Positive: Nothing Negative: The staff was far from friendly & the room not clean. The sheets were clean but the bed was hard. My towels although washed were stained with makeup. Homeless living there? For $10 more I stayed in a hotel across the street, was new, clean and felt safe.
Staying here is always a pleasant experience for me. The staff is excellent, and the rooms are comfortable. The location is excellent with lots of food and shopping options. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in the area because it is consistently good in all areas.
Not clean. Stains on a everything from the bed sheets to the towels.. Whole place smelled like smoke... Walls dirty.... Parking lot looked like a homeless camp... ... Couches and shower curtains.. I want expecting high end but was expecting clean. Stay far away.... Going to request a full refund.
Positive: Not in a quite safe location, need cleanliness especially outside (parking), receptionist need to be careful enough asking for phone numbers when someone can hear it too. Receptionist need to tell when you check in that they are not serving breakfast. Negative: Receptionist did not bother to tell me that breakfast is not being serve due to covid, we learned it in the morning, so can be prepared to find breakfast place ahead of time.
Honestly, you better off staying at different hotels. Once you enter the building, you will smell Indian curry or something bad since they cook in the building near by the entrance. A rude front desk especially an Indian guy working at night never wanted to answer any questions that you had in regards of your stay. Very slow internet speeds and cutting out many times while we stayed made us trouble especially working from room or watching movies. Be aware of they DO NOT serve BREAKFAST as they mentioned when you booked the room. No trustworthy and Liar! Don’t book this Inn just because of the cheap price. Would be rather paying a couple dollars more and get a lot better hotel.
This is the best place to live in Fremont area. People are so nice around there. Employees are very helpful and have information about the place and area best of their knowledge. Super clean room with nice bed room and comfortable washroom too. Tv and internet are working so good. Overall it’s one of the nicest place I’ve stayed in.Thank you to all the staff
Clean and looks to have been remodelled in the past couple of years. First floor Nonsmoking room had clean carpets, no odors. Nice quiet location near large mall with eateries. Good hot water. No amenities to speak of - not even a pencil and paper. There is a table/desk. No breakfast during pandemic. More Days Inn than Wyndham. Nice big screen tv. Remote has 52 buttons. Cant get anything but no signal but that might be me. Not really important to me. 1/31/21
Gem hotel in Fremont. Looks completely remodeled. Everything brand new.I liked new granite and fully marbled bathroom. WiFi is fast ,Staff very friendly,nice clean room following all cleaning parameters for covid19. They have freeze,Microwave,43 TV with more than 200 Channels and many restaurants nearby.Bus stop and Bart station only few blocks away.
I love this hotel they always take care of me but the front desk clerk.. “HARRY” if that’s really his real name since when I asked for a card he didn’t have one.. this kid was the most disrespectful, high strung individual I have experienced ever at this hotel! Stay away from him
DO NOT STAY HERE! Worst service possible one star is too kind. The man working on 7/11/21 night is the rudest man you can come across. Would not help us and kept running us in circles. And claimed he couldnt read a paper he asked us to fill out more than once. Which is a lie because he read it back to us. He also denied giving us his managers name. And pretty sure he gave us a fake name for himself. Get better employees.
The room at Days Inn by Wyndham. Arriving at this motel/hotel was the same as many on my journey during this pandemic. Signs posted everywhere on all the new rules about social distancing. They are sometimes overwhelming. If as after 8 to 9 months of reading the latest studies by our major universities, I was not aware how important wearing a mask and washing my hands were to my safety. I guess not every one was a clean freak as me and needed to be reminded that this flu could kill you.The clerk at the front seating behind what had to be described as a barrier to an attack of not a virus, but of any kind of a forced intrusion. The clerk was kind yet in his own world. He was thinking how did he got stuck with the weekend overnight shift. He gave me my room key and told me how to get to my room via the stairs or elevator.The room was clean and the bathroom was also clean. The soaps they leave for you to use look like the mints you used to fine on your pillows. They are use once maybe twice then throw away.The bed was comfortable and the A/C was nice and cold. Noise was minimal coming from the outside. As I laid-back in the bed I was out for the night. Nice room for the price.
