I called today to get some information in regards to a property that I am interested in purchasing in city of San Juan Capistrano. I spoke with three associates of the city they were all very helpful.All of them provided the information I needed in a courteous and professional manner.

Went in this morning to get a business license and walked out 30 minutes later with license in hand! The entire staff was extremely helpful and informative. Well done city of SJC!

Called for 2 hours during business hours and only got a ringing phone at operator or City Clerk ...and subsequent calls fom my phones were met with non existant phone number.

Dont return call fast enough. There web site is not very informative out of date. Calling for over a hour straight no answer or return my call.

A truly corrupt building department. It is tragic the fine people of SJC have to deal with these people. Its no wonder they are getting sued left and right. J.R. Torrezz the building inspector is under investigation for curruption.
