My latest visit was to take care of a couple of recalls. My service person was good at communication. It only took a couple of hours for them to complete fixing the recalls, plus, they washed my car. AND I was surprised to find that they charged my car as well (I have the electric Kona)
It was unfortunate that they just laid off 30 workers as our sales rep was trying to sell to us and another. We kinda expected after spending 40+k on a new car, we could have had undivided attention. Not so much. I felt bad for the gentleman who was helping us. The vehicles that we wanted to test drive were eventually proffered. They seemed to be a bit overwhelmed. We understood if a bit difficult to deal with. We got there around 10:45 am and left about 3:30 pm. Car in hand so to speak. Unfortunately, they lost the second key. They will ship out see if we can get it through another dealer closet to home. We drive 2.5 hours away to get this car. One last thing,. The bathrooms were gross, cracked wall, filthy tiles part way up the wall. Floor, ewe. All in all,. We came what we came for the price we were expecting. Great financing.
Hard to write a review for an entire AutoMall. Decent location to shop for cars but who does that these days? Most people have done their searches online and are going to here to either test drive and see vehicles in person or to outright purchase. If you want to go to a mall to shop around, Id recommend going to Stevens Creek AutoMall.
I take both PRIUS cars to be serviced there. The service is excellent they always tell you what services your car need and cost and they have transportation help.They call back when your car is ready.The customer service are very nice and helpful.They have all Toyota cars and you can schedual 0a test drive.Their covid protection is excellent. Inside the car and inspde the building. Masks are required.They accept all credit cards.The new building is clean and inviting. Highly recommended.
I bought a 2020 Chevrolet Red Spark. I love it big time! Service was outstanding! They filled up my tank and detailed my car before I left! They are hooked up to a special all womans car buying network so if the men became too pushy i would have them But these guys from sales to finance were fabulous!
Already left a review for this Capital Toyota dealer. Top notch, clean, spacious, large inventory with Crackerjack sales associate.- Ill be back there tomorrow or Wednesday to close the deal on a new 2021 Hybrid Camry XSE to replace our faithful be graciously aged Toyota Sienna which, with 230K miles with other standard required routine maintenance we only a had to have the tranie rebuilt at 120K (well, and repair a deer-strike, but thats no reflection on the Vans reliability).- Besides the Sienna weve also had an Avalon (now replaced by a Scion TC), and 4 MR2s (since replaced by supercharged Mini Cooper S). Amoung the other cars weve owned Toyota has always proved the most dependable and reliable. Looking forward to 200K+ out of this new Hybrid Camry. It actually has the chance of outlasting me!
Capitol Mazda was a very comfortable experience shopping for a car . Our salesman Hong was excellent in customer service and caring in getting me a deal I was comfortable with thank you Hong for everything .I would recommend strongly on asking for Hong to do business with.
The waiting are is clean and tidy. I waited 3 hours for my car to be done just for an oil change. The free car wash is not something to write home about. I think they just ran the car under a hose and tried to dry. Well its not a luxury car dealership so dont expect much. They just ok.
I ended up buying a Bolt from them but I would rather have had a tooth extracted. I went the Consumer Reports route. A few days after making an inquiry through Consumer Reports I was contacted by Capitol Chevrolet and told that they had the car I wanted at the price I specified. I went there within a few hours and accepted their offer. I was sent to their closing department to take possession of the car. After waiting for more than one hour the salesman came by and told me that the vehicle had been damaged and he would not sell it to me. I left the dealership.A week or so went by and the same salesman called back to let me know that he had located a similar car and he would honor the deal. Back to the dealership. At this point the salesman let it slip that they had sold the previous car (presumably to someone willing to pay more). While signing the papers for this new car I was informed that this was an Executive Demo (
You can usually find any car your looking for here. Great service in the dealership area and service area when your buying a new car. However when you call in Nissan, for some reason the person on the other end of the phone doesn’t have a clue how to help. Also after we took my daughters newer Mazda in for a routine oil change. The mechanic failed to refill it with coolant and our college daughter drove it home (8 miles). It was smoking. We had it towed back to find out the head gasket was blown. With about $2,000 later and no apology or acknowledgement for their actions. They lied to the point of throwing all the used parts away and rudely laughing at us. I love my daughters Mazda but never will I purchase another car from them again. I do not recommend this dealership at all and after that experience and no help at all with the situation, I will not purchase another Mazda.
I posted a one star review in about a year ago and then changed it when they made good on their service. Its been excellent ever since. Their behavior suggests theyre interested in keeping customers. Yes theres a wait, like every other place Ive been, and they manage it pretty well given how many vehicles pass through there. Waiting area clean and accommodating with free wifi, coffee, and vending machines. Service staff are vitreous, friendly even!
Feels like you have to beg to give them 30k on a car... Omar, the salesperson wanted me to feel bed about calling half a dozen dealers to get him to give me a better price. Took almost 3 hours to buy a car, no trade in. I hope I NEVER have to set foot there again. Would give minus one star if I could.
We went to Normadin Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep. We bought a 2020 Jeep Gladiator, our salesman was very kind band helpful. We had to sit outside to work the deal because of social distancing. We knew what truck we wanted because it was a sale vehicle. This dealership treated us very well, even with the social distancing they made it a pleasant experience.
First time visiting Ford dealer ship and Robert Flores treated us great he let us know everything in advance before doing anything else to our car in a timely matter he was great hes a very good communicator he communicated to us through text message and we were very pleased great job Robert Flores.
Costco told us to call about a new VW, so we did. Juan V. answered. We told him what we wanted and he gave us a price better than anyone else. We showed up & bought the car at the quoted price. Juan was great the whole time. He was very low key. The finance guy tried to sell us various ad on packages, but even that was low pressure.I do encourage you to get information on the after sale packages (if you can) before going down so you already know if you want them or not.
This review is for Capital Expressway Used Car Factory. This is the best place to go for a good used car. No pressure at all, but these people are sales professionals and they will do their best to find the car you want. If they dont have what you want, theyll say so. Also, the most fun staff!
My rear bumper would still match the rest of the car if it werent it getting damaged while it was in there hands.. they repainted it but the paint just didnt match and number was pitted from sand blasting I believe. Had them try again and was so fed up the service and the horrible communication. When it was returned to them the bumper was better but not back to how it was supposed to look. The blue looks hazed and faded. And to top it off they forgot to put my bolts back on the car before returning it to me. So yet again another trip back to the dealership. Guess what my compensation was. A free oil change... what garbage is that..
THESE GUYS ROCK!!!!They are honest in how they serve you and your car. Gave me a rental free (except for gas), changed my transmission oil, regular oil, did my 80k check, and treated my baby like royalty. I cant recommend them enough. Only one thing; they forgot to vacuum her out when they gave her back. Love em!
Not the best dealership but still better than other dealers around. The price range of cars isnt too high or too low but you can pretty much find any type of car here. The customer service isnt that great but like again, much better than most places. Id give it a try again.
So sick of swindling car sales people. The floor manager was really rude. They wouldnt bend on used car price. They bought it back at too high a price and wanted me to eat their bad deal. We ended up getting the same used car at Hertz Car Sales for the price we wanted.
Its where I would go if I had a Hyundai needing service. My wifes Elantra needed a recent minor recall service done, it was completed in a reasonable time, no problems. Tray and his leadership is crafting a great team, and with people like Emilio, James, Bill, and Chu, your car is in good hands.
I have to say I had a great experience at the chevy dealership on capitol mall. Everyone and I mean everyone was so helpful and got me the car I can only dream off. Today I got help from richard and he has to be one of the best cars man I know. Made me feel comfortable and helped me understand. I honeslty cant thank richard enough for everything he did for us today. I will definitely recommend buying a car here or even just stopping by to see the cars you wont be disappointed. Again thank you to everyone at capitol auto mall chevy and especially Richard.
Been a Chevy guy for 20+ years i had a 10 am appointment only to be greeted with a truck i didnt want. Salesman was pushy, unprepared and unwilling to go the extra mike. My wife had to call another dealer in Dublin because our salesman didnt want too even suggested she call. He tried selling me a truck i really didnt want and because of him we went across the street and bought a 2019 Dodge Ram...sorry Chevy you lost another customer including my wife.
When a customer walks in, note one bothered to say hello. Nearly half dozen sales reps were around. All avoided eye contact. Had to call 1800 number before some one answered and came to meet me. They did not have the car I wanted. But disappointing how they choose to ignore a customer.
Capitol Expressway Auto Mall is a sight to behold. I typically visit Capitol Toyota, so most of my experience is with them.Their service and parts department are extremely quick and knowledgeable about the products, and you can typically order in a part (on the off chance they dont have it) within a day or at most, two. This makes it a great place if you need that extra OEM spring loaded bolt.