DO NOT STAY HERE....WORST NIGHT EVER! We stayed here in March for an overnight get away. However, we did not get any sleep as a large group returned to the 3rd floor after midnight and were partying out in the hallway. The concierge was called 3 times and was not able to control the crowd. We are trying to get a refund and the so called General Manger Bill said they dont allow partying on the premises and is calling me a liar. He needs to ask his help how terrible it was.Worse customer service ever!!
The first room we were given had , stains on mattress pads in side missing screens, old outdated bedding ripped seats, stained towels, not working appliances, makeup stains on walls, uncleaned fridge, this is not worth your money disgusting place. If I could put no stars I would. We changed rooms 3 times.
Whether you cancel directly with this property or through a third party, cancellation states if you do not check in (no show) or cancel on or after reserved date you forfeit ONE NIGHTS fee ONLY. I had booked 2 nights through Agoda and had called the property directly and tried to cancel even advising them of their own cancellation policy to which they stated that even if I cancel through Agoda I CANNOT get a full $155 refund because its already paid through third party further stating companies like Agoda give discount prices and I cant get a refund because theyre cheap.I was able to cancel through Agoda forfeiting one night fee and getting back more than half my money.Always check the cancellation policy. These owners cannot make up their own policies once its been published on your itinerary.Juuuuuust be honest 💯💯
Continental breakfast consisted of 2 loaves of bread, a few yogurt cups and a few packets of oatmeal. Definitely not worth the price. When staff came in to clean, (we waited 2 days until asking for it be cleaned) they only folded the sheets, they weren’t replaced. Cleanliness of the room was not the best but not terrible, however blinds were broken, window was extremely difficult to open, and the elevators were dirty. We asked for a late check out, they only let us stay a half hour later, until 11:30 & at exactly 11:30 knocked on our door and told us we needed.
My stay was good. I didnt have any outside noise in my room, the bed was comfortable, my room and bedding had been cleaned well. I did not like the huge overstuffed pillows - they dont work for my neck (I always bring my own anyway). There was a small fridge, hair dryer and ironing board included.The rate was decent and the best price was found at booking dot com. I was able to use an app to click to tell them I would be arriving later than expected and they kept my room. No problem.There was one weird thing. I needed a tissue and didnt see the built-in tissue box at the time. I grabbed toilet paper, and noticed immediately that it reeked of chemicals. Its something to consider if you are sensitive to smells or chemicals.I would stay here again.
Didn’t even get to stay here because they are rip offs . They we were finishing up my reservation I then say I work for Tesla can I get the discount he said I already gave it to you . I never told him I worked there so why would you give a stranger the discount. Other hotels actually lower the price . This place lie and say they give it to but don’t . Bed bugs live there. The place is terrible. my arms and legs were full of bed bug bites after staying for a couple of days, I did not feel good for the whole week and we were extra caution not to transfer bed bugs into our new house. The hotel did not offer any thing not even an apology, in fact they asked me to go to the room and take pics of the bugs which was a ridiculous request that showed they do not really care. so it is up to you if you want to stay there and feel the pain of bed bug bites, and then spend few hours in washing every single piece you carried into the hotel.
Great service. Was there jn January and the system was down but they gave us our room keys and attended to the paper later.they even brought it to use so we didnt have to go back down to the desk. I was back in May and had the same great service. By reservation were set 2 days each. The man took care of it so I would not have to change rooms since they were booked the following day. Then I left in the early morning due to work and forgot my neck pillow. He contacted me after the rooms were cleaned to inform me so I could pick it up. I have always had great service here.
