I’ve been looking to upgrade my car to a SUV for a couple of months and Teddy was extremely helpful from the moment I stepped into Crevier. I was not in a rush to buy but wanted specific options included in the car. He took the time to understand what I was looking for. I was in the market for a new 4 series and since the used car market is very difficult right now, it was hard to find a good deal on a certified pre-owned BMW that suited my needs.After months of searching, I came across the perfect build at Crevier BMW. The right color, configuration, and packaging, all for a reasonable listing price. I am located in a different city, so I made the drive out to go for a test drive, and the team made us feel very comfortable with the whole experience, and I felt much less anxious making such a big financial move!If you choose to look at CPOs at Crevier, please ask to see Grace Matthews. She demonstrates very competent knowledge in each of the vehicles, and does her best to ensure that you get all of your questions asked in the most detailed manner. As I came from out of town, Grace made sure we made our visit worthwhile by making us feel at home, and doing her best to help us make our decision on the car.When discussing pricing and striking a deal, she was so good and keep us calm and collective. It did not take us long before we were able to get a deal that we could not refuse. Across the nation, there are lots of dealerships that will not give you the same experience. Our salesperson, Chase, was amazing. He was a straight shooter and didn’t play games. He made it super easy to buy our car for a fair deal in this crazy market these days. He went above and beyond as did others on the team to help us document the sale of our former car to a private party. He got no benefit from helping us with that - we had already completed the purchase of our car from him - but he helped us anyway and everyone drove away happy. Thanks Chase!
My brother referred me to Wayne the Fleet Manager and he walked us through both vehicles we were interested in. He was the perfect gentleman and answered all of our questions. His insight and understanding of how the vehicles were manufactured and the tech that goes into them. Long story short, go see Wayne. You will not be disappointed.
Had an amazing experience at the dealership. I ended up buying a car from the sales rep Nick Beshoff and I definitely wouldn’t have been able to take the car home without such an amazing help from him. Would definitely recommend for anyone who is looking to buy a car to go over and talk to Nick. 👍

Mark Caudillo from Service Department helped me coordinate to have my car tinted & apply ceramic coating on it. There were some vague wording of which part of the car would be tinted, Mark made some phone calls & clarified it. Mark texted me notifying me of when my car would be available. On the way to the service dept, I stopped by parts dept & bought some all weather mats. Mark had his crew help me put the mats in my car. Mark & his crew were brilliant, thank you gentlemen for all your help. Appreciate you. Mark & his crew is what makes Crevier BMW excellent!!!
Went to crevier bmw back in May to test drive the I4. Dealer rep was easy to communicate with and the test drive was scheduled. I test drove the car and wanted to place an order for it. The dealer rep said the order was placed but I never received written confirmation. I followed up twice via text message to see if the order was placed, but those messages went unanswered.
We came in trying to check out the electric/hybrid vehicles here. The sales person greeted us in a very lackluster manner. After I expressed my interest in looking at their electric vehicles, he told us he could show us the iX and the i4. But then when I told him that we weren’t interested in the iX, the guy then suddenly said he could only show us the iX, and that we had to make an appointment in order to see the i4 as apparently the car was “being test driven” when it was clearly parked in front of the showroom. When I pointed out that the car was in fact there, he then finally agreed to get the keys and let us see it. We then asked to take a look at the x5 as we are also considering the x5e, the guy wouldn’t even let us see a car on the lot but directly told us to look at the x5s they have in the showroom.Through out the whole experience, the sales person was clearly not interested in selling us their cars. He would not offer any information relevant to the cars. I tried multiple times to start a conversation by either mentioning some other brands/cars we’re considering or expressing some of our concerns, but got zero response from him. He did not offer us to test drive any of the cars, and didn’t even give us a contact info when I clearly expressed my interest in ordering a car from them.Prior to this, we’ve visited multiple dealers from other brands including Mercedes, Audi and Porsche, and yet never have we been treated with such disinterest from a car sales person. I’ve heard a lot of good things about this dealer but honestly this entire experience has been very disappointing to say the least.

