Would give NO STARS if I could, toilet, dirty, rude NON-AMERICAN owners!!! If Wyndham keeps letting this TRASH buy into their franchise, IM looking @ swapping to another franchise chain. My wife is disabled & has an ESA DOG & they charged a $100 deposit & they were there for 3days. Dog pegged the owner by being ready to bite him.
Positive: The location. Negative: Staff was not friendly. Room wasnt ready. They gave me a different room that smelled of stale cigarettes. The blind was broken so the sun was streaming in at six oclock in the morning. The bathroom sink was cracked and didnt drain.
Positive: I could see they are in the process of making some improvements to the hotel lobby, exterior and the rooms themselves. Negative: The elevator was out of order. No body wash available. No continental breakfast available. The front desk clerk calls me by my first name which is unprofessional and inappropriate.

Positive: Nothing Negative: It was under construction. No breakfast, loud neighbors late at night, pot smell, no breakfast available, front desk was behind glass like they were afraid of getting robbed.
Very very and I mean very bad hotel. Not clean at all, has been bugs, dirty walls, floor was peeling. Got charged for a week (1,000$) told them i wanted a refund after inspecting the room for total of 10 minutes. Was told they would refund the full amount for the week I booked. 3 days pass only received about half of the money. Had a dispute with them and they said they couldn’t refund the rest of the money. Called corporate multiple times and did not help. Had to record a video of me confronting the manager to be able to send it to my bank to show proof of them trying to scam me. Waited over 1 month and half to get the rest of the money thru the bank.
I live in the area but stayed here while my housemates were dealing with COVID. Spacious and comfortable room, but several minor cosmetic issues (and one major one in the broken vertical blinds on the window) and the iron and coffee maker didnt work. The wifi had a range of a whopping half the room. Actual kitchenette with mini fridge, sink and microwave was nice. There was no Do Not Disturb sign to prevent housekeeping from knocking persistently or entering in my absence, which I was not comfortable with. Check- in and check-out were quick and painless. Ive stayed in better but Ive stayed in worse.
If i could give minus points i would, this place is horrible, it was disgusting dirty, front desk was rude they lied about the bed size our couch in our room had duck tape to cover a hole i presume. i literally spent 30 mins in the room and called around to see if another place had rooms free for that night even if it meant spending more. saving cash meant nothing at this point. i feel like i caught bed bugs just by looking at the bed. plus i paid for a room with atleast a queen size bed and they put us in a room with full size beds im a big guy and me and my girlfriend were not about to sleep on a full comfortably. when i went to go ask about the bed size and if they can give me the room i paid for they stated that all the beds in that place were queen there were no full size beds, LIARS. either way horrible place dont go here. im up for cheap prices but they took it to far they literally fool you with the photos it looks nothing like them.
Stayed for 3 days, online reservation says free breakfast but there is no breakfast given because of Covid 19, And no refund. The front desk person helps let me understand the breakfast And do his best to be accommodating to my request to transfer to another room.

My family and I had a terrible experience with this place. The clerk Ron lied, said we checked in and stayed for 2 hours ( to justify a charge), that never occurred. We asked to see the room and discovered blood on the sheets once we pulled back the covers, burn holes in the covers, stains all on the walls mould in the fridge. We declined the room and services and we were charged 4 times. Very rude, unrighteous, unprofessional, when we tried to explain to the manager Mr Patel and sort this out with them we got nowhere. This place is terrible on every level.

I would give this a zero star if I could. We were there a whole 10 min because the place was disgusting. Don’t waste your money like I did. The room was not clean by any standard, toilet was broke, and when we asked for a plunger they handed us a sopping wet one in a small plastic bag dripping toilet water everywhere. We couldn’t take it once we saw blood on the wall and black stuff all over the sheets and comforter. No no no no. Stay clear.

A true 2 star experience. I expected better, the room was unclean, the fridge looked like a soda blew up in it, and about half the lights worked. The A/C panel did not work, had to adjust the unit manually and I will stop here as there is more.