Our room was dirty!! Bugs, dust and grime were in refrigerator, windows and countertops. The rug smelled horrible. You could constantly smell marijuana in the hallway. The staff did really nothing about our concerns. We ended up leaving when I found little bugs on bed . Save yourself the hassle. DONT STAY HERE!!!!!
This place was awesome! You can tell that the owner put their heart and soul into this establishment.The beds are big and plush, the bathrooms were newly renovated (featuring beautiful marble showers and granite countertops), and the TV in our room was a massive 42 with plenty of channels.All of the staff members were refreshingly polite and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Front desk was always knowledgeable and helpful with everything from where to eat, to directions for our day trips.If youre looking for places to stay in Fremont, look no further. The folks here will go the extra mile to make you feel right at home!
Nice stay. Breakfast was minimal, but we were in the area for business and location was good for us. Staff was very cordial. Room was great. That is very important to us. Everything was in perfect condition and very clean. Beds and pillows very comfortable. We would stay there again.
We had booked this hotel for the week. Due to a job being rescheduled we had to cancel our reservation. Because it was the day of our stay, there was a 1 night fee that was attached to the cancellation. I called and spoke with the front desk and they graciously waived the fee. We will definitely be booking here again and are ecstatic with the customer service!!!
This is one of the nicest Days Inn I have stayed in in my travels across this country. Room was very clean and comfortable and updated. Excellent TV selection. I would stay here again. I Im a Diamond Wyndham Rewards member and I stay in a lot of hotels throughout the year this one was very nice.
I was excited to stay there, when I booked the room the manager was so polite and courteous made me feel so welcome, the rest of the staff however was not. Beds were comfy but thats about it, the floor i was on smelled like cigarette, housekeeping didnt show up day one and they supply minimal amount of towels so that was very inconvenient. They did however show up day 2 and didnt wait for a response after knocking but before coming in and surprise surprise I was indisposed. Also there were ants in the shower as u can see in the pictures, gross! Oh and vending machine ate my money :/
I stayed 2 nights it isnt the Ritz Carlton but it was a good value for this expensive area. The staff was fine and the manager especially went out of way. Id give it 4 stars but seeing the unfounded negative reviews, Im going full stars. It was NOT dirty, the towels were new, staff was polite. Either the hotel went through a bad year, or these bad reviews were posted by ppl expecting Ritz Carlton for very good budget rates. Continental breakfast was exactly that, and was adequate. If you WANT full eggs and waffles , go to Dennys and the many restaurants nearby.Convenient location was a plus. Again, an excellent value!
This hotel is terrible. We will never recommend and come back. Here are the reasons:1. Cleanliness - the carpets are stained and dirty. Towels are gross, soiled and stained. Bed sheets smells awful and doesnt look fresh. I felt itchy after sleeping on it. Bathroom is dirty and trash cans dont have trash bags. Toilet papers are rough and looks cheap.2. Continental breakfast - there is not enough food for breakfast. Coffee jugs are either out of coffee or hot water. Pastries are not fresh.3. Customer service - front desk clerks are rude. The room keys that they gave us dont work in our doors. We had to go down just to have them reactivated again. Soooooo very inconvenient. When we asked for our receipt the front desk clerk said he could not issue because we had reserved from a third party. So rediculous!!!😕
First of all.... When we arrived, the guy at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional! I felt like he was talking down to me.. While my children were there!!! Yes I am a woman but I WILL NOT tolerate anyone talking down to me. The Room was okay, weve stayed in cleaner and better rooms. We checked out at 10am and later on saw my bank account and they charged me DOUBLE. None of the prices were the price that was on my receipt. When I called to discuss this, the front desk person was No help! He said it would all be fixed by the next day. I insisted on speaking to the manager and he said the manager isnt available on the weekends. So I told him I was going to call the cops and was on my way! This was not my mistake it was their mistake! So I went back to Days Inn and the rep called his boss. The boss said they refunded one charge but that the reason the other charge was more than my receipt was because my bank charged it. Which I knew was not true! I explained to him my bank wouldnt charge and I worked for a bank I would know! He made me seem that I did not know what I was talking about! So we left, I called my bank, and filed a diacrepancy! All in all.... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME! ITS JUST A HASSLE WITH THESE PEOPLE! 😡
This is a no frills hotel. If you need a safe, clean place to rest and get some good sleep, this is it. Our room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable, free breakfast is very minimal, wi-fi struggled a little bit but adequate. Location is up the street from strip malls with lots of restaurants, gas station, stores, etc. So location is good in terms of basic travel needs in the area. For this part of Bay area, $115 or less a night is fair, thats what we got at this hotel. Decided to stay a second night.
