It was determined I have termites and within a few days Mr. Slusher had a crew out here that drilled and trenches to eradicate the pests. They were here on time and worked hard straight through which took about 4-5 hours. Thanks to CSI Exterminators for their fast response and hard work! Highly recommend!

Ronnie came out within a couple days to take a look at termite infestation. Said he didnt bring his equipment to measure cubic volume or something but would return another day. My fiance saw him here a couple days later so I was expecting the quote I was promised. Called 3 different times asking for the quote and was told each time its be sent within a day. Never sent the quote so I guess they dont need the work. Why come out twice only to not senda quote. Waste of time extremely unprofessional. Called 2 other companies that actually want to work to get inspection. Thanks for wasting my time CSI!!

Called them for bird netting around the house. Came out timely and said it would take a few days to email me quotes for different options. A few days go by and no email or call from them. Called them and was told it would be a few more days. Not sure why they taking so long just for quote as other pest control that came out only took about a day to give me a quote. Still have not received email or call from them. Went with another pest control that actually gave me a quote.

Will not use again. Tried Terminix, they couldnt do it because of the location. Thought I would get quick easy service with smaller business. Took way too long to get results. I was told 3 separate times i would receive a call, reached out today (7 days since inspection), was told let me call the inspector and see if they have it

Wow, I cant believe this company.. I had someone out to my house a good two months ago and gave me quote and we agreed blah blah blah.. He said it would take a couple weeks for materials and I was way cool with that.. Over a month goes by and I get a call that materials are in and they will call me back asap to schedule a date, I say sure no prob.. Well, after Ive emailed them and waited days/weeks AGAIN.. Today I decided Im done and want to cancel and when I cancelled, I got a very easy going OK and that was it.. I may have heard an apology but no effort to make things right.. They must be rolling in the cash if its that easy to give up customers.. NO recommendation for this place what so ever..
