Easy, prompt service and good price. Friendly and knowledgeable Customer service . It made my day when I got red 4runner Colorado Tag. I love 4runner, I love red color and I love Colorado. I can return it to SFO airport only with 28 $. I always get very good experience so far with budget car rental.

Returned the car with no problems. Later learned they billed me for 3 gallons. Budgets 8 dollars a gallon price. I filled the car up right before returning. The counter person actually walked out to the car to check the gas level at drop off, but said nothing to me at the time. Only later did I learn they billed me.

If youre under 25, the underage surcharge wont show up online until youve already paid for the reservation. I called Budget support and they refused to refund the reservation, despite not all of the fees not being shown up front. However when I called again 10 minutes later, it had been fully refunded. I threatened to have my credit card company issue a chargeback, guess that worked.

F for Internal Communications and Customer ServiceSummary: Due to bad internal communication about pick-up service, I ended up driving myself there last-minute and had to leave my car there in the plaza. When I got back from my trip, my car had been towed due to work being done there. Instead of apologies, credits, or anything like that, I got a lecture that This is not the place to put blame.- I reserved online with Budget. The Avis / Budget division is confusing. Too many numbers to call, and menus to wade through.- The local line hardly ever answers. Undermanned?- Re: Pick-up service : The national line took my address and said it was within the range of pickup. The local office took my confirmation but apparently doesnt do pickup, at least not that day. I didnt know until I got myself there on the day of pickup. And there were no apologies for the mix-up and hassle. Bad English, and understaffed?- I had selected 6pm as my drop-off time, and I got there right on time. Apparently thats not good enough since they leave on-the-dot at 6:00. I used the automated system to extend the rental, but it turned out unnecessary since I returned the rental in the morning, and they must charge by 24-hour increments. Anyway, I was saying to the guy that, if I couldnt show up at 6pm, it shouldnt have been an option on the website. Thats when he lectured me about how they have families and must leave at 6pm. No apologies, no empathy! I dont think he gave the manager my letter of complaint. Understaffed?- The national customer service line seemed sympathetic enough and said they would investigate. But the replies I got from email seemed AI-generated. At first it said I didnt purchase insurance, which was irrelevant since I think that only covers the rental vehicle. Then it was a general denial of liability with nothing in reference to the internal communications investigation I suggested. I give up.I wouldnt rent from Budget again, at least not this location. They just do the minimum to get your money, and make zero effort to anticipate complications you might go through, and then are no help and condescending on top -- adding insult to injury. Maybe other rental companies are the same, but Budget seems to have no concept of company responsibility, customer care, or the price of bad PR!

This place is not like other car rental places they will not pick you up or drop you off due to only one person being at the counter.Also if you keep the car an extra day you’ll be charged a $10 fee on top of the daily rate 😡Ps the guy at the counter is really nice by the way! But Avis/ budgets polices are a NO for me.

I got the absolute worst Customer Service from the Owner Joel yesterday and today. Joel was very Rude over the phone and in person, he also was disrespectful, Unprofessional, and not helpful to me. I do not recommend you use this Budget location for your rental car needs. I suggest you Go to the budget airport location, they give way better customer service there.

We have pre-booked and for which we have pre paid for the car and waited for more than 1hour But they don’t have cars they didn’t even intimate earlier, so we had to cancel the reservation. Poor service

This rental office is for Avis and Budget cars. Its small and basic, compared to the SJC branch, but they do provide much better service. Trust me.

Dont rent at this location. Worst staff. Did not get what I prepaid for. Instead got a pick up truck.