Sink leaks, room size small, they do not unlock the one side of front door even though it states that the door is to be remain unlocked during business hours. Breakfast is a joke, no waffles, no eggs, no sausage, half of all things that was supposed to be there werent, such as brown sugar, raisins, yogurt etc. Bright spots the room were clean. But no well stocked. Unlike the Days Inn in Klamath Falls, Or we stayed in the day before.
This hotel sucks. The bathroom was dirty upon arrival and the front desk person said the maid would clean it tomorrow. They would not change the room. The breakfast is stale cereal and packaged mini muffins. Do not stay here. The rooms smell and there is black mold around the shower.I cannot stress how horrible this hotel is. Stay in your car...
The room still had items in it left behind from the previous guest. The sheets had crumbs all over (looked like someone crumbled a whole muffin over the bed). The a/c unit in my room did not work. I also killed at LEAST 12 spiders. The toilet did not flush properly and the shower/tub was repulsive
I often have business trip outside, and occasionally encountered some of the poor service hotels which I can understand them and never feedback any negative comments, but the San Francisco Days Inn Fremont let me really intolerable, I had to take time to specifically comment on this hotel. In short, this is far the most shameless, arrogant and disrespectful hotel I've ever seen by far. I booked a 2-night room online at Fremont Days Inn in May 2017. Due to my trip canceled, taking into account this is an irrevocable order, I communicated with hotel in June 14th,2017 and I hope that the order to change the occupants, the other unchanged, the results of the two sides are still in the process of communication on the unilateral direct Secured credit card directly deducted 280.7 US dollars of the Room rate.After several communication, the hotel admitted to be misuse, but did not agree with the refund. Since the recognition of early operation is misuse, why not refund? Hotel to protect their own interests, then the interests of visitors who will protect? Hope that more people see the hotel's bandit style, to avoid this rubbish hotel, so as not to be deceived.
Really nice front desk people. An really nice owner. Good breakfest. Clean sheets, clean rooms. Clean shower. Clean bathroom. Clean hallways. Clean front lobby. Clean parking lot. Well lit parking lot. No homeless people around. I highly recommend staying the night week here. Very friendly very nice owner.
This place is a joke. Stripped down Super 8 trying to do business as a Days Inn. I basically live in hotel rooms for work travel. It says Business center as an amenity. I rely heavily on the ability to print vital documents but no printer for public use. You have to convert document to PDF and email to manager. If he us not in site, well... I was given directions to a Staples.
