtor for quite a while and i know that. I will never go back to DCH Toyota again.
I thought this dealer was great with how many times they called to confirm my appointment. After answering every text and call to confirm my appointment the day comes, I ask the front desk for the name of the person i’m supposed to meet and he looked very confused so we waited a couple of minutes and when he comes back he says the guy was off that day…. then why make an appointment on your day off? I was a little upset because I went after work and made it on time. The front desk then pairs me up with another salesman who was very awkward but we still gave him a chance … after all it was just not working out. A couple days later he texted me that the car I want is at the dealer so again I go after work we see the car and talk about a deal.. after going back and forth he starts to make unnecessary comments as well as his manager or whoever the other guy was. They start being nasty and rude so we leave…. I end up going to DCH TOYOTA IN MANHATTAN BEACH and they have the best customer service and gave me a better car for way less if anyone is interested in a Toyota I would definitely go to MANHATTAN BEACH do not waste your time here.
I just bought a Toyota Camry two days ago. The price negotiated was 25k. When I went to the financing office the gentleman helping me did not show me any paperwork- he told me what i could get and I would sign on a notepad. I bought gap and a 3 year warranty and was not notified of any additional add ons. He did not give me any paperwork just a flash drive. When I picked up my laptop at work and plugged in the flash drive I see the final price at 44k. With add ons he told me came with the car, but did not mention an extra fee. I’m not sure how I have to pay for add ons for a used car- they were there before so it should be included with price. I will be going back today to get this sorted out. I will update my experience. Picture shows all the add ons I was not informed of. I was being told “sign here - warranty stuff”
Sounds familiar with this dealership and others.Arizona’s ABC Nissan and Pinnacle Nissan are being forced to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars in restitution and penalties after they were found guilty of advertising vehicles at a lower price than they were willing to sell them for.The Attorney General’s Office pursued the case against the dealerships alleging that they would advertise the vehicles at an attractive price and then force customers to add features that raised the prices of the vehicles. Customers were told they had to buy certain accessories like nitrogen in the tires, an exterior protective coating, door edge guards, door cups, or window tinting, according to a release from the Arizona Attorney General.
Had A Great Experience at DCH Toyota TorranceI started with BoA Auto Loan Program and got pre-approved for the car purchase. I also used the BoA car shopping guide which lead me DCH.After connecting with Leo Casillas via texting (5 text messages) I was on my way. Upon arrival I was greeted by the Super Friendly folks and offered refreshments while they get Leo. 3 hours later I am the proud owner of a Camry XSE V6. The customer service is absolutely amazing. I have been LOOKING for a 2022 Highlander Hybrid for the last couple of months, and everywhere it has been sold or reserved. As I was about to give up, I did one last search to see if there was any in LA County, since everyone has either reserved or bought the car because it’s just a hot item right now! I reached out to Sariq Latawash (Internet Sales Manager) to see if they had any Highlander Hybrid in stock and they had the ONE car that I’ve been looking for. Out of all the dealerships, they had the car I’ve been searching!! Sariq was able to work the numbers with us and got us in our brand new car in the next few hours. This is a warning to anyone even considering getting a vehicle here, they sell you lemons or manufacturer defects at above market price for a new or used vehicle, they are also affiliated with Toyota Financial, the most untrustworthy and corrupt financial institution in the business. Even if you have excellent credit, they will throw you under a bus and make sure you stay there once you fall for their substandard so-called premium add-ons that they try to force you to add to their already unbelievably high monthly payments for financing to own or leasing that even luxury car dealers dont charge for their vehicles e.g. Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Tesla, Rivian etc. If you wanna leave a dealership feeling like you got ripped off to the highest caliber from a company car brand thats meant for poor to middle class people and go home feeling like you sacrificed your life to a bunch of low life tricksters, then by all means go and ruin your life at DCH Toyota of Torrance or its affiliates. Youve been warned and dont say I didnt told you so.

