They were so rude at check in...we didn’t make it pass that process. The male and female receptionist were making mean faces and seemed to be talking about us in another language. We requested two rooms and were told that they only allowed 4 people per room and if they saw anymore they would kick us out right away. When we begin to talk amongst ourselves to look for another place, the man rudely interrupted our conversation sarcastically implying good luck to us finding somewhere with vacancies. I don’t know if a past bad experience was the reflection of their behavior but...I hate to say it but I know we prejudged before we even given a room. We were a family in town for a church event and had such a bad experience with customer service. I can’t recommend this place to anyone!
Today is May 13th 2020 I made a call to make reservations at this hotel the guy on the phone gave me a quote of $49 a night. He asked me name and how long will I be until I get there. I say about 2 hours, Im on the road now.So I get there he asked me my name then asked for my ID and my credit card. He gave me a registration form to fill out. I fill everything out and then I noticed on the receipt, the price at the top stated $52 and the total came out to $81.I state, we talked and you gave me a quote of $49 why is it $81? He said this is the price of the room...then he immediately asked me for my PIN number and I said you dont need my PIN number and then he comes back window Rips up the registration form, pushing my ID and credit card out and then he put the closed window ... And said theres no more vacancies here.
No Pool.Cheap place to come in adelanto. Yet cleaning they can do a little better but for a good night rest it enough. Price was about $88 a night for 2 bed 4 people so I really cant complain. Also there is no pool
We came in late, Got our room quickly! It was clean, neat and quiet! We will probably stop here on our way back home! We had no issues at all!
They are awful to handi cap people 8m 8n a wheel chair and 5hey are so rude to me to the point 5gey always saying they have no room available and the road way down the street is even worst
Very good experience, clean and safe. I arrived out of the blue, and was treated fairly, and with kindness and respect. The room was just fine.

The room was dirty when I checked in, none of the outlets were stable enough to fit a charger in the wall without its falling out, the bathroom air vent didnt work, and the blow dryer burnt out and shocked me when I turned it on😠
As motels go this one was pretty nice. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and the location was safe (right across the street from the sheriff office). Id stay here again.

When we arrived it look like every kid in the town was playing in the pool. There was what looked like a Bullet hole in the window of my room. People right outside the door banging on the next rooms door four an hour. Called the desk they did nothing. called the cops they didnt show although they are right across the street. Rooms were nothing to speak of. If I could rate it lower I would.
Rooms were some what clean? The bathrooms were horrible, no breakfast even though it claimed to have breakfast. But it was our only choice so.....1 star.

Clean, but you never know if locals maybe living in the motel temporarily, which brings visitors that can be good company or bad. But it was quiet when I was there

It is a nice place but overall needs some work on the outside.. Staff was helpful with needs. Location is easy to get to.
Wifi bad, rates too high, needs work. And manager and housekeeping is always letting them selfs in your room while your in it.

2022-06-18For 1 staff was unfriendly. I had a reservation for 9 nights. We’ll I got sick with the flu on the second night so I checked out and was charged 60% of the total 9 night stay. Rip-off.

2022-02-27I forgot my cell phone in my room and the owner found it and packaged it very nicely and helped me have fedex return it as I had already left town. It’s rare for people to go above and beyond. Thank you!

2021-10-22I cant rave enough about this Inn. It was the best lodging we had during a two week road trip from Oregon to San Diego California, and back to Oregon again. The rooms were clean and comfortable, on the delightfully laid back side, and the grounds including the pool were maintained well. The staff, the best customer service in the state. We really did not want to leave even though it was 107 wicked hot. The room and the pool were a wonderful haven for weary road travelers. p.s. I fell in love with Barstow and if you go make a night for their Drive-In Movie Theater.

2021-07-05They have bedbugs there!!! Beware! Also there is blood stains on the beds and blood on the walls. Broken door to the bathroom. None of the lights worked besides one. Terrible staff who were very rude. They ask you for more personal info than i have ever been asked to check in. Tweakers everywhere they seem to live there. Very gross smell and very dirty rooms.

2021-05-31Note to self, and anyone else who might be passing through Victorville or Adelanto. Dont stay at this hotel. The toilet seats broken, the ice machines broken, and the air conditioner does not get cold.Its cooler outside my room than inside!I could have stayed at several other hotels and at this point I wish I had.

2018-02-12Really great experience. We were traveling with 2 kids and an infant. After being told no from the hotel next door our faith was slim at this hotel having a room. Not only did they have a room, the manager was as sweet as could be. She welcomed us with open arms and took care in making sure our room was super clean. We are traveling from LA to Central California . Its nice to take a break at a quiet , clean hotel with great people taking care of you. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Well be back. :)

2019-06-19The lady was really rude. The room was very dirty. We confronted the lady about the dirty room. She said she knew about it & still did nothing. Dog furs all over the bed & in between the sheets. Out of all the places I traveled , this was the worst experience. Don’t go here. They are very rude. If I could give it zero stars , I would.

2018-12-16My non-smoking room was clean and just what a needed for a good nights rest. The direct TV had a lot of channels to choose from. The queen size bed was comfortable and had a lot of pillows. There was complementary coffee, soap and shampoo with a lot of clean towels.
