Your website SUCKS! You ELIMINATE Bakersfield customers from not only being able to PAY online, like all of Calif. is able to do, but you also wont even allow a Bakersfield customer to CREATE an acct. ONLINE....I enter my acct. number and it says I DONT EXIST!....after paying you people for over 3 yrs now for service! So what, your website is ONLY RESERVED FOR LA CUSTOMERS???

If I can give 0 stars I would.!I had kevin(older gentlemen) come by yesterday to see if I had bedbugs or not. His examinations were off! He had me move stuff around and wouldn’t really listen instead tooned me out! Says I had no bed bugs I asked what else would be biting me on my bed he said don’t know. Walked off.His examination wasn’t on the head boards of the bed or the box spring furniture or carpet! Might want to get actual trained people! Right after he left something bit me yet again!!
Their really awesome they get the job done. But their a little pricey .
A good friend recommended I call Clark Pest Control to solve a rat problem in my tomato garden. The area manager came by to assess my problem and set the traps himself. My problem was gone in just a few days. Thanks Clark!

2017-02-14Regret paying 4 months of service. Since they didnt solve the roach infestation I had.I killed them all in 2 months using boric acid.I only spread some under the stove and the fridge and bye bye roaches

2020-10-16Where do I even begin?.... We had a salesman come to our door to offer the service, he stated it would be 25 dollars a month, no contract and we would be charged every other month.We called because we were having issues with ants and the tech came out ( he was great by the way, very professional and knowledgeable). At the end he left an invoice for 89 dollars which we were concerned with because a service fee was not disclosed when we called. The salesman said that if we had any issues to call and it would be cared included with what we were paying.Too good to be true. We called today and it turns out that we are in a CONTRACT and our bill is 89 dollars every two months and not 50 like we were told. We asked to terminate it and they want to charge us an additional 110 dollars as a penalty.STAY AWAY and DO NOT hire this crooked company. The techs are great but sales are not honest with you and customer service is awful!

2020-06-16Ive never had another pest control company, so I cant compare, but Clark has exceeded my expectations. I have Anderson every time & he does a great job. Besides that, he is very friendly & helpful every time he comes. Clark got a jewel when they hired Anderson. Thank you for your great service.

2019-09-30I decided to go with Clarks because they are a well known company and had decent prices. I did the year contract.Still after a year I have roaches. $75 Bi- monthly for a year is quite a lot of mony, only to still have the problem.Ive taken into consideration the messy teens I have, and plenty of places for those critters to hide. But to still have them floating in my Keurig reservoir is just overwhelming.My Tech was very nice and I believe he did his best. His name was Michael.. Quiet is an understatement. But very professional. The office staff was always polite and did their best to work around my busy work schedule.Sadly I had to cancel because we could not get them under control. 2020-09-17I had the guy come in to my house for spray inside I noticed he did have cover for his shoes. I am also not satisfied with the service outside cobwebs are not removed

2018-06-206/20/18I would like to thank Clark Pest Control for having such a wonderful employee Jose. Early this cool morning a large Blue Jay entered my home and going crazy trying to leave. Between its high pitched shouting and the dog almost same size fighting to capture I took off to next door neighbor and found Clarks Jose!I asked if he could help me with removing this crazy bird? He did so after several attempts!Thanks to Jose @ Clarks the choir has stopped and all back to normal !!We thank you,T. Duncan/Bakersfield CA

2020-04-28Clark Pest Control , shows up when you’re not home , sprays whatever they say they spray and bills you for it. What about the inside buddy? “ You can call us and we’ll spray the inside for no extra cost to you “ you’re a joke , I’ve already paid for it !
