Illiterate and incapable of reading documents. When youre in the document and certification business, thats a deal breaker. Just read his self-description to see his level of education/littered with mistakes, not who I would trust with notarizing legal documents.

2022-03-06Horrible experience with this gentleman with the name of David Fuentes. Denied me access twice to a property he had listed. Both times denied two different real estate agents. Wasted 2 hours of my time after an appointment was made, when in to talk to the owner of the property and told her not to deal with us. Poor senior owner was shocked . Has been reported to all agencies. Do not do business here! If anyone is requesting documents of our interaction reach out to me!

2021-04-13Before arriving to David’s office there was an individual who was with him, according to him, his transportation manager. As my wife and I continued inside the person left.David received a call from an individual whom he did not recall. To remind him the individual said in Spanish, “I’m the one whom you offered $500 for a “side job””. How I know this; the conversations by phone where loud enough to be heard. Unprofessional.Furthermore, “his top driver” who had previously left his office, called him and said “I left because you were busy with the “pedorrita” and the “pedorrito” referring to my wife and myself. Which are both denigrating words in Spanish. David’s face change colors and he made a mention of it but just limited to excuse by saying, “what can you say they are drivers”. No apology.As part of the transportation industry myself I do understand there are certain individuals with special personalities whom he’ll probably use to deliver a load from point A to point B, but that doesn’t need to reflect in his company as he is doing zero filtration process. If you want to get a stamp legally in a piece of paper go to David. If you seek professionalism go elsewhere.