I’ve been taking my Rav 4 2019 to DCH to Toyota since I purchased it at that location. It’s been three years I’ve been doing this and I have not had any major issues with the DCH personnel or their work habits.This was the first time that I used the Lyft Transport system to and from my home. I noticed that the personnel at the front desk called Lyft and asked them to pick me up and I waited outside for 30 minutes for them in a very special place and they never came by nor did they pick me up. I mentioned this to the person at the desk where Invoice bills are paid and said it was very unsatisfactory for me to sit there for 30 minutes waiting with nothing happened and nobody checked on me. Then she made another call to Lyft and they came by about 20 minutes later to pick me up. They did take me to my house and they did come back to my house when they were supposed to which is fine . But it seems to me that the personnel should pay attention to the customer carefully and learn what a customer is thinking in terms of using Lyft or another transportation mode because if you don’t your business will start losing customers if they’re not taken care of.
On May 15, 2021; I visited DCH Toyota of Torrance with the mindset to purchase a used Sienna. My reason for purchasing a Sienna was because my 16-year-old son who has cerebral palsy, epilepsy, moderate/severe delays and Autism (non-verbal) has been exhibiting behaviors that are putting me at risk for getting into a car accident.I wanted a Sienna because I felt it would protect me; as I could put my son in the third row easily even with him being physically limited. Edgar Arias became my source of information and I am so thankful. He was the best salesman I have ever had. I made it very clear to Edgar what I wanted and informed him that I must have lots of leg room.After looking at the used Sienna’s, I told Edgar that I would try to lease a 2021 Sienna XLE. Edgar worked with me and I was able to receive approval for one. But, here is what I want you to know about Edgar. My son was with me and I could tell that he was headed into a meltdown (which can be very ugly), so I told Edgar I needed to go across the street to El Pollo Loco to get my son some food. Edgar volunteered and purchased a meal for myself and my son. I wanted to cry because I was relieved that an unpleasant situation had been averted. Edgar also said we could eat our meal inside and I was even more relieved because my son does not transition well to different environments. Thank you Edgar! (Part 1)

The service at this location was excellent. Shout out to Oswar who was a great sales associate, helping me out without being too pushy. The regular things apply when it comes to dealerships, and we all know those complaints (destination fees?), so I wont go into detail with that. What I will say is that the team helped me out as much as they could and worked hard to get me into the car I loved. The staff was friendly and the service department was professional as well. Id definitely recommend anyone I know looking for a new vehicle to check them out.
I purchased a luxury car (Lexus rx350) from this unprofessional, disorganized, dishonest dealership in August of last yr. Today, I had to pay over 1300 to have brakes, rotors and shims replaced because they sold a car that didnt have factory parts on the car, but cheap non factory instead and in turn caused major damages to my car that I have only had 9 months. I called to speak with the GM of sales, Chris Hunter yesterday and was told that he wasnt in and would be today. Called this am and told by Carla Gonzalez, his secretary, that hes on vacation for 2 weeks. Not sure why she didnt mention that yesterday after saying hed be in today, but that she would have the sales Mgr that is there call me this morning. He/she never did. This place is very unprofessional and inconsiderate. No one has spoken to me or even tried to resolve this issue. I shouldnt have to come out of pocket 1300.00 to replace all that I have due to negligence and dishonesty. In this short length of time, tells me, the car was sold with parts that it never should have been sold with. Its obvious this dealership doesnt pride themselves in character nor integrity. Ive been lied to for 2 days as well as taken advantage of. Extremely disappointed.

This dealer... very dissapoint...At first time, They promised value decent price...However, when i get there, they changed price and trying to take more money to me... lol... I feel Im very look like noobie when i arrive to here..When I trying to sign the paper.. i saw price was little weired and Im very dissapointed and shooked. Because my promise price was 245 for 72 month but price was 279 for 72 month on the paper...I asked about this to sales man and he said its already been 1 month and price already got more higher.. Actually It was even not 1 month.... I showed to him txt msg with sales man date and time... but he keep saying and think more time and tell me.. I just cancel to buy and got out from here...I was very mad and dissapointed... wasted time...For example - they said my car price 245 for 72 month but when i go there 279 for 72 month... before i go I gave all my credit information and they already checked and promised but when i get there... they tried get more price... (My credit and everything was great..)so, I decided to buy other dealer and they get me more decent price and other dealer keep save priomised decent price...Dont go here... very waste time and you will losing money..
Here I go again, my daughter and I went in for a service on my Prius and came out with a new car! I met Mo Abed on the car lot and expressed my excitement over the Rav-4 XSE Hybrid. My friend got one and I wanted to see if I could get a deal like her. In contrast I was also considering a new Prius. Mo listened to me, showed me my options and took me test driving. I wasn’t sure that I wanted to endure a higher payment than I currently had but with the SUV upgrade and the options Mo was able to provide its gonna be worth it! Mo doesn’t play games and was trustworthy, I needed that because my husband wasn’t with me! When I tried to settle for less he stayed attentive to my needs and to what would overall make my entire family happy! Mo is intelligent and figured out financially what made the most sense with my trade in, my financing and my rebate. Quick and painless!

