I stayed here for a few nights while attending an event at the Anaheim Convention Center. The location was great for that purpose, it was less than a mile walk to get there. It is also in close proximity to several restaurants and like a block away from a Target. The cleanliness of the room left a bit to be desired. I noticed stains on the carpet and curtains and such. The walls were also on the thin side. I was able to hear noises from neighbors and people stomping around from above so this may be an issue depending on how rowdy your neighbors are. Id say this is an acceptable place to stay if youre on a budget and just need a place to crash for a short while but this probably wouldnt be my first choice for an extended stay. Its as they say, you get what you pay for.
We were put in a handicapped room, and we are not handicapped. The room should have been reserved for someone who has those needs. The room was very humid. The carpet was black from dirt and filth, and is in serious need of a cleaning! Walking on the carpet barefoot makes the bottom of your feet black. The shower head was broken, and barely worked. I killed two spiders, two earwigs, and a mosquito in the bathroom during our stay. So, obviously, the place needs to be sprayed for bugs. Our trash can in our room was not emptied two days in a row, and was very full. The parking lot is small, and not very easy to get in and out of. The breakfast consists of cold cereal, waffles, toast, and disgusting tasting juice and coffee.
One star for the good price. First of all, I didn’t like the front desk service, very rude. Second, at the desk, I had to make a $50 deposit, which was not mentioned when I booked a room. Third, when you open the door, the room has unwelcoming smell. Fourth, the carpet and bathrooms are dirty. Fifth, I took off the blankets and saw how filthy the mattress is and how hard it was. I pay $99.99 tax included, and we stayed for no more than 30 minutes, and checked out almost immediately. I would not recommend.
Good things: The location is perfect if you are staying for Disneyland. My family felt safe. Pool is small but nice. The staff are polite and accommodating. Beds are okay. BAD THINGS: The carpet makes your feet black if you walk around a little bit. GROSS. The breakfast has a few pieces of bread and 2 choices of cereal, some boiled eggs, and one waffle maker. THATS IT. The line is huge for the waffle maker (which sucks and doesnt work without spraying it every time) and if you dont get there before 7 theres a long line. Our key had to be replaced 4 times because it didnt work. ENJOY
If I could give it zero stars I would. I stayed there in February with my little sister. There were exposed electrical wires. We got roach bites as they were everywhere. There was mold. And to top it off they would not give any compensation. They didnt not offer to move rooms. They constantly tell me that their manager is unavailable to talk to. I was told they were going to investigate but they never reached out to me. I am just going to take them to court at this point. Find a different budget hotel. The only good thing was the vicinity to Disneyland.
Room was dirty and run down.. carpets were stained. Toilet was dirty and stained. Bathtub was chipping. Curtains were torn with holes. Counter tops had stains and dried paint drippings. Walls and doors were filthy. Parking was a nightmare. The only good thing was that is was close to Disneyland and had one friendly NIGHT staff. Morning staff was not very friendly or talkative. Didnt greet you, Not even a smile. I Do not recommend and will not stay there again.
The location is great and the rooms are very comfortable. It is a 15 minute walk to Disneyland. The area feels safe. The bathroom, sink and beds seemed clean. The cons would be my room smelled like smoke and the rug and some appliances seemed dirty. Room service was also very slow to get me clean towels. Overall, I would stay here again for the price and convenience.
The price wasnt bad considering how large the convention was. The water in the bathtub continually ran. The were also ants in the room. Also, the staff is not always at the front desk. I had to wait outside for 15 minutes to check in and about 10 minutes to get breakfast. Besides that, it was not a bad stay.
Meh.. it will do in a pinch. It was located about a 25 min walk to the main entrance of Disney at a pace with an 8 yr old. You get what you pay for folks. Rooms were okay and just barely okay. We found a roach in the bathroom that was about and inch and half long ... biggest I ha e ever seen. I caught it and brought it to the front desk. I agree with other posters .. the carpets are dirty , they turned my feet and socks black ! To the point that when I jumped in the shower I was wondering why the water war so dirty coming off my feet.I personally found the beds and pillows super comfortable , ( everyone will have a different opinion on bed comfort though -- lets face it , its not your own bed at home )Over all the room is okay and could use a little maintenance here and there . The staff is super polite and very nice and accommodating. My review is not meant to trash this business but really only to point out that you get what you pay for. It really is okay for the price so close to Disneyland. If you want super up to date and a super super nice then pay more for a higher end stay somewhere else .
There was an ant infestation, hair and bugs at the bottom of the pool, the paint in the bathtub was peeling, the toilet seat slid when you tried to sit on the toilet, and the carpets left our feet black if we werent wearing shoes. On a positive note: the house cleaning ladies were very sweet, the beds were comfortable, there was decent amount of parking which was free, and it was close to Disneyland.
BED BUGS!!! I got the room for 2 nights and I got into town pretty late. Around 1am I woke up itching really bad. My daughter was sleeping next to me and moving a lot I just knew something wasn’t right. Turned on the light to my phone and I started looking for a spider and at the corner of my eye there’s a bed bug on my sons pillow. Grabbed a wipe and it popped with a lot of blood. Took it to the office window and told the young man. So he moved me into another room because at that time where am I going to find a hotel. So grabbed my things and my kids at 2am and moved. I couldn’t sleep at all just watching with the light on to make sure nothing was crawling on the beds. The next day we were at Disneyland the whole day (no time to look for another hotel) and I went to the window and asked if the manager said anything or if he even told him he said he did but he didn’t say anything about the matter. So early morning I was ready to get out of there. Went to the office spoke to Ken “the manager” and he did absolutely NOTHING! Make it seems like I was lying or that I carried the bug in a jar or something. I even showed him my bites but he didn’t care. The way he handled the situation was terrible!! I’ve never had this happen to me before but I’m sure that wasn’t the way it’s supposed to be done. I’m well aware I didn’t pay for a five start hotel but I didn’t pay for BED BUGS either!! The restroom was disgusting black mold which is a health hazard and hair in the drain. Holes in the sheets. Doors didn’t close right. Just HORRIBLE!! I will NEVER stay here again!! Wasn’t going to give a star but I have to in order to leave the review.