Ive gone back and forth on whether I should leave this review or leave the situation alone, and decided that the insult I experienced visiting this location is to great and I would rather give other buyers(specifically minority) my experience so theyd know what to expect in visiting.First, let me start by saying I am a previous bmw owner. I had a 2022 X4 M40i that was totaled at the beginning of April. I loved my vehicle and had a strong desire to stay within the bmw family. That being said, it was my first bmw, which was purchased out of state(in Colorado). So this experience at this dealership was my second with bmw, and will be my last.I visited the site to this dealership numerous times because It listed that they had a bmw X4 of similar make model and package in transit and per my initial inquiry, with Nick and Cassidy of this dealership, would be arriving during the middle of the month. So I waited for the date that they gave and called on that date to arrange coming to view the vehicle and test drive an I4 electric(my second choice). it was confirmed that both vehicles were available for viewing 4/16/22. I drove 45 minutes from long beach to this location to view this vehicle. Upon arriving, I was greeted with very lack-luster customer service, which was very different from my experience in Colorado. I let the two young girls at the counter know my interest and was told that someone would be with me. I waited for 20 minutes before anyone of the salesmen acknowledged my presence, even though none of them were busy, as it wasnt a busy day and there were hardly any customers. When the guy walked up he didnt introduce himself, he said you wanted to view the x4. I said yes and he said let him check to see if its still available. We went to his desk and he confirmed it was still available and he would go and get the vehicle. I waited an additional 30 minutes and upon his return he said they are selling the vehicle, so I cant show it. I asked if I could see and test drive the I4 and he said its currently out and that he didnt know when it would be back. I wouldnt recommend waiting. okay. no problem. I thanked him for his time and left. So fast forward 3 days I get a call from the dealership asking me IF IM STILL INTERESTED IN THE VEHICLE. I told them I was told it was being sold. The young lady told me that it had not been sold and was in fact, still available. I had some frustration there because I wasnt even allowed to view the vehicle because the guy I initially saw informed me that it wasnt an option. So, I asked to speak to a manager because I was a serious buyer and I wasnt taken seriously by the sales team when I came in, took time out of my day to come in, and to be turned away. No manager was available, so I left a message for Tiffany(the sales manager), and I let the young lady who called me know my frustration. Tiffany never got back to me, but another guy did.HERE IS MY FRUSTRATION AND WHY I DECIDED TO POST THE REVIEW.He calls me and introduces himself and his understanding of my frustration. He says he wants to make it right. THE ONLY THING HE DID WAS TELL ME THAT WITH MY CREDIT SCORE(which is exceptional) THEY CAN GET ME A $989/MONTH PAYMENT WITH $25,000 DOWN FOR 60 MONTHS. So I guess I sound like boo-boo the fool?? Because, you have offered me NOTHING. You offered me what was on any payment inquiry any person can find online by visiting your website. it was insulting. I was insulted. Im still very much so insulted. I LOVED MY BMW. My experience at BMW Loveland CO was superb. I felt respected. I felt welcomed. I felt appreciated. The Crevier location I visited in CA did not hold the same merit. I am still frustrated by this, and while I would love to remain a BMW owner, I refuse to allow myself to be disrespected, insulted and treated as though my money isnt good enough for no other reason I can find, than the color of my skin. I may be wrong, but either way the customer service at this location was enough for me to explore other car brands.
This is my third vehicle w/ Crevier and I have nothing but praise and appreciation for their excellent service and care. From the initial pick up of my vehicle through the years of services performed to my return. BMW will always be my vehicle of choice and Crevier will be my preferred dealer.
Shahe, our service advisor was very professional, patient, and detail oriented in explaining the cars problem, without putting any pressure to sell any service or produst. He seemed honest and very knowledgable, and I had peace of mind after he explained what was the issue with my car.I have not been happy repeatedly with service department in one other BMW dealer, and now on will go to him, even though its 20 min. further from my house. Nick Beshoff is the epitome of what a sales person should imbue. Too many are sketchy used car people and won’t give straight numbers. I’m financially savvy and I cringe when I speak to sales people with the bs they read off on their script they learned from YouTube. Nick understands human empathy and builds a strong customer relationship so that the real value he’s building is not from that one sale… but to keep a continued relationship. That’s how all successful businesses run. Nick is awesome- wouldn’t be surprised if he’s the next sales or general manager. Thanks for helping me with my wife’s car and my car shortly.
I had an amazing, unforgettable experience buying my first 2021 BMW M440xi at Crevier BMW! The salesperson, Brandon Lee, worked very hard and made the entire process smooth and pleasant from start-to-finish. He even went the extra mile to follow-through after the sale was made, responding promptly to additional questions that I had a week later. I couldnt be happier with my purchase and highly recommend Crevier to others based on my experience.
A lease was sign for a bmw x5 2019, a the signing of the lease we wrote a check for $10,000, to used toward the end of the lease seen the intension was to keep the vehicle x5, all thsi was mention to Robert Lingenfelter, fromm the begining thisis not my first bmw with them but it may first with robert Lingenfelter as a sale sperson, three years later after the lease we find out they can eplain were the $10,000 dollars and the balance of the value is $38,000 intead of $28,000.. theya re also offering a $1,129 a month for another 5 Yearsthis car will come out to $93,000 total with three years lease and another 5 years to purchase, im completely upset an devateded that people try to take advantage of working peoole an to them is money only not customers. ill not recomen thsi dealer at all or any sales person , when i purchae my first bmw was with gabby sales manager was a great smooth honest contract, now is shaddy an un pleasent to speak to jerry barnes the lease manger as they are all covering for each other, i file complain with BBB, consumer affair, nmvb.ca.gov. for someone to resolv this problem as it upsetting amount that i ahve to paid after the lease, an the dealer using excuse is my credit. ill not stop filing complain until i get the anount of the payment im looking for or the $10,000 back from creview bmw as well my three years of payments for the lease. it shame that some sales person are money hunger machines.this is the worst experience ever. buyers beware read alll the paperwork make sure they dont use your credit as an excuse.
Had a great experience buying my first BMW. I was specifically looking for a particular color both interior and exterior. They had one available. It was perfect. Nate Garcia was patient every step of the way while I was deciding and debating on what I wanted. Not pushy or forcing me into buying. I would definitely buy another BMW at this dealership again. Two weeks ago, I took my M5 for the brake fluid service but later on they asked $3000 for fixing the cooling system leak after the inspection. Advisor Dan Cao confirmed that that was the only concern they found, and everything else was good.After I paid the car to get repaired and I thought it was ready to go, I was wrong: the check engine light was on out of nowhere. I have no choice but to left the car again at this place for a diagnosis.Advisor Dan Cao tell me is not their fault that the check engine light was on after the car repair. He denied that they messed up something when the technician replaced the engine cooling system. This place is definitely not trustworthy!