I’ve been going to DCH Toyota since it was Torrance Toyota and they had a tiny wait area (pre-pandemic). All the service advisers have been great but I’ve chosen to make my appointments with Jose Hernandez for continuity and advice. If he’s unavailable, then you can’t go wrong with Brian, Marvin, Margaret, Larissa, etc.
I was very pleased with the customer service I received during my visit. My service advisor Dennis was fantastic! He kept me updated while I waited for my service to be completed. He managed my expectations on the wait time. The facility was clean, and followed COVID protocol. I would absolutely recommend getting your services done here, and will definitely make my next appointment with Dennis.

They had the car I wanted to see in the show room and Be aide I liked it, they offered me to test drive one. I was really impressed with the design of the car and all the accessories the XLE model had. Exactly the things I was looking for in an SUV. Mo came out to answer my questions and offered his assistance in discussing a potential payment on the vehicle. He was honest, informative, and dedicated. Once I decided to buy the car, Aaron was the one to setup the vehicle for me before I drive it off the lot. He made it so pleasing. His manager allowed him drove my car home for me due to my inability to drive for too long that morning, as regards to 11:00pm to 7:00am job I did.I love my car. People here are eager to help you make a good choice of a car you would love, if you don’t have any in mind. I was so well taken care of here. Joseph answered all of my questions as I compared all the specs and looked and sat in different models and colors of my car, and even looked at the next model up and the model down to make sure this was the car that I would be happy with for the next ten+ years. On top of that, he also took time to show me all the specs after I signed for the car to make sure that I left 100% ready and in full use of the cars features.It really felt like I was his only customer for the whole day and the paperwork went quickly. Honestly- Im extremely disappointed in Toyota of Torrance. If you are a first time car buyer- DO NOT come here. Dont waste your time talking to the sales people here. Glen was the associate I interacted with. He didnt make it clear about others interest in the car. I dont live close so as Im leaving for my appointment to buy said car- he has another associate call and tell me its sold. After we spent the five days prior to my appointment setting up all the financial details for me to purchase this car. Just disappointing start to finish. I ended up going to Culver City Toyota and it was an exponentially better experience. Waste your time at your own expense.
Valentine Chukwudi and Mo Abed are the most dishonest people I have ever spoken with. They are experts at avoiding questions and never take responsibility for mistakes they make on documents they hand you. Two months after buying a $75,000 car, they tell me that they did not grant me the promotions they had originally promised me. Unless you are looking to be scammed, I recommend not coming here.

I’m always kept updated to the completion of my vehicle so that I can go do something else while my car is being worked on and not have to stay at the shop. Highly recommend this dealership as a whole. Even made my buying experience quick and easy.

This is my second Toyota Tacoma that l have purchased from this dealership. Today Prince helped me and found me the car l wanted and helped me upgrade the seats to the leather option. Prince was very friendly and innovative to get me into the truck that l was looking for. This truck replaces my 2001 Toyota Tacoma with 117K miles.

Prior to Toyota, I had leased a car with a different company and once my lease was over they made it a nightmare to purchase my car. I went to Toyota and Mo helped me out. I never felt harassed nor pushed to buy a car. He gave me quotes and explained everything in detail. Asked me what I wanted my payment and down payment to look like so that he can work around that. He knew my budget and worked well around it. Even helped me with my previous lease. He made my first time car purchase a very easy and pleasant one. All staff seemed friendly and helpful. My daughter took her 2015 Toyota Yaris (with original mileage of 77,755 miles) to DCH Torrance for oil change a few days ago.When it was ready to be picked up, Richard Perez at service and repair department called her and said they found a lot of problems with the car such as leaky water pump, bad rear brakes etc, and it would cost her about $2,700.In stead of my daughter I went there myself, and picked up and took it to my long time mechanic in Orange County.After careful inspection he said that the water pump was fine as well as all others.I know repair at the dealers costs a lot more than at other regular shops but what they did to my daughter this time was dishonest, even fraudulent, simply to rip her off.We bought our new Camry here before and have been very satisfied with their price, service, and the car itself.But after all that happened to us now I dont think I can recommend them to anyone anymore.Very angry and disappointed