The hotel room we were issued at Wyndham Antioch was truly subpar and completely rundown. When we entered our room the infiltrating smell of cigarette and marijuana smoke surrounded us. Upon attempting to settle into our (non-smoking)room with our 3 young children (2-months, 2- years, and 5-years) we noticed small black bugs on the pillows, a cigarette burn hole in the top comforter, and multiple stains on the comforter and fabric chair. As We attempted to turn down the sheets we discovered multiple cuts in the bed sheets. We felt mortified to stay one more second in that hotel room as I feared my young children would be bit by insects and that the comforter and sheets were not clean. We were also disappointed to discover there were no towels provided in the hotel room as well. We were regrettably happy to pack our children up and get out of that dump of a hotel room as quickly as possible. We are hope this hotel will be stripped of its ability to rent awful rooms to genuinely hard working families.
No breakfast was provided, wi-fi did not reach the third floor on which I stayed, and the representative at the time had trouble understanding that my company paid for the room. The two main reasons I booked this hotel were not available. The other amenities in the room, bed, kitchenette, and shower were okay at best, but get your act together.
Customer service was horrible and the 5 rooms I had booked for my staff were horrible. The sofas had tears patched with duct tape dresser drawer won’t open plastic blinds all broken not to mention anything else. We had to cut our stay short notified them 2 days before checking out mgr said it was fine asked for us to send email as a document which we did and they still charged us. Do not stay here definitely sub par even for a entry level hotel.
Very disappointed. I’ve stayed here before but it was never this bad. Mold in the bathroom and around the AC. No customer service all. BM was very nonchalant about my complaints and night worker Ron asked me 21 questions before telling me I had to walk all the way back to the back door after not being able to get in. Worst experience ever and it was Thanksgiving.

Or its just a dump. Plastic hanging from all over, floor dirty with, who knows what.As I turned to leave, deciding that,it just wasnt a safe place. I couldnt get to my car fast enough. Then actually charged me, the next day. for a room, I never checked in to. Took over a week to get my money back.From the street, it looks not so bad. But it is.!!! Not one of the safer areas to stay in either.

My Stay at Antioch Days Inn Wyndham has been wonderful. Of all staff Jim was very kind, courteous and helpful in any amenities i needed that he was able to provide within reason. Even with the current Covid-19 pandemic this specific location was above and beyond my expectations. The rooms are cleaned meticulously, there is no dirt, dust or filth ANYWHERE! I was more then extremely satisfied with my stay. I planned on staying 2 nights snd have so gar stayed a total of 5. As i mentioned Jim at the front desk has been more then accommodating. He is very pleasant, polite, helpful and andwers all of my questions i have since my stay here. Whether you are a new or returning customer I highly reccomend that you request Jim for his hospitality and wonderful attitude. This is my first time at this particular location but when i need a place to stay in the Antioch area i will not consider any hotel or motel other then Days Inn Antioch. Id like to thank Jim, and highly highly reccomend that anyone who comes to stay at this location do the same. Im more then sattisfied with this lovation. Its safe, friendly, very very clean and highly accomodating. Thank you Days Inn, and thank you Jim! I will definetly be returning and reccomending this location to everyone i know! Thank you!
First of all when I walked into the hotel it was absolutely dirty the bed linens were soiled there were people hanging around outside smoking all over the place the bathrooms was okay. And the small refrigerator had dried up food all over it. And I had no outside view when I opened up the window I seen a soiled baby diaper which was smelly and the air was unbearable when I tried to open up my window. I would not stay back here again it was not a pleasant atmosphere for me.
Make sure you bring or buy your smoke eliminator because this hotel advertised smoke free and thats not true. Your room cooler doest work(wall units either), theres no screens on the windows so if you open them every flying creature will join you for your stay. And for sure you will need to use your bathroom towels wisely or choke from smoke all night.
Well First of all We had a Reservation 3 Weeks ago, got to the place Check the sheets on Bed & werent change, I talk w/ Front desk person, they took the sheets of & washed, We have to wait 1:30 hrs to be ready after Check in time, hallway smells like someone been smoking, Very Bad experience! To be honest I dont recommend this Hotel! Sorry

Bring your own amenities, soap, shampoo and conditioner are in a dispenser on the wall and they did not look clean. TRUCK DRIVERS, location says it provides truck parking but we had to move our rig at 5:00am because we werent allowed in the lot we used. I believe he said we would be charged?
Horrible place will not stay there ever again. Stain of what look like blood on couple of walls, old coffee filter in the coffee pot, toilet was not bolted down, bottom of door lock didnt work, window was unlocked, bed on metal frame didnt fit right, toilet paper holder was broken. I could go on but I have listed enough.