This place woke me and my girl up at 1030 rushing us out at 11am and wouldnt allow a noon checkout, had to leave in a rush without showering and to top it off , the owner then called my girl and said we needed to come pay 100 for heavily smoking, when she told him we did not, he called he tried to scare her into paying 100 or he said he is calling the police and making a report. We did not smoke in this room, this was completely ludacris . Later on he again called and I spoke with the rude man, whom now said we stole the remote and the room was smoked in and that he would ban us from days inn forever if we did not pay him 100.00. We really did not smoke in it, this was all false accusations which they were making and we left a credit card behind which we never located and they said they didnt find. Totally rushed in the morning I later found the remote in one of the bags I had to throw everything into while the maid was repeatedly giving me looks of annoyance, so I in my good nature returned the remote control to the place to lead by example and show them how to do the right thing even if its no reward, The place had decent rooms a bit small and all, as we had stayed in extended stay prior the size and featured were less then stellar at the cost, Lots of cameras I mean everywhere yet signs posted stating the owners are not responsible for theft loss or injury on this property... Back door was propped open for anyone to walk right in without being or knowing guests, the only good thing is that they had decent LG new flat screens and a wide variety of channels to watch, one lamps LED money saver lamp was broken and unusable no main room lighting only lamps which very dim and hard to see really in the room if youre reading or doing anything requiring lighting. It was fairly clean however since they rushed us out we didnt pick up our own mess since the maid was coming by trying to clean up the room, and the owner called us pigs saying it was a complete mess (we left some clothing and bagged up trash about the size of one hefty bag, I told him that he was rude and to stop complaining as he rushed us plus that is of course the reason he has a maid, to clean the rooms, and he said he would ban us, I told him Id Yelp him and that he was wrong to treat us or any people like he was doing and he said he would sue me for damages and threatened me at first and when I remained calm he quickly kissed my backside and politely said he wished us a good day and hung up. Well, I normally dont include details or stories unnecessary in reviews but this one I have to because it was a horrible experience and way past too much in the realm of borderline mannerism by owners of a place to sleep at night. Highly would recommend staying anywhere else, Id sleep in my car or a tent before I will stay in this place 🤔🌐 worst hotel experience in 35 years. I will never set foot in a days inn after this one night for 100 bucks lol.. They lost our business forever. So hope he reads this and realizes you cant threaten and harass people for assumptions, you were wrong and your character flawed intimidation only ensured your business gets a true honest review based on the facts of one Caucasian couples experience. . also its far from convenient in location.
The complimentary breakfast is less than average as they only had toast, cereal, and fruit to choose from. The beds are not very comfortable, but the price was not bad compared to other hotels in the area. Overall not a terrible place to stay if you just need a place to sleep.
Short story: DONT STAY HERE. We could hardly breathe the air in the room. It was dark and noisy in the lobby and hall. The back entrances lock was busted and the door was propped open (though theres a sign stating the contrary). The room was dank, smelly, and noisy. We walked out without a refund after the manager wouldnt switch our rooms or do anything. Well... he did put a dehumidifier in our room and said there it should smell better in about 20 minutes. Yeah because that was going to fix everything.
I used to rent rooms there for about $1400 a week! On the last reservation they werent able to give me a refund for an unused room. Great customer service manager Bill!! Never rent there again nor send customers there. Must be nice to be rich and dont have to care about customers....Thinking about to complain at the BBB

This is one of the worst hotels I have seen for a 2.5 star rated hotel. The expedia photos dont reflect what the condition of the hotel is. The carpet is old and sticky, the front attendant at night dont seem to care with your needs. The advertised free breakfast is pathetic, you are better off getting your food from the vending machine. Guest on this hotels seems to be contractors with trucks that have work in the area. This is not a family vacation, or a business type hotel. I was stuck with it due to non-availability of other hotels and this was the only one available in expedia with no refund booking. Now I know why it was still available. If you have the means to spend more for a better hotel and you are on a vacation stay, do it, for it make your vacation more worthwhile, since you already spent hundreds to come to California.
Im allergic to feather pillows. They said they do not have any non feather pillows so I slept with no pillows. Then they called early in the morning to tell me I had to check out by 11 and there was no late check out available like most hotels. Oh and the Staff was rude too

One star for actually having a smoking room. However, the room reeked as if they had never circulated the air in years. I actually got sick after staying here so I would not recommend this place for anyone to stay unless they have to.Shame on Orbitz for glorifying this beat up nasty hotel with edited photos of the place.