As soon as we arrived we had problems. We took a non smoking room or told it was non smoking but the curtain looked like it had caught fire and there were cigarette burns in the bed covers. The bathroom was a mess with hair in the tub and the drain fills with water constantly with more hair clumps coming out which is super nasty. Arrived on Sunday night so we informed the front desk in the morning. Arrived back from a day at Disneyland and nothing was done in the room at all, no new towels or shampoo. Did our laundry outside by the pool with 1 washer and 2 dryers...what happens in the rain?Tuesday and Wednesday nothing was done about the drain as well. Wed was a weird day for us as we told the cleaner (as best we could as she didnt speak english at all), we were ok and didnt need cleaning. She left and we just stayed in after two long hot days at Disneyland, sitting around in the room and then around 5pm the door just opened and the cleaning lady was just standing there surprised to see us in there, no knock at all and no cleaning cart. Why was she just walking in without any supplies?? Felt like we would have been robbed if we werent there...just my feelings..Checked out Thursday and wondered why they couldnt offer another room or discount our stay. Sorry but we wont be back
The staff was kind, but the room was not what I had expected. I was disappointed that the tub was missing most of its paint, the sheets and some of the towels had black marks on them, and the floor was filthy. You could see the dirt soaked into the carpet. Walking on the floor barefoot for a few minutes would turn your feet black. We were also on the end closest to Harbor Blvd so we could hear cars on the road all night long. Overall, it was fine but I will avoid staying here again if I can and just pay more for a cleaner hotel next time.
Located reasonably close to the toy story parking lot. Our room was mostly clean, except for filthy carpets. My toddlers feet were mostly black from walking around barefoot. Free parking. Breakfast was mediocre. They have waffles, but no butter. Not a lot of selection, but you wont starve. The price was hard to beat though.
Not impressed at all. The carpet was old and dirty. Mold in bathroom. Parts of the molding on floor missing. There was the makings for coffee, no coffee pot in room. The breakfast was minimal and in an extremely small room. The only toiletries available were bar soap and shampoo. Housekeeping was pleasant but did know english, which made communication difficult. I will not stay here again.
This place may not be the Ritz, but our room wasnt bad. Beds were comfortable. The pillows were so comfortable I wanted to take one home lol. Would have liked some protein for breakfast. The waffles, which we didnt eat, looked huge. The oj was good. Staff was friendly.
It is what you pay for. We spend most of our stay at Disneyland or downtown Disney so we really only need a place to eat and sleep. Ive liked staying here the past 3 years &plan to again next week. Its a decent hotel and they have a wonderful breakfast in the morning. Staff is usually nice, but I have had a bad encounter before. Rooms are hit and miss. Some are nicer then others, but nothing to really complain about.
I understand the saying “You get what you pay for” but for this Hotel they takes it to the next level. In the three days/ two night that we stayed we found... roaches, body fluids, a serious problem with mold(super moist) and I feel like they never cleaned our room before we got there (Room 120)Beware, it’s hard to open your own door with the keys provided.Long story short, do NOT book here even if it’s cheap.
Room needs to be repainted. Bathroom tub was dirty. I dont understand the reason why I had to still had pay a 50.00 deposit after paying for my stay several weeks in advance(a change needs to be made in policy). This morning I ask for extra blankets and they were none available. It was doable for labor day weekend but i have no intentions of returning here unless management makes some changes. But the front desk was friendly and professional. Hence me given a 3 star. It was quiet for the most part.Update: parking is poor. It was completely full. I tried to find one and when i did it was occupied by a back part of a uhaul. I wont be returning here at all
Mike was great when we checked in late at night. He was very nice and very welcoming. The room itself was great also. It was clean and roomy. I think the only reason I would give 4 out of 5 stars is that the towels had some black marks on them which were a little concerning. However, the staff was amazing.
Ive stayed here twice now and both times have been great. Very cheap hotel down the street from Disneyland and close to Target and lots of food options. The rooms were clean and the little pool area was nice.Free breakfast was really nice especially if you are headed off to Disneyland for the day.I recommend this hotel to anyone!
If I could give this place zero stars, I would!First night we checked in, staff was friendly. However, within a few minutes of checking in our non-smoking room started smelling worse and worse of smoke. We checked in at 1AM after driving 6 hours. They said they would come in the next morning and clean it, they had some sort of atomizer which removes the smoke. When we returned the next day after being at the park it was slightly better. We took a shower, which backed up and wouldnt drain for 2-3 minutes. Went to front desk and they told us they would have the manager, plumber and housekeeping come verify tomorrow if it was an issue. When we returned from the park that we went and relaxed before returning to the park. Woke up to a cockroach in my room and my shower still now working. We finally moved to a new room which the remote for the TV didnt work, there was a pink stain on the floor and the new rooms shower backing up too.At this point in time the staff had become rude and unwilling you help further than drain-one for my shower. I asked to speak with the GM several times and was never allowed. When I checked out I asked for some sort of compensation for my week I just spent there and was rewarded with rudeness, excuses it basically coming down to my fault. I had to wait 15 minutes to have my room checked before I checked out. I have stayed in many hotels in the DL area, Vegas and around the US. I have never been treated like a criminal at checkout or had an experience such as this before. Our continental breakfast was okay the first day, the proceeding days the waffle maker didnt even cook the batter and the staff did nothing to fix it.Oh, did I mention, our bed in the first room was broken and their suggestion to fix it was throwing a screw in at the bottom? The bed slanted to one side and I had to sleep in the middle to offset the weight so it didnt collapse under us or fall off the frame. The toilet, wasnt even bolted to the floor, wobbled evertime we sat. And, the safe... Dont expect to use it. They tack a $1.75/day convince fee on your bill to use it. However, they are locked in the rooms and you cannot use them.DO NOT STAY HERE!
Room was small but clean. Shoddy caulking in the bathroom was cracked, and there was the possibility of mold growing since the seal protecting the wall was broken. No visible mold present. Housekeeping was friendly and helpful. Desk clerk was helpful as well. Microwave in room was quite old and low power, but did work. TV was tiny but worked fine. Would stay there again if I had to, but wouldnt be my first choice.
Decent price for the location, cool vibes outside as they have a cute table and chairs you can relax at. And jack n the box is in rock throwing distance so you are close to some kind of food. However, there are a few things that I feel could be fixed/improved with the room. The shower drain wouldnt drain when using it. It would pool past your ankles, Gross! And it looked like the shower curtain rod was ripped out of the wall and poorly placed back as the shower curtain would fall to the the middle of the rod & not stay closed so water would spray outside of the shower.Theres tiny black, curly hairs in the bathroom, on the toilet, the sink.. its gross. The bottom of the toilet doesnt look like they clean it very often. The towels are very thin. The front desk lady was rude at check in and then the next day a Different front desk lady was Sleeping at 7am (she just started her shift). And yes they do have hidden fees. Like a safe fee that you Have to ask to be removed fron your bill. Also a $100 room deposit. I live in vegas and didnt even have to pay that much at the Luxor when i stayed there on my wedding night for a room deposit. So for a place like this to charge that much is absolutely absurd. Definitely check your bill before you leave!Definitely could be worse buut Ive stayed in better for less. Needless to say, we probably wont be coming back if we dont have to.