The toilet was not cleaned upon my check in, s**t was literally in there stuck, cleaning products was poured in so cover it instead of cleaning it. . There was no bar of soaps left in the bathroom. Bathroom door handle kept falling off when u would try to open the door. There were no screen to the window in the room, nothing preventing the windows from opening or to keep them locked. I was on the 3rd story. Someone or a child could easily fall out and hurt themselves or die.Not to mention, i was asked for a $100 cash deposit once i got to the motel, he didnt asked his friends that he was checking in ahead of me for the extra $100. Too busy talking about personal things, i booked my stay online with my debt so there shouldnt have been any more money to pay for this stay This was the first i have ever been asked for additional money after asking the man how was i supposed to get my money back?? Their Online website said nothing about paying an additional money to stay here. I kept asking him how was the money getting back to me. He couldnt come up with an answer so he told me he didnt charge me. It doesnt make sense, worse place i ever stayed at on vacation. Where is the manager and supervisors to over look employees and how this place is being ran. I hate to see the lawsuit they get if someone falls out there windows, seeing as they have no screens or locks preventing the windows from opening. Sad story.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This hotel is filled with drug addicts and dealers. Apparently its non smoking but there was burn holes on the comforter, each towel was stained, hair dryer didnt work. Dealers and tweakers were constantly in and out. During the day you dont notice it much but at night definitely watch your surroundings
My 2 small children and i stayed here for an extended amount of time. I always felt safe & all the employees from the maid service to the owner were always warm and welcoming. Anytime I needed anything they promptly took care of us. Ive stayed at nearly every hotel in the surrounding area and i still would come here before any other hotels. Theres always room for improvement in any establishment but overall is a fantastic place to stay.
I should of known it was a sign when my light fixture outside my door was missing Nothing works the phone didnt work had no towels in the room excuse was they were still washing there was human hair hanging from fridge the rug was dirty and smelled like wet dog, tv didnt work remote control didnt work had to get up and change the channel. their site states breakfast and the clerk said it was but morning came and none, he then used covid as an excuse so he just wanted to get us in and our money no breakfast false advertisement Before you plan check reviews first which I did but doubted thinking folks was lying, nope all true. I would have left but I was already there from out of town and my event was around the corner. Pls do not stay there the pool is maybe 12*12 literally hecka small crazy right I kid yall not its the worse place I have ever stayed and I travel a lot should of none better when days inn in s.f is a shelter in place spot for the homeless.
Sheets and pillow cases had stains spots. Already bothered the staff for towels. So I just picked up a bed set from target around the corner. AC worked well and the internet was fast

It has been since 2012 that I visited this establishment and now, I remember why. The staff, with exception of one person are rude, petty and unprofessional. The rooms all differ in decor and cleanliness. For the most part, the immediate appearance is that it is clean however, it is not! There was a good amount of dangerous debris under the bed in my most recent room. The room lacked the blow dryer and a set of towels--practically, every single time I was a guest, there was an issue concening a shortage of towels. I do not plan to return to this particular location.
We had a bad experience, the sheets and comforter were dirty, they had dark spots and the towels holder in the bathroom are rusty. Overall the hotel hotel needs maintenance.
Im currently staying at this days inn for work. everything is great. i booked a suite for 4 nights, but apparently there was something wrong with it, so the owner, who is very nice and accommodating, told me that hed give me a 2 bed room for one night and then move me to the suite the next morning. i didnt really care to move so and i was just going to stay with the 2 bed room. the owner went out of his way the next morning and knocked on my door to tell me that the suite was ready. he also helped me move all my luggage to the new room. the layout for the rooms are great. theres complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer in the bathroom. room also comes with fridge, microwave, and cable. very happy with the hotel.
Great staff at the motel. They were very pleasant and helpful. The only reason that we did not rate a five star was not much of a variety for breakfast. They had the standard of waffles and cereal, toast and mini bagels and a few yogurts. But I would gladly stay there again as this was our second time staying there. The prices were also very reasonable!

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and the first time it was old and ran down. I came because my daughter wanted to use the pool and it was down and there was glass all around it on the ground. I had booked through Expedia and they properly refunded and handled my booking. Saw they remodeled and came back to stay for a night and the hotel manager is rude doesn’t want to deal with anything the floors are nicer in the rooms but the place in itself is old and they do the bare minimum to keep it up and collecting money. Sleep at your own risk.
The keys were not activated when I checked in so I had to go back to the lobby to have them activate the key card. You can see where they didnt thoroughly clean the room, I had to ask for additional towels as well. Television didnt work and they had to come and fix it. Finally, in the following morning, the couple next door were fighting that I had to intervene

Ok for the price, about what was expected for $100/night deal I had found online.Front desk service was great and very accommodating, would give them 5 stars on their own. My car was fine overnight in the parking lot.The bathroom was very clean, but the water was warm rather than hot (at 11:30 pm) when taking a shower. If the water had been hot, I would have enjoyed a bath as the tub looked comfortable.Room overall has thin walls and ceiling, meaning that noise travels easily even when no one is making excessive noise. Tennants above me were walking all night and easy to tell where they were above me.Not much to be done about that, just slept with the tv on low.Bed was firm but comfortable, lots of pillows, and mattresses looked new with no sign of bed bugs in the seams. Some dirt on the bed spread, but the floors were very clean.
Ive stayed at plenty of Days Inn. And like anything their pretty much the same.I was located on the bottom floor next to some noisy occupants next door to me. The room has a ac with the front cover coming off, the bathroom sink faucet was not properly attached to the sink itself (ex missing the necessary silicone around the faucet and dont believe it had the nuts underneath to secure it as well.Customer service was perfect no issues. Very kind and helpful with anything that i requested.Breakfast was like any other continental offerings. Fresh and well setup and even setup quite early because I did happen to find myself awake quite early several times.Would I stay here again? Yes. Nothing really to keep me from avoiding it. The minor issues with the room is the only reason for my rating.