This is a horrible place (dirty, smelly, rude, old food, unprofessional). The place was clearly run to the ground by the owners. AC are very dirty. The amount of dust logged inside looks like cotton candy. House keeping is a joke. Found dry urine under the toilet seats of 3 separate rooms. Toilet seats have lost their paint. I had to change rooms 4 times to get something somewhat clean. Cereal for continental breakfast was stale. The whole continental breakfast experience is scary. The staff, whom they seem to be family, walked around in flip-flops and one of them smokes at night in the front desk. Extremely unprofessional and a couple of them are very rude. The check-out printout had the ink smeared and I could barely see what I was charged for. The attendant pointed to the total on the bottom and refused to reprint. Suites on the west side of the building have a very musty-metallic smell. As an allergic person, I felt my throat shrinking. If you are asthmatic, you could die in this place. I will rather sleep in the parking lot of the Auto Mall than staying in this place ever again. Many construction workers stayed there and the environment is very unprofessional.
A dumpster is probably going to have better amenities. Continental breakfast is cereal, toast, and whichever Little Debbie snacks were on sale at Walmart. That microwave? Made in 1976. Refrigerator? Theres more frost than there is room for food. The coffee pot is stained brown. There is a buildup of coffee ground residue in the cone.I would only recommend this place to people who are itching for some Hepatitis.
When I first started staying here about seven years ago the service was excellent now it’s kind of creepy there was people smoking dope in the car in the back by the back door people walking around him at 3 o’clock in the morning in the parking lot I didn’t feel safe people upstairs I don’t know what they were doing but I felt like they were walking on top of me in my room it’s just not a good spot no more but they’re building a Hylton across street for the price I pay here I will pay a little more money to go thereMy room had a big hole in the wall the shower curtain I like dried blood on it I just didn’t feel clean Bill is the manager here and he’s really nice and sweet but I think he needs to check his rooms now
Poor, low quality breakfast! I asked if theres a restroom in the main floor. A guy in the front desk said no. I had to run to my room on the 3rd floor. My coworker asked the same question next day. The person in the front desk said yes. My coworker used one in the main level.
Horrible Experience. Please never stay here. Had booked for 2 days, however it was so horrible that I had to checkout in one without any refunds. Management is rude to yu and ask you to adjust in bad fitly dirty rooms.Request you guys to never stay here. Will never stay in any Days Inn Ever
Front reception male is very rude, i accidently booked a week after, he told me there is no way to cancel booking because of no cancellation policy and he said thats the way he makes the business profit and dirty as well, finally booking agency cancelled the reservation for me.

2022-02-22My family and I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and it was perhaps one of the least satisfying stay for us all.With the booking confirmation email, we were informed that breakfast would come with our stay. But upon checking into the hotel, we came across a sign on the front desk that reads that the serving of breakfast has been discontinued due to COVID. Although it’s not that great of a big deal, it’s still a little misinforming to leave that included in the email.As soon as we got to our room, we noticed that one of the towels was stained with what seemed like crusty eyeliner or mascara. Even though it was just one towel, it’s pretty hard to miss.The first night, my brother and I went down to the front desk to ask about some services. And we understand that it was pretty late, considering we had checked in late. But given that we had traveled from so far, we thoughts maybe the guy at the front would be a little helpful,but he seemed unwilling to answer any questions we had. The man was speaking to another customer in his mother language, which was fine so we waited politely. He stopped his conversation to answer with an irritated “yes??” But anyhow that was not helpful.In the lobby area, there was also a sign that read that there are laundry services open for customers and the services start at 8 am. When we called in the morning, they proceeded to tell us that it would start at 2 pm. Again they called back to inform us that another customer needed laundry services as well so they could do it at 9 am instead and it would cost $8 a load. (Why delay us for 2 pm until another person requests service as well? Had that person never requested service perhaps we would’ve had to wait till 2. Also $8… alright.) Anyways they called back again shortly to let us know the fee has to be in cash only. Needless to say, we did not get our laundry done. :)Lastly, I took the stairs on my first night there, and I noticed a pizza box by the stairs on the 2nd floor. I considered picking it up then and there, but I left it to see how long it could take them to notice. The last day we were there, the pizza box was still there. (It’s only a two night time span, which is short, but that goes to show they don’t clean as they should.)

