Timing is hella inefficient this place needs more employees and machines its outrages to wait a hr for a empty bed and the workers socialize to much instead of dealing with patients. Also needs better management
Theyre ok, some staff is very friendly.DO NOT let them bring the needle back and forth after sticking you.My first donations went perfectly fine, I would be out in less then 1 hr (40-45 mins for donation)I have small veins, unfortunately not everyone knows how to properly Poke properly. My arm has been black for 7 days after my 4th donation which I wasnt able to complete, when my first return was happening the blood couldnt go back. Someone else poked me again on my other arm, it also bruised but not as bad as my left arm they both hurt though when I touch/poke my arms.
I got shorted on my 8th donation payment. The place is clean, the staff friendly. However a new manager is pinching pennies (actually dollars), from expected payments, not good to promote return donations. They must have too many donors. My experiance may be extraordinary, but it may be the new normal. Starting on a $1,100 schedual, I returned for a 3rd donation , traveling 30mi. Costing $20 in gas, was told could not donate sample had not been approved. Holidays. But it only takes 7 max 14 days . Many phone calls and another un paid trip to give a 2nd sample which was approved. & 6 weeks later, A manager (no longer there) made a notation I would be allotted an extention for the new donor payments. And that worked until the last one. A slight compensation was made. However because it was not fair in my view (what it should have been) nor did he ask me what compromise he could make to keep me as a returning donor? I wont be returning, ie that was my last donation. The new donor fees are great, get them while available. But beware they may expire and not inform you until after donate and you dont get full payment.
Very clean & beyond friendly staffI was amazed at how organized and clean the facility is. I recommend beyond 100% very polite staff, they actually know what they are doingI came here about 6 times and I have no complaints at all they exceeded beyond my expectations , make u feel comfortable and Tim knows how to do his job and is on top of everything there aswell 💯👍
VERY RUDE they used to let you pick a person to jab you know there making it a problem they always have staff in front laughing n taking and distracting the people in the cubicle and they talk about the patient and how they can no longer get a person to jab them right in front of the people that need help the most its not right that they help the people that havent eaten at all but dont help the people that have a wierd veins that have trouble pumping its not ok very unprofessional even the supervisor doesnt help you out had me deferred for a month came back the day they said and only get 50 how if you guy said I couldnt come back and when I talk to the supervisor he doesnt show he cares never come back or dont come at all never even asked me about a follow up or had me talk to him
Was defered because it said my temperature was around 99-100 but at home my temperature reading was 98.8. Its not the first time this has happened.
Seriously, go anywhere else. The extent to which Biomat/Grifols lacks integrity, I cant let myself get started...It surely isnt everyone, but there are genuinely a high rate of bad people in this company.
Walked in zero line for vitals . Waited 1 hour 10 min to get hooked up and would still be waiting if I didnt walked out .

More concerned about going home than saving lives. Misses the cut off by 15mins after rushing here from work through traffic and was told absolutely no way it can be done.

Horrible Plasma center! Don’t come here. The wait is 3-4 hours long when at other centers it’s under 2 hours. They don’t have beds nor machines. I don’t understand why open up this business if you’re not prepared for the demand! Staff rude as well and says if you don’t like it go elsewhere. Also they don’t compensate for the long wait or apologies like other centers! I recommend Grifols or Octapharama.

They only have 4 screening booths to check your vitals so be prepared to wait anywhere between 15-60+ minutes just to be screened.The second thing is waiting to be seated.They have close to about 40 plasma donor seats but only about 25 of them are set up for donations. So be prepared to wait an extra 15-60+ minutes in order to be seated and begin the donation process. Sometimes they are fast at setting you up to donate and sometimes they arent.The payout is low. It ranges anywhere between $55-65. They rarely have in center promotions so expect to get paid a minimum amount for your donation.The staff is pretty friendly so thats a plus I suppose.

2022-05-30The donation process went smoothy, the facility is clean and well kept. The phlebotomists that do the poking are very friendly and knowledgeable about how to conduct their job. Just make sure you get in during the open hours, the donation process can take between 40 minutes (my fastest time) to just over an hour for each donation. Overall, I will definitely be coming back!

2022-07-25Peace of mind when you see them disinfecting everything u touch and everything they touch. Great place over all. Not gonna lie , I got frustrated after waiting so long on a Sunday morning , so left got me some coffee breathed in and out and came back ....but that has to do with oneself ...so donated got my money and now Im back for more.

2022-06-29Ive been donating for 3 months here and the last 2 months there has not been enough vitals lines help, on top of that they have 3 receptionist who could be trained to help out instead of just standing up front wasting time. Management need to address this. 🤔

2022-06-29Ive donated at several different plasma centers and this is by far the worst one. I went in last week and they poked my left arm, couldnt get it right so they switched over to my right arm. Now I have a bruise on each arm and I cant donate until the bruises clear up. The workers need better training in my opinion. I wouldnt recommend coming here; go somewhere else!

2022-09-21First time Donor Note: Eat a larger breakfast than normal (protein rich) the check in, takes longer for you. Passing out from low protein is not cool.Also drink a lot of water before up until about an hour before you donate.Dont be afraid to let the techs know if youre getting dizzy or lightheaded, riding it out wont work, your light will click off.Speaking from the.I can handle it side, and living from the I told you so. Lol.Life lessons.After the first donation, its faster and easier

2022-07-04A majority of the staff is Not Friendly!!This place is Slow at taking vitals!! The Phelbotomist staff cant stick arms correctly!! Oh and watch out for Mckayla with Glasses shell get you in trouble with the staff and tell the managers completely different what happened just to get you in trouble. Run to the other plasma centers because this staff needs to be trained with customer service towards customers who come in to give you guys a job!! They refuse to let anyone defend themselves for anything...

2022-07-18Its always about a 2 hour wait to the back to get your blood drawn, then and extra 45 mins to in hour for the machine to do Its job. Then hopefully someone sees youre ready to leave and not leave you plugged in for an extra 15-20 mins like they seem to do me. Today they see bruises on my arm from work, made me wait an extra hour for an exam. I just sit here wondering what takes them so long to see 2 people ahead of me. Anyways if you have a few hours to waste for a few bucks come here to get stuck.

2022-09-10Really disappointed about this donation location.After signing up online and making an appointment I arrived to find out that I am out of their “30 mile range” (which I wasn’t informed this was an issue before setting my appointment).Then they tell me my 1pm appointment isn’t actually an appointment just a “best time to come time” but that they actually stop taking new donors at 10am. After the drive over to find out all of this information. I will not be donating at any other CSL Plasma locations.