Amazing experience purchasing a new vehicle at Crevier! We ordered an X7 through Jeffrey and his team. Despite some challenges due to Covid the vehicle was delivered and Jeffrey gave us far better service than I have ever experienced purchasing a car. My experience here was unlike any other dealership Ive been to. From initial contact, to dealing with the team, to pushing the deal through to financials. Everyone was very polite and understanding and not pushy or aggressive at all. Compared to other dealers I have dealt with while looking for a car, I was honestly shocked how positive my experience was with BMW Crevier. Came here to lease a X4 BMW. It has been a hard model to pin down and I saw they had the color I wanted. Jeremy McCarty was wonderful to work with he was vey kind and professional and not aggressive at all. He let me test drive a brand new model that was still in the wrapping! He explained everything about the lease agreement very clearly and got me a great deal! Highly recommend working with him and excited to join the BMW family.
My son made his first used car purchase with Crevier BMW. Israel was so great to work with. He made the process easy and kept us informed every step of the way. We feel good knowing we purchased a car backed by BMWs used car inspection. Israel even made sure that some small scratches and dents were removed. Car looks like new! We are very happy with our purchase and the experience and highly recommend Israel and Crevier BMW.
Had a great experience buying an x3 here. I actually came here two years ago to test drive a 3 series, as well as came in earlier to look at interiors of the x3 and x5. Both times I was treated with respect, no pressure and no spam emails. When I was ready to buy I was helped by Ivan, who made sure I was satisfied with my experience and made sure I really loved the car I was about to buy. He even picked me up in his sweet m3 since I had to drop off my old car before picking up my new x3. Lucy in finance was also great. No joke, this was the smoothest and least pushy dealership I have ever been too and they have earned my repeat business.
From the moment we arrive at Bmw it was top-notch service. Wayne Whiteside greeted us was very patient as this is our first Bmw walked us through the entire process couldn’t have been more friendly and patient with us. When we pick the vehicle up it was just a special. It was a surprise for my wife and he had everything ready.
If you’re looking to sell your car, don’t waste your time going to Crevier BMW. I went on their website to get a CarFax estimate for my car and it looked like a good offer so I took the time to go get an appraisal. Once I get there they offered me $7,450 BELOW Fair market value. Completely wasted my time. And the best part is that in the email they tell you they can offer you ABOVE market value due to demand. They just want get you in to rip you off. STAY AWAY.
This place was beyond what I expected. Everyone was very friendly and make the process very easy. Jeff in internet sales was awesome. It felt more like hanging out rather than anything else. Thank you again guys, now to come back and buy some car mats for my new Beemer!
Saeed is one of the nicest and most helpful people you ever meet. The lease for my X1 was ending and I was planning to buy the car. He did all the paperwork beforehand so when I arrived I just needed to sign few papers and leave with my car. He always exceeds my expectations.
Great experience. Shamefully the BMW dealer near where I live is run by a bunch of sheisters! Living in the South Bay, would have been nice but shame on them. We saved more than $5000 on a new X7 by driving to Santa Ana and visiting Crevier. They had the car we wanted at a good price and had us in and out in about an hour and a half. I would highly recommend the dealership and ask for Teddy, our sales rep, he was knowledgeable and very quick. Definitely 5 stars.
My experience when buying our new X7 was fabulous. We flew into the John Wayne airport, Crevier had a Jeffrey, one of the sales representatives waiting for us. He drove us straight to the dealership and Jeffery and Tiffany made our visit smooth seamless, we were in and out in a little over an hour and on our way home on our 6 hour drive. I recommend this dealership and my sales team.
Just sell that car....I am a return client of Crevier and Im very sad to say my service was not the Best like my first purchase...My lease on my white 430 series has came to a end, the least ended in March and due to the Pandemic I was told that we were giving a extra month on car until things were figured out...So in May we purchase a 5 series our salesman was Julio Rodriguez 🤔...We spoke several times prior to purchase sending in proper paperwork to help sell move along smoothly...We told salesman that we had some late fees our vehicle and would that be a problem his reply was no (No Worries) Julio Rodriguez also mentioned we will probably have some Disposition fee of about $350 we were glad to here this great news...So on May 9th we purchase car and was off to a great start until late August we received a bill for over 2,300 remind you car was purchased in May so yes we were very surprised that salesman Julio Rodriguez Blind folded us my giving false information to achieve this sale...This was not a great Business Deal for us 😕 and now we are being put in a bad situation due to im laid-off from this Pandemic...Im sure that things are hard for all at these difficult times but dont mislead to make a sale...as things wernt hard enough I guess we will have to figure it out....

