This is by far the best coffee in town! The environment is clean and friendly, the staff is unbelievable. If youre going to get a coffee get it here. The owner has an incredible memory; I visited once and a month later he remembered my and my daughters names.😀

I always love coming here! They hire wonderful people who are so friendly, kind, and helpful. And the drinks & food are great and well priced! I personally am a fan of the chai latte with both the spiced and vanilla add-ons at once. Theres great sandwiches, pastries, breakfast foods, and even ice cream! Indoor & outdoor seating, and a kind owner who works hard to welcome everyone and get to know his customers. My go-to coffee shop in the area

I came here to get an afternoon coffee. I love to seek out independent coffee shops anytime Im visiting a new area. Unfortunately the staff at Caffe Santoro were working unmasked with no intent to wear a masrk.Given my concern with public health in the midst of a pandemic, I opted to leave shortly after entering the cafe and took my business elsewhere. My hope is that the owner will recognize the importance of masks in protecting the health of their staff and patrons. Take care all.
So I guess I should have came in and cough all over the place. Because I guess me wearing a ski mask because thats the only mask I have to get an cup of coffee with. The workers laughed at me and said it is too hot for that lol like I am wearing this ski mask everywhere and it is 100 degrees outside yeah ok. But I told her I have to wear a mask so is that what your laughing at? She replied yes. So basically she is young and dumb and full of cum. Never going back here.

My friend and I stopped in today (6/12/20) for a coffee, and we were treated to the most outstanding customer service!! I wish I had the names of the 2 young ladies that were working, but they were both friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to be around.

Called looking for a nearby small keto breakfast. They staff quickly responded. We were made a 2 egg sandwich with no bread, on lettuce with melted pepper jack, a sliced tomato and sliced avocado. The seasoning was perfect. I had a great coffee, and my girlfriend had a sugar free Vanilla latte. The best part is we rolled in 5 minutes after ordering and the order was already ready!!
Everything looked and smelled great but when me and my wife were standing in line we saw an older couple working the coffes and back. Both without masks . I looked past it initially but after a while the gentleman was wiping his bare face and fixing the coffees.as well as an unmasked woman cooking in the back. Unprofessional. It was very sad as i was excited for the menu.

I typically make my own gourmet coffee, because i have yet to find a coffee shop where I LOVE their coffee as much. This morning, I decided to stop @ Santoro coffee. I have been driving by it daily on my way to work. The owners were so friendly! They have a great variety of baked goods and foods and even have Gluten free! I am happy to report that I loved their coffee and plan to be a regular from now on. Glad you guys are here!!! R Wilcox

Ive stopped here a few times as a midway rest stop for bike rides. Nice cafe. Coffee is pretty decent and the staff is friendly. I havent tried any of the food. They have both indoor and outdoor space and restrooms.
I visit this marvelous place once a month because I like the special air that is characterizes this place. The personel is highly friendly and qualified. The service is extraordinarily quick. Also, the food you get is perfect. I frequent more than once and I was always happy. The rate is modest. I highly recommend this restaurant to to all.
Disappointed. I came to your caffé based on a recommendation for a bite to eat and some espresso, only to find out that you are not making sandwiches today. Wait, what? I imagine selling food is a big part of your business model - evidently you are making enough money to turn away sales. Overall service was what I would expect and my large vanilla latté was good. Left feeling hungry.

The barista was nice, the iced mocha was ok. Since I went during Covid, I would have preferred to see masks on. Parking is awkward. Next time I go, I will try a different drink and see if I can up the stars.

First time going there I found this amazing dessert. Cant remember the name but its any kind of ice cream you want (I choose vanilla) and a pure shot of espresso over it. Delicious!!

Took a client there. The creme brulee latte was a bit stronger than she liked, but perfect for me. The orange cranberry scone was yummy. The sandwich menu intrigued me. There is also ice cream.
Great coffee. The food is simple yet done so right. The staff and owner are always fun. Its a great change of pace from the big chain coffee. This is coming from a former Batista at a big coffee chain.

So I love this coffee shop I went there today I played some cards and I had a cup of coffee I miss the coffee shop though in Cameron Park I love the moment pop coffee shops and this was one of my favorites it was even better than Dutch Bros and Starbucks but now its all the way in Placerville I wish they would come back to Cameron Park they always have wonderful service

2022-05-20My sister took me there for lunch while I was visiting the area. Such a great little place for any time of day. Excellent coffee, food and bakery treats at reasonable prices. The staff is super friendly and attentive, and everything is so clean. Love the beautiful tables inside, and the outside seating was perfect for a nice day. I wish I had a place like this near my home!

2022-06-23Best coffee shop in town!!! They have some unique drinks like The Cure and the Mexican coffee that are amazing! My personal favorite is their spiced Chai! The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, and even when it’s busy they work quickly. I like ordering online when I’m in a hurry, because I know my order will be waiting for me. The food is also excellent! I love their cheese bagel with cream cheese and pesto! Yes.. pesto! They have garlic or basil pesto. Avoid the coffee chains, and support a great small business that’s involved in the community!

2022-04-14My husband & I have fallen in love with this cafe! The coffee is amazing, breakfast sammies DELICIOUS! We brought our youngest daughter & she is hooked! The service, vibe, all of the above are perfect. We have lived up here for 3 years & we wish we would’ve came in sooner! I mentioned to Ken I am a keto - sugar free coffee lover & he immediately (with the help of his amazing young lady worker) suggested a ton of sugar free options. This is now my SIGNATURE DRINK - Sugar Free Raspberry, Sugar Free White Chocolate w/Almond Milk Iced Mocha! This is definitely my “regular” forever. We need to give my fave drink a nickname! Lol We love you all at Cafe Santoro! 💖

2022-06-05Went in ordered a spicy cold chi . some lady with dirty hands grabbed my drink by the lid and handed it to me. Yuck ! I had to sanitize the outside of my cup and mouth part if my lid . took my first sip of my chi I ordered and it tasted like spice water period just yuck. Nope I wont return not even to pay 5 bucks for a spicy freakin water thats a so called spicy chi

2018-02-17Staff is always friendly and cares to learn your name/order. It’s been a great experience thus far. One of the owners will hand out coffee samples when there’s traffic, I know people have been happy about that. Would highly recommend. They have wi-if, which is huge in a small town.