Pro:-The GM Rubin checked me in and was very friendly. I only had one night reserved and was thinking of possibly doing another night, I asked the GM if I did do a second night can I keep the same rate, and he said it wouldnt be a problem, which I thought was great.-Bed was not bad-About 5 minutes from the parkCons:-Carpet is really bad, I suggest wearing socks while walking around in the room.-While getting ready in the morning I was greeted by a huge cock roach crawling across the bathroom mirror. In which you can see in the photo attached. I could not get out of the hotel room fast enough after seeing that sucker. I went to the front desk to checkout and asked for a discount for the crawling cock roach in the room. Unfortunately the employee checking me out was rude, arrogant, and sarcastic and said he could not authorize a discount for something like a cock roach, I asked who could he said his manager is the only one who can, and after dealing with sarcastic and arrogant remarks from this employee, I found out the manager was not there and was given an email address to report the issue too. I was not even given a thank you for staying with us, I did however get a very insincere sorry about thatI sent an email the same morning and have yet to get a reply.I am in the service business myself and could never give such horrible costumer service, I will not be giving them my business again. There are too many hotels in the Disney area that I can give my business too.
My room 124 was perfect for my 3 year old and I. No bugs, no mold, heat and ac works, and everything was very clean. We took the 43 bus 4 stops up the road and bam youre at Disneyland. The breakfast was great as well. I overall liked this place and would return. The remote to my tv doesnt work, so I guess that would be a downside if that was all you have to do.
Meh... Ok at best. Got a great deal I couldnt pass up, but maybe I shouldve. Great location with easy access to Disneyland and the convention center. Rooms were clean, but we had to switch rooms twice in three days for different issues. Staff was friendly. Breakfast is nothing more than toast, cereal, and waffles. Nothing else... You get what you pay for.
You get what you pay for. The carpet could use replacing, touch up on paint. But for the value, definitely worth overlooking! Free WIFI, free parking, pool hours very good, washer and dryer available, fridge and microwave in the room. GREAT staff very helpful! And happy to answer your questions.
Left after staying for a few hours, looking for a different hotel as I type this.Room is pretty beaten up, which is tolerable given the price point. However, the following issues lead to a poor review:* Large cockroach found in the room (pictures attached)* WiFi password was incorrect when given to us* Roughly 1 in 3 power outlets do not work, including the microwave - which Im glad we didnt use, given the cockroach problem* Double charged for stay* Confirmations and communication channels given were all via personal email accounts* Edit to update: Was given an email address for the manager, nobody could help with reimbursement or give recourse to takeAfter looking at other reviews, it looks like the cockroach problem has been an issue in the past as well. We have not requested a refund yet but will update if that does not go smoothly.
I will put in zero or negative star if I could. Room is SO dirty, carpet made my feet dirty, towel is dirty, AC / heated systems is broken. They said they serve breakfast from 6-9 am. Actually is nothing other than boiled egg , bread , butter and coffee. If you are lucky you could find these. I came down 8 am I found only coffee left. Room cleaning it’s like nothing. Then one day I put do not disturb sign until I left the room around 10:30 am. Then I left Abd removed it. I came at night no one clean my room cause they said they saw do not disturb sign which I assume no Ins check after 10:30 am
We just left this place. When we checked in, Staff was nice. We drove 9 hours and tried to heat something in Microwave, but it did not work. I’m calling front desk, we were told he could not help us and we had to contact the manager the next day. It’s a good thing It’s right beside Jack in box. In am we talked to manager, were told we would get working microwave, did not happen until complaining again and asking staff to heat our food in microwave we saw in breakfast room.Carpets with stains and dirty, don’t walk barefooted, bathroom clean, but, musty smell. Crickets and spiders everyday in our room. If everything would not have been booked around us, we would have left. Breakfast was ok, no fruit, but decent. We told staff we would check our day early, we checked out 10 minutes tool late. Then we were told we would have to take it up with Expedia. We did not book with Expedia. When a representative attempted to call for us from Priceline, she was left on hold for 10 minutes and staff never came back to her. Please be aware of this place, run down, pool disgusting, and hot tub dirty.Location is close to Convension center and just down way from bus to Disney. Please check area, this place is expensive for what you get.
I cannot stress enough how horrible this hotel is. I thought well well just be here one night so the quality doesnt have to be stellar. But oh, no. I was wrong. Everything was filthy. The sheets, floor, walls, towels, etc were all stained. Trash under the bed. Hair (not my own) on literally everything. The shower had black grime in between tiles. And there were skin flakes all over the second bed. Im pretty sure they just remake the bed and refold towels after the previous guest. Continental breakfast is coffee and pieces of toast. The walls are paper thin. The humid air and smell arent too great either. Do yourself a huge favor and spend a little extra on a better hotel that doesnt leave you feeling unpleasant.
I would not touch this place with a barge pole.... The carpet an was filthy dirty, my socks stuck to the carpet at some places. The front facing wall had a gaping hole. The shower had no hot water and the front desk kept saying they would check but was no use. The power outlets provided for the coffee maker did not work. The coffee itself tasted ughhh.. The AC unit had its buttons all ripped off.... Summarily a horrible place to stay.. my wife fell sick soon after we returned.. I dont know if I have to blame it on Days Inn... I give this place 2 stars because the person that made the beds n changed the towels or cleaned the toilets did it promptly or atleast did it... Two other folks complained of similar things as were checking in n out ... So its not just us that faced the issue... Overall not a place to stay.... Will avoid Days Inn because of this bad experience
Considering its rate and closeness to Disney , I believe its very nice.I stayed there for 5 days. Room were clean, decent number of options for Breakfast. It is only about 1.2 miles from Disney and many people prefer walk to it. However , if you still want to use bus , it right in front of hotel. Very easy to commute.Overall , nice place to stay.
The room was ok. Carpet was kind of sticky, dont know what that was about but it was a smoking room so thats probably to be expected. Sheets seemed clean. The window had no screen so it was not safe to be left open. The air conditioner worked fine. Toilet was fine, but the bathtub was disgusting. So considering the price, three stars.
Overall I would rate my experience as about a 2.5 to 3. This is when compared to the Travelodge that I stayed at right up the street two years ago. The days Inn room was more spacious and felt better. There were several issues with the room however. The sink wouldnt drain unless we wedged the drain plug up with a pen cap. The bath tub would also take quite a while to drain out. We asked for them to send someone up but they never did. These issues didnt really affect the stay though so they werent weighed heavily in my rating. The second issue was the inside of the door of the fridge. It just fell off while we were there. It had clearly come off before and they just wedged it partially back in place. Too cheap to bother replacing or properly fixing it. Still wondering if they are going to claim that we broke it.The beds werent bad. Fairly soft and comfortable. TV channel selection wasnt bad either. The water pressure in the shower was very low, made it difficult to rinse off, but the shower head had plenty of settings to try and help. There was plenty of parking and the hotel staff was friendly. For what a hotel was actually needed for it was a decent stay. Plenty of little issues, things that a little time from a repairman could have easily resolved.