It was great. Jim the new manager was very courteous to me and very understanding of what my needs esp with the nite checkin he was up and about and very patient with me. Not many managers like himself -> he does not come off rude very attentive to his guests and also very hospitable. Great place to stay when you have a manger like himself. Friendly and courteous. When got to the other room I was trying to sleep there was loud noise and people walking around. I didn’t get no sleep. I also got a cold 🤧 from there. I my check out time was at 12pm but I check out of there at 8am. Once again do not stay there
Booked a room 3 weeks in advance for a 5 night stay 2 queen beds for a party of 5. Go there and checked in went up to the room they assigned us to and the room still had another guests suit cases and things in it (they were still there). Went back down to the lobby and they told us they didn’t have another room that they were over booked. Some time went by and they said they had a room available so we went up to the room & they informed us that the room had to be opened by them each time we needed to get in because the key card didn’t work for that door. They open he door and it’s a 1 queen bed for the 5 of us.This place is absolutely ridiculous, they have no organization. Then I ask for a refund so I can go to a different hotel and the guy at the front desk tells me I have to wait for the owner/manager to get there. I’ve already wasted over an hour trying to figure out everything already!! Would not recommend.

Clean, affordable, and the staff was friendly. Pretty close to a lot of food options and stores which was nice. Only complaint was the walls were really thin so could hear the people in the next room and talking in the hallway. Also, the shower head was kind of broken (leaking from the base quite a bit while the water was on) but it still worked so cant complain about that too much I guess.
Well......the workers were nice enough. But all 4 of us thought the breakfast was gross, the place reeked of weed, the parking lot had sketchy people in it. The fitness room had been robbed of the TV. Stains on the blankets, the beds felt like cardboard laying on top of springs. The pillows were some kind of scrunched up material shoved into a pillow case. We wont be back.

Originally booked for 5 nights, checked out after day one and found better accommodations. Also, at 5am (leaving for work) I saw some activity in the rear parking lot that looked inappropriate.... steer clear....

Prices are great. I paid 128 (including taxes and fees plus 100 deposit if you pay in cash only) on new years eve. Its really clean. Some rooms are updated others are not. The rooms on the website are the older ones. Its not extravagant but its definitely nice and worth the money. Hidden gem.
Nastiest hotel ever floors were very sticky there was stains all over the couch. Then I paid for the room for my grandfather to come 2 and a half hours to stay to visit family and he called me in the morning telling me his showers backed up and cant take a shower. So he had the maintenance guy come up and took 15 min for the stuff to work. Then he tried to shower again and it still wouldnt drain. I called to speak with the manager and he says drains and cloggs arent his problem its just something that happens. So he just kept saying its not his fault and since I booked it online and so he cant do any refund this manager was only telling me that none of it was his fault yet hes the manager and its his building and he doesnt even know he has plumbing problems ridiculous and nastiest hotel Ive ever seen. END result he didnt compensate anything and need with saying it still isnt his fault.
Its was wonderful staying with days inn Antioch. New mangers Jim and his wife is fantastic they had no problem meeting my accmodation requests during COVID 19 time to. The management at days inn are cool,If youre are cool i recommended this place in Antioch. Rooms are comfortable with all amenities .
I was there for two nights. The rooms are a nice size, and the breakfast was adequate. The walls were a little dirty though as were the cushions on the window seat. I would like more cameras and light in the parking lot because someone reported that their car, parked by the pool, was broken into.
For 140$ the cleanliness should certainly be priority. The bedside tables were covered with some kind of nasty, greasy substance. I had to clean it off with sanitizer. I picked up my back pack off the floor and a big clump of foreign hair was caught on it..then there was only one wash cloth in a double bed room..air conditioner didnt work very well, woke up hot even though it was set to 66. There were dark drip marks on the door and over all, it felt really gross. Disappointed. You do not get what you pay for.
My only complaint is that I wish they provided the rooms with more towels /made towels accessible to their guests. Everything else was great ! I do advise booking online due to charges differing over 40 bucks for some reason when on site rather then online route
I ordered a hotel online through Google and being a local from the area I knew staying in Antioch was hit and miss. But Im here for my baby shower and drove from eastern OR so I decided to just get a room around the corner from my shower venue. $112/night out the door...steep but I thought, fine... It will work. I get here at check in and the parking lot is tiny. I have a small trailer so It was hard to find parking. But I figured it out. I get to my room and its literally TINY. Cant even turn around hardly in it. My husband and I are super tired and irritated as we were on a budget and have stayed at WAY nicer rooms for less. So we go back downstairs to speak with the desk attendant because I was NOT happy as the photos didnt accurately depict the product I was given. He tells me that there are 3 types of rooms and I must have chosen the standard size. I told him I was not given an option and even IF I had I wouldnt pay $112 for THAT room. I basically ask for my money back and he asks someone to show me another room. Im annoyed but I go and look. He shows me what I would consider a normal sized room. I think... Okay this is worth $112 I guess... So we accept it and he gives it to me at no additional charge. I get to the room and take a shower, I get out.... NO TOWELS. So I call the front desk and he said he was sending towels up. Im waiting.... Waiting.... 5-10 minutes later Im still wet, and dripping in the room - no towels. I call the front desk twice. No answer. So I call off of my cell phone, alas he picks up. I ask him where the towels went and he tells me the guy was waiting for them to dry and he will send them up now. Ugh... There were about 6 guys out front since we pulled up until we came home at 8 pm just chilling by their trucks. Thankfully I was able to get a lock for my trailer so Im confident Ill wake up in the morning with it still attached to my vehicle. I have people outside my door right now just talking hella loud and doing who knows what in the hallway. TV was unplugged and we had to move the TV stand to get it plugged back in, beer caps and trash underneath. Splats of who knows what on the wall.... Im just too tired to fight and ready to be home tomorrow.
I was very disappointed. I paid about 150 for the hotel for one night stay. They had no cribs available and kept saying not right now, but ask in the morning. I needed it for that night. Also asked if there were at least any roll out beds. I got the same answer. It was very frustrating. Also, I was trying to order a ppv fight and they did not have that. The breakfast was terrible. There was cereal, milk, yogurt, and bread. There was a waffle machine, but no waffles made. Needless to say, the front desk person was not helpful at all. It is not worth the money paid.
Excellent room breakfast bar is amazing and Shiva is the best! I haven’t had a stay this amazing or enjoyable at a hotel in forever. I really appreciate how all staff goes above and beyond to make sure things are taken care of
Housekeeping are so helpfull and customer service is excellent the new manager jim and his wife took care of us well during my stay. I stayed here for 15 days. I reccomand here if you want great hospitality
Rude as hell horrible and I mean horrible service all around for everything rooms were disgusting they dont clean or sanitize anything let alone wash the linens towels nothing its gross I wouldnt stay there again I it was the last hotel on earth. Highly HIGHLY do NOT recommend this place comfort inn is down the street definitely stay there instead !

