I called to ask if they take passport photos. They said that they would except their camera has been broken for six months and theres nothing they can do about that. So, no, they dont take passport photos.

I called the store at 9:30 pm to ask a question about canceling an order that I placed online. Asked what my name was, and he rudely hanged up on me after I said my name. He hanged up without saying anything that he will leave a message to the next person or confirmed that it will be taken care of. Just hanged up. Lack of info was terrible from a terrible rude guy. What kind of customer service is that ?

Ignore other bad reviews. I just now completed my passport photo session which took 5 minutes. Excellent and friendly service. I could not have asked for better treatment

Just called CVS El Cerrito Plaza twice to ask about passport photos. Whatever idiot just picked up the phone and hung up, thanks for being an *******. Zero stars for your stupidity.

One of the computers doesnt work and the printer doesnt only printed three of the four passport photos I needed.