Area smelled highly like weed at all times, carpet in room was quite dirty. I only took my shoes off in the room and I would have very solid dirt prints in the shower. However, for a large event, close by the convention, the price was reasonable, and the staff was accommodating.
I booked this Inn during the weekday. The room I was originally assigned smelled like smoke so I requested a new room. They didnt have anymore of the same type so I had to upgrade and pay an additional fee. I contacted management about it since I couldnt change the condition of the room and they were prompt with reimbursement. Overall, the Inn was a great value for the money and in walking distance from Disneyland.
I would really give it two and a half stars. The service was good, staff is friendly, and the price is right. But they really need to invest in a carpet shampooer. The floor in our room was really filthy. Also maybe invest in a pressure washer, as the sidewalks and the general area will pretty dirty as well. And the breakfast, well, lets just say we didnt go back for the third day.
Unprofessional and filthy first and foremost I would not recommend this place Id rather sleep in my car! We checked in got to our room my 4 year old ask what is that horrible smell, why does the carpet have dark spots everywhere? Well there were crumbs from the precious guest trash as well. I contacted the front office staff he stated (also wrote on paper) that because we hadnt been there for 30min we could get a FULL refund just need to call the manager next day. We immediately gathered our stuff and left we felt so dirty just walking in and out! We tried calling the manager multiple times with no response we were told they didnt know when he would be in because he is having family issues. The front office last was rude and wouldnt give us another managers contact info stating they are not allowed. I wish I didnt have to give a star!!!!
I have never used this word to describe a hotel before so this is a first...it was a DUMP! We were so disappointed. Bathtub didnt drain, door was chipped, electrical outlet faceplate was cracked and ready to fall off plus wallpaper was peeling off in certain areas. Plus we ran out of towels and the one the room attendant gave us had a blood stain on it! So gross! We knew booking this hotel it was not a five star but we never expected it to be this bad. The front desk were very friendly and it was within walking distance to Disneyland, those were the only (for lack of better term) pluses. We will never stay here again EVER.
I was charged for dirty towels. Two wash cloths had a little make up on them maybe. But not 4 equaling 32.00. Their towels are rough, cheap and the bath towels are only big enough for a 5 year old. They came and counted the towels everyday before you got new ones. Much better places to stay with better or same price. The one star is only cause they are about s mile from Disneyland.
I am sorry to say I wont be staying at this Days Inn hotel anymore. The customer service i experienced was horrible!!! Ive stayed here a few times. The prices are low, which is one of the things I look for when I travel to Disneyland as much as I do. Since Im only in the room to sleep, a handful of hours, I would rather save my money to fun stuff in the park. My qualifications are clean rooms, goods customer service, low cost. Ive never had a problem with cleanliness here, the rooms arent fancy and could use some updating, things are old and worn, but work. Sometimes I look at the free breakfast, but this time we decided to skip that amenity, so I didnt happen to see what they were serving. But here is why I wont be returning. 2 things. The first and the most frustrating - On this one day trip, the one day we were in Disneyland it rained all day, and it was very chilly. When we got back to the room, as we were soaked, we went to put on the heater and it didnt work. The AC worked, but not the heater. I thought maybe Im not doing something right, so I went to the front office to ask for help. The girl at the desk, gave a few suggestions, which I tried, and those didnt work so we spoke again and she offered to come up and try. She came up, and tried the same things and still no luck. She let us know that the maintenance man wasnt until the next day, which was when we were leaving, but she could give us 2 blankets. She brought up the blankets but we were still cold, so I went down to the office again to ask for 2 more blankets. Up until this point, she was doing fine with customer service, heres where it went down hill. She informed me she could only give me the 2 blankets that she had given me. I reminded her that the heater wasnt working and they werent going to fix it, till after we were gone, and we were still cold. She wouldnt budge on giving us another set of blankets, because the rule is only 2 extra blankets per room. She did offer to give us another room though. We were all unpacked and spread out over the room, all of our wet clothes were hung up to dry, we were in our jammies, and to have to pack up to move for one night, was not an acceptable answer, which is when I asked again for just 2 more blankets. Which is when she said, the rule is only 2 blankets extra allowed for each room and she said, Were are at full house so we cant give you someone elses blankets. But she had just told me she could move us into another room, which meant they werent fully booked and there were at least 2 blankets she could give us. I dont think that everyone in the hotel asked for two blankets that night. She offered no compensation for the freezing room either. That night we had a rough nights sleep. In the morning check out, I went in told a different girl what was happening, she seemed sympathetic and said the manager wasnt in and she would tell the manager what happened, but again offered no compensation. I havent heard from the manager. Heres the second thing.. watch out for the cost of the Safe. They charge you for use of the safe and if you dont read the paper you sign and initial when you sign for your room, you might miss the little paragraph that states they are charging you for use of the safe and at checkout you have to tell them to remove the charge if you dont use it. The man at the front desk didnt mention that paragraph when I was signing, he just highlighted a bunch of areas to initial and sign. What an easy way for them to make an extra few hundred dollars a night if people dont read every part of the paperwork and specifically ask upon checkout to have it removed.Sorry Days Inn, you just lost a customer.
I only stayed for one night, it got the job done. The receptionist at the front desk was friendly and got me checked in pretty quickly. The room was standard: bed, mini fridge, microwave, desk, basic necessities. Theres not much sounds proofing in the walls, so you can hear your neighbors a bit, and theres definitely road noise. All in all it was fine for what I needed.
The place is a dump. They charge a $50 incidentals fee. I recommend inspecting your room and taking pictures. The curtain rod is broken, a pillow is missing, and a cockroach was on the bathroom floorI took pictures and showed them to the office employee and he said that he was aware of the problems. Oh, I forgot to mention that the heater doesnt work.
I just think the owners dont care. If they do, it sure doesnt show. Rooms are dirty. Floors stained and dirty, shower is the same. Everything had a weird smell. Asked for a crib and it was stained and dirty. Everything about our stay made us feel grimy. The only exception was the sheets. They were clean. However the mattress was stained as well.
Not the worse! Beds were wayyy uncomfortable, sheets were dingy, floors werent too bad, bathroom outdated, roomy for a double + a roll away, 2 big spiders in plain sight on our walls ewwwww!! Pool was great, laundry room in pool area, pro next to Jack in the Box and across from a Italian ice cream busy must be good OH close to Disney no shuttle thou. Never made it to the breakfast and staff was very nice:)
Price was mediocre. Our A/C broke and we had to switch rooms at 12am on our 2nd of 5 day stay here. New room had a broken bed, and the bath tub was peeling, the toilet seat was broken. We informed them of the tub issue and the night guy legit just told us that wed basically have to tell someone in the daylight hours because he didnt know anything about it. Like.. are you kidding me? I did not get any sort of compensation for having to switch rooms, or being unable to use the gross peeling tub. Wont be renting a room from them again, thats for sure.