Place was filthy, nothing was clean, trash under bed, dirty feeling hallways, expired elevator permit, broken shutters, sewer smell at night, and burn marks on the toilet and to top it off the staff were super rude and gave us a hard time. Would not recommend
The breakfast area had a bad smell, like a wet dirty towel. There was pancake batter, crumbs, and trash on the counters. Trash on the floor. In our room the walls were dirty and one of the lamp shades was falling apart.
A little too expensive but the rooms are primo. And management doesnt trip out about visitors, late hours, or activity as long as you dont disturb other guests and dont be a pain in the assets.
The price was so economical and the setting and atmosphere made me forget I was in Antioch lol. Customer service is top notch and im Use to paying $200 plus for this experience. This place is a must go if u need a place to stay why your in the area and are trying to save.... Two thumbs way up!
Staff were very friendly, the receptionist opened the pool for us which was nice. Its a small pool and area but it was my friend and I so no biggie and no one else was around. Over all happy place, good price, and would stay again.
The facility was very clean i was quite impressed. The guy behind the counter jim was very helpful and very nice. All in all I had a good experience and would definitely stay here again
Safe and secure place. Unfortunately a lamp from the corner of the room didnt work. The TV wouldnt accept my laptop connected to it and there wasnt the extra secure locking on my door. Apart from that the staff was friendly.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. While the facility was newer, there was a lot of repairs made in our bathroom that werent done properly. Although everything was clean and worked, it just made it less comfortable.
I HAVE BED BUG BITES I STAYED IN ROOM 316 on AUGUST 3, 2020!! I will never stay here again. Mind you, I’ve stayed here previously I was fine so they must’ve just got them but my back is cover in red big bites 😓
This place was absolutely the worst me and my family stayed one night we got there at 7:00 by 9:00 we were looking for other rooms that were available in another hotel the bed was dirty the covers were dirty and when asked if we could get a change they told us they didnt have anymore or non smoking room smelled like smoke and there were random knocks out our door the downstairs back door was used as an interest for people going in and out was not locked the pool was dirty even though it was closed the area around the pool was dirty there was no breakfast with the room as advertised no sugar to go on coffee the toilet barely worked and me and my kids and my wife were scared to use the shower and all these problems were not handled by the bad customer service at the friend desk and when we checked out there was no receipt The Man simply said leave the key with no mask on if you have a family I dont suggest you stay here if you are renting a lady by the hour this is the place for youthis establishment might have been the go to place a while ago but its clear to me that that time has passed
These people charged my debit card a week after I left the motel. Tried to contact them to resolve this issue and no one speaks English. Wow! How convenient for you. Highway robery at its best. Stay far far away from these Arabs!!