2022-08-04Horrible service. I made online appointments 6 weeks ago and came in today on time. Waiting 20 minutes to ve called to the office, then Alex told me my car need diagnose and my appoint only mention service so it is for maintenance only. He gave me 2 options either leave my car there 14 days make new appointments which is Oct 4. So I took 6 weeks to come here just to make another appointment that will come in more than another 8 weeks! They dont value customers time.I do not recommend to buy Hyundai or go to this place to be specific. They staff is rude.

2018-12-27Nice place that have wide variety of different car makers almost at the same place.Particularly I had an appointment with Kia service and it was good experience. They have good customer lounge to wait for a car and friendly service.Not sure about other brands but I could imagine this is good to have one place for all of you would like to compare cars when shopping for a car.

2020-06-05Going to the Drive In was such a terrific way to go out on a date and feel normal, LOL. In an odd place and entry is a bit confusing, ,(lanes could be more clearly defined), but we didnt care about that! LOL 😂We were out, safely in our cars, 10 apart, watching TWO movies, Great sound, top down, under the stars, snacks in hand... PERFECT ♥️

2021-06-27I was not satisfied with the service department. They did not do everything I requested. They fixed the recall item and did not do my 22,000 service. The rep. made lame excuses and filled my wiper fluid with water and rushed me out. They dont wash cars anymore. We have had much better service at the Capitol Mazda and the Ford Store in Morgan Hill.