This hotel is GROSS. Needs some serious TLC and updates This was our 3rd room mind you The carpet is matted down, dirty with a greasy look MUST WEAR SHOES. If I could post pics here I would. The shower and bathroom floor still had other peoples hair in it from prior to my arrival. The tables ect didnt look like thet had been wiped down. Cob webs in the corners of the ceilings. Mold and mildew in the corner of the bathroom, little bugs, dirty hand prints all over door jams. Refrigerators barely worked. Let the breakfast run out b4 closing time. Had to ask them to restock it. The front desk gal basically said Its going to close in 5 mins. I dont care if its 2 minutes it needs to be filled until the time started. This was the 2nd room Toilet clogged. She said she would come up. She tried to fix it and couldnt. She asked if we could wait til morning. Ummm NO how would you like to wait to go to the bathroom. So she said maybe the guy relieving her could come do it cuz hes stronger. So waited and waited He didnt come so I unclogged it. I called down 1st he never answered the phone. When I was done I put the plunger and a wastebasket outside. It was still there in the morning when we went to get breakfast so obviously he never came up to try to fix it. The 1st one had greasy stuff in the shower and was not ready, 2nd one refrigerator didnt work properly. Changed rooms the next day and above fills you in on the rest of the story. Never used the pool looked grungy and the h20was not clear. This hotel is; NOT HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AT ALL. If you dont care about cleanliness then this is the place for you. Just saying.
Checked into a non-smoking room that had smelled of cigarettes as soon as I walked in. I had given a $100 deposit for the room that was taken out of my account although I had not smoked in the room myself. Tried to clear this mistake with management who rudely informed me nothing could be done about it and that I would not be recieving my deposit back. Was also threatened by management, saying they charge because I had guests over after attending my festival. On top of that, the floors were filthy. Couldnt tell the real color of the carpet due to various stains and dirt spots. Will not be returning nor would I recommend this location to anyone!
Couldnt beat the price plus Jack n the box is right in front. But the room we stayed in had the worst plumbing and pipe noises like gurgling. The carpet area in front of the door was this huge black spot. Our fridge and air conditioner were from the 70s so out dated. The air vent was completely broken. Then there was the other guests whom were slamming doors shaking our room and cars racing. The breakfast was included but mediocre at best we opted to dine out.
The fridge in my room didn’t work, leaked water constantly. Told the office 3 times nothing was done. Needless to room started to smell musty and moldy. I found ants crawling and me and my children multiple times. The tub and sink barely drained. Definitely don’t recommend staying here at
It was okay. The door didnt have a good seal. The floor was dirty. Finished a shower and walked from shower area towards the bad, the bottom of our feet were filthy. Carpet needs cleaning...at least in 102.The shower mat had some black specks on it.Keys didnt initially work to the room. The tv remote stopped working. Had to manually get up and change channels and the volume.
Stayed here against my best judgement for my birthday weekend vacation. I wish you could give negative reviews on this site because they do not deserve any rating, let alone a one star.Checking in to the hotel was fine, the girl at the desk was nice but the entire walk down the hallway was a struggle because all of their ac units are leaking, making a puddle maze to try and get to your room.Once we got to our room, we could tell this was going to be an experience. The entire room smelled like cat pee, ammonia and smoke. We had to prop the door open and turn on the leaking ac to stand the smell inside the room. The bathroom area had looked like it had been half ass cleaned and there was a stain on the outer wall. Inside the toilet shower area, the showerhead leaked no matter which way we turned it, there was mold above the door and the toilet handle spun around making the water in the toilet come up, instead of flush down. The beds were made nicely, but you could tell that the sheets werent cleaned regularly. The sheets on pillows were covered all stained with drool and god knows what else and we actually went and bought a bedding set from target down the street to sleep on because it was so nasty.During our stay, the people in the attached rooms were so loud that we could barely sleep after a long day at disneyland. The walls were so paper thin, even someone closing a door down the hall sounded like someone entering our room. There were kids running around all hours of the night, and Im fairly certain the people next to us were smoking pot.As my husband and I were getting our things together around 11am on our departure date, the phone rang and asked if we were leaving today (which we were, we were just putting stuff in the car) and when we told them yes, they abruptly hung up on us. We finished loading the car and headed into the disneyland park.About 30 minutes later, I start getting charges on my card from the hotel over and over (we booked with orbitz, so we only had to put a card on for security deposit and I have a special card that I have to reload with money to use while were on vacation) since I didnt have money on it, it kept declining so I called them to find out why I was getting charges and the woman on the phone was SO incredibly rude to me. I asked about the charges and she accused us of taking three towels. I found this hilarious because we made a point to bring our own because I never trust hotel towels, so the claim that we took theirs? Absolutely not. They tried charging my card seven times so far for different amounts, and havent stopped even after I called to tell them that we didnt take their towels.I am appalled and disgusted by the behavior of the staff and overall experience at this hotel and I do not recommend it for anyone.Weve already contacted the BBB and were going to file a claim with orbitz now. This hotel is a joke and should not be in operation.
It smelled wierd. There were holes in the walls everywhere. Stains all over the carpet. Could feel the springs in the bed when I layed down and when I woke up in the middle of the night there were two small roaches on the counter near the sink that I had to kill. The pictures looked nice but I was not at all impressed.
I was on a business trip to the CDA at the Anaheim Convention center. The price was reasonable and a short walk to the convention center. There are also plenty of places to eat dinner in walking distance. The problem is I had BED BUGS. This is the first time it has happened to me. I let the front desk know, as the manager was not in. Checked back with the front desk before I left town, still was not available. I’ve been waiting for a call back from the manager for 5 days. I have now called Days Inn 3 times since my stay. The manager is not in. If I could give them 0 stars it would be for nonexistent customer service.
Room is dirty. Walked in and their was open candy on the floor of our room. Not at all like the pictures on the website. Would say it’s ran down hard. Needs the walls to be patched up and new paint. The biggest thing is it needs a new bathtub. Some one just painted over it. Mold in the bathroom.
Quiet and warm I had room 121. Only problem was limited hot water one time I was there no bath tub plug, sink plug broken had hair clog in sink I was able to remove it. Some minor rust in bathroom door jam. Nice lighting goid flat screen TV. I used my own Wi-Fi. Breakfast consisted of fruitloops apple juice.
Very kind and helpful staff. However, the quality of the room that we were in left something to be desired. The bath tub paint was peeling in large chunks and the room overall felt kinda dirty and not well kept. The price was great for it being fairly close to Disneyland, but you do get what you pay for.
DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!! BED BUGS!!!!!!!!!!If I could give 0 rating I would. We booked two hotel rooms at this location for a two night stay. I cant say enough negative things about this rancid establishment. We had no other option but to keep our rooms for the second night due to the holiday weekend and proximity to Disneyland. Where do I start. The carpets are so dirty your socks turn black. The rooms smell moldy. The towels are not clean, they had rolled up hairs stuck in them. The most horrifying is the BED BUGS!!!! I didnt see them till the second night. I woke up uncomfortable and saw something crawling on my pillow at 4AM. I smashed it, then turned on the light and saw a big blot of blood and a bug about the size of the tip of a q-tip!! I had no idea what it was so I quickly looked it up and realized it was a giant bed bug! My kids and husband were sleeping. I immediately got them up and checked them. We packed up and left for the laundry mat at 4:30AM. We had to wait till 9AM to speak with the general manager Nirav Bhakata. He did not want to comp our rooms because he said we didnt notice it till the second night! He has a dirty, nasty, unkept hotel and BED BUGS!! I have video and pictures of these BED BUGS. Nit only does he expect us to pay for the rooms, we have inquired other expenses trying to ensure we dont bring them home! Laundry, Steam sanitizing, expensive car wash, and seriously it messes with your head thinking about bugs biting you or your children while you sleep. DONT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!
The only reason why I’m giving it a one star because the room wasn’t the issue. The room was fine for us to stay in one night while visiting Disneyland. The issue I have is with costumer service and the front desk lady. I paid 75$ for a room on Thursday night and checked on Friday night. I booked the room through THEIR website and was charged 75$. I was never aware of the 100$ deposit fee, but that’s beside the point. So once I showed up she said I need to pay 100$ to get the room. Unfortunately I didn’t have any extra money on my debit card. I left and told her “ok all I have to bring back is 100$ correct?” And she said “yes” I get the money and come back 30 min later and she tells me “it’s 180$” mind you it’s the same person! So I said whatever because at this time is was 10pm and my kids needed to be asleep, so i payed the 180$ and she said “ ok you will receive the 100$ in cash tomorrow when you check out” I checked out and recived the 100$. She said the money they originally took off my debit card (the 75$) would be reimbursed, (I’m guessing she let me pay the whole thing In cash since she charged me 80$ extra) And they reimbursed me the 75$ Friday. Today on Saturday I have -75$ on my bank app. Why did they take out the 75$ again? So now I have to wait until I can speak to a manager on Monday. Not only was the payment situation horrible. I tried to wash clothes and it was an expiernce in itself, I think a lot of it had to do with the front desk lady. She was literally no help what so ever.
If you have a family with kids to take with you then dont go to this place. The carpets are excessively filty and no amount of carpet clean can save it; It needs to be replaced at this point. There was a bad stench of odor upon walking in. The AC/Heater blows out bad odor that shows it hasnt been cleaned for many years. Stay away from this place.
Great location right across from Disney, next door to jack in the box, very family friendly. I got a double bed standard the day before 4th of july, the room was very pricy for the quality. I paid 189 total. its clean enough, the carpets are a little sticky and thin walls. but good for motel quality. and once again great location, no bugs, no rats, clean sheets :)
Stayed one week in September. This is a simply best value spot. I am a singlu business traveller and visited Anaheim Expo center. Hotel to expo center is 15min on foot including 2 lenghty stops at lights. Definitely no need to take a cab or bus. Likewise for Disneyland visiters. It is not a new building, but they definitely do not underserve. Rooms are big enough (for 4), TV/micro/fridge all works perfect. Tub was not very clean at checkin, but it took 3mins to get it done. Reception staff, maids were all very polite and helpful. Breakfast is limited but NOT that much if you can survive with a simple set of breakfast (please think about all the hunger in the world before commenting like scrap etc). Breakfast is coffee/juice/bread/toasts/creamcheese/eggs/milk/full waffle set with syrup/apples/creal for kids, so not that bad! Carpets are old, therefore they cannot be as clean as brand new ones. Area nice and safe, jack in the pot right next door, Target 7 min walk. One night I met a homeless within the facility, but no big deal. That never happened during my stay. Actually thats why i did not rate 5. Secuity&monitoring should be 7x24. Overall; this is a perfect 4star, simply the best value in area for shortstays/businesstravels to anaheim convention center/familytrips to disneyland. If security is improved, then sure would deserve a 5star!
The staff was friendly and the room was well priced, its located close to many restaurants and gas stations. Just a couple of things were off about our room, our microwave didnt have the spinning glass plate and the fire detector was hanging from its wires from the ceiling.
Its a place to sleep. The tubs enamel or whatever is ripping up, theres no stopper so you cant take a bath, there are dents in the floor, theres no elevator so have fun hiking up your luggage to your room, the parking lot is very small, they change the wifi password every day and it doesnt work half the time. Theres an auto service shop behind that is really sketchy so be mindful at night. Wont be staying here again.
Got in about 11:00pm the guy inside let me in we had some casual conversation and he gave me everything I needed to know about buses and breakfast. Even gave me a free Bubba Gump appetizer card. The room had a new flat screen TV. An oversized mini fridge and a soft bed. The price of this place couldnt be beat. Went for two days of disneyland. Easy to get a cab, or take ART. Thank you to the over night guy and if you want nice bed at a good cost this is it.
We decided to stay here one late Friday night. We booked the room online through our debit card, and when we arrived the woman at the front desk refused to acknowledge our payment are required a second payment as well. Charging us double for the room, when we refused to pay she threatened to call the police to throw us out of the hotel. Will never stay here or probably any days inn again.
First Off Worst Experience at a Hotel EVER! 1 hour prior to check in Hotel called and Said No room for you, even though the booking was done a week and a half in advance. Worst yet was the fact that We were completely Unable to sleep During our stay since the staff Was Unwilling to speak with the Ignorant folks above us, amd they and Their party of Hooligans Were smashing, Yelling amd being as Loud as possible! Absolutely RUD Staff, No Manager or the like on the Premises The entire 3 day stay here. And We were Not able to book ANY Other hotel since ALL Others were booked! I Will NEVER Stay at Another Hotel Chain that is Associated with THIS One!
Absolutely TERRIBLE!!My girlfriend and I had made a reservation months in advance and had walked into check into the inn. Everything was going great until we went to authorize the room cost with our card.... When we swiped the card it sent an authorization to the bank and put a hold on the amount for 400ish dollars but when it sent the authorization back to the inn the card system failed and did not recieve it. The GM then tried to force the charge through but i stopped him before he did knowing that would double charge us. so we then called the bank to figure out they were holding it but could not or would not release the hold. so we were out 400ish dollars for 6 to 7 days and to top it all off the GM said he would not put us into a room until this problem that his system caused was solved and he recieved an authorization number when we were 7 hours away from home on vacation, so we had no where to stay. We eventually found another place to stay but i will never stay at this facility again.