Will never go there again. First off had to wait around 10 minutes for front desk to show up, I had to call the hotel and tell him we were there. Then he proceeded to give us the wrong key. Luckily nothing bad was going on when I opened the door to the wrong room. Finally got to the room, wasnt too terribly bad, bed was hard, sheets were thin and pillows were old. Upon leaving in the morning when my co-worker was checking for anything left behind he found a crack pipe up on the bathroom light! So yeah, Days Inn Antioch. Never again!
Me n my husband stayed there 12/4-5/2016The first night was fine. But The second night I was attacked by BED BUGS ARMS, LEGS, BACK N NECK........ :( THEY ARE BAD I WAS IN ROOM 102 MY HUSBAND HAS SOME. NOT AS SEVERE UGH!!! THE SHEET HAD DRYED BLOOD N THE PILLOW STAINED WITH GOD ONLY KNOWS WHAT. I BROUGHT IT TO ATTENTION OF THE VERY Nice staff front desk people I showed him my neck n arms n the gentleman RIGHT AWAY SAID WE DONT HAVE BED BUGS..... I SAID THE WHAT IS IT THAT U HAVE I WENT TO BED FINE N WOKE THIS WAY.I will never recommend this place to anyone . N will never stay there again I played 240$ to get bitten.
I couldn’t give this hotel and all the all the staff members anything less then a 5 star.. I am very grateful and thankful for all the help.. the owner is amazing and has a great heart.. thank you for giving my family a warm safe place to stay when we did not have anywhere to go. Way over priced and ghetto as can be. Staff is really rude, and the rooms are not cleaned well. I stayed for two days and couldnt get clean towels the second day. The maids dont speak English.
This hotel was extremely reasonable, clean and service was friendly. The 1 queen bed rooms are small but adequate. We were missing a chair and a clock in our room but would stay there again when visiting family in the area. The staff was very friendly.
Bad part of town, stains on the seats that looked easy to clean but they werent, hair on the bed sheets and thin walls you could hear through. The bathroom was clean, TV, and working AC were the only positives.
I would not recommend this place to anyone the vending machines are completely wiped out no sodas in the soda machine and their ice machines broke they dont serve coffee its one of the worst hotels Ive ever stayed in and Ive stayed in a few bad ones
The staff was incredible, the hotel was clean, the room was nice. My only complaints are that the beds were uncomfortable and the walls were thin. Other than that it was great
For 119.00 I wasnt very pleased. Customer service was horriable. I had dirty sheets on my bed with dirty gross stains not to mention blood stains were on my sheets. Tryed calling front desk,no answer. Went up there told him my complaint got more sheets . Totally gross and not impressed!
I will never save money to stay in a hotel and I definitely wont stay in Antioch second floor constantly smelled of weed and 3rd floor above us the kids were running around all night.... horrible and the breakfast 90% water 10% juice no way not ever again!
The sink had a slow drip and over flowed at night it was plugged up, and the management could not fix it, I was too tired to sign the contract and had to pay more than expected, but then again I felt sorry about the place it was leaking water in some of the rooms and there was ciggerette butts outside the window on the roof outside my window on the second floor but the halls smelled of carpet powder and there was no breakfast as advertised no coffee makers, and the snack machines did not take quarters and it was like that when I arrived I had to call my bank and am not there anymore
Upsides:Comfy, TV has a good selection, good location. Downsides: Shower makes loud noise, the cold water handle for the sink doesnt work, the blankets arent thick or soft, and no method of having or maintaining cold beverages.

The staff was exceptional! They were very accommodating and my stay exceeded my expectations! I would definitely stay here again and recommend you try them if youre in town and need a friendly place to stay!
They were out of breakfast food every morning. And made you ask for more only to hear that there was no more. They wouldnt bring any more out because it was too close to the time it was supposed to end. Had too many young teenagers hanging out outside the entrance and exit doors. It made me dear of what they might do to our cars parked outside.
Never had a chance to stay. When I called to find out room availability, I was quickly cut off and told to check online. Then he rudely hung up on me!
Everything was very dirty, the non smoking room smelled just like smoke, also everything is old fashioned & not up to date.. i would not recommend staying there.
This use to be the place I go to get away but it went down hill. Last time I visited I realized I wasnt alone, they had bud bugs. And everything was breaking down

I wish I could give them a 0 because this was just awful BEWARE THIS PLACE HAS BED BUGS my whole body got bitten up so badly the room was so little no remodeled as advertised... stay away from room 308... 3rd floor all together, they give you one little 40 year old towel when I asked for another they said they had no more and offered me a pool towel which was sooo itchy. The bed was so hard the sheets had so many little stains requested to change rooms they said they were sold out this was such a terrible place I would NEVER STAY AT THIS FILTHY PLACE AND I WOULD ADVISE OTHERS TO LOOK ELSE WHERE....

