Great experience. The staff here are very kind and hard working. The gentleman was upfront on the cost and I paid after my smog was done. I would recommend calling for making appointment. Otherwise, be prepared to wait up to an hour depending on the shops traffic. Coming back for sure.

On Sundays, Frances runs a tight ship. If he says your appointment is at 2:15, he will check your car at that time. If you come early, you will likely get your car done early because some slacker has not shown up yet. Great attention to detail. Highly recommended.
I went for smog check (without an appointment) a few days ago. I was given an appointment and asked to come at that time. My vehicle was taken for the smog check when I arrived at the appointed hour. The mechanic was professional, polite and prompt. I was satisfied with the job he did. I would highly recommend this business if you are looking for a smog check.
Very professional and quick! The appointment was on-schedule and I was in and out of there within 20 minutes, and this is for a 6.7L diesel pick-up truck. Having to do this every two years here in California (pretty ridiculous given that I own a fairly new truck) since Im driving a diesel, this is the place that I will return to as the experience is hassle-free, while also being thorough.

This place is really great! I called the day before and made an appointment the next day. I arrived 10 minutes early and was taken care of right away. The smog check took 10-15 minutes and I was on my way. I will definitely do all my smog checks here!
I had an appointment at 2pm. I arrived and was greeted promptly. There is a clean bench inside the garage in an open stall. The smog check was performed immediately and rather quickly while I waited. There was a plastic divider set up at the transaction desk and the technician and I wore a mask the entire time so I felt it was a safe environment. The price is reasonable and service was great. Super nice and prompt!! We have been bringing all our family cars here for years. Definitely great to support a local business who appreciates us!

Ive done smoke check at that place for several years now and it has been consistently great, prompt service. Be sure to call them on the phone and schedule an appointment before you show up. If you do, youll be in and out in 15 minutes. If you dont, they might not be able to take you. Ive never had a problem to get a same day appointment, often even with the hour of my call.
Got the renewal notice in the mail and dropped by, no appointment made. I was expecting to wait a while for a time spot. We recently needed Star certified smog checks for 2 cars, one 8 years old and one 10 years old. It couldn’t have been easier. Next-day appointments were made quickly by phone. They are perfectly timed to get you and your car out as quickly as possible in a socially distanced setting. And you can’t beat the price of $45.

I called for an appointment, although this station accepts walk ins. I arrived early, filled in and signed a form, and then waited my turn. An Nguyen was polite, professional, and efficient. Nguyen submitted the results electronically, gave me a printed copy of the report with my receipt, and I was on my way. I plan to return to this facility the next time I need a STAR-certified smog check.

Francis was very courteous and professional. He had an appointment right before I showed up and he said “I have an appointment in about 20 minutes, but I’m going to take care if you” that was really nice of him. He was done with my smog check in 20 minutes. Great service.

I found this place through Yelp and cross-referenced the review with Google Reviews. I made an appointment and it was super easy. The gentleman is a professional and it was easy. 15 mins. Highly recommend the appointment. If you do have to wait because you want to go there without an appointment, theres a Walgreens, NobHill, and places to go while waiting. It is required to wear a mask.
Came in on a Sunday Afternoon and luckily the technician was able to take me in right away. Quick, courteous and professional-- I was in and out within 15 minutes. Price is extremely reasonable and, yes, they are very serious about social distancing. Definitely, my go to place in Campbell! Would recommend!

Had a great experience of getting my 8 year old Odyssey smog tested here. I had called a day before and set up an appointment for Sunday 9am. It was really nice of them to remind me to bring my renewal notice! I reached on time and was done in 15 mins. They were very courteous, efficient and gave me a discount on cash payment. The best part was that when done I was advised to wait till next day to do my renewal online as DMV only processes the electronic smog test certificates every night. I was planning to go home and renew the same day but was saved from that frustration by the timely advice. That last advice showed that they care about their customers and do all they çsn to help their customers. They charge a reasonable $45 for smog test. Will surely go there again when needed.
This place is quick, friendly and easy to get what you need. Ive use them for the last couple of years, but this last time was the best. I was running another errand and remembered that I needed to take care of a smog test. I came back by and he said he could fit me in 10 minutes. Just a few minutes later, he was ready. I didnt have my paperwork with me but he was able to file it online anyway and I was down the road with the errand complete less than 30 minutes later! Great service!

Campbell Everyday Smog is my go-to place for smog testing. My registration requires going to a Star Station. I called two days ahead to schedule an appointment and Andy was ready for me when I arrived and finished the testing in 25 minutes. He does get busy so I recommend setting up an appointment (and please show up).

Last Thursday, I called in for an emission test for my vehicle and I got an appointment the same day. The guy that performed the emission test was very professional. Just make sure that please be there five minutes early and appointment is required.
The service here was excellent. I arrived a few minutes early and filled out a short form. The service was timely and took only 15 minutes. The vendor was polite and friendly. He sent the information in to DMV and I was all set to go.

These guys are great first I took my motorhome to them and they found a shorted wire under drivers seat I guess when they took the seat out they scratched my door panel on accident. When I went to pick it up they were upfront and told me they would get new panel it wasnt that bad so I just said take a little off the bill which they did no problem. Matt the owner is a very nice guy who seems really knowledgeable Louis who writes the orders was very accurate with estimates and I thought they were pretty fair. Next I took our work truck there we were havening issues with fuel rail sensor they had to basically start from scratch and got it running like a champ again very fair price and great customer service. Will be using these guys for years to come. And the best part is they are right around the corner keep it up guys Thanks Patrick

Highly recommend this STAR Smog Test facility, particularly during COVID. Check-in and waiting area is in open, airy garage. There was only one car ahead of me, so wait was less than 10 minutes. The gentleman who ran the test was also kind enough to check the air in my tires, as the Check Pressure light in my car had just come on. I really appreciated it!