First of all we my husband and myself would like to thank Michael Lopez our service advisor. We have been going to bmw to service our x1 since we purchased it. And Mike has been our advisor since day one. When we drop off our bmw we dont ever have to worry about a thing Mike always takes care of us. We have had other advisors to deal with but there is nobody like Mike He is friendly and is always smiling no matter how his day is. He actually treats us like family not like just a customer. My experience: Scheduled an appt to test drive new 230i - car was for my son -greeted by Jeffrey Zhang - internet sales mgr - he handed me the keys -test drive went fine - son loved the car - ask Jeffrey to contact me with inventory - son wanted black/black and asked Jeffrey to locate X5e for my spouse - he agreed. No response period - 21 day later I notice on Cars.com they had black/black in stock - scheduled appt - somehow got Jeffrey again - scolded him for not contacting me ever - traded in BMW which had substantial equity - negotiated 2k back - six weeks gone by havent received 2k due and no response from Jeffrey or dealership - b cautious about doing business - lack of follow up and follow through is extremely prevalent - cash flow issues?? staffing?? let the buyer beware...
Crevier BMW dealership were great. Customer service/sales person we had was Jeffrey. He was very nice and was not pushy at all. I sent a text to Crevier and they set me up with Jeffrey and made an appointment all over just text. That was very convenient for me.Beware about the chip shortage though. We knew what we wanted and they had part of it. I wanted the “Parking assist” package but because of the chip shortage BMW itself isn’t offering it. The chip shortage is out of their control and it totally sucks for people who want the optional packages. We also didn’t get the Harmon/Kardon audio because of the chip shortage.They also did not give us any discounts because they didn’t have the options we wanted. We paid msrp, which was a bummer. Even though I asked if we could get some mark off.Overall it was an easy process.

Purchased a CPO vehicle. Sale was not pushy, easy enough to talk to and very fast to respond to inquiry. Process was fast and painless. Prices reasonable. Really the only thing I’m a little disappointed in was contacting my sales rep for assistance post sale. It’s been a few days now with no response. Since it’s close to the holidays I am understanding but hopefully post holiday I get a response.
I have to sit down to write my first bad review and I am sad it is related to one of my favorite brands from which we have purchased new products for more than 25 years. We are currently in the process of replacing one of our BMWs with an all-electric alternative. We are considering other options but also want to give BMW a chance even so the only two options are the new i4 (only a sedan) and the iX (quite an interesting design at least when you look at it from the front). So we walked into the showroom around noon. It all started with the girls at the reception ignoring us and not greeting. Next a salesman shows up and asks if he can help us. We told him we would like to have a look at their line of electric car, to which he responds with did you reserve one?. No, we did not reserve one we want to have a look at the product. To which the response was. You reserve one, it comes in and thats it. I wondered if our casual appearance (t-shirt, shorts and flip-flops) had an impact on the way we were effectively rushed out the door. People may order a Tesla online without having ever seen or driven one but that is not what I am expecting from a brand who still have dealerships around. We want to see the product before we decide. Experiencing everything online doesnt do it for us. We buy BMWs not only because they are indeed the ultimate driving machine but also because of the overall experience, which included respectful treatment. Second: we are not begging you to sell us a car. We have options and we are looking at them. And that includes the Hyundai ioniq5 on the lower end the Porsche Taycan at the higher end. In the salesmans defense I have to say he somehow tried to recover by letting us know that currently no BMW dealer has electric cars available in the showroom but the very least I would expect is to ask for our contact information so that we can be notified if there will be ever one in the showroom that we can actually have a look at. BTW, we had a look the Hyundai the same morning and not only had they four new ones that we could have a look at but they also offered us to drive one even though we informed them that we would not be buying today. We had a great experience there and were quite impressed by the sales associates knowledge and how friendly he was. I am thinking of ourselves as being easy customers and rarely do I have reason to complain. Crevier BMW was not a good experience and I am afraid this will influence the current decision we have to make.
Michael Lopez is my usual Service Tech and he is the best. Makes my BMW experience a pleasant one.Times are hard for many Americans. I list my business when CA did there unnecessary shutdowns of all businesses. I was forced to seek employment and it was not easy. Financially, it has been a struggle. I love my BMW and I consider it the best driving experience, but it is a costly one to maintain. There is nothing inexpensive about my service visits.Michael always tries to see what he can manage to make that final cost as less of a blow possible. I appreciate that and that keeps me coming back; being treated like a human being as oppose to a dollar figure.

I brought my 2020 BMW X2 M35i to Crevier BMW for my first service on 9/3/20. When I picked up my car after the service was done, I immediately found that there were unknown stains and drips all over the panel of my center console. There was even one drip on the passenger side seat as well. Additionally, something like a hair cover was spotted on the passenger side seat.Before I own a BMW, I had a 2017 Honda Civic. Similar situation never happened to me when I brought my car to a Honda dealer for service. The quality of service at Crevier BMW is simply not acceptable.
My experience at Crevier was A++. We were treated like super stars. And after receiving horrible service from another BMW dealership, it was a especially rewarding. I would also like to mention that our Salesperson Mason was superb. Can’t say enough good things about him and this dealership.

I went to Crevier BMW looking for a used car. The lady at the desk kindly directed us to the used car building. Julio greeted us and helped us sort through the abundant inventory to find the cars we were looking for. Our test drives were great and we were able to see our two choices side by side. Once we made our choice he helped walk us through the paperwork and handed us off to the finance department. They walked us through the different warranty choices. We drove away in our amazing certified used X1 fully satisfied. I absolutely recommend this dealership.