2022-06-15Positive: The room was reasonably clean. Negative: EVERYTHING was very BASIC. No Conditioner.....only Shampoo. HORRIBLE coffee in the room. When booking it said breakfast provided but at the entrance it said NO BREAKFAST because of Covid. None of the other hotels say something and not provide it.

2022-05-20Days inn Fremont is a great place to stay at. The rooms are pretty clean and the area is quiet. The rooms have all the necessities TV, fridge, microwave, free WIFI and numerous channels on TV. The staff was friendly and housekeepers gives good service.

2022-06-27My husband and I on our honeymoon doing a road trip booked a room for the night on our way through since the pictures looked like it was a nice place… it was not. We went and checked in and went to get our bag from the car when two guys and a women pull in the parking lot, the women went and got a room and went to get the guys from what we saw. one of the men started screaming at the women that he didn’t get his own key and started threatening her that he would break her jaw and pull a gun on her, there were way worse threats but I’d rather not use that language. We felt very unsafe as we are a young couple. When we went to go to our room there were garbage bags in the hall and a nauseating smell through out the whole hotel. There were stains in the curtains and rips in the sheets as well as white strings all over the blanket. We didn’t stay there longer than 30 minutes when we decided to check out and go somewhere else we didn’t use anything and were in the room for maybe 15 mins and they refused to give us a refund. We ended up booking a room at the nicest hotel we have every stayed at for $20 more. I would give this a 0 rating

2022-04-06It’s a place to sleep and shower, don’t stay any longer as it’s quite a depressing place, despite the colorful curtains and bed spread… Bedding and towels old but clean. Not so sure about the carpets… WiFi connection is fine. No breakfast but enough options around it. Overall it’s overpriced, this should be a 50 dollar stay, not 110…

2022-02-14This has to be my worst hotel stay ever. I stayed here for 11 nights. When I checked in, in the evening I was confronted by the front desk person. His name was Parsh. He was hiding in the back room on his personal laptop. Parsh was not a friendly person and never greeted me upon arrival, seems like his personal things on his laptop and personal phone calls on his cell phone was important than his job. As I proceeded to my room in the 3rd floor I noted the carpet floors were very dirty and outdated, but what makes things worse was that the carpet floors in the hallway and especially the elevator floor looks like were never vacuumed for a very long time. Theres also a stench smell that doesnt seem inviting. Went to my room and my room was clean, however one of the towels in the bathroom had a stain and proceeded downstairs and notified Parsh that my towel is dirty and ask for a new towel so I can shower. Again Parsh was on his personal laptop in the back room. From the back room he told me it will take a while before I can get a fresh new towel. He never came to the front desk nor did he apologize. As I waited in my room I never received a fresh new towel and was unable to shower that evening thinking that all the towels maybe contaminated. I was very disappointed the following day. It was very sad that this place has no customer service whatsoever. Not even a sorry. The front desk staff here are the worst at customer service and customer hospitality. My opinion is that they come to work and wait for their paychecks and do their personal things when they should be helping guests. The only bright spot for this place is the housekeeping staff. My room was always cleaned everyday and they did a great job. As I checked out I asked for my receipt from Parsh and told me he already gave it to me when I checked in which is true but I needed another copy. He printed me another copy but he sighed like he didnt want to make another copy because he is too lazy. So much improvement this place needs and definitely needs to start with the front desk staff. Overall this place deserves a 0 star.

2022-06-05Positive: they dont offer any breakfast the furniture in the room are very old and the blanket are teared up and so on good manager is very rude and unpolite. honestly I dont have a pleasant experience in this hotel. I dont recommend it at all

2022-06-02Positive: Huge plaza with many restaurant choices right across the street. It is a busy street and slow guests are often grusomely overcome by traffic making way for new guests to enjoy hotel and providing sustenance for wildlife and insects