First off this place is great. The staff is super friendly. The saleswomen Lupe was amazing, I kind of had an idea of what I was looking for and she really did help me find a car that is super comfortable. Great personality, and she was honest ( which is very rare nowadays ) . Tried other dealerships, and they just seem a bit too greedy and rude, especially during these times.Leased a 2021 Corolla Hatchback and it is a very smooth car that I know is going to be reliable for sure...Lyndon in finance dept made the paperwork process very seamless.Even Koufik the general sales manager was knowledgeable and knew his stuff.Great staff. Very happy with my decision.Definitely would recommend if youre looking to find great reliable cars.
I saw a specific Toyota Highlander on the DCH website for a pretty good price. I called and spoke to a salesman and told him what I could offer and if he could make it happen to let me know. If not just tell me you can’t. No hard feelings. However, that salesman never called back. So I decided to call Mo Abed. I told Mo I was interested in the specific highlander. I let him know I had my own finance company and I didn’t want to finance through the dealership. Also, let him know I would like to know the price for the vehicle out the door including tax, license and registration. I live in San Diego and informed him I would drive there and pick up the car the same day if he could make the deal I wanted happen. I told him I didn’t want any surprises. Mo emailed me the out the door price that included everything I wanted and for the price I wanted. I was hesitant to still drive up to Los Angeles from California because I didn’t want to get there and the price all of a sudden change. Mo kept his word and there was no surprises. I appreciate Mo being 100% with me and earning my trust. I plan to buy another Toyota in 2-3 years and I’ll definitely be purchasing it from him.
BEWARE: The price you see is NOT the price you will pay - they add on several features and wont tell you until youre signing.We had an interesting experience with the dealership. We waited about a week for the car we wanted to be done with servicing - we called every other day and talked to a new person every time and no one ever returned our calls. Finally, the car was out of the service department and they couldnt even tell us what was being serviced. It was super vague on the carfax and we still have no idea what they did to the car for a week. Then we sat down and did the paperwork and out of nowhere the car DOUBLED in price due to fancy add ons that we didnt ask for and that no one mentioned until it was time to sign paperwork. We were very upset, they dropped the price and we finally settled on a price similar to what was actually listed online.The only redeeming part of the experience was Leo - our sales guy. He was incredibly helpful and personable. He worked with us to get the price we wanted and was very patient with my hundreds of questions. Personally, ask for Leo to help you out if you can. We even named our new car after him - thanks Leo!
I had a pretty bad experience at the dealer, but after filing a complaint online; I did receive a call from their customer service department. The lady was professional & apologetic hence I changed my review to a more positive vote being I now felt they handled my situation appropriately. One bad apple doesnt mean the whole tree is bad...
George Soliman was the Sales Consultant that assisted me. I was looking for a Highlander and he helped me test drive a couple of them. He helped answer questions that I had about the different model versions and was very patient with me and my husband because we were there for a long time. He took care of any issues that I saw on the vehicle and even followed up with me after I took it home. He worked hard on trying to provide good customer service. I would recommend this place.
My friend bought a car here, so she recommended me to Ray Leiva. This dude is really cool! He is more like a friend than a salesman. He doesnt push, he just ask questions so he can get you the car that is right for you. I found the car for me, then Ray gave me a deal I could not refuse. Stay away from high pressure sales people! I purchased a new Toyota Corolla to enjoy the Toyota Navigation and other apps. The new system comprises a number of tools, functions, and programs that give you quick access to a variety of available capabilities while driving. Unfortunately, sometimes the navigation app seems to face difficulties functioning. I reinstalled the Scout GPS, Toyota app and tried other remedies with no success. To make a long story short, I took my car to the Culver City Dealership. I made FIVE (not exaggerating) different appointments with three different people just to find out that they can’t help me. So, I left the dealership with an error message on the radio screen, disappointment, and frustration. But I was not ready to give up. I called Headquarters Customer Support line and have been patched to Quadesia. She offered me to try to update the system one more time and was very nice, understanding, and supportive. After 20 minutes going through the new installation process, the apps started working again! I couldn’t thank her enough! I really appreciated her knowledge and excellent customer service. I hope her management promotes her to the Training Manager Position that she could train the staff at Culver City Toyota to save other customers’ time and avoid being treated so poorly. Thank you Quadesia!