This is my first BMW vehicle purchase and the experience was great.I wanted to test drive two pre-owned certified X5s. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and received confirming text messages. Everyone was very friendly and no pressure. We quickly decided on which one to purchase. I bought my first CPO BMW X3 today and had an VIP experience.Initially I connected via email with Megan who replied all my questions promptly and and make the deal happens. The seller who took care of me, Jason, was super as well. Crevier BMW one of the best dealerships in the OC!They were professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. I don’t like negotiating price at a dealership, I always do it online and just come in and sign. Since we came in to test drive and we found a car that we liked, I told them I do not like to waste time on negotiating, after that they made the process go so fast, I was very impressed. I definitely will be back to get my next car here!

I stopped by to see a car about 30 min before closing of the store and I met the most unenthusiastic careless salesman. I was approached with Can I help you? The salesman didnt even have the courtesy of introducing himself. I was given some numbers on a lease at his desk, and I was told the 1.9% APR purchase deal that BMW is offering as an incentive is THE BUY RATE and he has to mark it up at least by a quarter of a point. I have bought many cars but I have never had a dealer try to markup a Manufacturers subvented rate. This is clearly lack of training along with lack of motivation. I have been servicing my car at this dealership and their service department is top notch. Too sad sales associates like this will cost Penske Automotive lots of money. I understand the shortage of cars these days, but that shouldnt justify the way prospects are handled. There was no meet and greet, there was no offer to show grab the keys to show the interior of the car, and absolutely no attempt to try to capture my business. Needless to say, the guys gave me a bunch of number and needless to say didnt even ask my name.I was going to give 1 star, but the service guys are working too hard to take the blame.
We had a great experience purchasing a vehicle at BMW. The entire procedure was smooth. Our client advisor was Julio Rodriguez. Since the beginning, he was on top of everything making sure our experience was quick and efficient. He even followed up with us a couple days after the vehicle purchase to check how the car was working out for us. Great customer service overall!
First time to be in this dealership but they made me feel at ease and comfortable when we came in to their office. Chase K., the advisor, explained everything we needed to know in buying a car from them. The negotiation was super straightforward and quick. Also, they have lots of cars to choose from. I would highly recommend Crevier BMW to my acquaintances.
Do not lease from these people! I was told I would have a $400 charge for a red scratch on the exterior… not happy but I get it. I get the final inspection report and there is a $1,416.37 charge and they said they had to repair the internal door panel. The kicker was no charge for the red scratch but boy they want almost $2,000 after their turn in fee. I did the pre-inspection as well. What a joke. Never again will I buy a car here and definitely not lease.Update, the dealership passed the buck to someone else and the bank is saying I need to talk to the dealership. Absolutely worthless! Never again! I wish I knew my recourse on this dealership and the lease return (that they did BOTH inspections).

Save your time and money, and go elsewhere!Bought a pre-owned 2016 340i back in 2018. At time of purchase, the finance manager convinced me to purchase the extended maintenance package, specifically mentioning that the brakes would be covered during that time period. As you can probably guess, they werent. More on that later. The $3000 maintenance package ended up covering only two oil services. Money well spentThe car originally had 40k miles. 7k miles later the car started running rough and lots of smoke coming from exhaust. Turned out to be a faulty valve cover, but luckily was covered under warranty.Another couple thousand miles later, just after the warranty expired the water pump failed.Another $1000 for the repair.The last oil service before the extended maintenance plan was about to expire, I mention to my service manager Paul Cox that the brakes are pulsating and there is visible wear on the rotors. He tells me the brakes wont be covered until the brake pad wear sensors go off.Now the car has about 78k miles and again the having issues with a faulty valve cover. The first replace valve cover is appearantly just past bmws two year part warranty and was quoted $3500. On top of that, now that the maintenance package is expired, they agree the brakes need to be replaced, even though the wear sensors still have not gone off yet. Quoted another $1600 just for the front. At this point, I refuse to give crevier another cent of my money and will take my car elsewhere for the repairs.On a final note, if you do end up buying a car from them, Id recommend you ask for a service manager other than Paul Cox. The quality of service I received from him was pretty much non-existent from all services. He seems to do the bare minimum. An automated messaging system would be more useful and responsive.
Santiago Cordoba is professional, authentic and responsive. I did not feel pressured (in the traditional car buying sense) while purchasing my vehicle and wouldn’t have purchased from anyone else after my introduction to him, Crevier BMW and my vehicle. I made the trek from West Hollywood to Santa Ana result of Santiago’s efforts and he has remained personable and quick to reply even after the deal was done.

My Service Advisor, Eric Li, deserves a raise! I brought my car in for its scheduled service and decided to also mention an issue that my BMW had been having since I took delivery. Eric really took the time to understand the issue in order to write a detailed note for the service technician to accurately diagnose and rectify the issue. After the repair had been done, he followed up with me explaining to me that they were able to recreate the issue and went over exactly what needed to be done to address the problem. Very happy with the level of service I received from Eric and will make sure to request him again in the future!
Wow, really impressed with this dealership. What put me over the top was how helpful Phil was. Phil overheard an transportation issue I was having at the dealership and was super helpful volunteering to drive me back to my house - very friendly and cordial too. I appreciate how he was so assertive in helping - I guess it comes with his background at Disney. Great Job Phil.