Let me start with the pros: courteous staff, convinient location - walking distance to Disneyland, just besides Jack in the Box, close to convinience stores, just across Joe Lattis Italian Ice cream. Breakfast is so so...but hey, its FREE, so aint complaining in here:-)The CONS? Although I didnt encounter any bugs nor roaches....but the carpet needs some SERIOUS deep cleaning :-( bath mat is totally worn out and a big turn off. I know this is a budget hotel but there are budget bath mats @ most dollar stores or 99 CENTS store...just dont keep the worn out ones :-(
We enjoyed our stay at Days Inn, the room was clean and quiet, the customer service was very nice and polite, answered all our questions. it was easy to find close to Disneyland, the ART bus to Disneyland was clean and very easy to use .we would recommend Days Inn to family and friends, we would like to stay at Days Inn again in the future.
Arriving to the hotel around 10:00 PM we get there and my reservation was cancelled and I didnt get any sort of notification or call from the hotel to confirm my cancellation. The man at the front desk was nice and helpful but the management would not honor the price I originally paid for the hotel and the price went up an extra 50 dollars a night compared to when I originally booked the room. Management wasnt even there and the staff didnt know what to do. We were in no way compensated or given any sort of discount.
The place is really nice an quaint. But outdated carpet and slow internet. It is around various places to take kids, walk, theres a target close by. Its a good place just slow on the internet. Nice friendly staff, you can book up HDMI, tvs not locked so thats very connbinient.
Place had a certain smell, even though we had a parking permit , it was still hard to find a parking. Place is Right next to Jack n the box, close.to shopping and ur stay Includes breakfast if ur okay having people swarm the lobby and each person (in the family) making 5 waffles as if it was their last meal. Toast, cereal, coffee, oranges and bananas and waffles are ur choice. I will probably not stay here again.
Pity, but this hotel is not worth 2 stars:even the location of the hotel is great, the bed was ok, shower ok, fridge were also ok, changed towels regularly too...BUT1.the floor of the room, in general in both rooms ive stayed, was dirty, dark brown paths are in the most used places, close to the door and to the bathroom...2. i had to change the room as there were homeless people walking around my door and digging in the trash which was right in the corner of my room, so no security at all :(3. i paid 60 $/night for a room with breakfast, but didnt get one as there were only pan, where you could bake waffels yourself or just take an apple.. cues even for that :)4. Kitchen was not clean and unsafe as electricity cables were hanging from the ceiling.. 4 unclean tables for all guests of the hotel..5. reception- first receptionist who checked in was ok, explained everything, changed the room after one night, but the other one, who checked me out asked for the deposit the moment i wanted to check out saying that is their policy or she cant check me out.. i asked for a manager- didnt call or invited.. just said, that i need to wait until tomorrow, but i didnt want to spend a day there longer as didnt feel safe and geting what i expected seeing in the photos..6. right in front of the hotel is a place for burgers, from one side is great for those, who eat them, but those cars all evening in this drive inn and take away place just sucks, cant even open a window for a fresh air if you live on the same side as reception...would not like come back to this place again.Hope management is reading comments and will change something...Besides, all photos that is in the advert most probably are done just the moment they opened, years ago, today, 20181116, situation is opposite.
ZERO STARS. When I went to book my hotel they didnt offer anything other than 20% off. I thought what the heck thats a good deal and didnt realize there would be different cancellation policies for different prices. Well my price was 341.44 and now I called them because Im actually moving to California and need that money to put towards moving. I called MULTIPLE times to get this refund and there was always an excuse. The manager isnt it. They wont be back till Monday. Ill have them call you. We dont do refunds, go the corporate number. So I called the corporate number and they have nothing to do with refunds! I finally called back this morning and the man I spoke to was SO RUDE and INCONSIDERATE. WAS MEAN FROM THE MOMENT HE CAME ON THE PHONE. Sorry but the customer is ALWAYS RIGHT. I work in Customer Service I would know!!! He wouldnt give me the refund and when I asked for the corporate number he gave me and INVALID NUMBER. I looked it up online and they put in a complaint to send back to the hotel. I STILL HAVE NO GUARANTEE OF GETTING MY REFUND AND IM PISSED!!!!!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE THEYRE MEAN AND STUBBORN. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
IF You Work hard for Your money don’t go here they STEAL Your Money they ask for 100 dollar deposit but don’t give it back make lies saying there is something wrong with the room They have Black ants in the restroom and I believe in the bed I have got bit more then once and I have killed them the floor is so black u have to wear shoes in the room or else ur feet will be black as if u walked outside Don’t Go HERE THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY MANAGEMENT IS RUDE
Room 124 it was horrible .. didn’t have a door in bathroom .. the waters stay on the bathtub for a long period ! The microwave didn’t have the plate .. n people from upstairs kept on dropping stuff n walking around I couldn’t rest .. because of that noise !! Horrible experience

2021-12-22This place was disappointing. The cost of the accommodation didnt leave me to expect much, but I was still surprised at how disappointing it was. I removed my shoes at one point and the bottoms of my socks were black after a few minutes. The beds were very uncomfortable. The mattresses were noisy and we could feel the springs. The breakfast included was bagged breakfast, which we skipped. The desk worker who helped us the second day of our stay was extremely kind and helpful, which was one of the only positives of our stay.

2018-11-04Our room was absolutely gross. As soon as we got in there was issues with the room. The musty smell was the very first thing you walk into. I then wanted to take a shower and not only was it filthy but the water was cold and the tub was clogged so withing a minute of you running the shower the tub was full of water and took over 30 minutes to drain. Going to bed I pulled the sheets down and there were multiple long dark hairs (definitely not our hair) all stuck to the bed sheets... absolutely repulsive. In the morning going to make coffee in the room when we opened the coffee maker there was an old used package of coffee left in it. I really think they dont clean these rooms at all and just make the beds. Ive never been in a dirtier room. Walking on the carpet barefoot turned the bottoms our feet black. I understand its a cheaper hotel but that doesnt mean you should be staying in a filthy room. No hotel should be allowed to run and be this disgusting. We did call and complain about these problems and all the lady at the front did was apologize and say she cant do a anything for us or move us to a new room because theyre booked full. I wouldnt recommend staying in this hotel unless its your absolute last resort.