We purchased a new Sienna with Leo Solis last week and a had a great experience. We received a fair quote before coming in and Leo honored the quote. He went above and beyond to show us the car’s features. My parents who aren’t very tech savvy had a lot of questions and Leo patiently and professionally made sure they were comfortable using the navigation and linking their phones so they could get home safely.
This was my boyfriend and Is first time coming to the dealer. We were looking for a car for my boyfriend, and we were immediately approached by Aaron. He was super friendly, outgoing and explained the features of the car in a way that was funny and informative. After test driving the vehicle, Aaron sat with us to discuss the finances, and thats when we were introduced to Moe. Moe was extremely informative and helpful when explaining the finances. Moe really showed that he cared about us not only as customers, but as actual people. Both Moe and Aaron working as a duo was the best, and Id highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to come to this dealership. Id give more stars if google allowed me to. I have a 2007 4Runner that needed service. I was greeted by an attendant saying someone will be with you shortly. What seemed forever waiting I finally got and advisor. He apologized for the delay. Came in for a simple service and was expecting to get a long list of recommendations like always. To my surprise Jose Hernandez did come with a few recommendations but nothing serious and he highly recommended to get my brakes done since it was a safety issue. And he offer a coupon that I was not aware of. This was the best experience at a dealership. Thank you Jose. I will definitely come back and see Jose
I and my girlfriend went in looking for a Camry. Drove 2 hours from Bakersfield. We left with a 2021 Camry at a great deal. Glynn was our salesperson and he was very personal, communicative, friendly, and respectful. He broke everything down and made the process very simple for us. Also want to thank the manger for working with us. This dealership really made the process smooth and understood the value of our time and our budget. The service advisor, Nikki Phillips, was excellent, both in setting up the service & keeping me updated. I’m always very satisfied with DCH’s upkeep of my 2016 Rav 4, & this time was no exception.I will say, however that the transportation from & back to the dealership was not good. It is now done by Lyft drivers & because they rely solely on their gps’s for directions, & may not be familiar with the area, mistakes were made, causing delays. I was only going about 5 minutes away, to my volunteer shift at Torrance Memorial Hospital, and both ways the gps had very poor routes and even with my intervention could not get them to the entrance of the hospital.
I was on Truecar.com and found this beautiful 2019 Toyota Highlander XLE that fit my budget as advertised on Truecar.com. Well the salesman that I talked to told me I had to buy almost $10,000 in options and taxes putting the vehicle to $47,000. Unbelievable! I understand the taxes and regular fees you pay. I added the picture of the Truecar.com add. I really felt like this was a bait and switch on the price
Went in to check out a used Chevy Traverse. This is not a review of Toyota quality but instead about customer service at this dealership.The vehicle was listed on cars.com for about 33k but when we arrived was being sold at 37k before any fees or taxes. When I asked about the price the salesman shruggged me off and told me we can play with the 37k price.The vehicle at first had a dead battery and didn’t start. The car was jump started, and when it started the engine made a loud clunk noise. Then the liftgate assist didnt work, and then the vehicle wouldn’t go into 4dr. When I pointed out these problems the salesman denied there was a noise, and became frustrated that I pointed out the things that didnt work. He sarcastically told me to do a full inspection since I care so much about little details. His reasoning was that each car undergoes a 150 point inspection so it’s fine. I don’t mind the car being in bad condition. It’s used and it’s a chevy so it’s not his fault, but it’s unacceptable for a salesman to be rude when I’m being polite and asking reasonable questions. During the experience I felt that I was inconveniencing him.They offered to check out why the car wouldn’t go into 4dr so I waited to see. The manager than came out and told me that they checked out the car and it’s fine. He told me that the car goes into 4dr when it senses a shift in terrain. Since I had just watched a YouTube video in the lobby I knew this was a lie. I politely explained to him that it’s not true and that the selector switch is supposed to work.He argued with me that that’s not how Toyota’s work. I pointed out that the car is a chevy and he seemed surprised. He didn’t even know what car I was there to buy. Turns out he lied when they said they checked out the car. Nothing had been done. It didn’t work and we left.

2022-05-11I was greatly pleased with the level of customer service I received when I picked up my brand new 2022 RAV4 XLE Hybrid from DCH Toyota Torrance. My Salesperson James Taylor preset some stations on the XM radio so they were playing when I first started the vehicle, explained every knob, button and dial on the dash, set up the Toyota app on my iPhone, fixed a mat that was a tiny bit crooked and even laughed at my jokes on the initial drive. Ask for JamesTaylor . He’ll treat you right!

She was kind, knowledgeable, personable, and in no way pushy or aggressive. She let us take our time making decisions and answered all of our many questions. I had to wait a bit for my car to arrive and when it finally did she went above and beyond to personally pick up the car and get it to me that very day.