My friend told me about her experience at this dealership. I advised her to get the Attorney General of California involved. BUYER BEWARE. Do not buy a car from this dealership. They claim to be the Number 1 BMW dealership in the country. Anyone can pretend to anything they want to be and call themselves the best. They’re nothing but dishonest money hungry sales people. Took in my 2007 BMW 335i for a diagnostic and warranty repairs. John Thatcher was my service representative. He was very informative, polite and a good listener. My car does have aftermarket modifications and he gladly made sure nothing wrong could happen to my car accidentally by writing down notes for the service techs. While my car was being serviced I was given a x2 m35i loaner car. Great loaner car ! When the services were completed my car was returned cleaner than in the condition I brought it in .They waxed the exterior as well! . Everyone I came into contact with at this dealership was professional . Would highly recommend this dealership to all bmw owners ! Thanks again John
Went back to get my third BMW from this dealership. We were helped by this very rude sales person. Not listening and allowing to talk and keep saying she has another customer in an hour. Decided to go with another sales person since nothing was signed yet. Other salespersons said we can but her manager ( both from same country) did not allow it. Car was not washed before delivery and nothing was explained about the car. Later called to talk to a financial manager. I was directed to this person who kept denying he is the financial manager yet the front desk saying he is the one. A total S..t show.
I had the absolute worst experience with them. They normally do a really good job and I do usually get my car serviced there but yesterday they were not great. I would’ve just let it go except that the technician that took apart my car to change the headlight literally left the cap on top of the engine. After he didn’t know how to open the hood then ran around asking his friends what to do , he finally said it’ll be 200 bucks to change the headlight, I politely declined and then he didn’t put it back together and just left it there . So today when I went to go change the headlight which by the way took two seconds and would not have been worth $200, I noticed the cap was just sitting on top of the engine. And you know I wouldn’t of even asked them to change the headlight except the lady at the parts department told me that they would change it for free. So needless to say they were super rude , unprofessional and left my car apart without even telling me. Not only that he had me wait half an hour until it was 5 o’clock to then tell me the technicians are done at 5 o’clock. Anyway I never plan to go there again , they were really awful and they made me feel kind of terrible and extremely uncomfortable. Don’t go there who knows what else they will leave hanging in your hood without telling you.
I connected with Jake Saylor online while I was looking for an M440i from a different State due to my horrible local experience. Jake was transparent and didnt BS me. I was in the market for a Certified Pre Owned BMW 340i for months.My search began at California Beemers in Costa Mesa, where they had many bmw to choose from. But excessive dealership markups and hidden fees kept me from closing a deal. Their advertising online is not what you get as soon as you walk into the finance office.I am glad I was patient and found Crevier BMW in Santa Ana. They had the exact car I was looking for and we were able to close the deal in less than 2 hours. A deal I was happy with! Best feeling ever is walking out knowing you did not get scammed. The financing was quick and the whole process was easy! I was able to test drive the car for a solid 30 mins to really get a feel for it before making a decision. I didnt feel pressured into signing anything. Highly recommend this place to anyone in the market for a new or used BMW. We have been in the market for an X5. We had test driven many others, not at this dealer, and were sadly disappointed with their care and concern for their vehicles, which led us to Crevier. We were completely shocked with the vehicle. It was nearly flawless condition for a used vehicle, and it was washed and vacuumed waiting for us to drive outside when we arrived. Absolutely no pressure from Israel to buy, and the transparency on documentation was on-point, I didn’t even have to ask. Out of all my cars purchased, this was by far the best experience (well besides getting me dream car)... I would highly recommend them again.

My interaction with Crevier BMW started with me making an inquiry to the internet department. Within a matter of minutes I got a response from the department. I was put in contact with Jeffrey Zheng. He set an appointment around my schedule to test drive 2 cars. At two times I received an email from the Vice President asking if there was anything I needed and he gave me his phone number. This made me feel they cared about me as a potential customer. After this test drive I still was not sure Jeffrey set up another test drive. After that I’d made my choice. At no time did he insist I make a decision. The next day I texted him I wanted the car. He gave me a price and two days later I picked up the car. A very smooth easy professional transaction. As I live in the Palm Desert area I drove to this dealership because of their fast response to my questions and the ease of the transaction.I would highly suggest you try this dealership for their professional approach and ease of transaction.
Star rating 0/5 why? Very bad service. My son brought my car there 2x BUT they did not fix the chair problem of my X7 after keeping my car at their dealership for 2 weeks. Now they said they ordered the chair from BMW and told me it will arrive in 3 days but it’s been 2 weeks since they placed the order and no follow-ups made.The worse thing is, while my car was supposed to be parked at the dealership while they are fixing it, the mechanic took my car home and parked my car on the street overnight from 6:43 pm until the following day at 7:00 am. This is illegal, they can not take their costumer’s car home!!!!I need the manager to explain this! Otherwise I’m going to report them to BMW headquarters and Better Business Bureau. Or should I get my lawyer to settle this down?