This place is my new go-to for smog checks. The price is competitive, and both times the techs (different person each time) were polite and efficient. The station does have a plexiglass barrier mounted on a table, so you fill out the paperwork, etc. on one side while the tech stays on the other.
No manners, does not pick up phone, and refuses to take in additional work when his lot is empty and working on one vehicle only. I have used this business in the past but now this has completely changed as if the worker is just running down the business.

Since I discovered Campbell Everyday Smog nine years ago, I have been a loyal customer for the excellent and fast service. Two years ago, I had hard time passing smog due to a reset caused by a battery change. Mr. Nguyen helped me find what I had to do (something I never heard before, called a drive cycle). My last visit was on Feb. 26, 2021 (made appointment the day before). Done in 15min and $45 for everything.

I take all my cars here. Make an appointment if you want to spend less time. Takes about 30 minutes. I feel like they prefer testing newer cars as older ones require different tests.
I came in during a super busy time apparently, but the mechanic greeted me apologized that there would be a wait and asked if it was ok because it was an hour wait. I said I was fine waiting, I had to get an oil change done might as well check it off the list today. There were like 6 vehicles infront of me, he was super fast (only 35 min) and thorough. I was very pleased and he made great casual conversation. Id recommend this place to everyone!

Ive taken 3 vehicles (different family members) for smog checks there in the past 5 months... not only is Vinh super polite and professional but also very up-front and genuine. I know great reviews tend to make the waiting room lines longer, but Ill still be getting smog checks done at his place of business. Besides, you can shop at the Big Lots next door while you wait. Ive finally found a nice guy with an honest shop to do my familys smog tests! I called in yesterday and the owner (Francis) was very nice and answered my questions, so I brought my car in. There were a couple people ahead of me, but he finished up testing their cars pretty quickly. He was very polite with everything, and even explained a couple of things to me I was unsure of (I had a CARB compliant aftermarket intake, and he told me what to expect with the sticker and stuff), and did a thorough job testing my car.Will DEFINITELY go to him for my familys smog needs. There are a couple places nearby that also do STAR smog tests, but his has nearly perfect reviews!

Brought 2 diesel vehicles here this weekend a car and full size truck. Both visits were quick and painless. Drove 45 minutes out of my way for this place, definitely worth it. I showed up with no appointment without having called ahead, nervous about what I thought was a street illegal car. He looked up the part, it was totally legal, he even showed me the website where I could look up the number, and I was out of there in no time

Francis stayed late on a Sunday. I really needed it get done that same day. I felt bad showing up late, but Im really impressed he didnt turn me away.I have been coming here for the past 15 years and wont go anywhere else. Where ever they go I will follow them for life. Truly honest Smog inspection station in Campbell and my DMV notice says Star required which they can do.I recommend all my friends and family here.10 stars.
Campbell everyday smog is one of the best star certified smog check station you can go to. The price is reasonable for the great customer service and skill set. Francis was quick and efficient. Very nice quick and open on Sunday until 430. He got me in as his last costumer at 4 had a few people before me. would suggest coming early Sunday seems to be bussy due to the fact the other stations I went to say they are open on Sunday but arent.

I was searching on yelp for a smog station near by in Campbell. They were highly recommended on yelp. I drove up to there smog station. The smog tech was very efficient and nice. The price is good. My car failed. This this offer a free retest. I went to get it fixed by my mechanic. My mechanic fixed the problem. Went back to Campbell everyday smog. It passed. Even though my car failed the test the first time they were very professional and offering a free retest. Will bring all my business here.

This place is great. I called a couple of places on a Sunday afternoon and the person at Campbell Every Day Smog was the only one that picked up the phone and was able to sort me out. He also noticed that the gas tank cap needed to be replaced. He upgraded the cap at no extra cost. Great place, will surely come back again!

The gentleman that works there knows his stuff. You can usually tell when someone is a genuinely good person and hes one of them. I believe two guys work there, the older gentleman was the one I met I believe. Again, good dude.

2022-06-02Ngyuen is Knowledgeable, professional and friendly.Our 2008 car with low miles (49,000) doesn’t get driven much so it didn’t read for the smog test. He told us what we needed to do so the machine could read it. His help and kindness made it a less stressful situation.Thank you Ngyuen!

2021-05-25I have used a lot of different smog certification stations over the years, and Campbell Everyday Smog - Star Station is by far the best.I’ve never had a wait very long to have my vehicle smog checked.They are quick to complete the smog certification for my car and are professional. Competitively priced too. Highly recommend them!2021 Update:It was that time again... getting a Smog certification and I made my migration back to Campbell Everyday Smog. I used to have the attitude emissions testing for my vehicle registration renewal was a necessary evil & a commodity type service until, I had the good fortune to meet An Nguyen at Campbell Everyday Smog. An is a pro and is through in his inspection and judging by the number of 5-Star reviews here on Google, Im not the only one. I was in & out in less that 15 minutes. 2022-04-10I had given 5 stars for my previous dealing with this place but after trying to get my smog done I was given the lamest excuse that he wouldn’t test my vehicle even though I had done it at the location the last 3 smogs with vehicle in question. Will give one more chance to get his credibility back with me as I try to be fair and give someone the benefit of the doubt, so we’ll see….

2020-05-20Been coming here for smog checks for several years. Guy is friendly, efficient, and honest. Call ahead for an appointment if youre in a rush. Otherwise, it can be up to a 30 minute wait if there are a couple cars ahead of you.