2019-01-24Where do I even start? Well OK, here we go-1. The shower never got hot for me, even after I called the front desk to help or potentially change my room, they sent someone up to the room to turn on the shower for two seconds and said ooh that is hot and it wasnt at all! On top of it, the bathtub would clog SO FAST. I ended up having to take cold 1 minute showers because I was obviously freezing, and because I was so grossed out that the tub was clogged. Ew I want to throw up just thinking about it.2. The room was falling apart and so dirty. The lamps only worked half the time, there was only ONE sad ceiling light and it was dark as hell. There was what I assume as years of dirt chalked all over the doors and in the corner of the bathroom. The blow dryer gave me so many problems and i called the front desk and they said theyd come look at it and never did. The refrigerator, microwave, TV, and heater looked to be dirty and a billion years old which would be fine if I wasnt afraid to be electrocuted.3. The breakfast that was a major factor in deciding to pick this hotel was.... *sigh* so disappointing. Options include: 3 types of bread and waffles with a community bottle of syrup OH and how could i forget the Apples with white weird moldy spots on them. There was no yogurt, or any type of egg or breakfast meat. Seriously, itd be better to say they dont serve breakfast at all because it was garbage.4. Coffee was always out. Didnt even get a single cup. Which, whatever, not a big deal - but considering everything else this is just another thing.5. My key never ended up working to get us into the room. We had to go get it reset to get back in the room.I paid $300 for 3 nights there and it was the worst waste of money and the worst experience ever. I would rather sleep in a garbage can then come back to this hotel again.

2019-02-23Stayed here in July, and decided to finally review this hotel. Parking was limited, as upon walking into your room your hit with a strong cigarette smell even though the room is non-smoking. We looked past the smell because maybe someone smoked outside the room. The room was dirty, with stains and dirty carpet. We ate some food and as being there for about 20 minutes my boyfriend decided to take a shower, he turned the water on, and as he tried to get it to warm up he went on his phone for a bit. While he came back into the bathroom he pulled back the curtain to reveal this huge cockroach! He quickly got out while leaving the water running. Since there was no tub the ran just ran all over the floor. We quickly packed up all of our things and went to the front desk to demand a refund which they gracefully gave us. We left feeling gross ): I attached pictures of the huge cockroach! Would not stay here again ):

2018-12-07Location is not too close to Disneyland and there is no shuttle service. Price was more than some hotels closer to the park but thats probably because of the continental breakfast. Rooms are run down but water pressure was good. Rooms could have been cleaner too, dirt and hairs in the drawers. No hangers to hang up our clothes. Continental breakfast is good.

2019-04-29This Hotel needs to be checked by a health inspector. Wyndham should be reported to the Better Business Bureau, or taken to court.Booked a flight with Priceline for trip to Anaheim, and after my familys plans to stay with friends fell through, we decided to also book a hotel through the same agency. I came across this hotel, which was advertised as 40% off . The posted photos looked decent, It was close to Disney, and within walking distance of a Target, had a pool, and continental breakfast. So, I pounced on the deal. What a huge mistake! Some things worth mentioning:1)This is a motel NOT a hotel. Other than the lobby area , there are no indoor corridors. There are two levels, so if you have kids and suitcases be prepared for a real struggle , if youre on the second floor. ( there may be some sort of elevator , though we didnt ask)2) The rooms are disgusting. We requested a new room 5 minutes after we checked into our first room and discovered peeling paint in the bathtub, and blood on the sheets. The provided us keys to a new room without pause. Our second room: Smelled of smoke, had more peeling paint in the bathtub, vents caked with dust and food!, the floors are carpeted and covered with who knows what. The microwave and safe didnt work, nor did the bath tub ( broken drain cover) and the large lamp had a burnt out bulb. The only reason we didnt immediately leave right then , was because I had already paid for this location, and we were on a tight budget at this point.3) Our keys: Constantly stopped working, and we were given about 10 keys total ! Staff told us that , it was likely our fault.4) Staff: We asked for two clean blankets for our room , so that we didnt have to sleep under musty covers. We were given on and informed that each room only gets one extra blanket- Okay?? except what they gave us had a crusty white stain on it. This was still the first night, and at this point we requested to discuss the issues with a manager. We were told that there was no manager on duty until the next week. On our last day, I stopped by the lobby to get the managers email address , but there was a Be back in 5 Minutes sign posted on locked lobby doors. I waited 30 minutes.Fast forward to early this week. I finally contacted Wydham about this disaster. What they basically said is that they take great pride in all of there hotels ... standards.... satisfaction blah blah. They assured me that they spoke to the manager of the hotel, and were informed by him that i had not made any complaints and therefore was not entitled to a refund. As you can tell by the details of my review , this was NOT the case, and that YES I did complain.

2018-07-23This hotel is dirty and a liar. The promise next to the front desk said As our guest, you can expect warm hospitality, and clean, comfortable rooms where everything works, to make your stay trouble free and enjoyable. There are so many problems with this hotel. Me and my mom stayed here from Wednesday until today while we stayed at Anaheim for Disneyland. (Me and my dad also stayed at this hotel 3 years ago while on a road trip to California. We also here for Disneyland. However, I dont remember me and him having problems at this hotel.) We (me and my mom) had to change rooms twice. The problems with the first room was that wasnt even finished being cleaned and the bathtub was dirty. The refrigerator wasnt working in our second room and after the toilet got clogged in there at 10 or 10:30 PM, the front desk lady said she wasnt able to fix it after attempting to do so countless times and said we would have to wait until the next day to get it unclogged. The next day, we moved to the last room. The floors were dirty and the coffee pot was all rusted and gross. This hotel needs to keep their promise and take responsibility!

2017-10-07Good location for Disneyland, can walk to the Toy Story shuttle and take it for free. Also close to Roscoes if you need a late night chicken and waffles. The rooms were tidy and felt clean, although older, except the floors. Very, very dirty. Out of the bath my kids feet were filthy and black. I recommend bringing flip flops to wear in the room. Otherwise its great. Free parking, free breakfast that has basic continental options, cant beat the price. There is a pool and spa, but we didnt use it. For a place to crash between spending all day at Disney, this is a great option.

2017-02-28All in all it was a good experience. Lots of parking great customer service we needed more towels and they brought them within 5 minutes. The room was clean and it didnt look run down.Only thing I will say is the so called breakfast was more like a light day snack. Some oranges, bread with only grape jelly, and a waffle machine. That was all so wouldnt really call that breakfast. Great location about 5 minute drive to Disneyland and Dennys is right down the street.

2019-05-12Don’t ever stay here!!! Ken the manager is never around to come to the phone or don’t want to deal with any kind of complaints! The rooms were so nasty floors had mold on them and stains on the curtains and all over the floor. We checked out the same day we arrived and got into our room and seen how gross it was. Ken never gave us our 50.00 deposit back cause they said we stole their towels which is a lie because like I said we checked out as soon as we seen how nasty the place was I guess they feel the need to keep our 50.00 since he can’t keep a clean hotel and people to stay there! We finally went to a really nice resort after left there and even told the staff at the new resort how nasty days inn was! They were not a bit surprised!!! We have pictures of days inn I think it needs to be reported to the Heath department.. I will let everyone know not to stay at this location rude staff and dirty rooms not how you want to spend you vacation. Wish I could put no stars what so ever.