This hotel is horrible went up there for a trip from fresno ca went there to get a room got one first of all the sink was leaking and my mom fall they try to tell me that we made it leak just being there a little over 20 mins like what the heck then my mom had wanted to laid down and we asked for More blankets for her due to her health since she is handicap and get cold alot they told us no only one blanket .They are very rude to the elderly and handicap they are very lucky we didnt sue them for my mom falling they dont care about people at all.We left their from only being there 3 hours and we went straight to best Western in oakley they were so nice in helping us and had plently of blankets for my mom and our family.This place dont deserve no stars -100 or more
I Booked for 2 night I had 1 kid with me 4 one of guys called me I have to leave one Person they start yelling and treating me with the charge me $150 again and the room was dirty and smelly I would not recommend this place to anyone I give them 0 stars They are worth super rude with the customer

Is a well place, but make sure how much you pay and make sure you get a copy of the receipt, because when I checked my bank statement it shows they conveniently over charged one more day, called them back and gave me the run around, that the person in charge live in the premises, but only works 8 - 1pm, that I need it to call another day, after my 3 calls I decided that somebody should fix this, so I called the corporate office to complain and they told me, they [days inn in Antioch] will be calling in a few days, so after a week I called back, and the helpful operator said that, they had called me, so I told her that if they had called me why will I be bothering them for??So she contacted them and now the person in charge answered and that he was gonna find out what was wrong, because I was saying that they over charged me {he told somebody in the background about it, So now Im making stories, when my bank show $132.°°, only, of overcharges} SO BE VERY, VERY CAREFUL WITH THE ONLY OVERCHARGES, BEWARE AND AWAREAND IF IT WAS IN MY POWER ILL GIVE THEM-*-*-*-*-* MINUS 5 STARAlso, for cleaningness, they were the left over vestiges, of a wild night, that used protection and was under the bed so be aware, and probably the condom still under the bed until now, what do you want to bet about it ? ? ?

This place is high prices and its the worst place I have ever stayed honestly the staff there are rude and perverted Im was so glad to leave there they go in your room and steal rummage through your stuff when your gone we left a do not disturb sign and they still came in they also had dirty condoms under the bed the place has bed bugs I slept on the couch and there was sticky nelly on the sofa also becarefull with your your belongings there cuz even thoughthe place is in a real bad part of town its the manger guy at the front desk you gotta worry about they are just angry rude people they tell like there your parents and they talk to you as if your a criminal and there doing you a favor honestly dont go there they have suite prices when they run the place like slum lords would and if you complain they tell you to leave after you already paid for two days I hated my stay there .

Our stay was very comfortable, staff were helpful,room was very clean and comfortable,breakfast was very good and the pool was a plus. i would recommend to my friend , definitely repeat.

I had a horrible time at the Days Inn they left my bath tub stopped up for 24 hours the people at the front desk did not speak English they were very rude had offensive body language they had no patience with me they left the tub full of dirty water and did not compensate me still charge me full price the next day for another room

It used to be a monthly place of peace for me, my son & grandson😁, but going there for peace a few months after my sons passing was terrible, I woke up to get the continental breakfast with my grandson and the lobby was filled with upset people & police, most of the cars in the parking lot were broken into, and shots were also fired behind the hotel that night, so needless to say, it was no more peace for us having to wake up too all that commotion, so I never returned, but the rooms and the service was wonderful, & family ran it.
Keep an eye on the help...when checking in....my card was to hold the room...and they charged my card twice for the room...it took 3 hours to get them to return the charges..I will not be doing business with them ever again

This place looks clean, but beware......I found bedbugs on the bed I wasnt sleeping in. Left a note asking for a call back with the two little critters dead. Never got one. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. Id rather sleep in my car.

This place was starting to get run down about 6 months ago and I feared it would befall the same fate as the Ramada Inn that was a few blocks away, but the new management seems to be turning this place around quickly and Im happy to see it.