Keep it up! Went to two other BMW dealerships, called two separate ones before I found this place and connected with Chase. We chatted about what I was looking for and the price over the phone. He right away told me what he has and what he can do. Went the next day and purchased the car. Very easy process, even finance person Danny helped us get a better APR than expected. Highly recommend them!Update: Just got a corporate marketing piece that looked like a template from 2 different BMW dealerships. You guys provided an honest and better trade-in deal than the other place. The overall difference was $5k on a trade in and you provided a straight forward the best deal on the new car. Paul Shin and Laurie were amazing helping me to buy my CPO BMW X1. Paul went above and beyond picking me up for the train from Los Angeles and showing me the features of the car. Thanks Paul. I would give the dealership 5 stars but didn’t like the financing lady. I was told one thing and then because I didn’t buy the warranties the finance person would not give me the deal originally to get me to finance with BMW. Next time I will use my own financing
I went in based on the good amount of reviews this dealer had instead of the one down the block from me. It was definitely a mistake. I took in my 2008 BMW 750li for a simple recall but as soon as I received my vehicle things were wrong. The windows would not go up or down on all 4 sides and as soon you put it in drive and let go of the brake, alot of errors appeared stating that there was an electrical issue to stop slowly and please take it to the nearest bmw dealership which i currently was. I went in to let the service advisor know Mark about the windows not rolling down and pretty much got treated as a liar and to bring my vehicle back once one of the managers call me to see what could be done or if anything will be done. I told him I did not feel safe at all driving the vehicle not knowing what else got disrupted which he insisted just to take it and I will get a call back since he said no managers were available to take care of my concern. I went back to my vehicle to move it out of the area and as soon as put it in drive all the errors appeared and saying to basically stop driving. I went in again and told Mark to please come outside with me to see what I am seeing. Only then he took my concern seriously and I told him I wasnt taking my vehicle back which he then agreed. The next day I received a call stating that my vehicle was ready which I finished a meeting to go straight to get my vehicle. At this point I was worried about it and thinking the worst. Mark stated they didnt update the software on all the modules which is the reason the windows wouldnt go up or down and the reason all the warnings appeared but that all was fixed. Getting treated as a liar and wasting and yes wasting alot of my time for their mistake. I will never be back to Crevier BMW and it has left me with a very sour taste to even consider bmw for a future purchase. As I got to my house I decided to put some music and that is when I noticed my cd changer was grayed out and could not select it. I tried playing a DvD to make sure that was working and ofcourse it wasnt. So yes they downgraded my vehicle since all was working either on purpose or accidentally but they still did it. I am done with crevier so I am fixing these issues they have created elsewhere since I do not feel safe leaving my vehicle with them. As well the original reason i went in which is the recall they stated nothing got replaced only a software update is all they did. My door still acts closed but yesterday night going to a restaurant one of my family members put their hand on door handrest and without doing anything it opened which scared them. Not the safest thing and that was the main reson for the recall fix which didnt happen either. I do not know what I will do with this vehicle at the moment I will have to take further action to what is advised. Just steer away from them and dont go through and treated the way I did.
Great experience here. Took my car in for a repair due to my keys not working. They found the problem provided videos and kept me in the loop at all times. Although paid a bit more for other issues discovered my car came back to me in working 100 condition. Mike Lopez service department was phenomenal. Had some side issues with my car later that he worked out with me in a very professional and caring way. Ppl are nice and fast working. Love this dealership

My wife is in the market for an x3 so I emailed all the dealerships around SoCal to see what discounts they had. A gentlemen named Mason Shriefer from Crevier BMW responded to my inquiry and offered to match my current deal. They also had the same build being delivered to their dealership, the only difference was the interior trim which my wife didn’t like. I told him we will check it out in person to see if my wife likes it. Right after this, Beverly Hills offered me an even better deal. I wanted to give Mason an opportunity to earn my business by matching the deal, Mason did not like that I was discussing pricing with other dealerships. He said “We agreed on numbers and you decided to continue to speak to other dealerships. We do not conduct business in this manor. Hopefully you have a pleasant experience with Beverly Hills. “ First of all we did not agree to buy the car, ever. We were just discussing pricing, we did not make a down payment or any commitment. Second, what is wrong with shopping around for a better price especially during these tough COVID times where car prices increased significantly? Out of the all the dealerships I emailed in SoCal, only Mason Shriefer responded in such an immature way. If you cannot match the offer just say no, then that would have been the end of it.
I compared other BMW dealers, but Crevier had the best price/deal hands down every time! I bought two BMWs here including the i3 and X5, I had the best experience with sales person and the sales manager. He gave me a straight deal and was not disrespectful. I walked out of there with the deal I had in mind and got some bonuses as well. The service department is definitely better too! Ask for John Deck. He went out of his way every time my wife went in and she was surprised. Nobody tries to sell anything we dont need and really knows technical details about their cars. I am an engineer and I really like the fact that service people know the BMW cars and really think about the customers point of view. Great job Crevier BMW!!

Had my brand new m4 inspected on paint in this place two weeks ago. First time going here the SA Paul was not helping at all. He made empty promise. I had to call BMWNA to get involve to schedule an inspection.Dropped off the Vehicle on July 6th for Paint inspection, told the SA where needs to be checked. two days after I received a call telling me the vehicle. I asked the SA was there any written report to show me the inspection. SA told me they cant share me. I was thinking whats the point for inspection? long story short, this place is careless for their customers
Normally dont reviews but in light of the great service experiences with Jason Beers warrants this review. I travel quite a distance and really can go to any other BMW dealer for service but make the trip to work with Jason. Hes very knowledgeable and ensures any issues are addressed with a level of professionalism that keeps me returning to Crevier for service. Thanks Jason!!
Service advisor Rafael Perez is the one you should go to. He’s been my service advisor for the past couple of times. I had a radiator leak and I didn’t even notice it! There is no lack of communication from him as he kept me updated throughout the day. Concierges and greeters are always on their feet to try and help you out as you pull up to their service drive. Brisa in their rental department was also helpful. While doing the walk around of their rental, she pointed out and noted any marks that were on the vehicle to make sure I was aware of them. So in the end huge thanks to their service team, I’ll definitely be going back to this dealership for my services.
We had an appointment scheduled, we decided to purchase our leased car so we went to the dealer to do paper work we had an appointment at 3pm with Alan Hong. We arrive to our scheduled appointment and at first they had trouble finding my appointment on their system apparently so I had to show my email to confirm I did have an appointment. Then they tell us that the person that I was scheduled with had stepped out, ok whatever. They send us to another guy to help us out and he pretty much just took us because I guess he had no other choice. The experience was super blah just because they weren’t going to make any commission out of us they made us feel like ok sign your paper work and get out! I think they should treat each customer equally weather they are 1st time buyers or existing customers!
I have been taking my X5 before we sold it and my M5 here since I have owned it and the staff here has always been incredible! Its a completely different experience then other dealerships as far as quality of service and quality of experience! From the person who greets you at the entrance to the service department to the great people behind the loaner and cashier department, I feel like everyone treats you like friends and family! My service advisor Richard Kim has been helping me for years now and we have connected as much more than just customer/service advisor. He asks how my family is doing, how my baby girl is, and generally speaking, he cares as well as others at Crevier. Richard and the team have always taken care of me and my family and for that, I am forever grateful.
I live miles away from this dealer and through troublesome times during quarantine, my BMW representative, Chase worked wonders online and on the phone to get me.into my new 5 series! Service department leaves a great deal to the imagination! After servicing our vehicle, we Received a request for evaluation, but before responding we wanted to discuss with the service representative as it was not acceptable. Called three time and never got a response. Took the vehicle in for service again yesterday and was advised it would take more than one day to repair break pads, Received a loaner. Was told our vehicle was ready today and upon arrival I was told to wait outside. After a half hour, I asked the status of my vehicle. I was told the paper work had never been submitted! Does the right hand at Crevier know what the left hand is doing? Worst service ever! Good Luck, you have one less customer!
I drove all the way out from San Diego to pick up my perfect car and it couldn’t have been easier. I started texting with Israel Hernandez after I inquired about a previous service loaner they had listed on their website. We were able to quickly agree on a price and I was on my way to pick up my car. When I arrived the paperwork was ready for me and the deal was exactly what we had agreed upon. This was the least stressful car buying experience I’ve ever had. They have a huge selection and friendly staff (far better than any BMW dealer in San Diego). I would highly recommend purchasing your next BMW here!
Buyer beware- this dealership WILL NOT sell you a car unless you see it yourself in-person2 year old Range Rover. Clean carfax. I requested a PPI and then ship to NC. They refused to do it. They told me(mind you this was 4 hours after initial contact, after videos were sent, etc) that they WOULD NOT ship to me without me flying to CA from NC to see it myself. I’m a businessman. I don’t have time to fly across the country to look at a vehicle. Nobody doesI was literally wire-ready; I have the money ready to wire for this car. They still requested that I fill out a credit application for some reason?I’ve bought and sold many cars sight unseen. In fact, this is the largest manner that cars are purchased- shipped sight unseen. Thousands of cars are sold every week dealer to dealer, through auctions and wholesalers sight unseen.So I’m not sure what this dealership is hiding with this Range Rover. But if you are out of state and looking at a car here, forget it unless willing to fly inRick was the manager I dealt with. Thanks for wasting my time Rick
The customer service here is second to none out of any dealer I have ever been to. Extremely helpful and very friendly staff. Big shout out to Nick for being extremely attentive to my needs and answering all of my questions. Well deserved 5 stars. From the moment we arrived on the lot to the moment we drove off the lot, we felt like we were a quality guest and Nick was very instrumental in that experience. Paul was the salesperson who showed me around the vehicle, patiently explained the features and answered all of my questions. 2021-12-29I came to BMW Crevier looking to upgrade from my BMW X1 to an X3. I walked in the lot (without an appointment) and was met by Grace Mathews. Grace was absolutely terrific during the whole experience. At no point did I ever feel pressured or uncomfortable. Grace was so knowledgeable about all the different BMW models and years. Grace was very patient as I was very slow to make my decision. Overall she made my upgrade experience an amazing and very easy one. She even took the time to personally mail me a second set of keys. 2022-07-29I knew what I wanted to buy. Walked into the showroom and met Rich. We hit it off after talking a few minutes and we looked at the models I was interested in. The dealership is very low key, no hustle or hassle, which I like. Long story short, I purchased the car and every step of the transaction I was dealing with the nicest people. It’s been a couple weeks now and the BMW follow up with Apps and emails has been perfect. Overall experience has been what I expected from BMW, seamless. 2021-07-24I would like to praise this dealership with the professionalism if their service department. My kids 328i had a bumper damage and imperfections on the body. I went to service asked for a quote. Cindy came and gave me a quote. The quote was very reasonable and impressively low for a dealership. They promised a delivery date. The car was ready as promised. I was dropped off and picked up nicely. Since the quote was so good to be true, I was so skeptical about the work performed. It was brilliant. All body imperfections were gone.I highly recommend this dealership before you talk to anyone, and mention you are paying out of pocket :-)