2022-05-31I would NOT recommend this hotel especially if you have a family with children! As soon as we pulled into the parking lot I didnt have a good feeling. There were cars all smashed up in the parking lot. As were walking in to check in my 8yr old noticed there was a broken window to the lobby & asked if we HAVE to stay here. We get to the front where it looks like they MAY be remodeling however the guy is behind a tiny glass window he takes my ID to check us in and tells me theres a $100 security deposit I have to pay cash only. I asked where it shows that on the website or anywhere at that matter. He says its a new policy we started a few days ago. You have to pay a $100 Cash only security deposit that you can get back after your stay. I said well Ive never heard of that and it doesnt say it anywhere. Can you accept card & can I get a receipt? He says its cash only! You dont have cash on you? I said no I dont! & he says fine Ill waive it but next time thats our new policy! At this point I was already unhappy everything felt off! We got up to the room (pictures online are deceiving) all 3 of my kids (under 10) said they feel scared and dont want to stay here! What kid isnt excited to stay in a hotel!! Needless to say we left for a family event & did not return! $200 down the drain! I wish I wouldve taken more pictures

2022-07-03First off, the hotel on the inside was kept clean upon first sight, however the parking lot was anything but clean. There was trash everywhere despite there being multiple trash cans and a dumpster available in the small aforementioned parking lot. Staff was kind to my service dog although they asked me to email the hotel the paperwork for my service animal which is illegal seeing how all they are allowed to ask is the following 2 questions: 1. Is it a service dog AND 2. What tasks is the animal trained to perform. The attendant at the front desk also attempted to charge my friend twice for the same room while arguing about the deposit. The AC unit ran but was very ineffective, which was disappointing to say the least considering it was over 100° on that day (June 26, 2022). Furthermore, the stopper for the bath tub did not work and had to use the trash can liner in order to even take a proper bath. The hotel did provide a small amount of shampoo, conditioner and soap via the dispensers attached to the shower wall, however the buttons were partially broken. The shower head, all though it was able to turn which should have given different settings of water flow, did quite the opposite and the water pressure was absolutely disappointing. The refrigerator, unexpectedly, worked extremely well unlike the blow dryer which was hot and loud but the air flow needed to actually dry things was very poor. The room had a microwave in it but I had no use for it so I am unable to say whether it worked well or not. The TV had good quality as far as volume and picture. Hope this helps.

2022-04-16Very dirty and looked not nice at all for $151 when I first went to book, it was $99 and taxes was over $50. I didn’t even confirm the booking and it charged my account anyways and after I told them it just booked and took money out of my account they basically accused me of lying and said they weren’t have “technical difficulties” on the website and that it couldn’t just book with out me confirming the booking even though I didn’t press anything so they wouldn’t give me a refund even though I didn’t even confirm anything… the room is definitely not worth the price at all. The toilet paper wasn’t even changed from the last guest who stayed in the room.. definitely do not recommend this hotel at all .

2022-02-28Positive: Easy, quick check in process. Allowed me to check out late (11:45am) Good tv/cable options, loved the fridge & microwave in the room. Negative: Room wasnt clean as far as the carpet was concerned. It was as if the housekeeping forgot to vacuum my room.

2022-05-23Dirty room at check in so they moved us. Still very low quality. One towel, very noisy could hear everything! Non dog hotel but a small yapping dog went on for hours! Trying to call front desk but the phone didn’t work! They are under construction for a more then much needed remodel! I would avoid this location

2022-05-31I didn’t experience anything like the reviews. The rooms did seem old but I didn’t see bed bugs nor anything nasty. Under the bed there were food crumbs and cookies left and the floor seemed dirty that was the only nasty thing. Another thing was that around 1am there was someone’s child laughing and screaming outside the hall and the parents did not seem to care. You had two options throughout the day you could either enter the front door (front/entrance door closes at 10pm and you have to use back door) or the back door near the pool and use stairs or elevators. They had a pool but it was locked and laundry room and gym although the gym said it was closed at 9pm but it was actually 8pm another thing I didn’t like was that when we arrived at 12pm they told us that the room wasn’t going to be ready until 2 hours later which sucked like I said I didn’t experience anything like the reviews maybe because I wasn’t there the whole day/hours. And they do have a tv, small fridge and microwave.

2022-04-25Well, not sure where to start. Arrived, hotel under renovation, given a room key and room hadnt been cleaned. Given another room and they are way outdated. Wires hanging from the ceiling, smoke detectors in the drawers, alarm clock didnt work, coffee didnt have all the pieces, fridge was iced over so bad you could barely close the door, walls and ceilings thin as paper. I dont know what was going on but after midnight the people upstairs and next to me were moving furniture or something. Bathroom has nowhere you put your stuff. Absolutely horrible. WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN! I gave a star because it wont let you post without it but it should be less than zero.

2022-03-13We paid way too much for a room with holes in the walls, bugs on the ceiling, blinds that dont shut, dirty blankets, and a toilet that wont flush. When my husband asked for another room he was told no and was handed a plunger and told you fix the toilet. Stay FAR FAR away from this place!!

2022-02-23Positive: ??? Negative: The front staff-1 who said he was manager - were rude,not helpful or attentive to needs/requests of guests. Ex.: For 10-15 min., the older staff person stayed on the phone while my father & I waited for service at front desk. He ignored us.
